They are always on point sometimes I make an appointment but most the time I walk in and dont have to wait too long to get service I love my nails all the time I will have a picture next time always take pictures.

Went there to get my pedi and a full at 5pm the shop closed at 7 the lady did a great job on my pedicure but it was too late to get my full set so I left with a nice pedi and my nails untouched

Theyre named Amazing for a reason! Quality service, quality staff and great, friendly technicians who are not only willing to give you what you want, but also work with you to figure out what that is. I will be back, with friends.

My sisters and I took my mom to get pampered for her birthday. The staff was very accommodating and remembered us from 2 years ago.

I only come here when I cant get an appt. The owner just doesnt seem to know how to do nails.

I’m am dissatisfied about the acrylic nails! I came there to get acrylic nails, I asked for a coffin shape and it is crooked and bumpy! The colors do not match up to the nail testers and ended up with a wayyyy brighter color. Overall just sloppy. Although when i asked to get gel nails on my feet it looked way better. The employees were friendly but the nails were just not the best.

Beware- you will spend a ton of money all for nothing and horrible nail techs. Read all the reviews. I’ve been coming here for years but recently the service has went downhill. You don’t get what you pay for all depends on your Neil tech.

I went here twice and both times my acrylic nails broke within a week. I got gel and the paint still began to chip off after a week. The service is mediocre and the color selection is even worse. I don’t recommend going here

Pretty good place not really any complaints besides that they don’t have a lot of colors. I was able to find the exact color i wanted so i was Happy. I walk In for the first time and really liked how they shaped my nails and I’m content with the result. Only reason i dont give a 5 star is because i do think the gel polish on my fingers could’ve been done better, and more evenly. Prices were average. Basic pedi is $25 and acrylic fill in starts at $17, shape is an extra $5, and gel polish is $15.

The staff is always super friendly and I have a great experience every time I go in. I have been coming here for the past 6 months and my nails are fabulous every time. I came here for my friend’s birthday and they opened early just for us! They have a great selection of colors and are very informative for any questions you may have. It’s always clean and they use clean tools every time. I love it here and will never change nail spas!!!!!!

I came to Amazing Nail Spa after a crazy day at work in need of appointment of a pedicure. Im a stylist my feet are important! The salon was very clean and the staff was super friendly! Lisa really took her time on my pedicure I really appreciate not feeling rushed. Ill defiantly be back in 2 weeks!

My daughters and I had some impromptu girl time today. We called at the last minute and they not only accommodated all of us right away, they were so polite and kind. The staff is top notch and the manicures are all beautiful! All of our nail techs were very skilled and incredibly nice. I got a new set of acrylic nails and my daughters both got gel manicures (one French and one in Valentine colors! ). Just a wonderful experience all around. 😊

Staff is very friendly, Lisa and Kevin are wonderful! Best service, Ive ever had at a nail spa. They always care about their clientele. Mimi is the best at eyebrows and getting ingrown toenails. Tommy is really good with gel and acrilic nails. Other staff is great as well, I havent had the chance to have them as techs. You wont regret coming here.

My 8 year old daughter and I randomly had an hour to spare while my sons were at baseball camp and needed a little pampering. Without an appointment and in a rush I was worried when we walked in and everyone looked busy but we were still greeted with huge welcoming smiles and wisked away to relaxation immediately. Everyone including other customers were friendly, polite and professional. We both felt like princesses the whole time and left with beautiful pedicures and manicures in under the hour we had to spare. This is the first time a spa has dedicated time to my daughter so she felt special yet still charged a discounted child rate! Talk about customer service and the small things really making a huge difference. What a hidden gem! We live on the other side of town but will definitely be back!

I have been going to this nail salon for about 4 months. After going to several salons and having bad experiences, I finally found one that is attentive, friendly and reasonably priced! They have excellent customer service and will go the extra mile to make you happy and comfortable. The older reviews were from a different management company. I would not go anywhere else now that I found this salon! I always get my natural nails wrapped with the Solar gel and a French pedicure. My nails are always on point and my feet feel super soft when I leave. Try them out - you won’t regret your decision.

I guess it depends on the nail tech that works on your nails. Some are nice, some are not. Some are lazy and take short cuts.The older man that sits closest to the door did my nails the first time I visited. I got acrylic over my natural nails (not tips glued on) and was charged $35. I asked him how much it would be on my next visit, if I was to return and get fill in, and he said it would be the same price. He explained that any color I wanted would be the same price each time I returned. Well today I returned, got a fill in and was charged $45!!!! I told him that this was not the price he quoted me verbally during my last visit and he stood there and argued with me, denying that he ever told me that. None the less I will not be returning here because of the dishonesty and lack of integrity shown by the owner/manager.

This place is awful. I showed them a picture of what i wanted my nails to look like and they loom nothing like that. I am a nail tech myself and i came down her for a family emergency. I honestly wanted to tell them just to let me do my nails by myself.

AMAZING! Great atmosphere for nails. I love their pedicures packages, lavender deluxe pedicures is the best. Comes with sea salt soak, sugar scrub, mud mask, parrafin mask, and extra massages. Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. I come here every two weeks. And get pedicures and gel manicures.

Apparently theyre under new management and theyve improved greatly!The employees are very friendly, and do a thorough job cleaning off your dead skin! My feet seriously feels brand new after leaving this place! Im almost embarrassed at the amount of dead skin they got off of me haha.. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and was very impressed at how painless it was! The lady that did my brows was very kind and funny which is always a plus!They have a lot of nail polish colors and different types such as gel, chrome, and cat eye. My friend got acrylics here and the employee instantly recognized how her old nail shop did a poor acrylic job! Thankfully they were able to fix her nails here!Overall for the quality of service you get here the prices are a steal compared to other shops! They also have a reward system that gives you discounts when you come by frequently. Make an appointment ahead of time so you dont have to wait!

Terrible dipping nail job. Very rude. One lady that work there ask me and my daughter if we were coming in to get fake names? No were on the manicure does it use the term “fake names”. If they didn’t do acrylic or gel, I guess they would be out of business by now!

Very kind and patient people! I’m a dad (i.e., I know nothing about nails). My 13 year old daughter wanted a last-minute appointment and wanted specific things done (designs on each nail). I hadn’t planned my day well so I had to run out twice to make work calls. They worked with my daughter and ahe ended up with great nails. We highly recommend them!

Getting my tires done at BJs nearby so my girlfriend went here to get her nails. She says she really loves how the nails turned out.They had lots of nail polish and powder color options.

Went to get my nails done June 21st by the 27th I have 3 broken nails & chipped nail polish. There service was very expensive.

I got me nails done there last Sunday and already looks like I need a fill in everytime I wash my hands it’s this white stuff that appears around them and my nail polish is coming off never have I ever had this happen to me . Never will I ever spend my money on this place

My son bought me a $65 gift certificate for mothers day. Pedicure and manicure. The gift certificate said it is good for 6 mths from date of purchase. I went today and they told me it is no longer the Nail Spa. The business has changed hands so the GC is no good. Then the girl says they will honor it. Then the guy doing someones nails starts speaking in their own language and now she says they cant honor it, then she says they will only honor half of the dollars the GC is worth. I left very upset. My son works hard for his paycheck, and I got NO Spa day. I would never go back there no matter what!!!!
