So I went here about a week ago and I got a full set with gel & a gel pedicure, the pedicure was fine but idk what happened when she was pulling out my Cuticles but now my big toe is swollen and hurts and it’s been like this since I left the nail salon. I then got a full set of tips which she did only two nails with stones and they completely have fallen off & also half of my sticker broke off. I was charged about $75/$80 for this horrible set. I usually don’t do this but this has been the first time ever in my life this has happened to me. I usually get gem stones every time I do my nails n not even when I have a full bling finger this happened . Especially my toe being swollen . I’ll add pics . I also asked for coffin shape n it’s really more squared

I came in here to get just a fill in with gel polish. They shaped and filed the acrylic nail to my desired shape fine. But filed my pinky nail so rough it cut my pinky finger on both sides and made it bleed very minimally. I left over all okay with my experience. Besides the pain from the cuts on my pinky. Until 4 hours later when my gel polish 2nd coat started peeling off on 2 of my nails. I went back in the next day asking if they would just fix the 2 nails that were messed up. (Because they do not offer money back refunds.) Because I do understand that things like this can happen sometimes. But the result of them fixing it did not satisfy me. They barely buffed the 2 nails out to smooth the 1st and 2nd coats together and then just painted it over with clear coat. Overpriced for a sloppy job. The finish was subpar, there were gaps all throughout my nails, the shape is uneven, and some nails were thicker than others. Pls get your nails done elsewhere!

Great service and fit our group of 5 on short notice, but pricey for what you get. They also present upgrades as a choice, without letting you know youll be paying $15 more for something you dont even really care about. If they werent so nice and accommodating, I would have rated lower.

The lady that did my moms nails was very rude and didn’t care about what my mom wanted. You’d think that since we (the customers) pay for their service and even tip them that they’d care more about what their customers want and treat their customers with respect, or even just care a little, but that isn’t the case. The lady hurt my mom multiple times because she was being too rough with the nail grinder. She even spoke back to my mom multiple times. She was VERY rude. I didn’t get my nails done here after that. My mom felt very uncomfortable. They NEED to work on their customer service.

Well first experience was fun. Noy did my nails and it was nice but in 4 days is was already falling apart and was unhappy. I made a phone call and they where happy to have me come in and fix it no charge. You tell them what you want and how you want it with respect and youll have the best customer service. Thank you for fixing my nails.

Id suggest going elsewhere unless you want your nails maimed.

Its been awhile since I got acrylic gel set and my feet done. Boyfriend took me here for my birthday as a surprise. However, my acrylic gel set didnt even last a week. If I lived in Raleigh I wouldve went back to get it fixed. The lady who did my nails was going too fast, did my nails bulky or a little too thick. She was so quick to hurry and get someone else after me. And I realized she didnt sanitize her station before she took the next client. I will definitely be doing my nails at home. I appreciate my boyfriend trying to surprise me but Im going back to doing my own nails.

So unprofessional it hurt. My daughter and I went to have manicures for a great memory together. My manicurist was watching tv on her phone and continued doing so the entire time. She even stopped the treatment to watch a particularly interesting segment of TV. I tried to engage with her in a friendly way and she wouldn’t even make eye contact let alone answer. If that wasn’t enough at the end of the treatment my daughter asked her if I were getting a hand massage which was included. She literally shoved my hand away and said i already had it which I did not. I started to call for the manager but my daughter stopped me and against my better judgment I just left. No one showed any interest other than collecting money. My biggest regret is I surely did not take care of myself.

RUN RUN RUN RUN. Please. my nails were terrible. Glue all over my hands, different nail shapes, edges not painted and bulky. I had to get them fixed. Which not really because they are still bulky. I paid $85 and want my money back because of their very very rude employee. I got there at 11:50am and didnt leave until 3pm. I missed a doctors appointment fooling around with these people. When I complained to the lady who did them she told Stop talking and worry about your eyebrows they are messy. As I was leaving a customer yelled at her and said You shouldnt be allowed to do nails. This was very unprofessional and ruined my day further after finding out I have a heart condition.

Im a dude out with my wife on our 36 year marriage anniversary, yeah thats right we got married on February 14th. 36 years ago, and to God be the glory were still as happy as ever. As far as the Polish nails & Wax, my wife had Noy for her petticure and she always go to her and she was very satisfied again, and I had a dude and his name is Doug he went over board to make sure I was satisfied, and he also did a wonderful job and I were very satisfied, so if youre thinking of getting a petticure go head on and check this place out, I believe you will be satisfied also. Just to add I didnt want to put my socks back on that I wore there, because my feet and legs were so clean, so the next time I come back I will bring a fresh pair of socks to wear out of there.

Poor poor job on my daughter nails. My daughter has dried blood in her nails. The girl appeared to not know what she was doing. My daughter has thin spots of acrylic on her nails. She came in with other young girls for a birthday party and other girls fingers were bleeding as well. Shut it down!!!

Service is inconsistent. Sometimes I have a great gel manicure vs. this week the girl was done in 30 minutes including removal of the old gel. She did not go down far enough on my nail, so I will have to get a manicure sooner that I like. Two of my nails feel and look bumpy because she rushed removing the gel nail.

They did a great job! My pedicurist took his time and made sure my feet were smooth before moving on to polish, and my gel manicure looks fantastic!

Half of the people that came in did not wash their hands as with the workers one staff person walked around with NO mask...they did Not wipe the chairs between people. They didn’t have people keep their mask on. This is why I do not have sympathy for this small business as they are not ensuring our safety while patronizing. Most of their polishes were old and the arrangement inside is a hot mess!!

Absolutely horrible. Lady told me she did not want to work bc it was a holiday and that she was ready to go home. She didnt give me a manicure just started gluing on nails. Did not drill the acrylic down somy nails are super thick. I felt rushed and kept asking her to fix them. I will be calling as soon as they open to report the issues I had. Mynails are actually embarrassing.

I LOVE this place. A man called Sunny did my nails and they were beyond beautiful. I love my nails long and sharp and his balance for the stiletto tip was perfect. When I went it was his birthday and he was excited to get off early but he did not rush at all and was very polite.

I was there a month ago. I will not go back. My pedicure was good. But, my gel manicure was horrible. They didnt do any cuticle work, they only shaped my nails. I didnt even get a hand massage or lotion. And the gel began to peel 3 days later....my gel usually lasts at just 2 weeks. It was a rushed job. Im giving them 2 stars because the pedicure was good.

AWFUL! Everything is an extra $5. Extra to fix a broken nail, extra to take nail polish off? I paid $85 for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow. Not even 1 day later ALLLLLL my nails are breaking and peeling! All my nails are broken, cracking and they are my real nails! I’m so upset about this place. Awful materials. Not sure what they used but I wasted my money and will never go back here.

Treated my wife to a manicure and pedicure as part of her birthday. It was peaceful and everyone was professional and kind. Job well done on services delivered as well.

HORRIBLE PLACE !! I went with my friend to get her nails done and all she wanted was short acrylic with REGULAR nail polish. And the lady with short hair gave her a price of $30 we ended up paying $45. She gave her a up charge for shape, and length. I also had seen 4 girls try to come in and they signed in as usual routine, and they told them to come back 30 minutes later. They all come back and this lady working in the front desk had a huge problem because they all wanted to get their nails done, treated them like they were an inconvenience. They proceeded to leave and the lady said “BYE”. The whole staff has an attitude and treat their customers badly.

Asked for one thing and got another, imy nails look so awful, and I got to spend my Christmas with these nails.

Hannah did an awesome job. Probably the best basic mani pedi I’ve received as a guy. She was very thorough. No mess ups. No pain. Looks amazing. I often wonder if most places are bad or if they just don’t do a great job because I’m a regular dude. I was really surprised at how good she did. I’m definitely coming back.

Awful gel manicure. Brenden did my nails. I could tell he was extremely new to nails, must have been in hist first week. Instead of getting off my last gels via acetone he used a nail sander and then buffed excessively which really weakens the nail bed. The color I chose turned out to be too weak because I wanted a solid color with glitter on top but he only did the glitter layer. Then when I asked for him to remove the glitter layer and do a solid color, he removed the glitter and did a clear layer and said it was too late for a color. Also broke my pinky nail. On top of it being bad and rough, it also took forever. It was so bad I only tipped 15%.

This nail has to be the absolute worst. The craftsmanship and customer service is just downright horrible. So I have gave this salon multiple tries simply because I work at Crabtree mall. Yesterday I went and got a full set. It took 2 hours to do! On top of that I have acrylic all over my skin and my nail polish is already chipping! Mind you it’s only been 1 day! The shape of my nail looks like a box car! So I went today to see if someone could reshape them and get this acrylic of my skin. The little woman cuts me off as I’m trying to explain and said “we’re to busy”! Now if I just walked in to receive another service she would have made time! So moral to the story do not waste your time going here unless you prefer sloppy work that doesn’t last!

They burned me, then wanted to give me a gift card for the amount I payed. Also, they made one eyebrow thick and the other small. I had to fix my eyebrows at home. Worst brow waxing experience ...

The only reason this place is even getting one star is because you cannot proceed without doing so. My daughter and her best friend just got home from getting service there. My daughter got an acrylic fill with gel (quoted on the phone as $30), and her friend got a manicure with regular polish (quoted on the phone as $15) and a pedicure (quoted on the phone as $28). My daughter was charged $35, and her friend was charged $70. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I spoke to someone on the phone and stated that the prices that they were charged were different from the prices that she quoted me, and it was clear that they were taking full advantage of two young girls. Neither of the girls had good results from the service, also; her friends manicure looked like a child did it. Save your money and go somewhere else!

I went in told the lady what I wanted which was the $30 acrylic and basic pedicure. Asked for the coffin nails and the lady with the short hair black hair had them looking like a peacock then when I get to pay shes throwing in 5dollars and 10dollars here and there mind you why didnt you mention any upcharges before hand. $73.00 in total. I leave get to work and my nails are upward and one of them isnt even a coffin nail it looks like a melted wax I go back the next day she files it down and files another and then I leave just to notice that she forgot to put nailpolish on the other hand where she filed down. Never going back. Waste of money.

I tried this nail salon and asked for a shellac fill. Instead they took my shellac off and painted over it. Every time I would try and ask what they were doing they didn’t understand me. I asked for them to repair my two pointer fingers as they were chipped and they left them the way they were. I’m honestly shocked. How could a professional business be so clueless? Never going here again.

First of all, the customer service is horrible. If I could give this nail salon 0 stars, I would. I went in for a gel set. I am aware that I work in a field where I use my hands a lot, but before getting my nails done at this salon, my nails have never broken and my set usually lasts about 3-4 weeks. But 5 days later, my nails had broken off at the tips, and the color was literally PEELING, not chipping, but PEELING. The man must have put acryllic on my nails. Mind you, I asked for that color, completely unaware that it was acrylic, but I FEEL it was his job to tell me (after I paid for a gel set) that I picked out acrylic. Either it was acrylic or the nail polish was just old, I’m not sure. All I know is it started peeling and the gel started to break down so the nails started to break. So I went in for my second set (for free) and now this new set is peeling! The man asked me ‘What did you do?’ after seeing my broken nail and I replied I didn’t do anything and it had only been 5 days. I may have misinterpreted what he said, but I feel like I heard him whisper ‘bulls*%#’ under his breath and then proceeded to do my nails in silence; which is totally fine, he didn’t have to be happy about doing my nails a second time. But a typical customer service practice is always treating a customer with respect.I will learn how to paint my own nails before I ever get my nails done here again.

If I could give them a zero star I would don’t come here!! They have zero respect for black people! But was treating white people like they was God’s.They was talking to black people any type of way. Find you some place Better that know how to talk to people and treat you right. This is not the place !! This is really the worst place I ever been to in my life!! I heard them talking about me like I wasn’t there to my face and they talked to one lady so bad she got up and left and they talked about her right after she left. Terrible service. The person who did my polish applied it so fast, and did not clean up properly. I had extra polish on the side of my skin. So I asked her if she could clean it up. She pretty angrily said, I have already cleaned up once. You might have touched something. This is not the right way to behave with customers. They dont pay attention and do the service very fast, just to finish it. Not a good place to go.

Had a reservation for 7, running late so called to say so. They did not understand us. Got there, not enough staff and ended up only being 5 of us. Water in baths was cold, did not run the jets. Most of staff, especially the one who appeared to be the owner was rude. 2 of us had to wait almost until the others were done. First and last visit ever.

The only reason why I selected 1 star is due to fact you wouldnt be able to proceed without it. So me and my mom who was visiting from FL came to this salon Saturday July 20th to kill time until our movie started. the worst idea ever! It took us over 3 hours to get out of this place! The service we choose was a male pedicure and manicure and a womans fullest and pedicure. As we are sitting in the pedicure chairs, the patron next to us became unhappy and it was due to the fact the employee servicing her left with no warning or reasoning as to why. Turns out he didnt know how to do pedicures but decided to TRY and failed so someone else came to assist. She spoke with the manager and it seem like nothing happened but a minor discount to cost. So we went on with the services because our techs were during pedicures when we walked in. My service was great the tech did an awesome job and the tech servicing my mom seem not to sure what to do when attempting to remove an gel nail enhancement from her toe, so instead of someone who has expertise coming to complete the service the tech whom seem most capable is COACHING her on how to remove the enhancement. After about 45 mins later my moms pedicure is complete now moving on to her nails. So the nail tech that did her pedicure is now TRYING to complete her fullset! My mother request stiletto shaped names, the tech begins cutting them wrong so my mom says no thats not the shape I requested and again comes the more capable tech COACHING. The way the tech laid the gel was extremely uneven! Once my mother brought it to her attention she had to shape her nails over 3 times (one with the file, 2x with the drill). Attempting to shape her nails the tech turned my mothers right arm out instead of turning my moms wrist in to shape her nail. My mother waited to have some stone work done to her nails but because of the service of the tech she opted out. While drying her nails 2 clients came in with complaints about their nails, one being the mother of a little girl all complaining about the shaping and polish job they received and instead of the manger or owner handling the situation, about 5-6 nail techs GATHERED AROUND discussing the issues. Maybe we visited on the wrong day but my mom stated she wouldve been better off with a $5-7 pack of press ons. Long Story Short: SAVE YOURSELF! Try another spot or be ready to lose half or your day and waste money.

Omg the guy that did my acrylic overlay fill did a HORRIBLE JOB on Monday February 11th (my birthday). He was burning my fingers with the drill, drilling too much of my nail to the point of my nail heating up. None of my nails are even and I have bumps and dips all over them. 😡🤬

My husband I normally go to Diva Nail- but they had a 45 min waite. So, we decided to try this place. At first glance, everything was fine. They spoke and was very professional. Heres where it gets weird. The gentleman that was going to take care of me was very nice. The female (cant remember her name) that was doing my husbands pedicire was the epitome of RUDENESS!!!!. Im a proud afro cuban woman and I said gracias (thank you) to her..... she immediately said IM NOT MEXICO- IM VIETNAMESE I thought she probably misunderstood what I was saying... so I tried to explain that i was just saying thank you smh it went from bad to worst.. long story short... I told her that she was rude. She just would not shut up. EVERYBODY was just looking at her. The owner/manager was asking what was her problem... my husband was ready to leave. She told them I was picking on her.... this situation is long and ridiculous but the situation was de-escalated and the manager took her to the back. Our pedicures was actually very good once they got rid of that trash. She should be fired. This business will suffer if she continues to providing services to the public. One bad apple can Spoil the Bunch!!

Despite all the other negative reviews here, I had an amazing experience here with Sommay who did a mani pedi and wax which was phenomenal. I highly recommended her to a few clients of mine and they said the same . I would suggest anyone to give them a try !!!-C. Reid

I travel a lot so I’ve been to many different nail salons. I got a fill in and gel here, my nails don’t look clean at all, nail polish is messy all over and they started to chip off the next day. I went back to see if they would fix it and they just ended up looking worse. Will have to get them re done again somewhere else

I stopped in to get a gel fill in while I was in the mall. The nail technician applied the gel so thick I had to ask her to re-file my nails. My nails are also unevenly shaped. She apparently does not know how to do nails! I will never return and I advise others to stay away!

Very unprofessional. I came in for a new set, and my acrylic nails were literally RIPPED off. I cant believe I even sat through the entire thing. Let alone pay for these crooked and poorly done nails. Do not get your nails done here. Worst experience I have ever had.

I went here for a full set 45 minutes before they closed. This woman says we can only give you mani pedi. I said Id like a full set. She says no wont do. So I said okay then you dont need my business. She says only mani pedi or leave. How is it that Im being told what to get not given what I want and Im the consumer? Terrible! The worst gel manicure ever! Lady did not know how to apply nail polish and layers were wet with lots of imperfections. There is an uncomfortable old place for manicure.
