While the complex itself needs some work, Ive seen lots of very positive shifts in management since I moved in on 2018. Sarah and Liz are both super kind and responsive when you call on them. Sarah has definitely gone above and beyond to help me- its great to be treated like a person instead of an account❤
HORRIBLE WITH CAPITAL H.. when you go to move out they will stick you with fraudulent bills.. then when you show proof, they remove some but still left some.. like how am i going to owe for things thats there in front of their face.. plus when I moved in, I had to clean my own kitchen and window seals.. and dont talk about how they change management as much as a person changes there underwear.. CONSTANTLY!
Trashy has roaches outdated small bathrooms races to people with kids basically feels like ghetto tired of spraying for bugs!! Do not move here you will feel like your in jail office never answers any maintenance request no AC!!! I hate it here can’t wait to get out of here!! Over charging for this trashy place!

The office staff and maintenance are very nice and helpful. Made move-in very easy. Also one of the office staff met me at my apartment during the move-in to make sure everything was in order.

Although the property is dated, I love the rustic look of the property. The woodsy effect lends a certain charm and spotting the deer and birds can have a soothing effect. However, as of late I dont believe the property has been maintained as it should be. There are abandoned cars on the property that has been here for months, which makes it even more difficult to find parking at times. Trash being left outside the door on the days of no valet pickup,creates an unsightly look not to mention the smell. I must point out management strive to resolve any issues concerning inside the apartments upkeep in a speedy manner. I believe abandoned cars and trash not put in the proper bins the property provides, is not a good look for attracting potential renters.

On September 16, 2020 my carpet was supposed to be cleaned. It just like it hadnt been touched. I spoke to the manager. She said they took pictures, they must have been from another apartment. This is the first time this has ever happened since aI lived here. The person that supposedly cleaned my carpet shouldnt be near a carpet cleaner EVER.

Ive been in the community for 7+ years, started off in a one bedroom, then a 2 bedroom after having my first child, left for a few months and now living in a 2 bedroom. I love the fact anytime I need something fix or taking care of they take care of it with no hesitation.
THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. Constantly changing staff, which obviously no one cares about how this place is ran. Like someone previously said, they NEVER answer their phones. They put ONE LETTER on my door about 4 months before my lease was up asking me to give them a 60 notice that I wasnt renewing my lease. Well I forgot (i have a newborn) and remembered at only 58 days in advance so now instead of my lease ending August 31, theyre so petty and making me stay and pay an extra 2 days. I HATE THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. Bugs and trash everywhere. Youre guaranteed to walk into a spider web when entering or exiting your apartment because they NEVER power wash the damn place. Its just awful. Oh and they also charge for pest control when they never send anyone to spray for bugs. Might I add OVERPRICED. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.UPDATE: I called this office this morning and asked for their corporate contact info. They put a random lady on the phone and said she was from the regional corporate office. she was supposed to call me back within FIVE MINUTES and never did. I have now called this office back about TEN TIMES and what do you know, NO ANSWER. Just trifling. I will be reporting Regency Park to the Better Business Bureau. My lease cant end fast enough!
This is such an amazing community of really great people. The property is well taken care of and the homes themselves are beautiful. I am so happy we found our home.
Wish I hadnt renewed my lease. The new office staff - or should I say lack thereof - is awful. They cant keep a staff in the office from week to week. Every time I walk in theres a different group of people at the desks. They dont answer the phones, forcing you to drop whatever youre doing to drive up to the office just to see that theyre all sitting there, not helping anyone, just ignoring your phone calls.The pool has been closed the entire summer. It wasnt even cleaned until two weeks ago. Ive been told multiple times that it would be open the following week, only to be told a different story the next time I ask. Theyre still charging a $75 amenity package fee for amenities that we cant even use.The old staff with Michelle and Barry was wonderful. I dont know who these revolving doors of people are, but find yourself a staff that actually knows what theyre doing. You guys suck.Dont bother responding to this review with your Oh Im sorry to hear youre dissatisfied, etc. Take your fake concern to the higher ups and actually do something to improve. I will NOT be renewing my lease next time around.I caution all of you considering this place to think long and hard about whether you value good relationships between renters and the property managers. If so, look elsewhere. Theres a different set of staff in this office every other day - you wont even know their names before theyre gone and replaced by someone else.
I lived here for 9 months. Just moved out. It really wasnt a bad place to live. There was a bit of a ghetto vibe, but, its raleigh for ya. The issue I really had was office never answered emails, even on the day I moved out. Plus someone across the street always let their dog poop and I would get constant phone calls about it. Walls were not thin and I did not have roaches. I did have a mouse but never found it. The renovations were sketchy but all around great price. Even had a washer and dryer. Also- the pool was full of algae until mid July which is pretty gross.
Put in a maintenance request to have my door fixed before Christmas please tell me why the maintenance people just came to fix the door after I had to hire outside contractor to fix the door these people are very unreliable and undependable and very unprofessional I wish no one have to go through these types of hardships
This is the best place to live for sure. After the new management came and fully took over this place, it was very nice with a lot of renovation and upgrades. All the negative comments are probably not from the new management itself, but more of the transition to the new management style which was hard during those few months. Other than that, it has be a joy living here.
Do not waste your time or money with these people! We needed three times the rent and made it but decided not to take bank statements showing additional income. Now were out $100 and were about to give them the deposit too. And from what I saw the gym is way to small and the pool is disgusting. Save your time and go somewhere ALOT nicer.

We moved here from Florida almost a year now. The process of moving here, they helped alot. They assisted us with the application process over the phone, we received pics of the apartment etc. We knew exactly what we were moving into and the area. Everything was communicated clearly and effectively. The management changed a few times but still have pleasant attitudes and the maintenance guys come either the same day or the next day. Everyone experience is different with this company but I can speak from my experience (CURRENT TENANT) WE ARE satisfied with our apartment and its management. Thanks Regency!! Keep up the good work. Cordell is a sweetheart.
The experience was horrible. We arrived around 10am to tour the property. The leasing agent was in her car leaving. She looked right at us and left. We didnt know it was her so we unloaded and went to the door of the beautiful clubhouse to find it locked.A maintenance worker came to the door and informed us that they would not open for another 30 mins. He didn’t offer for us to come in or anything... he just said what he said and walked off. Thats not what the website said but ok...we left and had brunch..came back and the staff was still not available. We sat for another 10-15 minutes and finally a car came speeding up. A woman got out with a bag of food. So basically it was the same person we seen drive off before we left...ate... and came back. Unbelievable.She invited us inside but she was extremely dry in Personality. I dont wanna focus to much on the actually leading consultant because she might have been having a bad day. Okay...so we asked to see a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I just want to say please do not believe the pictures on the website. The apartment we were shown looked worst than project apartments. Now that I think more about it... she thought because it would be my daughters first apartment... they would be happy about it. She was so stone face she never engaged in conversation or anything. She just asked he lil questions kinda robot like. I should have known the apartment was gonna look bad considering the steps on the outside was crooked and damn near falling apart. Disgusting carpets...The apartment smelled and was so gloomy and un unappealing.The Mirror in the bathroom was hanging off of a nail...just shocking. The women didnt even try to sell it...She just stood there. Towards the end she asked what could be improved and we were literally at a lost for words. It was unacceptable especially for $1000 + a month. We felt it was a complete waste of time having to wait for this women to go on a personal errand to get food and to finally be able to tour...it was horrible. Do not waste your time. The reviews are absolutely correct. Its horrible.
Ive lived at regency park (formerly Courtney Place) for two years. I guess I didnt expect much for the price point to begin with, but when it was Courtney Place the management was a little more tolerable. After management changed, things went down hill. Parking is usually terrible. Theyve assigned parking spots to each apartment but they dont enforce the rules. Cars park wherever they want to around the property. Ive lived in several units around the property and each of them had roaches. I am a clean person and I hate roaches, but they always seemed to pop up. Primarily because the area is very wooded. The gym is sub-par and the equipment is old. The noise level and quality of tenants is unbearable at times. The community doesnt enforce any noise rules. There are several trash fees added on to your rent each month (almost standard for most communities now). The grounds are not always maintained well. Overall, if you have a strict budget to adhere to (although prices are rising here) then you may consider living here. The apartments are old and the renovations were poorly done. Apartments are full of spiders and other insects. Plumbing is not very good either. Dont expect any frills here. Its pretty much a basic apartment with no amenities except for the pool IF its opened.Update: They commented and verified my point that they allow people to park anywhere. That’s the whole problem!!! Cars are literally parked in spots that aren’t even parking places. It’s ridiculous. They also commented and said they enforce noise rules. I have lived there and I can tell you for a fact that that is a LIE. I’ve heard all kinds of fighting, music, kids etc all times of the day and night. They also don’t enforce community pool rules. The gates are not locked during the day and I’ve witnessed people walk from neighboring communities and get in the pool. They have not made any improvemental, despite what they say.
Nice sized apartments...but that’s it! Every month they find a way to charge extra for SOMETHING, and the exterior of the apartment is disgusting! The absolute the worst part is, I lost my job about 6 or 7 months into my lease and there is no “hardship clause”- no way to get out of your lease due to extenuating circumstances and it was either give 90 days notice and pay a huge fee to break the lease or stay- either way, I was stuck! The office staff is rude. The pool hasn’t even opened this year...but I bet we’re being charged for it though. My lease can’t end soon enough!
We were without heat during the snow this past winter for 3 days before I finally got a separate company out to fix it and paid out of pocket for the repair, we called because the bath tub wont hold water and took 3 days to hear back from anyone, still not fixed. The town home is infested with spiders and it has been 6 days since I went to the office to request something to be done about it and it still has yet to be fixed. The air conditioning will not get below 73 degrees and it runs constantly but whats the use in trying to have that fixed at this point, it wont happen. They can cut the grass every week without fail but to actually maintain the homes is too much apparently. Can not wait for the lease to be up and get out of this place.
I would like to give this place zero stars. If youre looking for a place where management actually cares about what goes on DONT MOVE HERE!! This is by far the worst place Ive ever lived and I will definitely not renew my lease. Please note they dont care about anything but the rent. If there is a minor issue such as outlets not working or the bath tub not draining properly, they wont care. My shower works fine then in the middle the water turns SCALDING HOT! Their solution was to increase the temperature of my water heater. This is not acceptable; Im appalled & disturbed by the way Regency Park treats its tenants! Save yourself a headache & find yourself somewhere else to stay. Im so over this place.UPDATE: DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE TO THIS HELL HOLE!!!! Maintenance came in this morning, when I came home my apartment was unlocked!!! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ; THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH DISREGARD FOR YOUR TENANTS SAFETY. THIS COMPLEX HAS PUT MY SAFETY, AS WELL AS, MY BELONGINGS AT RISK. ROBBINS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, THE OFFICE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE ARE HORRIBLE!! THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, SAFETY, AND PROPERTY MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Its ok. Bedrooms are a good size, but overall Id give it a fair rating. Not good, but not poor. Bugs seem to be an issue at times though. But it did just get bought by Regency Park Apartments, so improvements down the road? Maybe. Wouldnt count on it though.
We just moved here, but honestly since the new people bought out Courtneys Place it has been disappointing. The pool is still not open and every time i pass at night there is someone in there but when i go in and ask they say its not open...and the bald guy who is always at the front desk is quite rude. The new manager is the only person who has been nice. I dont know what his problem is, but he should stop acting like he hates his job and everyone who comes in the office doors. Everyone else seems great, even the maintenance people.
New owners are horrible, save yourself the headache and continue your search. The pool isnt open, no one cares.. Its like pulling teeth trying to get anything done around here, or even to get in contact with the to get the job done. Office staff are rude, and could care less about whats going on in your home. I will not be renewing my lease and I will make sure every site that has a review about these apartments are fully aware of all that goes on.
They will steal your money and bill twice for trash. They never answer the phone. They said they would clean my carpet and never did. They put extra fees on the water bill making the rent higher. We didnt receive a water bill for 9 months! and so...we paid extra every month to make sure that we would not get a huge water bill, once the official water bill came out. Somehow the computer had no record of our payments and we still had to pay or they said they would evict us. Run!
Wow. I have never seen an apartment rental community that does not care for a possible future resident. I was there on a Sunday to visit the community and inquiry about their rental but this sales person or whoever she was make me feel like she hates her job or something. She was so mean to begin with, asking me why I went there to see an apartment on a Sunday. Hello, a lot of people actually work and dont have time during the week perhaps. But well leaving that out she seemed to be so negative about everything I asked her. She took me out to show me one of theur floor plans but she didnt even walk me through the whole unit. I walked alone showing mysel the apartment. What is wrong with these people. Arent you supposed to treat future residents like home. 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Interesting, just saying....

Me and my boyfriend recentley moved from here and let me tell you the best move we could of ever made if i could leave a review with out giving a star i would they dont deserve the one these people are rude they talk about they residents behind they back and they are rude if you approach them so beware new residents they may come off nice but anything to get you in and once your in you pretty much just signed your soul to the devil and his demons. These people are money hungry they do not care for their tenants what so ever, They tow vehicles what seems like every chance they get, we use to have a nice trash can to put trash in they have taken it and replaced it with a little trashcan my kids toy box is bigger but thats not the worse part your trashcan has to be put back in your house by 9am if not you get a $25 fine. My boyfriend and i got stranded at his mothers due to a flat tire so didnt make it back in time got home to find this note on our door my boyfriend called the office but they claim their was nothing they could do the lies they tell. This place was good before the new company came in now this place is not worth the time and effort so renters beware even if the deal sounds good to be true its all a scam to get you in they clutches run 🏃 their is sooooooo much more that you dont know

New Ownership has so far been a big disappointment. Came home last week to an eviction for not paying a $54 balance from rent due on the 1st. Went to the office and was told that they send those letters out to anyone that has a balance. I would think an eviction notice is quite a jump to make someone aware of a balance but even then, I didnt have a balance. Was told it was a computer error. Then today followed up about the pool that is STILL not open and its mid-July. Spoke with Charles who suggested I call the City to see what the delay is as they are awaiting inspection. I did just that and was told by the City of Raleigh Inspection Dept. that there are no orders pending for Regency or prior owner Courtney Place. Called office back to relay this and spoke with Charles again who, and I quote ; said I dont know what to tell you but I dont have time to go back and forth with you. Ive got work to do. and hung up. Im sorry Charles, I thought answering a concern of your tenant was your job. Have left message for the manager to call. #failatcustomerservice #charlesakarude
New owners and new management. This place has gotten worse, No one seems to care about the residents. If there was a way to give a half of star I would. I would never recommend this place to anyone but the homeless.

I wanna give this place ZERO STARS! I came to visit an old freind and we were meeting up at his pool. It was me and another freind who came by. Asoon as we are aproching the pool an elderly white lady asked me in a rude tone if i lived here and with all honesty i said NO. I explained to her and she kicked me out the pool saying he has to be with me before i can go to the pool, and stated only ONE FREIND AND OR VISITOR con come into the empty pool. I initially went into the office to ask for rules and regulations. They said they dont have that on paper. They say it verbally or it maybe in the contract after they sign. It would be great if they are more organized by posting a sign or letting people know before they move in. I know if i lived here i would have.moved asap. I live in a nice community at wakefield plantation and will never come to this hood place and get yelled and and rudly talked to. Its outrageous how the office people think they own the pool. KEEP INMIND RUDE LADY ! THANKS

I received a phone call from this property during my search for a 2bdrm 2.5 bath. I filled out the application & went through all the necessary steps once I was approved only to get a call back 4 days before I was scheduled to move saying that the property I was approved for & scheduled to move in at the end of the week was double leased to me & another tenant & they had no idea. Not to mention they had nothing else available til months later. I was devastated not only had I given notice to my current property that I was moving but I had also paid my renters insurance for the entire year, my security deposit as well as hired movers to move me. When I asked how long it would take for me to be refunded I was told it would take a few weeks because their management was in another state. Talk about ripped off. This is a very unorganized establishment & office workers seem to not know whats going on. The only thing they offered to fix my problem was for me & my daughter to move into a 1 bdrm for the same price that I would have been paying for a 2bdrm for a few weeks until something else came available. If you have a choice run as far away from those crooks because thats all they are.
Regency park bought out Courtney place and th y have been very disappointing. Pool is still not open and they do not care. There is no way to contact the office besides actually going up there..the number that they post online does not route to anyone. Customer service sucks in this office and they dont have the answer to anything. i miss Courtney place management...they where always very prompt.

It seemed to me a totally different place than I expected, my questions that first day before signing the contract, all a few lies, for many reasons. And one of them are the insects (Cockroaches), (Theft) inside my apartment and details that only the one who lives Experiences.
