The office staff is lovely! Charming community and the location is unbeatable! Brittany and the team are incredibly kind. Im loving the loft style units and the tasteful renovations. Great job, team!!!

I got denied for a 1br here. Understandable, but This was well over a month ago and I’m still waiting on my administration fee of $200 to be refunded back. Been calling all week to speak to the PM and the leasing agent “supposedly” sent a text for her to call me. Still nothing and no one answers the phone. This is supposedly new management by the way. Actually glad I dodged this bullet bc it seems to be a lack of communication in the office 🤷🏾‍♂️.

I am not happy with the way things have changed at the apartments. The changes are too rapid. Management needs to slow down a little.

WARNING: Was a really good place; decent quality for decent price. But it has just changed management and ownership so better to wait and see what they do.Update: They are making several changes mostly for the better but rates for the renovated units are just as high as anywhere else. Will have to see how they price the unrenovated units and whether or not they encourage their current residents to upgrade or leave.Update: Guess what, this place has changed owners again and they cant decide if they want to bill you for water or not oh and they lost the bank info so I got put that in again; curiously at the same time my debit card went missing. I dont know whats going on around here but avoid. Its just as expensive as anywhere else, fitness center is laughable, and they kept the pool closed the entire year without exception. Oh, and even better since my last update they jacked the rent up over last years contract by $125! How inconsiderate, cruel, and given the fact this happened at the same time as covid, borderline criminal.

I stayed in a loft townhouse here for 2 years. I never really had any issues from the apartment complex. I recently received a $45 check from the complex. This is the money that was given back to me from my security deposit of $300. I called to get an explanation on why i onmy received this amount and the property manager kept saying we have pictures. They charged me $65 for carpet stains in which there were carpet stains there when i first moved in. They also charged me $50 for the stove not being cleaned. I spent close to $45 soaking and cleaning the stove inside and out. I felt they just wanted to find anything to keep majority of the money from my deposit. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone to move to. They just going to find a way to make money from you.

I have been living here for a year now and I have never had a problem with these apartments til a month or so ago. The maintenance recently washed the patio but did not warn or send a notice so we could remove anything from the patio, my brother had a box outside with his spray paint gun he used for his side job to help him pay his rent or bills and the maintenance picked it up and took it to the storage and two days later my brother went to go ask for it and the people upfront sent him to ask the maintenance people and he asked and they said they did not have it that the maintenance people had thrown it away . So he went back upfront and spoke to the manager and the manager said he was going to ask his workers and if not the manager and my brother would come to an agreement. Well my brother waited and waited and the manager was just giving him the run around and never spoke to him again or came to an agreement. Again I have never had problems with this apartment complex, I don’t smoke inside I don’t sale weed I don’t have guns I don’t have parties I don’t have movies with the tv blasting we never disrupt any of our neighbors or have had a problem with them of any kind. My 2 yr old son recently passed away in April, it’s nobody’s business but I wanted to share this because I want everyone to see how they are with us. I’m dealing with a loss with grief I beraly got back to work to help pay bills and rent my mind shouldn’t have to be set on anything else then on trying to heal myself . When I came back from my sons funeral (in Mexico) I asked the front desk if I could have a smaller place bcus I didn’t want to live here where I had so many memories with my son because it isn’t easy. They told me to check back in because they didn’t not have anything available, so I checked back in the time they told me and the manager answered told me no there wasn’t anything available yet and was rude about it and didn’t give me another suggestion or say he would get back into contact with me or anything. I’m not asking for people to feel sorry for me but I do want them to see I am not a reckless person I got to work and come back we eat wash watch tv and then get up and do it the next day we don’t bother anyone, I don’t feel the need for them to bring an unnecessary problem to me when I have REAL problems to deal with. I have many more complaints but they are all to long to write out. I just would not recommend these apartments ever after this! And I’m ready for my lease to end soon. Manager has not even contacted us to figure out the problem about my brothers property they took without permission. Or even with other stuff.

Management is soo rude they take their time on everything. If youre not hispanic then they dont care much for you or push you to the side. Maintenance takes their time, they fix things that end up having to be RE fixed the next month. Rich is very lazy and sophia is rude. They increase rent but no new renovations. They are quick to tell you your lease is up time to renew but take their time on everything. Neighbors are very rude and Parking is ridiculous. Some apartments have 7 people living in it.

Worst apartment ever. The term you get what you paid for relates to this apartment. Their management, tenants along with everything written in their contracts is nothing but bogus and shady. Parking is awful. Your supposed to get air filters changed every month. Or thats what they say. We had to wait 3 months (after several visits to the front office) even just for that. Only positive thing about this apartment (by a long shot) is the maintenance guys. They get their job done but the management is so incompetent in running the place that they fail to let the maintenance guys know on time what needs to be fixed.One night, saw the people in the apt across from mine trying to vacate and get the hell out. In two days that apt was closed down by the county sheriff. Apparently something illegal had been going on (not surprised). Roaches (or in their terms water bugs) everywhere. They claim to come around and spray stuff but its no use. My car was broken into the first night I moved there.Been letting management know about our water stinking of raw eggs/trash and small black stuff coming out. Mind you, this is water we use for daily use (other than drinking). The maintenance guys came by once. For 6 months weve been telling management. At the end, all they could say is hmm, never had that before. We dont know what to do. That was good enough for me to give them my letter. When I gave them my letter, I sat down with the manager and he gave me a final amount that Id be making on my last payment. He signed off on the paper and I made the payment. Ive never been late on any of my rent and everythings always paid off on time. I left the apartment even more cleaner than we first moved in. After 3 months, I get a mail stating that I owe them $300. I called them TWICE and the lady said both times she would have the manager call me back. NEVER got a call back. After two more months, I get a letter from the collection agency. Pathetic, sorry excuse of a dump. All I have to say to this manager is karma. Remember it cuz of all the crap youve pulled, itll catch up to you on your 2nd one. Just all in all, stay away. Theres a reason why they dont (wont) allow many websites to write reviews about them

Okay now trying to figure this out I made my December payment for 710 on the 5th now Im being charged $34 and some change this corruption racketeering
