Lily is honestly the best when it comes to lash extensions and microblading. They come out amazing every time. Best investment ever!! Save me so much time in the morning and I always look put together even without any make up on. Highly recommend!! The salon is always clean and welcoming. The staffs are always attentive and sweet.

I LOVE this team-especially Lilly who does my lash extensions. You will be hard pressed to find someone with as much talent, precision, kindness and great pricing. I have had lash extensions for 7 years and have had a half a dozen lash artists. I am so grateful I found Lilly. If you have contemplated getting extensions-give her a call. If you have extensions but arent happy with your current artist (trust me I know how hard it is to find someone good)-give her a call. I could gush about how much of a gem she is all day. I also appreciate during this time that the whole staff exercises extreme caution to keep everyone safe. They socially distance, use masks (properly), take your temperature and have you wash your hands upon entering and sanitize everything. I feel very safe with them. Also, Elaine, the owner, and is a complete delight. One of my favorite businesses in the area.

THE best nail place EVER. I will always go to them, and everyone there is so nice and fun to be around. I got my nails done for prom there and they came out GORGEOUS! I had sparkles and rhinestones and they came out perfect. Whatever you need they can do. I always walk in but you can call in to make an appointment but I have never needed one.

The ladies here are amazing and always do a great job on my nails. I usually do a walk-in service due to my schedule being unpredictable and they get to me quickly. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

My friend absolutely loves this place. She typically visits during her lunch hour and the place is not busy. We made an appointment for today (a Friday) at 4:45pm. I am sitting here at 5:43. I have been seated but not helped. I should never have to wait an hour when I scheduled an appointment, I don’t care how busy an establishment is.*response: If you cant service someone at their appointment time dont let them make an appointment. You were not ready for me so I took a phone call, my friend was in the store and there was not an open technician available to start OUR nails until after 5:45. I was then offered a discount when I called this time to their attention but my friend was NOT. Rude. Inconsiderate. You need to place appointments ahead of walk-ins and schedule your time better. If youre looking for a place to respect your time, do not go to this store.

Nope!!!! Waited over an hour for my friend and I to get our nails done. I needed a full set and my friend needed a fill in. We both have acrylics but apparently the nail tech who is trained to do a full set was off yesterday and they did not have another nail tech trained to do a full set.. only fill ins.. So I had to get a gel set that I’ve never gotten before. Okay whatever I brush that off. Then the wait begins to figure out who is going to be taking care of us. Finally when our two ladies arrive they go straight to work on our nails which makes us happy. During the process my nail tech caused pain to my nails several times by going to fast and not caring. I had to say ow several times and show her the bleeding side of my finger to get her to stop trying to file away my skin on that one side. After all is said and done they find a way to tack on every dollar they can to my bill. The only reason why I went there was because I had a $25 gift card someone had given me. But yet even after that I still had to pay $45 of my own money for the set(not including tip). Ridiculous! I was told that because of the “length” and the “style” of my nails that all that combined tacked on $15.. The logic I have no idea where they got that from because I have never been charged like that before from a nail salon. After spending 2 1/2 hours at this establishment.. I will not be going back here!!

I got the deluxe pedicure package for me and my spouse. It was $120 value. Honestly I wouldnt go back. I called and made an appointment at 12. And they let our feet soak for 40min until they even started us because everyone was busy. They refilled our tubs 3 times with hot water because we were sitting so long. The actual procedure itself was nice, the hot stones were very relaxing, but you could tell they were rushing just to get through all the people that were coming in. There was a complimentary glass of wine which was nice but I could have drank a whole bottle for the amount of time I was there.

I love this spa. So I’ve been dedicated to this spa from day one. My daughter is now six years old and this is the only spa that she has visited. They are very patient with kids and the sanitation is beyond impeccable. Same staff and no random faces...I moved further out and still travel back here. Helen does my eyebrows! It’s worth it and Elaine is so kind to all of her customers.

Love this place. Been going for 3 years. Always warm, inviting, friendly and of course do great work at a reasonable price. Everyone is sweet, caring and takes great pride in their superb work. Their change to their new venue a year or so ago was a great investment in making this a great space for the business. Love.

Went in tonight right when they were suppose to close and they stayed to do my nails which was so sweet! On top of that a lady came in after me to get her nails done and they stayed to do hers as well. The neatest thing is that the lady after me was in a wheelchair, needed extra help to get her gel manicure (the nail tech was doing 2 nails at a time bc her hands moved so much) and they were still there after 1.5hours finishing! The nail technician was extremely patient and showed her such love! Extra kudos!

Very nice techs, clean space with lots of staff. Everytime I go here I’m pleased with the outcome. They do not accept tips on the card, so bring cash with you. They are good with square shape but you may just want to double check each finger if your doing a round or almond. She corrected it right away and was super friendly about any feedback. They really want you to be happy!

Ive lived in quite a few different cities and in my experience, Ive always had difficulty finding great nail salons, especially when new to an area. So when I needed to get my nails done for my friends wedding, I decided to give NV Nails a shot after reading several positive reviews. I was pleased to see that they have a wide variety of colors in gel polish. And even better, the manicure looked perfect and lasted well over two weeks. About a month after my first visit, I had a pretty good feeling my boyfriend of two years was about to propose. Any time you might think a proposal is on the verge, its a good idea to get a manicure just in case. Again, I went to NV Nails and got another gel polish manicure. And again, I left completely satisfied. Because of my first two positive experiences, I will definitely be returning again.

I wish I could give NV 5 stars. Really I do. I have been a few times over the past few months. The new location is really nice, the staff is friendly and overall the quality of products and services is very good. However, the salon really needs to hire someone specifically to manage the appointment schedule and flow of customers. Ive made appointments twice and there is little difference in service between having or not having an appointment. They still took me back in the order in which customers arrived (first-come-first-served). Even when I said I had an appointment, they didnt ask my name so it made me think that they just give you a general yes/no when you call ahead based on how busy they are, but there really is no actual appointment. It would help tremendously if they had a true receptionist/salon manager who triaged everyone that walks in. Another reason for 4 stars is that you cant put a tip on your credit card. I have never experienced this anywhere, and its very inconvenient especially since so few people today carry cash. I once could not leave a tip at all, and another time had to write a check just for a tip. I really hope they change this policy soon.

I went with my friend to this nail salon and we both didn’t get what we wanted and spent $95 on nails that weren’t even that great. My friend wanted a sns nails for the tips and the two workers kept talking to each other turned out the one working on my friend used the wrong bottle and kept going and she had to get the entire nail painted when she just wanted the tip. I picked out a sample color that was plain and ended up with glitter nails and the worker kept assuring me that it was supposed to be like that. They kept mentioning how my hand was really small and so are my nails when it was a birth defect and started complaining when they had to do my hand. Not coming back here again

No. No. NO.We went on the day of our rehearsal dinner. 10 girls, booked ahead of time. They knew we were coming because we called to confirm the day before. On the day there was a long wait in between each girl, and I honestly didnt think we would finish in time to get going to the rehearsal dinner! The ladies dont talk to you - they talk to each other in Vietnamese.All of this MIGHT be acceptable if the quality was good but it is POOR. The day after - my wedding day - the polish on my big 2 just came off in one big chunk. This was for gel polish. Completely unacceptable. I had to scramble around to cover it up only to be left with a giant circle of color difference right in the middle of my nail.On day 3 of my honeymoon (i.e. 5 days after manicure) the polish on my thumb just popped right off.No I will not be going back. Awful. Big Fat F for FAIL.

I had a great experience here with Tammy, she was so patient and thorough with my SNS manicure. The salon itself was very nice, clean and had a spa feel! I will definitely be returning to see Tammy again.

I was out of town and stopped by to get my nails done since I would not be able to make it to my usual spot. They had a great selection of colors for the SNS dip powder but it hadnt even been a week before my nails began to crack. Once they started cracking they began to break here and there. Usually with the dip powder they last 2 weeks, even 3 weeks if I keep them on that long. Ive never had a manicure look this bad. The staff werent very hospitable. They barely spoke to me since they were completely engaged in a controversial conversation with another client that should not have been discussed at the work place. Overall I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Live close by the Leesville area and use to come every now and then. Use to be great staff. Came to get a Full set and prices are high now. I sat down to get serviced and the Tech who i never seen work there before was extremely rude. My Son was next to me playing is one spot and spinning a chair minding his own buisness was just staying in one area, the tech keep telling me something needed to be worked out and needed to be still mind you he wasnt bothering anyone kept to himself. She refused me services and i had to go to another salon, Aint gonna set foot in this salon ever again.

I took myself and two daughters to NV Nails for a Mother’s Day treat. It was a fantastic place and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our time there. The salon is very clean and updated and upbeat. The chairs are all new and built in massages. The bowls are clean and nice. My girls said “you are the best mommy ever” for taking them there. They gave a long stem rose to all clients this week for Mother’s Day, which I thought was a nice touch. And the service came with a nice glass of wine for me and a soft drink or water for the girls. One of my daughters got and NC painted on her toenail and it was very artistic for such a small little toenail, the NC was awesome with glitter in the letters. She is nine years old and couldn’t wait to go to school and show her friends. My other daughter (8 years old) got a French Manicure with lime green and then the white at the top. She was very pleased, lime green is her favorite color. I got the traditional French manicure. It came out beautiful. They made us feel really special there and it was very nice. The girls want to have their birthday parties there now.Thanks, NV Nails for a nice Mother’s Day outing for me and my girls.

My initial experience started out good and I was pleased with their customer service. However, by my third appointment it took a huge turn for the worse. I scheduled my appointment a week prior because I was going out of town and wanted to secure my appt. I arrived on time for my “scheduled” appt. only to find out that Elaine scheduled me for the wrong day and she was not able to fit me in, but asked if I could come back tomorrow. This was a HUGE inconvenience because I was going out of town the next day. The disturbing part was Elaine was not bothered at all by my inconvenience and could care less. Customers should feel valued especially when they are inconvenienced. Therefore, I will NEVER go back or NOT recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service! I am one of those people who gets my mani-pedi on special occasions, maybe 3-4 times a year. To my surprise when I visited last week the owner greeted me by name as if I was a regular! The clean, relaxing environment and the professional staff instills confidence that I am in good hands. I was advised to get a gel coat to keep the natural look of my French manicure... I opted out and within 3 days was back to get a fix up. They put my mind at ease about the gel removal process and I took their advice this time... My nails look GREAT! I have had multiple compliments from my friends, family and people I have just met. This company stands behind their work and is customer focused.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They have the latest nail products and spa services (microblading, eyelash extensions, waxing), my favorite being SNS nail product (powder based gel). They listen to any personal needs you have (i.e. preference for cuticles being pushed back vs. cut) or if you have a trouble area (i.e. blister). Helen is my personal favorite because she is gentle and takes her time to make sure it is done beautifully. Their nail spa is extremely clean and has a relaxing vibe. I highly recommend NV Nails and refer my own clients to them for services.

This place is a nice environment but be very careful with the person they select to do your nail or eyebrow. The only Hispanic girl who works there lack of experience and is very unprofessional. Dont let her do your nail or eyebrow. She is also RUDE.......

Went with a friend to get gel manicures...I get one every three weeks here in VA...because they last that long...5 days after getting my nails done at this place they started peeling at the tip and cuticle. I call and explain what happened, asked for a refund after I tell them I live 4.5hrs away, they then told me my only option was to come in to get them fixed. Hello! I live 4 & a half hours away, hat is unreasonable, I spent $75 at your salon and my gel didn’t last even a week?!? Absolutely absurd. My nail salon here guarantees 2 weeks. Now I have to get them re-done 💰😡

I have been going to this nail shop off and on for about 6 years. I went in the other day to get a full set of VERY SHORT acrylic nails with gel polish and all of sudden the price went up to $60 instead of the $40 I normally pay. I asked the salon why and they said they just increased the prices.

Dont let the new space fool you. Although this place is gorgeous inside, it is not the same. Prices are up. They no longer accept credit cards for tips which blows my mind and the customer service overall is not as good.

Ive been to this nail salon several different times and until today I had no issue. I had intentions of going in and getting a manicure. First off, theres never enough staff working, and the new space is way too big for no staff. So today I go in with a friend and we have to wait at least fifteen minutes to get helped (which is fine we didnt mind), however there were people coming in after us and getting helped first. After that the lady who did my nails picked my cuticles like crazy and which they continued to bleed after I left. Also I would like to add in that I got charged for a full manicure when I didnt receive a full manicure. Very unhappy. Will not be returning.

This place is just downright terrible, Im not the pickiest person when it comes to nails I just want them to look good. Today was my second time going there. The first time I went I was underwhelmed and I had to fix one nail afterwards, but it wasnt awful. Today when I went everything was shot rushed the only thing I wanted was a polish change and did not want my cuticles touched. They filed my nails super short and extremely uneven and cut some of my cuticles off one of my nails which they ended cutting into the skin underneath my nail. I was not happy at all, Im not someone to call afterwards but I did and the lady was extremely rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Trust me avoid this place, and it was not clean at all, never going back there again.

This place is very nice looking, the people are very nice, and they even did a good job on my gel french tips. Now if they got there customer service put together better and how to run a business I think they would be more successful.Reasons for me to not go back was one I made an appt and it took them 20 or so min before they got me to even sit down, people signing in behind me left and wouldnt wait.When I did sit down and she was about to start there were nail shavings all over the towel and told her to change it, which made me wonder how clean they really were.She kept leaving me to work on other clients and the time frame she told me was not correct and I was very late to pick up my daughter from school. instead of spending maybe 45 min there I spent an hour in a half there or longer.She rushed through the whole thing and did not feel pleasent at all. I was very disappointing. These guys even had good reviews wherever I found them..I will not return. I will try the Eco friendly bar salon instead and see how they are...

I got a full set with french. My nails do not match in shape, length, and the french is uneven. HORRIBLE experience.

The staff treats you by the way you look. So make sure your at your best to recieve fair treatment (acknowledge you when you walk in, offer you a drink, not leave you sitting idle halfway thru your service to take a new client).
