The Dillon was one of three places on my short list of high-end apartment communities in downtown Raleigh. I met Sarena (Leasing Agent) for a tour on a Saturday morning. Sarena spent well over an hour with me, showing me 5+ different apartments in both the North and South buildings and was quite knowledgeable about the buildings unique features (floor-to-ceiling windows and concrete floors on certain levels). I needed to find a place on a relatively short timeframe and Sarena was able answer all of my questions via phone/email the very next Sunday; by Monday I had made a deposit and reserved my new apartment thanks to Sarenas fast and accurate guidance. In short, Sarena is a professional and she made it easy to secure an amazing apartment at The Dillon. Since Ive moved in, Ive met the rest of the leasing staff at The Dillon who have all been knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.The Dillon is truly an amazing community in the heart of downtown Raleighs Warehouse District. Sarena and the entire staff at The Dillon continue to be professional and easy to work with.

Carrie, Grady, and Sarena were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Even though I was moving from a different city and had to do the whole process over the phone they made it very easy. The Dillon is a very nice apartment. It has a lot of security features that keep you feeling safe. I’m obsessed with my wood floors and glass shower. Lots of closet space and an amazing fridge. The counters are gorgeous. I’m going to spend so much time by the pool this summer! Also love the new concierge service, they’re so nice and helpful!

My husband and I moved to the Dillon from NYC. We came to the area prior to apartment hunt and we weren’t finding the modern trendy vibe we wanted in other apartment buildings in the area. Also finding a non-carpeted apartment is apparently hard to find in the area, who knew! We happened to walk past the Dillon and loved the surrounding area full of great restaurants just at the base of the apartment building. We put in a request online and a very chipper upbeat voice (Nicole) called us back within 24 hours. We did the Covid-friendly self-tour and loved the amenities. We signed the lease and haven’t looked back. The staff at the Dillon has address every need we had and promptly, they also do cute little fun ways to interact with their residents like happy hour, food trucks, and have a great social media page that introduced us to new restaurants in the area like Vidrio. Things we enjoy: the coffee machine in the common area is our little treat on weekends, the gym is so spacious with high ceilings and tons of natural light, the actual apartment has floor to ceiling windows making our apartment so bright and inviting. Our favorite restaurants that make us feel like we are back in NYC are Barcelona and O’Ku. We also enjoy Wye Hill, Jolie, Whiskey & Herons for a fancier date night. We have enjoyed our time here and will be sad to leave once our extended stay is over, we hope to visit the area again once more things open back open!

We recently relocated from Portland, OR to Raleigh, NC, and searched for our new apartment home virtually. Sarena FaceTimed me, and did a virtual tour over the phone, and we loved the property. She had great communication, and the process could not have gone any smoother. We completed all of the paperwork virtually. When we arrived Sarena welcomed us, answered all of our questions, and we got a second in person tour of the property. The apartment homes are beautiful, and in a great location. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Recently relocated from the Chicago area, so my husband and I looked at several apartments in the downtown area. When we toured The Dillon we were immediately impressed with the amenities, as well as the quality of the apartments themselves. Sarena was super helpful in explaining the differences between all the apartment floor plans and locations in the two different buildings. We moved in last week and have been really happy with the customer service the staff has provided during this transition.

The team at the Dillon is amazing. Not only did they squeeze me in for a viewing after hours (I was flying out the next morning), but they also helped me work out all the moves details from half a country away. Could not be easier. The building is beautiful, the staff is great, I cant complain :)

I moved to Raleigh this past February from Houston, Texas. My move was right after the crazy ice storm that hit Texas and in turn, it made the move very hectic leaving from Houston. When I got to Raleigh, I toured several apartments, but when I toured The Dillon with Sarena Triesh, I didnt look any further. I was pretty pressed for time to get my things moved in and set up my next home. Sarena made things extremely easy and in general, the process was so refreshing. I highly recommend The Dillon. Its the start of my 3rd month here and I have had the best service and living experience I could have hoped for. Ive officially lived at The Dillon for a week now and I absolutely love being here. Sarena, the leasing manager, was EXCELLENT and communicated incredibly well. I researched nearly every apartment building downtown, and toured five of them - scattered around the various districts. Im new to Raleigh (and NC in general), so I wanted to get an idea of the city and feel out what I would like to have immediate access to and what I could settle to be walking distance from. I initially thought I was more attracted to some of the other places I toured (The Devon, Skyhouse, The Line), but once I got to The Dillon it became the clear winner. The welcoming/community feel inside and outside lured me in, as well as the top-tier amenities and unmatched location. This is the epicenter of Raleigh, in my naive opinion, and I am thrilled to be here. Im on a contract assignment and hoping Im able to stay in Raleigh longer than I signed for. If I am able to, Ill be staying at The Dillon.

Me and my boyfriend moved from New Jersey to Raleigh and had a seamless and amazing experience, large part due to Sarena Triesh. She was SO helpful throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and even offered movers to help us on our move-in day. Moving states is stressful enough, but Sarena managed to take a lot of that stress away! Most importantly, the apartments are beautiful. They are modern, super up to date and the amenities are great. The Dillon is the best place to live in downtown Raleigh. The apartments and facilities are extremely nice and clean, which makes this place an enjoyable place to live. The girls at the front office are always so sweet and helpful. Because The Dillon has a security guard on duty 24/7 and great safety features to access the apartment building, I always feel safe. The Dillon is located only a couple blocks from Campbell Law School, which makes it an easy and quick walk to class every day. I highly recommend living at The Dillon!

We decided somewhat abruptly to get a place DT that was closer to work, and the Dillon made this process incredibly easy to navigate. We viewed a unit, and in less than a day we were in. The whole staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. A++

I looked at close to 14 apartments in Raleigh and the moment I walked into the Dillon, I knew that this is where I wanted to live. Not only is the location incredible, but the amenities and the view of the city are incomparable. The staff is incredibly quick to respond and actively continue to engage with all of the residents with community activities during Covid. I cant imagine finding a better spot than the Dillon.

I have lived in multiple apartments in the triangle area and recently moved to get a different experience centralized downtown. First, Carrie and Serena are phenomenal. They are class, professional individuals who will do their part to ensure your home is what it needs to be. The apartment itself is fantastic, high quality appliances, great finishes, up to date technology (Nest, keyless entries) installed within the home. The architecture and finishes are modern. The amenities including a fantastic gym, a beautiful terrace, wifi free areas, and the pool are great for hosting friends or spending some time outside of your home working remotely. The building is secure, I feel safe and comfortable. Access around the building and the parking garage are excellent and convenient. The residents have also been really nice, for whatever reason people seem to be a lot more friendly and open to being helpful and engaged with others. Lastly, the area. Between the Heirloom coffee shop downstairs, the market right outside, and the Warehouse district with some of Raleighs best restaurants and breweries all within convenient walking distance, access to social entertainment is quality. I dont typically leave reviews and I dont get anything for leaving this review but my experience has been exceptionally positive so Im happy to. Ive really enjoyed my move, its been very positive at The Dillon and if this is helpful to anyone trying to decide between two places then I would certainly recommend giving Carrie and/or Serena a call.

Just moved to the Dillon, and our moving experience as far as the tours, the lease signing process, and the move in process were all extremely smooth thanks to Sarena in their leasing office. She was so helpful!

My experience touring and signing at the Dillon, especially during COVID, has been nothing short of perfection. Nicole Bruno in the leasing office was always available for any questions and was a delight to work with. Im moving from out of state and doing so in the middle of a pandemic is stressful as is. The Dillon has eased my nerves and answered all of my questions, no matter how small :). The building is gorgeous and very well kept. Touring was self-guided due to COVID, but was great to be able to explore the site without worrying about rushing or anything - very safe too. Looking forward to moving in in the Fall.

Absolutely Love the dillion apartments. The location is close to food(Wye Hill, O-ku, Heirloom, Morgan Street Food hall, Oak Steakhouse) and bars (flying saucer, Ugly Monkey, Cycle Brewing, Killjoys).... Weaver Street Market is part of north building so is super convenient for groceries or essentials. There additional perks with living here with doggy treats for my dogs at front and snacks to grab. They also regularly have grab and go happy hours!I use the gym regularly has 9th floor view of Raleigh which is nice back drop for working out to. Plenty of area to work in conference room and work booths as well which is convenient since I work from home. Overall, I think the dillion is the nicest apartment in Raleigh and you cant beat the perks of being in downtown!

This is one of the best apartments I have lived at in Raleigh. I have friends in other apartments around the area and the Dillion is the cleanest. Walls are thick so you can’t hear your neighbors. However, you can hear your upstairs neighbor as like most apartments. They are throughly cleaning everything everyday during this pandemic which is a big plus. My favorite thing is definitely the gym, which can eliminate the need for a gym membership (depending on your workout preferences). Plus they have pelatons! Maintenance is very quick about fixing issues. The staff is nice and they organize contactless events every month. I really enjoy living here!

Every time I visit The Dillon Apartments, I am impressed by the incredible resident amenities and the staff’s attention to detail. Building security is also a welcome priority. The proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and other downtown Raleigh hotspots round out a modern living experience that stands out from the rest.

Suelette was exceptional. Suelette provided a great first impression of what the Dillon has to offer. She made me feel comfortable and wanted as a potential resident. I relocated from New York City back in October. The Dillon staff was not only accommodating through helping me pick out an apartment from 8 hours away, but has remained just as helpful throughout my lease! They truly want residents to be happy, and have even tried to make the most of everything throughout the pandemic through take-out nights and free Heirloom coffees. The amenities are like none other around (very top notch gym, work from home spaces, and outdoor patio areas), and I cannot wait to live here another year. I moved into The Dillon about two months ago and could not be happier with my decision! I had heard this was the best place to live in Downtown - and can say that this statement is 100% accurate! The buildings are absolutely beautiful - brand new, well-designed with a modern, open floor plan and high-end amenities, and everywhere you go is just immaculate.The amenities are like none Ive ever seen - I work from home and absolutely love having so many work space options to choose from if I want to get out of the apartment. Whether youre outside on the roof deck in the main building, on the 2nd floor deck, or in the clubhouse, youre in an environment that is clean, modern, and well-thought out for the remote worker. The gym is such a treat - I truly look forward to getting my cardio in while looking at the Raleigh skyline.The staff is amazing to say the least - incredibly friendly, helpful, highly communicative, and I can tell they truly care about making each and every resident comfortable in their home. Taylor and Suelette in particular have made my personal experience remarkable - I had moved from Naples, FL - didnt even visit the building or unit in person prior to moving in. They helped make my long-distance move easy, efficient, and even enjoyable - they even let me ship packages that would arrive before my move-in date and having those packages right outside my door on move-in day was such an incredible help and a huge weight off my shoulders!The location is perfect - everything is in walking distance. The Dillon community is surrounded by cute, quaint shops and stores, parks, amazing restaurants and having Weaver Market just a few feet away makes life so convenient (and the market itself is just amazing).One last thing to point out is the community itself - every resident Ive interacted with is incredibly kind and welcoming. I have loved living here at the Dillon! The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I’ve only had to put in maintenance requests for very low priority items and they still have all been fixed by the next day. The office staff went out of their way to help me move into my preferred floorplan when I wanted to and has continued to go above and beyond for me and other residents. Definitely recommend living here!

Best spot downtown

Despite one hiccup with a less than friendly staff member, the rest of the team has changed my one star to a five star. I absolutely love living here!

Everything is great about this apartment building! Taylor and all the other staffs are very kind. She helped me a great deal from signing the lease to moving in. The neighborhood is great! Morgan Street Food Hall is right around the corner, and the only grocery store in downtown will be opening downstairs very soon! The rooftop deck, the gym, the pool, the lounge are all amazing! Im glad I choose The Dillon, this is an amazing place to be!

My experience with The Dillon Apartments has been great. Easily the best downtown leasing arrangement I have dealt with in my 10 years in living in downtown Raleigh. Taylor and Nicole were the primary people who worked with me, however, everyone that works for the building has been friendly and helpful. For the apartments themselves, it is nice that they have Nest integration and access to a variety of services including Google Fiber. I would strongly recommend getting a place at the Dillon Apartments if you are someone new to the Raleigh area, or are looking for a better living arrangement that gives you the downtown lifestyle you have been desiring.

We absolutely love living at The Dillon - so much that we just renewed for another year! The amenities are incredible and the staff is the best ever. The location and views cannot be beat and theres no shortage of awesome stuff nearby, and more coming soon!

I absolutely love living here! Our move to Raleigh from out of state was kind of a last minute rushed decision and the leashing agents and property manager here were all incredibly nice and helpful. They helped us arrange everything over the phone (including sending taking the time to send us a video of the apartment, which was so nice of them to do), and were helpful finalizing the details the day we moved in. After living in New York City for so many years, I always had horrible experiences apartment hunting. The fees were always insane, the process was stressful, and the apartments themselves are crazy expensive for nothing particularly nice. I was so pleasantly surprised how incredible the leasing experience at the Dillon was. It was the first positive moving experience I have ever had! The apartments themselves are very spacious and have great counters and floors. Lots of units have small or full size balconies and walk in closets which is great for storing things out of the way. The lobby is beautiful, and the gym is great and has fantastic views. We are in the north building, the smaller of the two, but we still have our own little patio garden in this building. I cant wait for the other amenities to open and for shops to fill the vacant spaces on the ground floors. Cant recommend this place and the staff enough!

My Wife and I have lived at The Dillon for almost a year and have absolutely loved it! There are so many amazing amenities and the office staff are just lovely. From morning lattes in the club house to enjoying a glass of wine on the sky deck, we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. If it werent for buying a house, we would stay for another year.

The Dillon’s amenities and apartments cannot be beaten in the downtown Raleigh area. The staff have done an amazing job building this community, and we feel like we are really well taken care of. We highly recommend The Dillon apartments!

Moved from NYC and so far loving the Dillon - its everything you want in an apartment building and all parts of it feel luxurious, safe, and well-maintained. Staff is super nice and responsive, and while Ive only been to one happy hour, Im impressed with the amount of gatherings they host and little nice things they do for residents, like a Valentines Day breakfast and a welcome mug and hat when I first walked into my unit! This is random but worth mentioning - all areas even smell good :) Maintenance takes care of things super quickly. Only thing to note is that in some units you can hear the trains whistle at night (but I personally love this because it feels storybook-ish) and sometimes can hear neighbor footsteps above... but such is life with any apartment living. Thank you, Dillon team, love it here, keep it up!!

The Dillon is a fantastic place to live if youre new to the area of have been in Raleigh for some time. The location really doesnt get much better as youre walking distance to both Glenwood S., downtown and many bars and restaurants that are new to the neighborhood. The apartments, facilities and leasing staff are all incredible. Ive lived here for a year and decided to renew even though there are many options to choose from in Raleigh. I would recommend living here without question.

Spent an amazing year as a resident at the Dillon. It was clean, safe, and has incredible amenities (courtyard w/ grills and pool, gym with views of the skyline, clubhouse games, and access to the sky deck). Wesley, Shelby, and the rest of the team are extremely friendly, always happy to answer questions, and will do whatever they can to make your request a reality. I could go on and on about the various way in which the team has accommodated our every need, but I would likely run out of room. If you are considering moving to the Dillon, do yourself a favor and sign the lease now! The building is beautiful, the amenities are exceptional and the staff is the best in town. I am not one to leave reviews, especially not for rental properties, but I had to make sure that they get the recognition they deserve. A+ all around : )

I visited the leasing office earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment for Sunday 4/14 @ 2pm. I was there ON TIME and the leasing office was closed with a sign stating that they were on a tour. 10 minutes later, the same leasing agent appeared still on tour with another potential residents and walked passed us out of the building. She NEVER acknowledged me or my husband when she saw us standing in the waiting room. Thankfully, we were far more professional to interrupt.This is highly unprofessional and unbecoming of an apartment complex seeking to mistreat residents this way. To have my appointment not honored and the same leasing agent’s behavior is all the information I need to know about how much this staff regards their residents.Another review have acknowledge this problem and their continued failure to address this clearly shows disregard and is bothersome. This should be a clear warning to all apartment shoppers to remove this place off their list. I am most disappointed because I actually thought I wanted to live and lease here. Living in the heart of Raleigh is not worth being treated like a second class citizen.

Since moving from North Hills to the Dillon, I couldn’t be happier.The only thing better than the apartments and amenities of the building, is the staff on site. Weve lived at the Dillon since last April and have loved it! Love the floor-to-ceiling windows, huge gym (with a view!), pool, and walkability to so many great restaurants (including the new Morgan St Food Hall). Management and staff are super friendly and helpful, and even gifted us a beautiful bouquet of flowers when our daughter was born a couple of months ago. Highly recommended!

This property has everything I could ask for and more. The 9th floor gym has an amazing view, the courtyard is beautiful, and the club area has so much to offer. My apartment is perfect and has a great view! The leasing team was also very kind and accommodating during the application/leasing process. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to live in downtown Raleigh.

My husband and I went to go get a tour and hear more information about these apartments and the staff were very rude and clearly not wanting to help out. Though we understand that a tour was already scheduled, we were barely given any information. I had to pull teeth to even get a floor plan of an available unit. The worst part is that there were two other staff members at their desks just observing the interaction that evidently werent available to help out. Mind you, there was no one else at the office except for us. Oh and if you are touring, use the bathroom before hand. They dont have one available.

Amazing apartment complex and staff! Working with Wesley through the initial searching process was a blast due to his passion for the project, knowledge on every aspect of the apartment complex, and genuine kindness. I wouldnt want to live anywhere else in Downtown Raleigh!Definitely recommend checking these apartments out if you like walking to the best bars and restaurants in Raleigh, as well as overlooking the entire city from the 9th floor balcony. Shout out to the entire Dillon Staff including Shelby, Olivia, Taylor and Hannah!

Wesley was fantastic to work with when picking out my apartment at the Dillon! He was so accommodating throughout the whole process and often let me come see the space on days he wasn’t working. You can tell he cares about the residents and I love seeing him out and about around town. The apartment has been wonderful as well 😊

I’ve had my eye on The Dillon for the past year and watched its construction on regular visits to our office on West Street. I joined one of the hard hat tours late last year to see the inside of the building and was really impressed with the variety of floor plans, amenities, and apartment finishes. It’s great how they’ve preserved some of the original Dillon architecture and found the perfect balance of old and new throughout the common areas and units - a cool feel of modern industrial. The leasing staff is amazing! I was moving from Florida and these guys went out of their way to help with details, pix, and videos to help me with floor plan selection. After a long drive from Fort Lauderdale, we were greeted with big smiles and a huge dose of “let us know what we can do to help you settle in.” I’ve been here for the past month and love it. The building is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. You can’t beat this area with so many great food & drink options within walking distance, and I love my new work commute across the street. :-) Well done, Dillon leasing staff - you’ve knocked this one out of the park!

Beautiful potential. Luckily we got to look around. Still, we are super upset because our leasing agent didn’t even show up for our appointment to tour at the correct time nor call us to see where we were. (We arrived at the correct time.)We were super interested in this new shared office space. Bummed.

Love living at the Dillon. Management and leasing agents are super friendly and helpful and the community is great. Easy walk to anywhere in DT Raleigh.

Moved into the Dillon after selling my house and could not be happier with the staff and the facilities. I would highly recommend the location in downtown Raleigh to anyone.
