A great place to call Home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise .Special Thanks to Kevin who made sure that we had the home we wanted as well as needed. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open and are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. A beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails.Unfortunately we had to move to other state, We will miss staying here !!

Please dont let the location fool you. My anxiety has been through the roof since moving here. There is literally NO time of day that I can get peace here. Whether its airplanes and helicopters flying right over the building at night, the extremely LOUD landscaping staff who stretches out their workday making noise throughout the parking lots, hearing your neighbors below you conversation word for word, the slamming of doors, the street racers speeding on the highway every night or the 18-wheelers blarring their horn at the crack of dawn, (the highway happens to be right behind the complex), the running up and down the stairwells, the construction in other apartments, which leaves fumes in yours from paint and loud banging through an entire workday. The cars coming into the complex with old loud obnoxious pipes, literally popping and making noise at all hours of the night. Take your pick! These apartments are killing us with rent fees and I am not reaping much of ANY benefits here. I cannot wait to get out of this lease.

Pros: nice, well-located apartments, kind staff and super speedy maintenance teams. Nice amenities and pool. Just moved out and all the charges were very reasonable; theyre not out to steal your security deposit like most places.Cons: unclean trash areas and odors, most units are on the expensive side.

Lived at this apartment complex for 2 years. Wonderful staff and community. Never had any issues with noise or neighbors, even being on the first floor directly beside the pool. Would recommend this neighborhood to friends and family.

This is a fantastic community and I am proud to be a resident of this beautiful place. The manager Jeniffer who helped me from day one with the other team member Kevin. Also the staff taylor .Carly. are wonderful. I have not met the entire staff yet but all of them are very supportive and extremely helpful. The maintenance team is fantastic and Carlos is top of the line. The community is very beautiful with indoor basketball court and studio, gym and beautiful pool and spa. There is also a great game room. The hot chocolate in lounge is out of this world. Living in this community is a dream come true. I will highly recommend this to all.

After living in Jamison for a year, my family and I have had an extremely positive experience! Along with the nice and safe grounds, the manager, Jennifer, and all staff members (Jeff, Angie, Kevin & Rachel) always went above and beyond with all requests. They were exceedingly accommodating and often responded within an hour of any service request. We would highly recommend renting at Jamison Apartments in Brier Creek!

Weve lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. Its quiet and friendly and a safe neighborhood for kids. The staff is amazing and always extremely helpful. They frequently do fun events for the apartment community and they really do care about their residents. No place is perfect, but this is one of the best communities Ive lived in and Im blessed to call it home.

I loved my 6 month stay at the Jamison. The Management Company does an amazing job! Jennifer and Kevin are the best! There was a slight misunderstanding at my move out and Jennifer worked diligently to get it resolved. They went above and beyond on all of my requests. The area around the Jamison is also great. It has easy access to the airport, shopping and main highways. I loved the pool and amenities offered. You cant beat free fitness classes. Regarding the apartment itself it was a typical apartment. If your neighbors were loud you could hear them. Being on the third floor it took awhile for the water pressure to get strong. My apartment was also one of the older units and I know they replaced the counter tops and carpet when I left so they are definitely continuously improving. I highly recommend the Jamison.

I believe that the Jamison is a wonderful place to live! My apartment is so spacious and just gorgeous. The staff is always friendly and holds adorable events several times a month. And there is a lot of space to walk my dog in addition to a fenced-in dog park.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months and absolutely love it. The office staff is friendly and all the facilities are in really great condition. They also host some fun things like free fitness classes for residents, pets night, movie nights, birthday celebrations, etc. If I’ve ever had a minor maintenance issue, they’re really responsive and resolve it within 24 hours. Nothing but positive things to say about the Jamison! It’s a great little community.

Deserves 0 stars. Rude property onsite manager (I believe her name is Jennifer?), so many hidden fees, incompetent staff in general. Leasing agents are usually kind in person, but don’t follow up with requests or inquiries. The stairs and floors in the residential areas always have random things and trash lying around. Oh, and the walls are paper thin. I heard some chick screaming at her husband almost every night through my bedroom wall. It was hell. I could decipher every word she said. I will never come back to the Jamison.

Edited: Water issue resolved. Property and maintenance managers are amazingly nice and helpful. Leaving at 4 stars due to paper thin walls and lots of smokers in my building and some comes through ventilation. No fault of Jennifer, she has been a tremendous help.

I lived at the Jamison for about a year and a half. Ill try to make this short and sweet, so I will list out the good and bad that I experienced. The good:The amenities are awesome. The pool deck is very large and there is a hot tub. The grill area is very nice but there can sometimes be a wait during the summer months. There is also plenty of room in the kitchen area for friends to come over and cook and hang out. My only complaint about the amenities is that the Jamison staff does not monitor the pool during the day. Residents are allowed 2 guests at the pool, but some brought their entire crew which only crowded the area. The parking situation is pretty good. I only had trouble finding spots if I got home after 11 pm or so.Appliances never crapped out on me, unlike the Crest at Brier Creek which is a couple miles away. Never, ever, ever live at the Crest. The whole area in general around the Jamison is a great place to walk and run. The loop around the hotels, townhouses, and school is around 2 miles. If youre into Pokemon GO, there is a gym at the entrance to the Jamison. The bad:I did not feel entirely safe here. Sure, the community is gated, but that did not stop my car window from being smashed one night and searched. It also did not stop my dads car from getting keyed one night. As my car window was getting replaced, another resident came out and said this has happened multiple times (he has lived there for a couple years). This was mentioned in another review, but the exit at the secondary gate can be tricky with visibility issues. It would be nice if they could make the spots at the end of the curb a no parking zone. There are two large lights in every breezeway. The one in front of my door was out for well over half of my stay and there were other lights out in my building. This seems to be pretty consistent among all buildings. Made it a little unsafe when walking up the stairs and difficult getting your door unlocked. The front office staff are very nice, but I feel like they forget everything you just talked about as soon as you leave. I asked multiple times for our breezeway lights to be replaced but they never were. I asked the front desk employees to relay messages to management multiple times, but would get a response a week or two later. Some also had difficulty understanding resident ledgers. There were a few other complaints I have, but they are things out of the Jamisons control. I really, really wanted to leave a 5 star review, because the first few months here were awesome. But all of the negative comments above happened within the past year and left a bad taste in my mouth.

The Jamison was a disappointment. While the amenities look great from the outside, the pool and hot tub are dirty and often left unclean, and the premises is often littered with soda cups, stains all over the concrete near the apartments, and random hardware tools. They rarely respond to complaints, even when there was a chainsaw lying on the stairwell next to my apartment, left by their maintenance worker for hours. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

This place is one of the worst among its counterparts in Brier Creek. The property managers don’t really care about their residents and are constantly adding hidden fees into each lease. They usually don’t do anything about complaints, even if they say they will take care of it.

By far best apartment complex in Brier Creek! The amenities are great, it is always very clean, and whenever I needed a repair done or a maintenance request (all minor things like light bulb replacement) they had it handled the next day. This complex also has garages and very well-priced storage units on site/built into the apartment buildings which is super convenient and not easy to find in Brier Creek.Location wise it is super close to 540, the shops, and theres a daycare right next door. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have good office hours so its easy to go see them if you need to.The interiors of the apartments are nice and updated. Our unit has awesome dark wood floors and new appliances. All in all, I really dont have anything bad to say!

I have visited this location several times and I have always noticed something dirty or broken. There is an “exit only” gate that has been broken (and open) for months! What is the point of a gated community (which is priced higher) when the gates are left open? The management team is useless which means neighbors get messy and leave out trash for days...at one point they left an extremely dirty rug on the stair rails for weeks. Management doesn’t care and has taken zero responsibility when it comes to fixing issues. They then try to hassle you when you don’t want to renew the lease by adding unnecessary charges or another months rent. Management at this property, specifically Jennifer, gives attitude to residents when the Jamison is in the wrong. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

While the place is beyond beautiful, and the amenities are awesome, and the staff are very friendly and kind...youre really paying an outrageous amount just for nice amenities and a gate. There are better places in Brier Creek (minus some of the amenities) that are cheaper, and better. The pool/hot tub area is suppose to only be for residents, however, they dont seem to enforce it, which means just about anyone comes in there and ruins it for people just looking for relaxation.People dont clean-up after their dogs, which can get annoying. The staff dont respond to complaints, as they dont seem to like confrontation.Bottom line, if you want to live in a gated community, live at Brier Creek...If you wanna save some money, but still live in Brier Creek, look elsewhere.

I lived at the Jamison for almost 4 years and left to be closer to my current job. They are upgrading all the units, so it will pretty much feel brand new.Management: Bell Properties has recently acquired this complex the beginning of last year and has improved many aspects of the community. With the new team, new treadmills, and yoga mats have been placed in the gym, FOB keypads have been placed for the pool and basketball court for tenant access and security so that random people will not show up, and trash issue has been in control. I just want to thank Kevin, Jennifer, Jacob, and Tabitha for all their hard work and for making a great community even better. They will hear you out and try their best to make sure that every tenant is happy.Environmental Services: Thank you, Judith, for always keeping everything in the clubhouse clean, and for always being so kind and cheerful. A company also comes in every week to mow the lawns and keep the grounds trimmed.Maintenance: They are super fast. I’ve requested maintenance through the online portal one morning before leaving for work and when I went home for lunch, the issue had already been resolved within 3-4 hours.Neighborhood: There’s three hotels down the road and a new gas station on the corner, which is open during snow storms and hurricanes. It has the necessities like eggs, bread, milk, water, beer, and wine. The apartment is a 10 min walk to Walgreens, 25 min walk to Earth Fare, 30 min walk to Chikfila, and a 45 min walk to Target. You can easily train for a 5K in the area. A Mellow Mushroom restaurant is opening soon that’s walking distance. Brier Creek Community Center has basketball leagues, yoga classes, and a park across the street.Security: I’ve always felt safe. There’s sufficient lighting at night. I had a clicker to open the front gate. Local cop lives in the neighborhood.Parking: There’s plenty of spots.Car Wash Station: It has a free water hose and air vac machine for 75 cents. I’d recommend them to place a squeegee!Walls: No planes/airport noise, but you can SOMETIMES hear people’s loud music, TVs, or bullfrogs by the pond if your apt faces it. The dogs in my building were quiet. I was able to sleep during the day for my night shifts. It’s quiet during the day except for the times that employees had to pressure wash in front of the doors to clean up the steps or the times that they had to mow the lawn.Tenants: Mainly professionals and families.Community Events: The new management has added so many activities, so you can get to know them and your neighbors. There’s food trucks, movie nights, pizza parties, Zumba and Tabatha classes, birthday parties at the end of each month, and holiday events.Trash: There’s one trash compactor and a recycling area in the front of the complex. Valet trash is available through a company for about $20/month if you need it, which is 2x cheaper than other luxury apartments.Storage: Storage units and garages are available for $10 to $125+ per month. We got a closet size one for $20 that was located on the first level of our building. It was very convenient.Packages: Depending on who delivers your package, it will either arrive at your doorstep, mailbox, or delivered to the front office. USPS has a covered area next to the clubhouse with lockers. FedEx usually delivered to my door. Amazon Now has drivers who deliver directly to you, and larger Amazon packages are received at the front office. My recommendation for the future would be a 24/7 locker packaging area which sends you a text or email with a barcode or pin to open the lockers, so you would know exactly when you have a delivery.Clubhouse: I would recommend for the clubhouse to have 24/7 access or extended hours, so people who do not have cable can watch their games on TV. Also, I am grateful for the complimentary Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate machine, the 24/7 gym, and the conference room. Thanks, Jamison for the memories. My husband and I enjoyed living here!

STAY AWAY!!!! Honestly... Ive been here for two almost 3 months and I highly regret my decision moving here. Im from Hartford Connecticut and Ive lived in better kept places than this. Yes the amenities are amazing... but I have never lived in an apartment complex where they do not have a pool attendant checking apartments numbers and keeping the minimum 2 guests per apartment so going down to enjoy the amenities with our parents or just ourselves makes it hard, and also Ive noticed people from the lower quality apartments walk or drive over here and use the amenities... I have an apartment by the pool, and the manager here reassured me up and down that if noise became a problem she would handle it. Ive messaged her twice now and no response as to noise restriction... I mean its just common curtesy. Me and my fiancé are a quiet young couple who each work 3 jobs and go to college and it seems that no matter what time we come home to rest our heads, there are people out by the pool chugging from bottles and playing their rap music as loud as possible, screaming yelling and dancing... its not what you expect from a place that seems so nice. My fiancé truck was keyed and I reported it straight to the manager... yet again no response... I come home at 3 am from my job and the lights in the hallway are out making it kind of ehh to walk up... also reported that and no response. We even had an person who escaped the police and have had 15 cop cars and almost double searching the apartment complex. the fire pit is almost always out of propane making it no usable and Ive walked down to the pool multiple times and smelt marijuana... the mix between the alcohol and drugs.. its not worth it living here. I really advise that you STAY AWAY. People from other apartments come here to party, be loud and vandalize the place. Rather dissapointing because I had high hopes and talked highly of this place until the last month. The manager only seems to worry about making sales and not about who is already here. Yes they are so damn friendly, but its all a facade. You can tell by actions. Its honestly not worth the money to live here. Already am looking to have someone else more desperate to cover our lease and find a better place to live.
