Kudos to Tiffany. We saw her picking up trash around the community. Any time I had a question she was very helpful. We need to make sure we do our part to keep our neighborhood clean.

I renewed my lease and they cleaned my carpet for FREE! My stay here has been nothing but great. The office people are so nice and the maintenance man fixes everything so fast. I love ittt here and plan on being here a long time!

I would not suggest for anyone to live here been here almost a year and can’t wait for my lease to be up so I can move out DO NOT MOVE HERE

I loved living here ! The area was always super clean and the staff was great !! Everyones always so attentive and friendly. Always answering questions and making sure our problems were solved. Hope we move back to the area soon.

Appears to be new staff since my move. However they’ve maintained everything beautifully. Everyone is so nice and so quick to help.

My fiancé and I just moved in here a little over a week ago and have been happy with our new place so far! The apartment is very spacious! The office staff seems attentive. I have put in two minor maintenance requests and they were both handled in a timely manner. Nice landscaping and always looks kept up with. They also allow dogs (although do have some breed restrictions). That was a big plus for us because most places we looked at had weight restrictions that our dogs just barely went over. All of the residents in our building seem very friendly so far, which is always a plus. Overall, happy with our new home so far!

I just moved in today, on one of the hottest days of the summer, and my AC doesnt work. I almost passed out while moving in, and expected to be able to relax in my new home that Im paying for. But no. I left to get dinner and came back, and it was still as hot as when I left. I thought surely it would have time to cool down a bit. I turned the thermostat down to 64, made sure the vents were open (and they were blowing some air), made sure everything was right. But the temperature in the apartment remained 92 no matter what I did.Thats just the beginning. Im paying monthly washer-dryer rent, and under the terms of my lease, that washer and dryer were supposed to have been installed upon move-in. But they werent. I was expecting to wash my sheets so I can sleep tonight. But now Im having to make other lodging arrangements for the night.This is public notice that I will be demanding a prorated refund of my rent, pet rent, and washer-dryer rent for every day the AC remains broke and there is no washer or dryer in my unit. I will update this with their response.I am not happy with my experience so far!

It’s a great place to live, i love It here. Place is nice and nice staff. It’s really great aside of the rep that the surrounding areas may have.

Everyone is very nice and the entire staff is on top of things. My apartment is very large and nice and the outside is kept very nice 10/10 would recommend.

I have enjoyed my time at the Waverly. The leasing staff has been great to work with, any service orders or concerns I have had have been addressed in a timely and professional manner. The only reasons for us leaving are the rate increase and we are in need of more space.

They will charge you for anything. You going to their office to explain or ask for an explanation doesnt change anything.

I love living here, affordable rent and close to downtown / 440. The pool is always kept nice, 24 hour gym and business center as well as laundry room. Office staff is very nice and helpful, always a smile when I go in. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I wish I could rate this complex with no star. I would not recommend this place to stay. I was a damn fool to move here.When I was first moved in I was told my rent was going to be $945 with the rent prorated. The next month my rent was $1045 plus the water usage was alway wrong. I was never home to use 800 or 900 gallons of water. Make the long story short I was $27 dollars for rent I talk to Tori and explained to her my situation. Her respond was is there is anyone that can help you if that the case I wouldnt be in the leasing office trying to work something out. Court papers was taking for two months of rent, but I was only late on August rent. Went to court had the rent money, plus the late fee their attorney didnt want the money they wanted their apartment, I had ten days to move. My things has been in storage since August 10,2018. I currently dont have a resident thanks to them giving me a bad name saying I was always a week or two late on rent which is a lie. A day or two yes but never a week or two. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are always about money and the maintenance is sorry as hell all my things in my laundry room had to be thrown away due to a water leakage it took a whole week for them to fix the problem. The head maintenance guy was caught by mom using my bed cover to clean up the water. The rent is ridiculous high and they have nothing to offer, but a gym and pool.

Worst staff Ive ever met. The only thing they can say is We understand . Would not even recommend to my worst enemy

It is sad they do not allow pitbull mix breeds on their property. I did just speak with Lisa who was more than happy to help me. Words cannot explain the appreciation I have for her help! Thank you Lisa! Kindness goes farther than you think!

Moved in a couple of months ago and I love it here. Very quiet, staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour access to the gym and computer room. I do wish there was a playground for kids but cant wait for the pool to open.

I have enjoyed my stay at Waverly very much, staff is friendly and understanding, the maintenance guys do great work and overall it has been a very pleasant experience!

While it may look improved....dont let it fool you folks. There is no security at these apts and there are constantly loud, fights outside at all hours. So until they improve the sound insulation, find decent residents, or get security...dont move here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This place is trash. It’s filled with a bunch of weirdos and unfriendly people. They’re loud and always blasting their music not respecting that people are trying to get sleep. The residents are always watching you like stalking creeps. The maintenance takes too long to do their job and fix things. Everything is constantly breaking down. They have a bug problem. The rental office is very unprofessional and unethical.

People smoking everywhere and sitting on the stairwell. If youre gonna complain about noise, might as well buy earplugs because it will not be taken care of

Ive lived here for 5 years, since I moved to NC. I really love my apartment. Its the large 1 BR, and I havent really had too many problems. The problems I did have, such as plumbing, broken blinds, C/A not working once, etc...have always been resolved within 24 hours, unless they were waiting for a part to come in. My two biggest complaints would be about parking and rent. Parking is terrible in my building. I dont know if residents have multiple vehicles, or if its mostly visitors taking up tenants parking, which I think is really the case because the cars dont look familiar. I have run out at late hours to go to the store or grab something to eat, and when I get back my parking spot is gone. They dont enforce visitor parking which is in the front, which is very inconvenient for the visitor, but the tenants are entitled to parking in front our our apartments.As for rent, it has steadily increased over the last four years until I am now paying over $100 more than when I first moved in. That upsets me to no end, because there is nothing to show for it. We still only have 4 washers and dryers in the whole complex, and there has been no improvement in parking since I moved in. I dont know if anyone elses rent has increased like that. But I have chosen to move and not renew my lease.Some other pros are that there are plenty of grocery stores and fast food restaurants nearby, and its right next to the 440 exit. I cant hear the interstate from my apt. The noise level overall was pretty good when I moved in, great, in fact. But over the years I guess we had new tenants who are not that considerate of their surroundings, and a couple of times on the weekends I would have to go out and ask them to be quiet. I went outside just a few weeks ago and somebody was leaning on my car. Sometimes there is trash in the parking lot, but maintenance is really good about getting that cleaned up.TWC is the option for cable since AT&T U-verse is not available. I cant stand TWC, so I bought a Roku box, subscribed to Netflix, and I dont miss it at all!The Waverly is not a bad place to live, and if it werent for my rent increasing every year by no less than $25, I would stay here because the cons really arent that bad.

The apartments are nice and clean. Had an issue with the paint job on the molding and trim on move in (they didnt use painters tape). Overall staff is nice and so is the manager who lives on site as well but neither is very helpful at resolving issues or complaints. The only REAL complaint is that it seems you have to own and use a subwoofer at all hours prior to being approved to moving in. Management does nothing about this but knock on a door. Theyd rather keep making money than deal with an issue. Then there are kids that run up and downstairs and holler outside all the time because there is no playground for them to play on. They have also made a soccer field out of the recycle cans and dig through them leaving them scattered everywhere. You will also do majority of your shopping in Knightdale since the surrounding area is not all that great for feeling safe after hours. I do not recommend moving here until they place a STRICT noise ordinance for the apartments, and then ACTUALLY enforce it.

Staff are rude and ghetto, they dont up keep apartments. Air conditioning went out every time the weather changed. Maintenance did half ass work.

The truth is that it is not good to move here, they are getting very expensive and very strict for everything, even though so many years you live and pay well and on time the rent is more suitable for even an insect that passes through your apartment door, they want to charge you, I do not recommend the truth I regret living so many years here and they dont grab you anything

What a dreadful place I wonder if the owner will know how this property is, they only ask for more and more money or crazy I would recommend it they never fix anything and the manager charges you for all this place is a scam do not come here
