This is a great place to get your hair cut.. everyone is so nice. Lucy is an awesome stylist. She has cut my twice now. She does such an amazing job cutting my hair.

The woman that cut my daughters hair, was absolutely amazing. She did a wonderful job and made my daughter feel very welcome and comfortable. Will definitely return for our next haircut.

Apparently If you come in an hour before they close they will turn you away as they are too busy (1 person in line). Pretty poor business model. Go to sports clips they actually are in the business of doing their job.

I came here for a basic haircut after not getting haircut in a very long time because I dont trust a lot of people with my hair LOL. The man did a great job of my hair and gave me really nice layers and it was super fast! The only downside I would say is that I had a $2 off coupon which had a barcode but I was told that I couldnt use it unless it was actually printed out which is strange. I really wish they would change that because most people dont print coupons out anymore. Ill be back for a trim in a month or two.

I had a 230 appointment & because someone didnt like me they didnt wanna do my hair, wanted to catch the 3 and 330 appointments. Very disappointed how long i had to wait and ended up walking out.

I was just so happy to get a haircut. I dont think Ive ever had a bad haircut here. I probably have a different person every time. Now of course because of the state of the world, there are certain accommodations you have to allow for. Its appointment only and you have to wear a mask. Thats fine with me. My earliest appointment was two days out from the day I called so keep that in mind. You might get a walk in but it would have to be pure luck.

Walked in said the new hours start Saturday 9 to 6 and they couldnt help me even though its tuesday and they new hours dont start till Saturday go figure ! Hope they go out of buisness

Let me just say they have a great bunch ladies and do awesome jobs on my kids hair. All 3 of my kids have cowlicks in there hair so qhen the ladies get done you see no more cowlicks yahhhhhhh!!!

Took my 6 year old daughter to get her hair cut. The lady who did her hair was so rough on her! Then she cut her hair so uneven. I wish I could unload a photo. Also it was $30! So disappointed on every level.

I have had a hard time finding a new salon that can provide great service since Hurricane Michael forced so many salons to close. However, that changed the moment I walked into the Lynn Haven Supercuts. Brandy was wonderful with my grandson who is a high functioning Autistic and a little boy, need I say more. She was very patient with him and did a wonderful job. I also observed that everyone in the shop was very professional and gave each client an appropriate amount of time in order to properly cut, style, and move on to the next client. I was very surprised to find out that they have never achieved Best in Bay which in my experience and option in regards to the level of professionalism and proficiency in which these girls work it ia a huge oversight.So, for a great service I recommend you give them a try! 💈👍

Jessica is the absolute best! The ONLY person I will let wax my eyebrows, and she is so amazing with my 5 year old. She is super honest when you ask to do something to your hair. If she does not think it will turn out right she will tell you her concerns and why. I only trust my hair with her!!!

Awful. Very rude. I brought my family in to get their hair done. We sat for 2 min waiting for someone too acknowledge us. No one did. But they knew we were sitting their. When you walk in they have a big bell go of. So no excuses. I would never recommend this place.

Alright. So the last 4 to 5 times I’ve come here, I ask for a 2 in the side and trim on top. They do the side very well, but when it comes to the top, they barely even cut it. So I then ask for just a LITTLE more off and they get rid of all of it. Most times it’s alright and there’s still enough hair to where it doesn’t look like I have a buzz cut, but this time I asked for a LITTLE bit more off, and boom, my hairs gone. Let me just say I’m never going to come back again. I know that won’t effect you much but i just thought you’d want to know.

Janette was very helpful, did an amazing job with my haircut, and made me feel comfortable being their, its usually super awkward getting a haircut, but she did an amazing job, and kind of made me feel like a friend, I enjoyed, definitely coming here forever. I let her do my eyebrows and she was so excited lol, she did an amazing job on them, I was skeptical at first but she did such a good job I will definitely be having them done again, amazing experience, probably the best Ive ever had while getting my haircut.

The lady that cut my hair seem like she did not want to cut my hair. I feel like she did not know what she was doing. I went in for a trim . She was in a hurry to get me out of her chair. She did not give me a mirror so I can check my hair. It took her less than 5 minutes to cut my hair. She made four sections and just cut the ends . She did not go through layer by layer to make sure the hair was damage. I assume my hair is perfectly damage free after that hair cut.

Great place for a haircut! Im not overly particular about my hair, besides keeping it looking healthy, so I dont feel the need to pay high prices like I have at other salons in the past. The stylists here are knowledgeable, friendly, and they get you in and out without a fuss. It is also pretty easy to get in without an appointment.

Fast and friendly service as always. Watch out for the cordless clippers though, their guards run shorter than traditional ones!

They do good cuts but, when it is busy they make you feel like you just ruined their day by deciding to wait. There is just a feeling of dislike and resentment. I feel the need to apologize to them for wanting to wait for their service.

I really love this place, they take their time, and make suggestions on what they think you should do, after you inform them about your needs.

My husband and I came in the salon for him to get a basic haicut. We were told it could be up to a 25 minute wait. We sat there for 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting. They let at least a dozen people half of them walking in off the street go a head of us. i asked twice when it would be our turn and they said not to long. I was tired and very aggregated and my husband was flat out DONE waiting so we left. All that time waisted. THIS PLACE WAS SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT ! I DEFINATELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM !

Sitting at Lynn Haven Florida Supercuts to get my haircut, there are only two cutting hair while the other three are playing with each others hair. The waiting area ad 15 people sitting in here and no one is helping.

Very poor customer service, unfriendly atmosphere...no acknowledgment of me as a customer standing at counter (the front door has a very loud bell to alert it has been opened) 2 other customers in shop at this time, one in the chair. I assume I will be after her...no log/sign in seen at register area (as it was sitting down behind counter besides the cash register). When the employee finally acknowledged me standing there after over 5 minutes, she stated just go ahead and sign in, she approached the register area and pointed out where the sign in was, I as a customer generally would never reach over next to a cash register to grab anything. Another employee, a male, comes in from the back looks at myself and the female customer sitting there and decides to look out front door Im assuming to see if the door buzzer still beeps, even though the employees seem to ignore it. Goes back to his work station and stands there, I assume he is not working. By this time 3 more customers have arrived and sign in. Still just the female working at her station with same customer who seems to be trying to get correct haircut and is not happy. Around 10 to 15 minutes later a male customer walks in front door and is apparently who the male worker has been waiting on??? As he calls him directly to his station, in front of the 4 signed in customers, and proceeds to cut his hair without him signing in...I decide at this time to go elsewhere for a haircut and leave.

Tried to get my sons haircut only to be told they were not taking anymore. Called to express my disappointment to the customer care number was told a manager or owner would follow up, still have yet to hear from anyone. Would not recommend this place.

About a 2 month before I got my haircut from Supercuts I had gotten haircut bob in Ny where I live which costed $55 which she took off about 1 to 2 in but at Supercuts they cut about 3 inch and only charged me $15 I will be going back too Supercuts for life❤️
