The next day after my gel manicure all of my polish started to peel off. I went back to get it fixed and of course I had to wait for all of the white women to go before me. I’d honestly give this establishment 0 stars.

I have been coming here for years and they never disappoint me, Rachel has been doing my nails so long we have built a relationship even when I havent been in awhile the entire staff make you feel welcome and everyone takes pride in the service they are provided, I love that they have adapted to the Covid-19 restrictions and ensure that everyone is safe, one thing about pampering yourself as men or women you can take a moment to relax and release, this is also a great atmosphere for young girls my 8 year old also loves coming here...

I had a basic manicure and pedicure done and what a difference it’s made for my hands and feet! They both look healthier and feel great. They were kind and communicative. The salon was very clean and inviting. Being the only male client I never felt judged as has happened at other salons in the past. I got nail polish on my fingers and accidentally smudged 2 nails trying to get my credit card out of my wallet; without having to ask they offered to fix it free of charge. I will definitely be going back.

I love them, and dont get me wrong they were slightly pricier than I would have like but my nails are gorgeous and theyre super nice. Im just used to prices out of the big city haha.

They popped off my sns with an acrylic nail instead of soaking it. It was so painful and then my manicure was finished in under ten minutes. I got sat at 5:30 and was finished by 5:50 (including sns removal). So rushed and painful.

I just got a manicure and pedicure done today. I was very happy with my pedicure. My manicure, I was not too happy with it. Tracy usually does my nails and I love them. I am not sure who did them today. I got a full set of gel acrylics. She asked if I wanted them long or short and I said short but she cut them very very short. I can barely tell I have acrylics on. They are almost the same length of my original nails. It was too late to say something once she started cutting them all.

The fella that did my nails was very fast. It was awkward though since they didnt talk to the clients/customers only to each other.

Ive been coming here since they opened and followed some employees here from another location. Theyre always clean, courteous, and very friendly.

They did fall leaf designs on my nails.. covid precautions followed: temp check, plexiglass between you and manicurist.

I went here to get acrylics. The experience was a bit rushed, but I didn’t mind. However, it felt like they shaved my nails too much because they felt like they were burning under the light between coats of polish.Went in for my removal and the tech could barely get them off they were on super tight—mind you, this is 4 weeks later...it was incredibly painful and now my nails are so thin and brittle that I have to keep gel polish on them or they’ll snap.I’ve had acrylics before and know that your nails aren’t as healthy after a removal, but this is extreme.Also, as others have said, literally not sanitizing of any tools between customers.

Beat chairs for shorter people. Im 52 and this is the first pedicure I have received that I could sit in the chair and my feet touch the bottom of the foot tub!

I got a standard pedicure and dip manicure. The technician was nice enough, didn’t talk much, pedicure was fine BUT:-They switched the color I’d chosen for my nails so it didn’t match my toes at all.-My nail cracked 2 days later and broke off- They knicked my cuticle with the electric filer a number of times and proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because my nails were too short.- They told me next time I NEED to add length because it‘s too hard to do short nails. (Don’t you have to file the whole nail anyway? Shouldn’t you be practiced at avoiding the painful cuticle area)?All in all it wasn’t a miserable experience, but it definitely wasn‘t worth anywhere close to the $96 I paid in the end. Will not be back.

Most bizarre experience ever. The salon is packed full of people, is not relaxing in the slightest, and the techs rush through the entire process. My pedicure lasted maybe 15 minutes, and my toe got cut and burned in the process. My mom’s nails were cut down to bloody nubs. The worst part is how the one man in the establishment makes his rounds by all the stations and overlooks the techs like he is running some kind of sweatshop. Very uncomfortable.

I didn’t know manicures here come with a free nail infection!I came to get a set of dip powder nails, nail tech was very nice and professional until it came to buffing the edges of my nails. Several of my fingers were raw at the edges after the whole service, and one of my fingers got infected. They hurt for almost a week until I drained the infection myself, probably caused by unclean tools and improper technique. If I can’t get a manicure done without getting an infection I’ll go somewhere else next time.

This place is horrible. They choose who they held based on who they like or how much they tip. We were very uncomfortable. They sat us in the corner and rushed through our manicures. They ignored us when we said we wanted one of the plastic shields that is provided at all of the other manicure stations due to COVID. I asked her not to rush my manicure and she did anyways and told me to be quiet. Low and behold, my nails are chipped after just one day. They were belittling. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. It used to be great. Now they are terrible. We’ve been going to this nail shop for two years and now we’re having to find a new one.

The lady who did my pedicure was pleasant and did a good job. On the other hand the whole place is so crowded with the # of pedi chairs and mani stations its ridiculous. Very loud and not relaxing. Best part was going behind this wall to dry my nail in some peace.

The woman who did my nails was very rough and rushing the entire time as if she did not care. I had to let her know more than once that she was burning/hurting me with the electric nail filer. I was so ready to leave. I wish I knew her name, but she was not pleasant to work with at all. I have never had this issue with the other nail techs here. Im not sure if I want to continue services here after this not so good experience.

Went in to get a full set of acrylic with gel polish. Felt extremely rushed and the acrylic plastic tips were constantly coming off during the entire process obviously showing they were not adhered on properly. Asked for a coffin shape and they look more square because the tech never filed them down after applying the acrylic. Lo and behold it hasn’t even been a week and three of the nails have already fully come off. The acrylics were nearly $20 more than advertised as well.

First time going & had a great experience. I had an appointment with Mai & she did a great job! She asked what I wanted (short nails) and was great to talk to! I had white wine during my appointment. Took the normal time (an hour) to take off my gel & get a gel manicure. My total was $33. See picture for bubble bath gel.

Efficient, prompt, friendly upon arrival. Nail tech could be friendlier. I got dip powder (SNS) nails and don’t like them to look “bubbly” - I like them to be filed down a bit for a more natural look, but she told me SNS has to be thick. Not sure how other salons have been able to do it in the past then because I only ever get SNS and have always been happy with the result. I tried to communicate that to her but she was pretty adamant. Just overall not very happy with the shape. 2 out of 10 nails have a dip/dent on the surface, and all of them are currently chipping around my cuticles only on day 4. Wish I could give them a better review!

Pandamic? What Pandamic? I usually go down to Fuquay to another salon that uses SNS products. I didnt feel like driving down there with traffic, so I searched and found on Cameron Spa & Nails that they use SNS products. When I arrived at my appointment, I was taken to a manicure station. They did not have social distancing in place. I sat in between two other women that were no more than a foot and a half from me on each side, and there was about a foot and a half between the rows of stations all full of customers and workers. As the ladies on each side of me were finished, new customers were ushered in their spots. THERE WAS NO CLEANING OR SANITIZING IN BETWEEN!!!! I could not get out of there fast enough! When I did leave to pay, the front reception area, which is small, was packed with customers. Now their website states that they use SNS products. The dip powder jar was NOT SNS. They have a little box that they keep their supplies in that says SNS, but the bottles do not have SNS anywhere on them. So beware! They DO NOT use SNS products!!! They charged me $52, and my nails look horrible! I will never go back!!! I will make the drive to Fuquay for quality and safety anytime!

Generally, this place works for me. I’m not crazy into nails, but if I need a manicure I’ve generally had a good experience.They are still serving drinks, which made me feel like they aren’t taking Covid precautions seriously. It wasn’t a relaxing experience at all with people having drinks served around me.

I have always had a great experience with pedicures here. All of the women are professional and skilled. They have a great selection of options and nail colors.

They have done a great job! I got a dip manicure done and four days later I tore a chunk off playing disc golf 🤭 I went back in and they took me as a walk in and repaired it for me! I am so appreciative

It is a horrible place to go! customer service is unacceptable. the woman was so rude to me and did not want to answer any of my questions. she tried to finish with me as soon and quality was very poor, she made my nails so thick at the edges they look very bubbly and not accurate at all.when she removed my previous gel polish she didn’t remove it till the end. Later she said why I don’t pick a different color because this one require more layers. I am not satisfied at all girls I basically through away my money. This place is not about quality, they just worry about quantity of their clients. Every time when I tried to make some comments how I prefer to have my nails she would respond very rude, even when she saw that the nail does not look good she pretended that everything fine! Again girls never ever I will go there again, that place does not respect their clients

I’ve been coming to this location frequently for the past year but never again! I usually don’t post reviews, unless the experience is really good or bad. I only get my nails done with Karen. She has been charging me a different price EVERY TIME. I started keeping note of all the prices she charged me ($50, $53, $57, $64) and I get the same thing done to my nails every time. When I question the pricing, she and the guy working in the front would make up fees, such as shine or nail length, but again I get the same thing done every time. After one of my appointments, the guy working in the front gave me his number (very creepy). Also, the blue towels they use while doing your nails are dirty and smell bad. Beware of pricing and cleanliness!! I will be looking for a new nail salon that is more professional.

Today was my first visit & it was such a nice environment. I was instantly greeted, offered a drink. Very clean & professional work with nice workers who communicate.

Cameron has always been a great place for quality service and results. I love giving new ideas for designs and enjoy the hot stone pedicures, it comes with a neck heating pad which is awesome! I also love their selections of wines, they aren’t your normal cheap wines you are offered in most places. Definitely a great place to bring your gal or guy pals for a nice relaxing convo. I definitely recommend Cameron to anyone in the area.

Lynn does a great job! She did my nails the very first time I went and I’ve been going to her front that point forward. I usually get almond shape, but today I removed the tips - she did a gel overlay on my own nails vs. getting more tips put on. I like a natural look and she picked the color. Very nice nail salon.

Very friendly, clean environment, and nice customer service. However, they don’t do a good job with nails, which is the reason why I would even go there in the first place. I was disappointed after I left to notice that this salon provided me the worst manicure I’ve ever had. They are overpriced for a less than decent job. There are other places in the Raleigh area that do a much better job for less. The location would be great for groups and others may do a better job - maybe with a specific recommendation, someone could get a nice manicure here but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Had a bit of a nail emergency when I tried to remove my gel nails on my own, so I went to here to get it fixed! I was in immediately and the service was great. Got the gel removed completely and I got a nice regular polish over my nails!

What a great experience! These folks were awesome! Walked in on a quiet Saturday to get my nails done for a trip. They were so cool and different. It looks amazing on my gel fade and my relatively short nails look fabulous!! Your wont go wrong at this nail salon!

Mai is a goddess. She was recommended to me and Im so glad I went. I got a gel manicure and it looks perfect! Very attentive, I was about to get up and she saw a tiny flaw and had me sit down to fix it. I had a little wait, but they have tons of clients! Thats a good sign to me.

So great! I went in with very little knowledge about the different kinds of acrylics and gel powders available but was educated thoroughly and honestly about which is the right one for me. I also came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted and explained my previous issues with having acrylics and she catered to my preferences, the design was executed beautifully with a few tweaks and suggestions that added so much more. Strict attention to detail and precision was was amazing! Ended up very happy walking out!

Ive been coming here for almost 6 years and would hesitate to go anywhere else. They take good care of me, offer coffee and a variety of other libations while getting your nails done. Every one of the nail techs are great. They know their stuff!! The place is extra clean and they offer a wide variety of services. They Certainly have my loyalty!!

This feels more like a factory than a relaxing environment to get your nails done which can be good or bad based on what youre looking for. The place is huge with what seemed like dozens of techs working on dozens of clients. But they work fast and efficiently. They did a decent job on my nails but neither of the people I went with were happy with their nails. They also were convinced the techs were talking and laughing about us but there is no proof of that lol I (as a foreigner who has worked in customer service) never talked to my family in our own language when customers were present. Thats basic decency. Anyway... the salon feels chaotic but its actually run well.

Been coming here for a while and love the employees. So sweet and great tranquil environment. I normally just do regular safe nail polish choices but decided to take a risk with some funky nail art. So pleased with the results and cant stop staring at them .

This is the only place I go to get my nails done - all the techs are pretty good.There was one time I went that I wasn’t happy, and they re-did my nails at 50% off, and that particular dip manicure lasted for 6 weeks or more!

I was charged $56 for $40 pedicure. They charge $3 for polish removal, I had 2 specks, it took 5 seconds for tech, not bad, ah? $6 for 5 sec of job, especially since it must be part of pedicure, not that it was done without having pedicure done. And of course, if you ask gel polish they will charge $10. Didn’t get any remotely decent calluses treatment, not that I have bad problem, but compare to my previous salon, quality of services is not comparable. Unfortunately, my previous salon is in another state, I just moved to Raleigh.Then moving to nails. Asked for gel nails, got acrylic tips with gel powder. Asked for “cat eye”, tech pretended she doesn’t know what I’m talking about.No information on new designs or trends that that claim they provide. What they do provide, is chatting in their language in your presence, so you know the feeling, always feels they are taking about you. Funny, how they spell browns instead of brows on their website, twice. It’s website, for Christ’s sake, it’s face of the business, don’t you proof read what you write?

Terrible experience. Lady that did my nails was rude and when I asked her to correct something she gave me an attitude. Then not even a week later they were chipping and stained. (I got white and they stained yellow). Also I was not offered a beverage either.

I was scared to try this place since its fairly new but Im glad I did! They were all so friendly and even gave me a water bottle to drink while I got my full set. I cant remember his name but Im definitely going back to him because he took his time to make it exactly how I liked it. In love with my nails and this color!

This is probably one of the nicest nail salons that Ive been to. Ive had three acrylic sets done here. On the most recent, my polish lasted the full two weeks until I had the filled again. I also got a pedicure at the same time, and it looks new a full two-weeks later. I got plain polish, no gel. However, They seem to maintain their polish much better than other salons and they almost exclusively use Essie and OPI polishes! They also provide complimentary beverages (including wine...). Its also a very nice space- lots of stations, relaxing music at a low level, and they play cooking shows on the TV... ;-) Everyone has been very nice and does a good job. They are also open on Sunday.The only reason I give it 4 stars is that it is a little bit pricier than other salons, but I would also say that you get what you pay for. I often go to less expensive salons because Im on a budget, but I typically bring my own nail polish at those. I never have to do that at Cameron Spa & Nails. If you are looking for a place to take Mom, I would definitely take her here!

I wish I could delete some of the reviews here - they are totally false.I have been going to Cameron Spa & Nails for almost 3 years now (2 times a month, gel manicures and pedicures). I have to say there is no other place in Raleigh that comes close to the quality of services, the quality of product and the level of skill! I love the two brothers that own the salon, very polite and accommodating. Ive been services by several of the technicians and they are all fantastic.I have rather high expectations having lived in NYC for many years so I admit that Im very critical. I tried 4-5 other salons in Raleigh before finding Cameron Nails. It IS the place everyone goes to if you want beautiful nails and feet. They also do waxing, threading and many massage services. Ill never go anywhere else.Lastly, I will say that every time friends come to visit us, Im always asked if we could go to Cameron Nails for a special treat. They really pamper you and make you feel so wonderful.

There was five of us girls who came in for a pedicure, we had emailed them before hand and scheduled an appointment for us and then called beforehand to confirm. we were all seated right away and they served us complimentary wine and tea. Pedicure felt amazing! My nail girl was super nice. The manager went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied.

Cameron Spa & nails is my GO TO place to get my nails done. Becky is the ONLY person I trust to do ombré nails and she kills it every time! I love that they can do specialty nails. I’ve been to MULTIPLE places in the area and NOBODY can do ombré the way that Becky can! The physical business itself is absolutely beautiful, there’s such a welcoming atmosphere to it and I love that they also serve drinks as well! I highly recommend Cameron spa and nails when in the Raleigh area (I travel from Cary) but HIGHLY worth it! And don’t forget to ask for Becky! She’s phenomenal!

I had been to two other nail salons in the direct area and wasn’t ecstatic while one didn’t even do SNS. The inside here is beautiful and feels open and refined. Karen did an AMAZING job on my nails and was so pleased with the time she took and listened to what I wanted. On a Sunday afternoon it was incredibly busy but it didn’t feel too overwhelming. I got a seat right away. Probably because of the business I felt ushered in and out promptly but that didn’t bother me so much being that she took her time during the session.

Save yourself the agony and go anywhere else. Rude unprofessional staff. They dont know their own prices, zero hospitality. Its a factory, no personal touch. And I couldve given myself a better manicure. Save your time and go to a place where the people know how to do nails.

My cousin went here for her 10th birthday last year and she had the best experience. (I was I was there it’s her) The lady who did her nails was very kind and she did a very good job on her acrylics! Turns out it was a mother of her classmates who did her nails! She did an AMAZING job. I would really recommend this place! ❤️

This is a beautiful nail salon with great ventilation and friendly staff! I chose the express pedicure and was in and out in about 35 minutes! My feet are soft and smooth and the polish looks great. They were super nice and gave me some slippers as I was in a rush!

Im so pleased with the excellent service I received at Cameron! The salon is quaint and very clean and all of the employees were very polite. I came in wanting my nails to look like heels with red bottoms. Despite my strange request, they exceeded my expectations. Ill definitely be back again.

I am extremely unhappy with their service. I went last Friday to have my gel powder nails filled and painted with gel powder. Within two days, the paint started chipping off in large chunks. I went back yesterday to have them fixed. After being repeatedly assured that it wasn’t a problem with the polish and that it would stay on for weeks, I let them redo the polish. Less than 24 hours later, the polish has started chipping again. I will not be returning.

First visit there today. Never seen so many versions of pedicures! I decided on a spa mud pedicure! Not only do my toes look and feel grand, my legs feel like new! It was a little busy, mainly because July 4th is Thursday. I cant wait to go back. Shout out to Becky who serviced me today. Thanks everyone.

This Nail Salon is the very best in our area. My nail designer Kim is fabulous! I have tried many salons for over a year and proud to call this my salon. The always ask me if I want a drink and care about my satisfaction. My nails are beautiful every time!! Look no further for the perfect nails!

I came upon their start time at 9 am after getting off work Friday morning. I was offered a beverage(I chose tea), my beverage came to me with no stirrer, no condiments. My service was a fill in with two nail repairs. The tech was telling me how she had over 20 years of experience instead of focusing on the end game( my results after leaving Cameron Spa And Nails). Once leaving out of the salon I noticed the finishing touches she forgot to make on my nails( smoothness, no rough edges, nice paint job). I kindly came back in, after all I tipped. She came up with every excuse in the book as to why she didn’t complete the job thoroughly. Oh and the icing on the cake; she forgot lotion or to at least offer it. How can moisture after the washing of hands be forgotten ? I was so disappointed I didn’t even ask for it. I will not return here. 😔

Really disappointing. My massage chair didn’t work at all, which is honestly 50% of the reason I get a pedicure (like twice a year) instead of painting my nails at home like I usually do. Nobody interested in fixing it, no offer of a discount. When my service was done nobody pointed me toward the dryer...I wandered aimlessly around the room looking for it for awhile, while employees just watched. My nails are fine but it’s one of the poorest nail salon experiences I’ve had.

Kim always does an AMAZING job and she is great with her timing getting me in and out on my lunch break! She has a lot of customers that request ONLY her so call and make an appointment with her. I promise you will love her work!

I come here to see Mai every 2-3 weeks for my gel nail polish change and a pedicure. I love her, she does a great job, she always listens to what I want and need. She helps me pick out colors if I’m not sure of what I want as well. She’s very nice and polite. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling with her. I will keep coming back to see her.

Like that they use the pedicure tub liners, and my lady did a great job. Giving 3 stars because we had an appointment for 5 for a wedding party and they were not ready for us. We were not able to sit together and waited 30 thirty past our appointment time to be seen.

I got my nails done here and they looked better before I got them done here. The entire process was rushed and poorly done. They filed my nails raggedly and didn’t clean them up. I had nail polish on before and they didn’t even get rid of all of it because i got a clear coat and could see all of the leftover nail polish. Terrible work on my nails.

Excellent experience from the moment I walked through the door. First I was greeted by someone who seemed managerial, then by someone who offered me a drink--a very welcome gesture, esp. at the end of a work day! Becky and Helen provided me with a gel manicure and pedicure, respectively. They were kind, professional, and put me at ease--I felt confident Id be walking out with great-looking nails and I was right. I highly recommend this place!

I scheduled an acrylic full set and sea mud pedicure here for my birthday and had a great experience. The pedicure was relaxing and I really enjoyed Mais company and her good job on my nails. The prices are also reasonable and the spa itself is a nice atmosphere with plenty of colors and services available. I will definitely go back to Cameron Spa and Nails whenever Im in the area.

Had an insulting experience- was in middle of manicure but manager abruptly moved me to a different seat on other side of salon to have an older woman sit in my seat. Must have been her preferred seat. Its unfortunate because the techs are great and I like the quality, but I cant return due to this experience. They clearly treat some customers as second class.

This is my go to nail salon in Raleigh! Always friendly and reliable! Mai does a great job every single time! I always feel like she takes her time and makes sure the job is done perfectly! I have also been to other techs there who do good work as well! This business stays busy, but the staff works well together to have every client taken care of. The addition of the front desk assistants was an excellent decision. If the client needs any help with color choices or decision making, they are very helpful .

Went here got the delux pedicure, the first time the led light did not work so my toes didnt set, they let me come in and get some redone, then the toes I did not get redone did not set, and I came in again-- no problem fixed everything for free every time and they were so nice about everything. Would highly recommend. Also every time I have visited I have never had to wait more than 5 min to be sat, and the girls up front are super friendly.

The place is overall clean. However, I had the worst pedicure and manicure of my life. My nails were clipped(!!!) poorly, unequally, before being roughly limed. None of my nail (foot and hand) are the same shape or size!! It was done over the small tub. Took maybe 3 minutes for both hands, same for the feet!!!The nail file was thick, and used in such way it has damage the fiber of my nails...and the same as the one used on the previous customer and the following...not only am I disappointed but also it is gonna cost money and time to go back to a decent size of nail to save up the mess... run away from this place if you are hoping for nice looking nails.

Between the great wine they serve ( along with other beverages) and how quick I am in and out I couldnt be happier with this place! Also a great color selection with all the top brands and they stay on trend with the color pallet.

The service is great and they give you a choice of drink. I’m knocking it down one star bc the quality is not consistent and varies by technician. Also down a star bc the prices varies. I am charged different price each time I go.

I got gel acrylics and as she was trimming the faux tips she cut the skin on the side of my fingers; three on my left hand! And when she filed my nails, she did it so aggressively she made my cuticles bleed. The nails look decent although slightly lumpy but my cuticles and nail beds are awful looking and torn up.

I frequently get pedicures here and they consistently last 2+ weeks (I can usually go 3). This nail salon has a nice atmosphere and the nail techs are generally friendly. I would definitely recommend if you are nearby!

Great place and not speedy either, I was here a week ago and got gel nails, and then two chipped which happens, that’s no ones fault, and I came in, they got me back right away and fixed up my nails and now they look great again!! Very impressed, thank you!

Staff is rude and does a terrible job. Makes you feel very rushed

I got a pedicure here for the first time today. I have been going to different places here in Raleigh ever since I moved here. I can say I wont be going anywhere else! The lady who did my pedicure took her time and did an amazing job! I highly recommend going here :)
