Does anyone know where Lee or any of the other ladies are doing nails? I was going to them for almost 15 years...I loved them.. excellent service and wonderful fellowship!!

My gel nails only lasted 2 weeks. And I had to file my toe nails down in the pedicure chair. They are pointed at the end. Smh I will never spent 70 in there again. I could have done a better pedicure.

My nail looks like this after a week he left glue on my nails my whole finger nail came off after 2 days when I tried to pay the day I got my nails done the lady raised her voice because i was paying half and my mother was paying the other half VERY UNPROFESSIONAL (except for the lady who did my feet )

On a Sunday trying to find an open salon with good reviews. Came here and left happy. Got a gel manicure after not getting my nails done for monthssss. She (Lee) explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. Put multiple coats without asking (could be cuz of my pale color choice). She kept at my cuticles and edges until she was happy. Didn’t rush. Wasn’t crowded. Deserved a positive review.

I went in there on Sunday because they were one of the many few salons that would be open on a Sunday. I got in there first thing as they opened up exactly at 12:00. I was seated promptly and all of that was great. The guy that was doing my feet didnt speak any English which is fine but there were a couple of miscommunications, he drilled my feet so much that he split my toenail and had to glue it back together. Then I went to get my nails filled in, they were running a 20% off special and the guy that did my nails was pretty good. His name was Tony and he filed my nails did a fill in okay. Heres where the problem came in, after the 20% off my total came up to $69, I added a $6 tip for it to be total at $75. I put $75 as the total and $6.00 as the tip. And the price of the service was $69, they ran my card and everything was fine. Except the next day I woke up to a $60 charge on my card and an overdraft fee. Coming to find out that they put $60 down as the tip and charge my card $60 as a tip the next day. She tried to say that I put $60 down as a tip and that a lot of people do that around the holidays and she thought that was a tip and tried to keep my money. My money is still not back on my card.

Emily is the best hands down, although everyone seems extremely skilled with great customer service! I’ve been going to Emily for awhile now and there isn’t one style she can’t do while bringing an amazing personality! See you all in 2 weeks!

I looooooooovvvvvvvvvveeeeeee this place. Today was my first time going and I definitely will be back. Everyone is so professional and they do exactly what you ask them to do. Can’t wait for a fill in so I can go back.

The best pedicures with the hot stones!

Emily is decent, but lately shes sloppy. Some of my nails are crooked and so are the stones. Also, the last time I went a couple of my nails were lumpy. Once the 20% off promotion is over, Im going to explore other options. I have yet to find a nail tech that can give me the shape I want and Im tired of leaving dissatisfied.

Loved how my nails turned out. Very friendly, professional nail techs. Clean environment. Reasonable prices for gel! Only wish hand massage was more thorough at the end. My favorite part! Other than that, will definietly come back.

They are great. I have been a customer for over ten years and the level of good service has never changed. They give the best pedicures! If you go at six and they cant get to you because they close at seven thats only because they are thorough and they do a very good job. It would have been worth the trip to come back!

Very clean, takes their time to make sure it’s just right .... shapes very well and I have to say this is my favorite since I’ve moved to Raleigh . Others didn’t take their time and would mess up but this place is very very good . I would recommend you to come here 😊

Horrible pedicure service. They do not scrub the bottom of your feet and the lady completely skipped the foot massage. No lotion applied to soften heels. So very disappointed with the service I received. I just told her to stop. What a waste of time.

The service was fast and the nail tech not only was friendly but did a great job considering Im 8mths pregnant she was gentle but firm when needed!

I had a long wait but worth the wait. Pedicure was great and Queen Lee, my name for her, totally hooked up bad gel nails i got up state. Definitely returning to her!! Very detailed work.

Pedicure stations are clean and the staff does good job on pedicures. If you have natural nails, then all staff can give manicures.Best service is to get mani pedi at same time. Youll feel like a queen. Add the mosture glove treatment. Also very good waxing results.Go during off peak hours because waiting is not pleasant.Monday is busy because 1/2 price mani pedi.Staff doesnt speak much English.The surroundings are not fancy. The waiting area furniture is bad...needs to be thrown out.However, I give them a 4 for competency, price, good pedi chairs, and smiles.I give a 1 for ambiance.

This place is absolutely terrible.....go somewhere else....the only one lady does acrylic nails and she doesnt know what shes doing.....all my nails had bubbles and where chipping the next day...my girl friend got gel polish and it came of the next day....you want a nice job done go to T-nails or Posh both are located on captail....and to add none of them speak a lick of English that you can understand
