A great place to go and get the nails done and a pedicure

Cute colors but the prices are all over the place. Last year I paid $25 just for gel polish on my regular nails. Today for my hands and toes a total of $60. I’ve never paid that much ever. I won’t ever go back the job wasn’t done professionally and a good manner.

Ran in for a quick pedicure. The tech did a great job. I wasnt impressed by the massage chair but the pedicure was great!

I’ve went to this nail shop three times and all three times they have been rude had little smart remarks. Today I officially had enough, after explaining to flower what I wanted my nails to look like she gets an attitude because I’m requesting too much. If I’m paying for my nails to get done they’re going to be exactly what I say. Then she got an attitude with me over the design. What topped it off for me is when I was charge $90 on my card when my receipt said $75. I’d rather support a nail salon that actually is friendly then a rude woman with an attitude. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here please. Prices are too high for low customer service.

I was a regular here until I had my baby, now my schedule doesnt really allow me to go as usual. I only make appointments with Flower, so I cant speak on anyone else there. She does a fast but great job. She can have me in and out before my lunch break is over and yet, I have no problems with my nails. Im very picky about the shape of my nails, and she makes them almost perfect! I always brag about how I got my nails done a week before my baby was due, and they stated on for 4 weeks after! And the only reason they came off it because I had to take them off. Knowing that it would be a while before I could make another appointment.

They must be losing money theyre going to say due to the c o v i d 19 they can only do a basic pedicure no paraben pedicures

Ive been going to Flower for years but today they get a big break. I understand all businesses have raised their prices but they are starting to charge too much. My goodness!!

Love the way they work.A smile goes a long way. I can see that they appreciate every customer they have and they want to make sure all of them have to come back for their good services. This is my first time and my experience is very good. I had a very good manicure and pedicure. The technicians were very careful. They took their time to make sure everything is great and did not skip any step. Clean and well organized place. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended !!!

This nail salon is horrible!!! Do Not go here. For once they over charge and can barely do nails. I got my eyebrows done & the tech got wax in my eyelash extensions. She didn’t not tell me until I felt her messing with my eye. DO NOT GO HERE

She can do some nails. They charged me too much being my first time there. I paid 35 for nails which is ok but charged me 10 for eyebrows when they were to be 8$ with service.

Me and my friend were here just to get pedicures and the place was empty yet no one started her feet until my pedicure was almost done ( getting polish put on ). Then the old man doing her feet put the smallest amount of cuticle gel on before he started using the dead skin scraper and she told him that it was hurting her foot so he put a little more. Then onto the next foot he does the exact same thing then she told him it was hurting and he kept scrubbing then complained when he had to add more then said next time hell charge her for using more. Like if you dont want your pedicure to hurt get one of the more expensive pedicures I guess. Just a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... this was the first and will be the last time.

Most unprofessional nail shop around! I go in as a walk-in and asked what services I needed. A fill-in and pedicure. I was immediately assisted and all was well until it was time for the fill. I was asked to sit at a station for a few minutes and someone would be right there. After 45 minutes, I politely asked who was going to do my nails because I needed to leave soon. I was told 10 more minutes.. 10 more minutes?!? They had started servicing other clients when I was already there! I was told oh, well the girl that did your pedicure doesnt do nails... Then why would you ask what I needed and then put me with someone who could not fully assist me!? There was no apology, only lies and excuses.. They didnt know... They had appointments set.... I was never informed that there would be any additional wait! They were rude and lacked any customer etiquette! Do not waste your time or money here!

Never had this much problem with my nails until coming to this establishment..They messed my nails up and were unwilling to fix the problem they created.. They will never get another dime of my money. And the only reason they got one star is becuase thats the only way I could post..

I was satisfied. I have wide nails & the man got me right. Hes the only one out of every salon Ive been to that does my nails great! If I cant get to this place I will not get my nails done.

This place is not a good nail salon to go to, I got a fill in with gel polish and coffin shape for $40 and was charged $80. The guy swiped my card 4 times in the time span of 2 min. The first time he said it declined but i know it didn’t because i had plenty of money on my card and when i checked my account it clearly showed that he took the money out but he was saying declined which was a lie. I told the manager Flower about it and she was not trying to give me my money back on the spot and also she told me her bank would handle it and notice that i was charged twice but clearly they didn’t because a few days later, $40 was still pending from my account. I had to file a dispute with my bank and i got the money back in 5 days. So the moral of this is that they lied and tried to take $80 from me and that’s down right disrespectful, greedy and deceitful. Please don’t waste your time going here because they not only try to take more money from you but they don’t even know how to make a good coffin shape. I’m very disappointed and I’d advise that you don’t even bother because you will be disappointed and you will want your money back. This is just a shame and they better be lucky i just filed a dispute and let my bank handle it, rather than me fuss them out and make a scene in the shop.

Love this place. No smell, great ladies, great nails. Shellac manicure stays on for 2-3 weeks and regular pedicure lasts 4-6 weeks. Great place.

AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!!THERE ARE TWO NICE AND MORE PLEASANT PLACES LESS THEN A COUPLE MINUTES AWAY.I just moved to the area and was excited there was shop near by. The shop is nice and clean so that is a plus, but thats where it stops. Unless you are one of Flowers (I believe her name is) regulars they will not really pay much attention to you, Never and I mean Never sit in the short older mans chair first off every time I went in there he had an attitude if he got a client because he couldnt watch his videos disturbing him and him and Flower would appear to be arguing in their language. If he doesnt want to make money then dont put people in his chair. The last time I went ( and that will be the last time I ever spend money there) I didnt even let him complete my service because he was so disrespectful. The only reason I went back that time was because the time before I had a very pleasant and professional young lady but she wasnt there that day. The other tall gentleman is very sarcastic with his remarks to people when speaking to him and again never really seamed present but he does do a good media/pedi service.

I have been a fairly regular customer for a couple of years. This past Monday I got my usual mani- pedi combo. Unfortunately, the technician clipped my finger with the cuticle clippers. He was able to stop the bleeding with some mystery solution ***(I was never asked if I was ok with it being applied or if I had any allergies.)*** My other concern was the unsanitary method he applied it, sans concern of ***blood borne pathogens.*** My finger is now infected, sore, red and swollen. My work schedule prevented me from returning before today. Flowers solution was to soak it in alcohol and apply more of the mystery solution. When I stated I deserve a partial refund she disagreed. If a customer is injured at an establishment because of no fault of their own they deserve a refund. It is disappointing that management has poor business ethics, especially after I have been a loyal patron for years. N

I am disgusted! I would go here if I couldn’t make it to my regular salon bc they promote healthy nails. Today!!! My mother said to me specifically “go to your normal place bc you’ll be upset if it’s not done right.” I go here ANYWAY bc it was convenient. I asked specifically to have my acrylic soaked off and have a new overlay. Lady comes and let me soak. Things were good. I am then sent to a tech that I am usually serviced by and he seems annoyed by the soak request and starts using the buffer looking thing. He then gets the tweezers and starts pulling the acrylic up which was okay at first bc it came up so easily. He gets to my ring finger in my right hand and I heard a crack and there was pain. So I am like stop that hurts and pulled my hand back. He’s like oh it’s okay ...and proceeds! He broke my nail and pulls a chunk of my nail bed off. Then he proceeds to cut ALL MY REAL NAILS. He then says he said clean it with alcohol and put the overlay. I said “no you will not! Not in an opened cut!” I was so livid that I was tearing up and I said “just clean the nails up and cut them, I don’t want anything else done.” Management offered to fix the problem but I was not about to allow him to put anything on this open cut or skin..whatever you want to call it. It’s sore as hell! I would have accepted an acknowledgement that he’d done wrong and an apology but the manager tried to put the blame on me! Do not use them they are not good people at all. I am looking for a place to get a tetanus shot ASAP!

VERY HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! first i walked in and they did not acknowledge me they were too busy watching tv! I had to say hello can someone help me!?? So my daughter and I went to get our nails and toes PAINTED with gel.. NO PEDICURE NO MANICURE JUST PAINT!! When I went to pay they had the nerve to say my total is 50 I said what!? For paint for me and my daughter???? They then started talking there language the man said okay its 45 all together... still then I knew they were trying to get over but I gave him my card when he charge my card HE CHARGED 70 Dollars for some damn gel paint for my daughter and I! I started arguing with him and they said it was 45 for me and 25 for my daughter smfh.. They did not give me a pedicure or a manicure nothing!!! They just painted!! They are fraudulent and trying to take peoples money. I WOULD NOT GO THERE!!!!! I am calling my bank and reporting fraud!! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE

Clean place but as some of you said the staff has bad attitudes most the time. I don’t know what’s going on with flower but she has became rude and unprofessional. Not the same flower I met.

The man clearly messed up on one of my eyebrows, and even though his customers and coworker agreed kept insisting he didn’t. Very upsetting will never return there. It doesn’t even deserve one star

Hmm. I have been going to this salon off and on for about three years. When I first went to the salon the now current ower Flower did my nails. Yikes, that was the worst decision. Shes lazy and careless. She also did my eyebrows, I basically left the salon with horrible un even lumpy nails and my eyebrows looking horrible.So for then on I made sure to avoid her chair. I came back bc the salon is down the street and I wanted to give them another chance. I sat in the owner chair! I believe her name was Lee. OMG she was the best! She took her time, my nail was even. I never left her chair unsatisfied with my nails or eyebrows. Her daughter was just as good. I left for 6 months, moved out of town. Came back Flower was the current owner. I went to her twice. Even after the lost of business shes still sloppy. But know she tries to talk to every customer bc there business has went down.Basicall I wouldnt recommend anyone to go there and waste your money.

I use to go here all the time, but the lady started being rude. She charge me to much and was very rude. My friend ask her to fix her nail and she didnt do it. I ask her myself and she roll her eyes and said that how it suppose to be. never going there again!!!!
