WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I got fussed at for being a new customer and having a coupon. No where did it say it had to be printed, so I saved it on my phone. Was told that was unacceptable and I OFFERED to go print it. Was continuously fussed at in front of customers. Then was charged for an amount I did not agree to nor was able to pay because I had only the money equal to my coupon price. After more arguments and horrible customer service, She then began to refunded the charge but then turns around and charged my card again, for money I didn’t have because now we were waiting on the bank to process a refund (2-3 business days). Which I called and put on speaker phone for her. At this point I am embarrassed and was just trying to do something to make my already bad day, nice. She then threatened that the police would be called because now at this point she can’t charge my card. So as I am in tears calling my family to come pay for $30 nails that I wish I never would of gotten that didn’t even dry. At the end I had to play Karen and record me paying her for legal purposes, as well as catch her on camera acting as hostel as she was. Never have been more embarrassed as a customer and as an employee of customer service. I am very nice and polite and inpay and tip when I can, today was a bad day and I had a coupon. Sorry. I would never tell anyone to come here.

New in the area and needed a new place to do my nails. Very nice when I first walked in and allowed walk ins. Kim did my nails and she did an amazing job, especially since I have very dry and frayed cuticles. She was so sweet, kind and gently, and made my first time there memorable considering people are usually rough when cleaning cuticles. Very big selection of nail colors and pricing was reasonable!

Its clean and the ladies in there were really nice to me and made me feel comfortable. And my nails look fabulous cant even tell that she used the last bit of paint on me can you?

Ive been coming here for over 6 years now. Anna is my favorite nail technician. She has such steady and skilled hands and always does an amazing job! Today was the first time in my life Ive ever asked for a nail design and I absolutely love it!!

I enjoyed my Nu pedicure and my technician was really nice, but what wasn’t disclosed or posted on their menu of pricing was the additional cost for gel polish. A pedicure comes with regular polish, I know, but an extra $20 for gel is pretty steep. I could buy the bottle for that price. I should have kept my appointment with my other salon because they only charge $8 for gel polish and $6 for gel removal. But, I came here for the first time simply bc it was closer to my house.

They are clean, efficient, and always do a great job on my nails and my daughter and mothers nails too.

First off, I overheard two younger technicians make fun of an older fellow technician for not understanding what a customer said in english and laughing at her. The customer wanted a certain nail color but pronounced it wrong and let her paint the wrong color on the whole time— so it wasn’t even the technician’s fault. This is not professional and my heart hurt for that technician as she did nothing wrong. It’s not okay.

The worst place ever!!! I shouldve read the reviews before going in, but didnt have time. A simple manicure and pedicure that I requested sucked!!! My nail beds have been peeling for a week from whatever chemicals she used. I have never left a review in my life as I am not one to complain- I pay and go about my day accepting the poor service. But THIS is an unforgettable/worst experience Ive had and I want to make sure folks are aware. Please go somewhere else if you can-really!

I’ve noticed that one manicurist/pedicurist who goes by Lynn picks fights with her coworkers. Unprofessional when there are clients around, trying to get pampered in peace. I feel as if situations should be dealt with behind the scenes— where is the owner or manager to deal with her? The wait time was long as well when I just wanted a simple and quick manicure. Very disappointed!

I went on Friday to get a fill in and asked for some simple French tips with cherries design. On Saturday the paint was already chipping off from multiple nails and by Sunday my whole thumb nail broke off. I went in on Monday when I had free time to get a refund and they would not give me one. Not even a partial refund or a gift certificate of any kind. She offered to fix them but after the service I receive I didn’t even want it. These nails reflect the kind of service they provide.

I saw one lady stop working on her client’s nails and go to the back to yell loudly. A nail salon is supposed to be a place to be pampered and peaceful. Customers are supposed to feel relaxed. Very unprofessional!

Not a good experience! Too much to even put all in this review. Lets just say I eneded up just having her not proceed with my nails. I left with no color and just a manicure. SmhI wont be returning.

My service was lovely. The two stars are about this shop not accepting my coupon for a On their own website they offer coupons on several services that do not expire until 2020. I took a screen shot and went in for my service. I was informed during checkout that I needed to have the paper coupon. There is absolutely no reference to this on their website. I opened their website and showed them. They refused to honor the price offered with the coupon. This is not a good business practice. I feel ripped off. What a shame. They said if it isn’t printed how would they know the person had a coupon.... because every one who enters their website can see it. It is available to all. I had planned to share my discount by increasing the tip which is what I usually do. I did not.

I was a walk-in but only had to wait about 10 minutes. The person who did my gel nail was very nice, personable. I was very impressed by her skill. The shop was neat and clean. No prices posted (that I could see). My only concern was that I didnt see any disinfectant station for tools. My technician got her tools from a drawer in her station. I would like to know that all tools are sanitized between customers, especially the cuticle snips.

This place was the absolute worse. Looked at Reviews and websites. Was looking for place to get fill in and design.First of all they have a mans nail designs on their website who dont work there any more. None of them know how to do nail designs. I asked her did they have a book to know what they could do. She said people dont do that anymore. For me to Google a design. Every design she couldnt do. I said so you only do lines and dots. Its 2017 you need get up to date, and tell the owner stop doing false advertising on her website.Second of all the Fire alarm go off. All the techs put cotton in their ears. The lady doing my nails didnt offer me nothing. Continued to do my nails through the loud noise that lasted the entire hour of her doing my nails.Third issue is the polish. Im figure out how post a picture. I picked two colors and said just do French Manicure. The tips are thin. Base you can see where she shaped overlay, because the polish is thin also.In end, the lady tell me she only been working at shop for a year, and didnt go to art school. I said then why you doing my nails. I told the lady when I called I told lady I wanted gel fill in and design. Her excuse was she didnt answer the phone. I said well I should of went to my normal tech.Oh yeah, let me not forget the air was out and came on when I was leaving.My first sign was when she said the designs on website was from a man who didnt work there any more. I should of ran behind him.

Raleigh Nails is where I go to get pedicures and solar nails. Linh does amazing pedicures and includes a massage. The nail color stays on for 3 weeks! Another Nails Tech ( I forget the name ) does my solar nails and is fantastic! Everyone is so nice here and they are open every day which is a plus! They will even come in early or stay late if you make a request.

This place was absolutely horrible. Three of my gel nails came off not even a week after getting them done not to mention all of the other gel polish was peeling off around my cuticles. The experience was also terrible. My nail tech was checking facebook on her phone throughout the entire time she did my nails which caused my nails to take over three hours. Keep in mind, this service at any other salon Ive gone to take roughly an hour and a half. No more than two hours.While the nail tech was doing my nails, a walk-in client that did not have an appointment asked to get her eyebrows done. My nail tech immediately stopped what she was doing to wax this womans eyebrows! My nails were in the process of being painted so it wasnt even like we were waiting for them to dry and she took the eyebrow client. She left my half painted nails unattended to and by this point it had already taken two and a half hours at this point.I advise you to spend your money somewhere else to get a quality experience. If I could give this nail salon 0 stars, I would.

Ive never been more please with a nail salon since relocating from Boston! My Linh is the Best!!!! Her entire salon is very attentive, friendly, and efficient. Always greeted with a warm smile.Always very clean and wiling to accommodate all new and existing clients. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Best nail color selection

My full set solar nails look so wonderful! I really loved how theyre able to make me feel comfortable and relax! The inside of the salon is very clean and they have plenty of Polish to choose from! But Phenomenal service with excellent massage chair and wonderful massage!

I been going to Raleigh nail for the past 2 years .. not sure what happened but for the past 3 months they had me sitting for over hr wait sometimes I had to walkout because I was waiting so long. Some of the ladies are sweet but most seem to not care or not want to be there for one. I just recently walked out after waiting from 5:34pm to 6:51pm and NINi telling me I wouldnt be leaving till 8:15 meaning they would be rushing through my nails ! I would eve return again or bring any additional business to them.

I have been going to Raleigh Nails for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone that works there is friendly, accommodating & does great work! Highly recommended

I have had a few pedicures before and I specifically asked for my nails not to be cut short. Well that is exactly what happened. Toenails are not like I like them. Then my wife had a pedi and mani done. Well lets just say 2.5 hours later we were leaving. The nail techs were on their phones and looks like they were not concerned about her. My wife went in to get her nails dipped and polished. Since it took so long. She just asked for a regular manicure. We were just trying something new since we were in the area. But we will not be returning.

I get pink and white gel/solar nails and needed a new set so I thought I would try this salon as it is close to where I shop and is about $5-$10 cheaper for a new set, although fills are standard price. The material must be cheap as I have never had so many broken nails. Went in and had a couple fixed but as soon as the fake/plastic nail grew out they broke again. What a mess. Now Ive had to pay for another new set somewhere else. I did have a pedicure there once and they did do a good job with that.

Didn’t take coupons off phone. Nail technician rushed doing my $37 Signature pedicure. Only reason why I went was for the 15% off coupon that they didn’t take. I do not recommend.

I have gone in the past and had good experiences. Problem now is that they dont take American Express and they expect their tips in cash. I pay my taxes. Thats all Ive got to say..

Worst experience I have ever had getting a pedicure. The whole process of getting pedicure took ten minutes and that is counting the nail technician checking and texting her phone five times with gloves on touching my feet... obviously my feet are still rough I will have to go somewhere else to get a pedicure as it simply wasnt done. Just serving a warning to anyone that reads reviews.

Ive visited several salons in my 24 yrs living in North Raleigh. They have the best pedi foot massage in town! Mialynn has been the manager for years and runs it like her own. The store, products and tools are sterile. They get to know their customers by name and are always happy to see their regulars. Love this salon!

First and last time here, my technician didnt want to let my gel nails soak so she started peeling them off, once I asked her to stop she used her buffer to take them off which weakened my nails. I didnt think it was clean and she also cut me and when I asked for her to put antiseptic on it she didnt have any. Once we got to the polish part she had to redo several nails as she couldnt get the polish correct.

If you are looking for quality and professionalism, you need to get your man/ pedi at Raleigh Nails. It is very nice atmosphere and clean. If you want healthy nails, call them! My nails came out Great.

The worst experience ever!!! I requested for SNS and the first nail technician was extremely nice but unable to do the SNS correctly. The manger said that she would redo my nails without charge. However the manger was extremely unprofessional and rude!!! I wouldnt bring my worst enemy here!!!! This place is a dump and the people in it!! I will never give my money to this place!!

The staff is so friendly. It is clean and they are gentle. Will definitely make this a go to for my pedicures and manicures.

This was my first visit to Raleigh Nails. I found the staff unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. Customer service was awful. The lady helping me was grumpy and lazy and did the minimum. They are more expensive than other salons and do less. Dont waste your money here!

First and final visit to this salon due to the worst manicure that I have ever received...bleeding cuticles, uneven french gel polish. Im sure that your experience will depend on the nail tech, but I will not take the chance in returning. The nail tech definitely struggled with the french polish and did redo the nails that were crooked and applied a second coat of white polish (1 coat of polish was not opaque) but only after my request. But, I shouldnt have to point out the mistakes as they were very obvious. She was actually going to leave my nails as they were, except I asked for them to be redone. Im also the kind of customer that usually never complains or asks for something to be redone, but I knew the gel polish would be on for awhile and I couldnt remove it easily and fix the mistakes at home. I left the salon satisfied with my nails (only because I spoke up), but very disappointed and stressed with the experience.

I had an appointment at 10, I got there at 10, and they didn’t start on my nails until 10:30. They had other people come in that had appointments at 11 and they told me to wait, AGAIN, so they could take their 11:00 appointments. I ended up walking out at 11:20 with unfinished nails. As a black women having to be pushed aside for their other clients, who were white, and had appointments an hour after me made me so disgusted and furious. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Horrible horrible horrible. Nail tech spent 1.5 hours to do a FILL IN. I had broken and chipping nails the NEXT day and anyone else refused to do my nails, and told me I had to wait an hour for the nail tech or else they would charge me. Money wasted.

I used to go here a lot but recently changed nail spas after I received two poorly done pedicures in the last few months. The last one I received caused pain in my foot for about a week afterwards because the technician filed too close to my toe.

Customer service is lackluster.. surprised to see that from a mom and pop business. Walked in and no greeting, told to wait 5 mins and 20 mins later no eye contact or update .. walked out and I will bring my business somewhere else...

Very rude, horrible customer service. I will not be returning.
