Went in to have my full set acrylic nail taken off due to fungus. And the lady that handles me was very unprofessional and rude. She was forcing the acrylic off my nail with a fake nail. This was very painful so she tried soaking my nails each time for a few seconds. When the acrylic wouldn’t come off she filed it down and kept telling me all the acrylic was gone. I kept picking it off and telling her it was still there. I ended up walking out and now I’m having to go somewhere else to get the acrylic off. I didn’t ask for anything hard just get All the acrylic off! Go at your own risk!

They charge me 55 dollars and it nothing like what I asked for them she was being rude and aggressive

I spent $50 last week on a fill in smh and within four days 6 of my nails were lifting. Lee (I believe thats her name) (the owner) is rude, she talks over you or will cut you off whenever you try to tell her something about your services, she rushes over your nails completely, shes not honest when it comes to what she knows or doesnt know how to do, etc. It was a complete waste of money and time and I will never come here again !!!

I did not like their customer service. I got a pedicure with regular polish and a manicure with gel polish on my natural nails. The gel peeled off in 4 days. I went in to advise and to see if they would redo since gel is suppose to last at least two weeks. The manager stated that I waited too long and the she would charge me an additional $15. I was so upset. I don’t have money to give away for a poor job, I paid once why should I have to again for a lousy service. I will not be going back. They were nice until they get your money

Save your money and time. I showed her a picture she said she could do it and when I said it was wrong she sent me to someone else. I asked if they could start over because it was terrible and he got an attitude and said I’ll just give you a refund and told me to leave. Support black businesses!

Got in quickly without appointment. Pleasant staff. Decent regular pedicure but I think cuticles could have been cleaned up and smoothed out more. Different technician for gel manicure - seemed considerably less experienced than pedicure tech. Rushed. Unsatisfactory cuticle clean-up; too much gap between bottom of polish and nail base. Thumb nail chipped on day 2; polish repaired without hassle.

I have been going here but the ladies that work here always rushing and do not do good nails. I will not be returning abs I advise you not to waste your money or time. One the male nail tech can do nails!!!

Going to the salon in the past, the first time getting my nails done, was a great experience, I absolutely love them, the second time getting my nails done I wasnt very happy, the lady made me feel really bad so I didnt go back, but this time I had the most awesome experience, this time I had a man do my nails, he was so, so nice he cared about what he was doing my to nails, also what I wanted he gave me exactly what I wanted, he was just great he want to please me, my nails are beautiful Im very happy with them and I will go back again as long as he be the one do my nails every time, so if you going to Sonnys nails always choose this man has gray hair slim hes a very happy guy thank you so much to Sonnys.

Very dirty... rushed service, nails started lifting after 1 week.. paint was lumpy due to being rushed, Save your money go somewhere else.

Nails were done very poorly, shape was awful acrylic was on top of my nail bed. Same for my feet. Overcharged 100$ for a set of very short nails & pedicure.

First time experience was good. My nails lasted almost three weeks b4 I needed a fill- in. Wide variety of color choice. They may come off as stand-offish but they are friendly & will make sure you’re good to go b4 u go!

The nails weren’t even and didn’t even bother to clean right around the nail. They weren’t buffed even.

It is a blessing to gain customers, but dont take them for granted in the services they are paying for. My manicure was rushed due to opening rush of customers and lack of staffing. Please consider opening earlier or setting appointments for more quality service.

I have came to this place for 5 years since I moved to Raleigh I had gel nails on this particular day and when they was finished my nails had bubbles in them and my daughter nails as well. The manager told me that I was too picky and she cant do my nails any more because she had to fix them. I have never been to a place where everytime you go there is a problem with the services. I went because it was close to home but they dont like to hear that they made a mistake or to fix it. This will be my last time and then the young boy cursed me out in front of my kids and children!!

Worst ever!!! You get what you pay for...their prices are cheap and service is horrible! I dont want to waste 2-3 hours of my time only to walk out like I painted my own nails and toes!!! To each its own but I would rather pay more for good service. Its always so crowded that there is no way they are thoroughly cleaning between clients....I dont want their horrible service nor the germs and bacteria from the spa tubs!

I really enjoy Randy doing my pedicure and Tina doing my nails. I would it a lot longer I was there from 420pm until 710...ridiculous wait for a Tuesday .

Worst experience ever! I went for a fill-in with an awesome set. The guy filed all my acrylic off and did not put acrylic back where he took it off at. Then when I go back to get him to fix it he threw some glue on it and called it a day. I will NEVER go back there. And I should have learned my lesson because when I went in there one girl called in saying her nail fell off. And 2 more girls got in a huge argument with the employees. Do not go there and waste your money.

The wait time was an hour and the employees were rude! My nails are uneven and crocket! Never again! Dont waste your money and time!

I have been talked to unprofessionally in person and hung up on the phone. Im only leaving this because paying $35 to $45 for nails and they come off in less then a week, theres a problem also I work from home so no strenuous work being done!Sad
