I moved to Raleigh in December last year and have given over 8 other businesses a chance or two, always leaving somewhat dissatisfied or disappointed. I found this salon on a google search with many great reviews, as the other salons I’ve found. Yet this one review stood out, by stating this is a hidden gem in Raleigh.Kelsey spent so much time on my nails, with perfect detail and attention. She went all out by hand painting my fall leaves and consistently checking for accuracy, as well as ensuring both hands looked the same.I got an acrylic set with a gel overlay and hand painted design, with a cat eye detail on the rest of my nails.Fantastic work and customer service. Good conversation too! Thank you! I finally found my salon!!!

Dont be misled by the shopping center, Fantasy Nail Spa is the best nail salon in Raleigh! Kelsey and Andy are very friendly and accommodating and I always receive the best quality services.My gel manicures last 3-4 weeks. My gel pedicures last 2-3 months (with minimal at home maintenance)! I bring my 88-year old grandmother here and she said Tan does the best manicures and pedicures she has ever gotten. Highly recommend!!

Fantasy Nail Spa is a hidden gem in the Raleigh / North Hills area. Their site is clean and organized and their staff are friendly, polite, talented, and recommended this really unique nail style when I asked for something matte and with a gem. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Visiting a friend and stopped in for pedicures. Got three chairs in a row. Felt welcomed and safe the entire visit. Staff was friendly and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Great selection of colors. Variety of pedicure levels. High quality products. Definitely get 3+ for the massage. For extra special hand fanned attention ask for Andy.

I called a day before to get an appointment and have my nails done with Kelsie. Well I got to the nail salon it wasn’t even 5 minutes late and she took another client. Last time I set the appointment and I was that on time and even so I waited 30 minutes. They are not professional at all. Horrible costume service!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I will sure never come back again.

I don’t get my nails done super often but this is one of the best gel manicures I have had. I’ve gotten lots of compliments. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean facility + following extra COVID precautions. They were busy and still fit both my friend and I in pretty quickly. The staff was welcoming and seemed to be very motivated by customer satisfaction. Highly recommend. :)

This nail salon is wonderful. I went here after reading the reviews and had a lovely treatment with Kelsey. I’ve been multiple times for different treatments - manicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, and eyebrow waxing. They’re clean and following covid protocols with a sign in, temperature check, plexiglass barrier, and masks. They’re a little short staffed currently and are in the process of hiring another technician so call and make an appointment. Andy does beautiful nails also but manages the phone and appointments so if you are in a hurry, call and make an appointment for another tech. Really wonderful place you should support.

I have been coming to Fantasy Nails salon, on the recommendation of a neighbor, for at least a year now. I have always received top-notch service from all of the technicians, particularly Kelsey and Andy. My nails always look amazing afterwards! They have worked hard to comply with new guidelines, so I felt very safe in their salon today. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely awful. The nail tech switched with another tech in the middle of my service and didn’t bother to explain why. The lady who finished my nails used so much gel polish it never dried. I left with air bubbles in my polish and my nails tips were lifting by the next day. Needless to say I had to have them soaked off and redone at another place.

I feel my nails could have turned out better if Andy took his time but it was definitely rushed and that’s why my nails turned out the way they did. Now I can say that I love the color of my nails I just don’t like the shape the shape is bad my right thumb is cricket some of my nails are not the same coffin shape as others. And Andy was being a little rude when he would talk if we didn’t understand stand something he would raise his voice and I really didn’t appreciate that. At the end of the day I won’t be coming back to get my nails done I just feel the service was not good at all.

I visited Fantasy Nail Spa when my regular salon tech was unavailable at a nearby shop. Luckily through search (Google and Yelp) I found good reviews for this salon. So glad I gave it a try. I noticed Andy was the go to guy and he fulfilled his reviews. He was able to to take me right after a regular client. He did an amazing job on my gel manicure. They have a very good selection of colors (I just want them to add more Essie Gel Colours and all will be great). Overall, its a cool place. They offer beverages and respect relaxation. If you need a nail salon, give Fantasy Nail Spa a try and ask for Andy!

I found Fantasy Nail Salon, as I was jogging six (6) years ago this month and I have not visited another nail salon since. I love the customer service from my entrance to my exiting. I like how everyone is treated with respect and valued. I love this Salon so much, that I recommended to my mother, who visits salon every month for the last four(4) years and my sister, who visits the salon when she is in NC. If you are searching for a customer-friendly, professional, up to date on nail art and techniques(including pedicures, waxing etc), this is the place for you!

LOVE THIS PLACE! I live in Charlotte and don’t normally get my nails done outside of the city but I took a chance because of the great reviews. Andy was amazing and so attentive to every customer in the building. He took his time and carefully explained that doing the SNS dipping powder in a darker color on my already short nails may not have been the best decision so I opted for the lighter color. I’m so grateful that he was open and honest about it. Everything is so clean and orderly. Call ahead or walk in...they will treat you kindly either way. Thank you so much, Andy and staff!

Fantasy Spa Nails is my favorite location. Andy always does an outstanding job on my nails. I have been a client for two years now. He listens and remembers me by name and what I want. I can totally relax and usually fall asleep because the environment is so peaceful. I experience the highest level of professionalism from him and all the other nail technicians there.

If I could, I wouldn’t give any stars. I went a few weeks ago and while I was getting a pedicure, my toes were bleeding. I have never gone to a salon to and someone make my toes bleed. My feet are so sensitive still walking barefoot and I love being barefoot. I asked for acrylic nails and my natural nails got cut short and square when I asked for round. I was even asked to pay before my nails got started. I didn’t like that idea. The next day after my nails got painted, most of the paint was coming off and I had the derby to go to. I was not pleased at all and will never return. It was my first time and still haven’t found a place I like yet.

Just walked in for a pedicure and was told it would be about 45 minutes before they could provide service. I decided to wait. They called me back about 20 minutes later. They were professional and friendly. They followed proper hygiene protocol which is important. I was happy with their service and the result. Highly recommend.

Anna did a great job on my feet. I have some extra skin/ingrown townail deal w my big toe and she was able to remedy it with 0 pain compared to other places. I was greeted immediately and the service was great. Everyone seemed nice, the place was sort of small, but everything was very clean and they had 8 chairs, plus about 8-10 tables for nails and dry spray! Amen for that! Overall, I would definitely go back! The pedicure was relaxing and my feet are feeling pretty good!

I am From Fayetteville and will continue to make the drive and come to this salon after my first time today. Ann was so sweet and she gave me the best pedicure Ive ever had. Took her time and even made sure my one toe nail with an issue got fixed up. Vicky helped her and was amazing as well.

Nice salon. Very clean. I got SNS and had my eyebrows waxed. They did a very thorough job. Pricing was comparable to most other salons.

These people lost a great customer today due to unprofessional behavior and disrespectfulness. I used to be a big tipper because of the way my nails looked when I left this salon. But, the problem with nail salons such as this is that the workers including management could care less about your patronage or the health of your nails. Due to the demand for nail salon services, Fantasy Nail Spa will remain a success. However, supply is also keeping pace with this demand and has created a fair amount of competition. Fantasy Nail Spa did not value me as a customer and only wanted my money. Forget about doing what was right for my nails. I spent over $100 a month at this place, but never again.Andy was nearly 30 minutes late for an appointment and never bothered to apologize upon his arrival. Then, he proceeded to explain to me that my natural nails had grown out and that there was no fake nail tip left. We went on and on about it and I argued otherwise with him, and over something that was as clear as day. The nail tips were clearly visible over my natural nails and were even beginning to lift. I simply wanted the tips removed and a gel overlay (not gel polish!) on my natural nails. This was an impossible task for Andy and his staff. So, I told him that I would take off the nail tips at home and come back to him for the gel overlay. The concept still flew over his head and what Andy did not realize was that I planned to go to another nail salon to get what I asked him to do, not go home and take off the nail tips. Fantasy Nail Spa only wants to do fill-ins using the same old nail tips for 6 and 12 months. This is unhealthy and unattractive.Ten minutes down the road, I got what I asked for and more-- gel overlay but the salon used solar gel and not the standard gel which gets too thick after about two months of gel fill-ins. Solar gel is amazing! My new nail technician agreed that my old gel nails were too thick and guess what...took off the old tips that Andy claimed did not exist. What a fool!

I called ahead to make an appointment after reading the review on how busy they are at times. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and seated and given the gel color options to choose my color. A man did my nails (I forgot his name) he was so polite and asked if I wanted anything to drink and I declined. He also told me to let I’d know if I changed my mind. He took his time and didn’t rush through my fill in. He did an amazing job, and I am highly satisfied. This was my first visit and I’m sure there will be more in the future!

I called to ask if they did dip powder. They do. But they are not good at it. The lady did not dehydrate my nails before placing the powder. Also to dust it off she used a brush who clearly had other color, so my nails came out looking ombre. They clearly dont know how to do dip powder. So much that the nail technician next to me was telling her customer that its better to do acrylics than dip powder, which if you are in the industry youll know that this is not true. Please be truthful on the phone before having someone come in for a bad experience. Oh they also only accept tips in cash.

Im not sure what Sexy One below is talking about. I have gel nails and went in today to have Andy correct them. My naturals nails curve down when they grow out and were separating from the artificial tip. Andy took off the fake tips no problem. He added gel back on top of my natural nails and they look great! I believe the customer below may have had a problem with communication. And Vickie did my brows today. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Just be sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time they are popular.

I called from Seattle airport, and asked for an appointment for two, when we landed in Raleigh. The gentleman was so courteous and saved a spot for us. We arrived, straight from airport, with luggage and everything. They were AMAZING! So kind, friendly and courteous! We got the ultimate manicure and and premium pedicures! They close at 6:30, but stayed until 8pm, finishing our mani/pedis!I highly recommend them! I will definitely be back, whenever I visit Raleigh!

If Id only just gotten the pedicure, this would be a 5 star review hands down. The pedicure was amazing, they offered beverages, played good shows on TV. The lady was very thorough, and did a great job on my feet. Then came the manicure... I was waiting about 10-15 minutes to be seen by someone different than the one who did the pedicure. Apparently the person who checked me in didnt tell her I wanted a package and gel polish. She rushed through so quickly and was painting my nails before I realized I wasnt getting the package, and she did not use the gel polish. I was left sitting there with my hands in the drying things for about 10 minutes before another lady came by to let me know I was done. It was a very shoddy manicure and unfortunately only a few hours after leaving one of my nails got smudged because it was just regular polish and still hadnt dried.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new home nail salon. I researched all week and decide to give Fantasy nails a try. I absolutely love the atmosphere and the nail techs are so friendly! They take pride in doing your nails. Andy did an amazing job with my nails and I will be coming back!

Andy gives excellent customer service. I come all the way from Wilmington and he always finds the time to fit me in. I travel so far because my nails are always done to perfection and my polish always last. I absolutely love my relationship with the entire team. My granddaughter comes me and they are so polite to her. I truly thank Fantasy Nail Spa for their professionalism and their instinct for getting to know their customers.

Ive known Bibi for over 5 years now and I love her work. Every time I have a manicure or pedicure done by Bibi I feel like a new woman. For a couple years I didnt know where she had gone, after she left the spa I used to go. About 6 months ago, I decided to try a new place near my house (Fantasy Nail Spa) and as soon as I walked in I saw Bibi and Hero. I couldnt believe I had found Bibi! I have been going to Fantasy Nail Spa ever since! They did a great job with the place and most of all, I love how she does my nails!

I just want to say this is a great establishment I have been coming for several years to get my nails done among other things the staff and owner are outstanding if you have a problem they will fix it right away unless they are busy but they will fix it asap. I’m amending my review and increasing by a star. I had a previously so so experience and Andy called me 2x to invite me back for a different experience. It really shows me how much they truly care about their customers. I find this rare anywhere!We were able to determine I have oily nails - yes, that’s a thing- and tried a new application instead of gel which was not sticking well to my oily nails. The powder worked alright and after a repair early on lasted about 8 days total. While I think I may give up for a while on fingernails, It has nothing to do with this salon. They have been great and I will go back my next pedicure.
