Cresent Sands Windy Hill Unit B-6 needs some work. The unit was not cleaned properly and it shows. Made a call to Condo World on arrival and anticipated a return call, no call to this day. There are stains on the ceilings, rotten wood in master bath outside shower, light switches and outlets not working and not installed correctly. The HVAC return is black from dirt and debris. The light switches when wiped turned cloth black. The carpet at entrance to bedrooms was filthy. Went to use the vacuum (which is on its last leg) we found in closet and the debris container was full. The complex is nice, the unit needs to be gone through and simple repairs made.
The quality of this 4 bedroom four bathroom condo at 1403 Crescent Shores through Condo World was awful.When we arrived for our $3000.00 plus 7 day vacation stay in Myrtle Beach SC with our 4 adult children and three young grandchildren.We were in shock as to how filthy, how old and dated this unit was.The pictures were a bit deceiving to say the least.The master bathroom shower was just nasty the walls had marks and stains on them.The kitchen floor was dirty. The bedding was awful.The unit looks like it has not been updated with new furniture or paint in about 10 to 15 years. I was so looking forward to this trip such a disappointment for my entire family. It is sad that you work an entire year to pay for a vacation for your entire family and have to endure this. Never againThe only great thing about the unit was the view.We will never use Condo World again.
I really liked the seamless check in and check out. There was no waiting in line or trying to find your reservation! The room was great! Much more than we expected! Everything we needed was in the room minus the food! The facilities were great and the rooms were clean! I did appreciate the reminder texts throughout the stay about what was expected of you as a guest. Overall would definitely stay here again!
My family and I stayed at Crescent beach villas in unit 201 for one week. The place is nice and livable. The room was pretty much as shown in the pictures. The place could use a few simple additions (a bed skirt on the master bed, missing knobs in the bathroom) and is a little outdated (wallpaper, paint, fixtures) but overall was not bad. The cleaning was okay however i did find dust behind a-lot of the furniture in the bedrooms and the carpeting in the hallways and bedrooms look like they need a steam cleaning. Overall if someone gave this place just a little extra attention it could be excellent. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked more than I had anticipated which was nice. The water pressure in the shower I used in my bedroom was great which I appreciated. The pool was great and had a nice area with a shower and hose to clean sand from yourself. This unit was ocean front and we were from front door to beach in 30 seconds! They also have two propane grills in working order if you wanted to grill. One other drawback is there is no elevator so dragging groceries, luggage and beach stuff up and down was not fun!
Condo-World has been wonderful to work with. We loved our ocean front condo. The balcony view is perfect for my 93 year old grandmother. We were previous White Realty customers for years and sadly, they went out of business. Dawn B. with Condo-World has treated us well. We will definitely be returning customers.
Through Condo World we were able to book a weeklong trip at The Ashworth in North Myrtle Beach, which began with a minimal contact check-in at the main office. The unit itself was spacious and clean, perfect for a large family or several to stay in, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. While we did not personally use the Lazy River or swimming pool areas (due to wanting to maximize our time at the beach), but these areas appeared very clean and popular by other vacationers. The property was just a short walk away from Main Street where we were able to try some new restaurants, a delicious local ice cream place (Melt), and experience Music on Main. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience for a great value, and would book again!
Their staff are always professional, pleasant, and helpful. Check in and out are easy and well planned. Enjoy the pre-vacation tips and suggestions for Myrtle Beach. We found the restaurant suggestions helpful and actually found a couple of restaurants to add to our list of favorites.
We stayed at beach cove room 804. The room was as pictures shown. It was a nice place. The downfalls were It stated that there was a washer and dryer in the condo. There was a washer and dryer. The washer did not spin out leaving clothes soaking wet. And the dryer did not dry the clothes. I called and notified condo world so they were aware. When you pack for a trip and it states these were available in the room I packed for being able to use them. There was 1 burner on the stove that we were unable to use as it was not hooked up. If you have a truck it will not fit in the parking garage. We were fine with parking in the lot that stated it was for beach cove but when we would leave in the morning upon return there were several occasions that there was no place to park. As the lot was filled with people going to the beach with no parking permit. When I went to front desk to tell them they stated that there was nothing they could do about it that they would tow all vehicles if they called. The room was booked under my wife Janet and unfortunately I do not remember who we spoke too. Glad to hear that maintenance is looking into it.
The condo itself was awesome. Plenty of space for everyone, clean, great views. We did had issues with the smoke detectors randomly blaring in our room, though. That was a an annoying issue, especially when it got severely worse and more frequent on the rainy day of our stay and we were sort of stuck there to deal with it since it wasnt a good beach day. We decided to go out and do a couple indoor activities that day and that was a nice break from the blaring alarm. It was fixed that day while we were gone, but after it was fixed it still would beep more subtly as if the batteries were dying. We also didnt receive our bags of extra linens, towels, soaps, etc until less than 24hrs before we checked out, so we didnt even open those at that point. I bought extra soaps and detergent and washed towels several times throughout our stay since our new ones werent delivered until shortly before we were leaving. There is not a main lobby downstairs in this building and that wouldve been helpful to be able to talk to someone face to face to ask them for towels and let them know about the smoke detectors going off. There isnt very good cell service in the building so it was a little difficult to try to speak to the main office on the phone. Again, the condo itself was very nice. We loved that parasailing and banana boats were set up daily right beside the building, too. We also liked that the main life guard shack was located in front of that building.
My family and our in laws booked two condos close together because there are to many of us to share a condo. Our condos were booked at the same time. When we picked up our packets to the condo there had been a leak in my in laws bathroom. Instead of calling my in-laws they automatically moved them to a different condo. We didn’t realize it until my mother-in-law got to their condo and realized it was not the one we booked. Condo world didn’t move us because they didn’t realize we were together. First we were told the owners wanted the condo for the week. Later found out there had been a leak.There were no other locations with 2 condos. My in-laws looked at the temporary fix to their bathroom. They were fine with it. Our condo is an absolute dump. When got to it our condo the door was open. You can tell it had been broken into. To get the door unlocked you had to wiggle the key and turn so hard it almost broke the key. Our closet door is broke. The handle to the fridge is broke. They put a new door knob on. You can tell the old door knob had been like this for a long time. have no vacuum, no cake pans, and no oven mitts. Ben, one of the managers, said we would not be compensated because our issues can be fixed, but they will compensate my in-laws. They will give us full refund if we leave, but there are no other place to stay. We told him our vacation is ruined. Ben told me it’s not ruined. We went vacation to de stress no stress. The general manager called. Told me the same thing Ben told me. I told her I was posting this. She said something and hung up.
Always a great experience! We have been using condo world for years to help plan our Myrtle Beach visits--and never have they failed! DAWN is amazing! She walked me through several property possibilities given the unique needs I had. She was always patient and provided quick and honest feedback! Always a pleasure working with her!
Upon our arrival we were informed our room was ready 3 hours earlier than expected. However it was a disaster. Our Master Bedroom had sand in the sheets, we had to wash them ourselves. Our Master Bathroom tub and sink clogs constantly.Middle Bedroom had food in the bed. Obviously our bedding wasnt changed properly. Our 3rd Bedroom/Bathroom had medication on the floor. Obviously not cleaned up there properly. I have stayed in Myrtle Beach several times. This has been the worst experience of my life at any resort. I will never stay or recommend staying at Bahama Sands to anyone. All the amenities are out dated. The WiFi service is terrible. The view of the Ocean has been the only positive for this trip as far as the condo goes. I feel sorry for whoever is scheduled to be here next week. We had several Maintenance issues. Hopefully people report the problems and do not get charged for the atrocious looking room. FYI room 1009. Good Luck. I have been in contact with Management and they have been very supportive and working to resolve these matters but only so much you can do once youre here. I will post more pictures later.
Re: Unit 405-North Shore Villas - Sept 18-25,2021Already completed first survey request, but remembered a couple of issues that I failed to mention in that responseMaintenance was called to fix TV in bedroom with 2 double beds. He found corroded batteries and an improper connection. Fast response from Maintenance and resolution of problem.Unable to open sliding door onto balcony. Didnt discover until late in the week so didnt bother calling Maintenance.Found dirty unwashed saucers in kitchen cabinets. They had been placed near the bottom of the stack so doubtful that the cleaning service noticed.
Just left Waterpoint II unit 905. Avoid this one. It’s all about the unit you get. Some are investment group owned, some private. The private condo owner care about and upfit their units. The ones owned by investment groups and managed by Condo World are left In disrepair, decor from the late 80’s.We had an air conditioning line that whistled at the exact pitch to everyone think their ears were ringing. Only two doors in the whole unit closed correctly without getting stuck. The shelf the entertainment equipment was sitting on was falling off the wall. Lots of stuff Duck taped together, including the cabinets. Again, the decor.It became clear the investment group that owns 905 Waterpoint 2 clearly do the bare minimum required by law to keep the place rented, if that. 903 is excellent, recently upfitted. My parents and sister got that unit and we were charged within a few dollars of the same amount. We paid more! It’s all about the unit.
We stayed in a nice beach front property. Unfortunately, the unit had dirty surfaces in kitchen, bath, refrigerator, and floors which we had to clean ourselves on our own time and dollar. Myrtle Beach is great, but the cleaning crew absolutely did not do their job. Taking our own time to clean things upon arrival was a huge disappointment on this trip.
The condo was beautiful and spacious enough for 8 people ( 4 adults and 4 kids)! The views were amazing!!! We had a hiccup and that was quickly resolved!! The only thing I would upgrade is the sheets on the beds. It got old having to remake the beds each day. The owners should look into deep pockets.
We booked for the first time through Condo World this year for North Myrtle Beach. We originally booked a place at The Ashworth but was moved to The Ocean Bay Club due to the condo owner selling our reserved unit (we were notified in advance). There were some things that did not please us with The Ocean Bay Club (overall lack of cleanliness, the description of unit did not match what we received, and non-working keys). However, when I contacted Condo World they were immediately responsive and ready to correct the issues. Their caring hospitality really made our stay so much better. I have already booked our condo with Condo World for 2022 due to their excellent customer service. See you next year! (-1 star because of the lack of cleanliness of the unit.)
We absolutely loved working with Condo-World....You will NOT be disappointed in any way. Our stay was amazing and so very relaxing. Our condo has everything you need, just pack your beach towels, swimsuits, clothes and youre good to go👍 Ocean Bay Club is withing walking distance to Main Street Which has so many places to eat and party....No driving necessary. The Beach/Pool/Lazy River is amazing. Book with Condo-World, you will have no issues at all...They are so wonderful🤗
I booked our condo just 2 weeks prior to our trip. We got a very nice room on the ocean front. The Blue Water Keyes property was very nice, something for everyone in the pool area. The property was very well kept. I hope to use Condo-World for future trips.
Rented Tidemaster unit 205 from Condo World. This is an ocean front condo in a great location. We arrived on Sunday August 1st and got a text telling us how to check in. We went and picked up our packet with parking passes and keys and although I requested 3 parking passes there were only 2 passes in the packet. I immediately called the number on the packet and left a message about the parking pass. No one ever called me back. Once we got inside the condo, we noticed it was not very clean. There were empty water bottles behind the bedroom furniture. The appliances are very dated and the refrigerator would not stay closed. You had to physical push it shut and hope it stayed. We opened the washing machine to wash towels and it was full of dirty water and towels. I once again called condo world and left a message and no one returned my call. I called again the next day and talked to someone in maintenance who told me they knew the washer was broken and they ordered a part for it. No one alerted us to the fact that the washer was broken before we got there and obviously they knew it had been broken for a while. I called again to check on the washer the next day and was told they were going to replace it but it would not be replaced before we checked out. Therefore, we had to try and get someone to bring us extra towels. They did bring extra towels on the 3rd day of our stay. Very disappointed in the customer service, cleanliness of the condo, and washer situation. On a positive note, the condo was in a great location, the balcony was very nice and the unit is big. The fact that it was very dated was not a problem, the problem was with condo-world and I would not rent from them again.

I am surprised nothing is noted on our reservation especially since we had to have 6 people come out to clean our condo due to how extremely filthy it was when we arrived. It was appalling. It looked like the cleaners changed the sheets and towels and left. They even put queen sized sheets on the king sized beds. Luckily you have amazing management at the North Myrtle Beach 17th street location. Ben and Lynn worked their butts off to get our condo cleaned and up to par. Theyre the only reason I gave a 2 star and not a 1 star. Our stay in 2020 was much better than the stay this year.
We have had no complaints when we stay here. The condo is clean, check-in is easy & views are fantastic! Crescent Shores is our go to place to stay anytime we come to Myrtle Beach.
We just came home from our stay in Crescent Shores North. Its a good location overall, but we were not impressed with our stay. We are fine with older units and dont expect high end finishes, but our unit was not well cleaned or maintained. One of the tubs was completely missing the drain and there was a wide open hole going down into the pipe, the carpet was extremely dirty and made your feet black from walking on it, and there were hair clippings on the balcony and popcorn in the dresser drawers when we arrived. The furniture didnt match the pictures - the king room had one night stand with drawers but no dresser or anything else for storing clothing, and the sheets were too small for the bed. The dishwasher leaked on the kitchen floor, and we had to keep a towel in front of it to run it. It is supposed to be a non-smoking property, but we could rarely sit out on the balcony because of the strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana.The indoor pool was closed the whole time we were there. The lazy river was only open for a day and a half, and there were only four floats available. The decking around the pool was roped off because the boards needed replaced, but its the beginning of summer, so youd think it would have been taken care of over the off season. Also, there are only five (incredibly tiny) parking spots for the whole building for loading and unloading your vehicle and a 15 minute time limit to use them. All other parking is across the street in the parking deck. The North building only has two elevators for all 18 floors of condos, so the waits can be quite long.Condo World does not have office hours over the weekend, so once you check in, youre on your own until Monday if there are any problems. The condos are a nice size, and theres a gorgeous view, a nice beach, and so much potential with better cleaning and management.
It was a last minute, impromptu vacation for a large family. The price point was good, the unit itself was slightly worn, but very clean. It had a good sized kitchen and we were very close to the beach. Parking was always available, but the spaces are narrow and only minimal handicapped parking available. Booking was easy, and staff were excellent! The pool and lazy river are of good sized and were never over crowded during our stay. Overall an excellent stay. A few nuances that come with staying at a popular destination but nothing caused by the resort or its staff.
Two years in a row I’ve had a terrible experience. Last year, peak COVID, we walked into our condo with blankets, sheets, on the floor, beds undone. No AC on. And a bag of linens on the couch. Multiple amenities didn’t work. I went right to the condo world office to explain my displeasure and there was zero effort to attempt and rectify it. They offered to move me to a different condo building which was a steep downgrade. This year, there were no spare pillows, and the ones we had were paper thin. The dryer took 5 hours to dry a load of laundry. No knives in the kitchen. There’s were multiple vertical blinds missing. The AC barely worked in one of the rooms. The sliding glass door couldn’t even be opened by our 12 year old that was with us. The biggest surprise came in the form of the two cleaning ladies brining their underage kids to clean as we left. Easily 12 or under. It explains the poor cleaning being done. Pencil on the walls, scuff marks. For $3000+ you expect a bit more than what they have to offer. One of our guests reached out and no effort was made to reach back. They hound you for a review, just to not reach out when you leave a poor one. In no way shape or form am I recommending condo world to anyone. They have terrible business practice and only care about the money. You can find GORGEOUS condos for less that offer MORE, through other sites.
As always the view was spectacular from the ocean front balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well worth the price. The tiki hut was awesome (adult beverages and food). All the staff I encountered were all so pleasant. Six adults enjoyed the three bedroom condo and it had plenty of room for all of us with out squeezing by each other. Will definitely stay again!
We have rented from Condo World for years and the experience is always great! The new check in process was excellent. You pull under the building and check in right from your car. It was smooth!! This should continue!! At any point, I was able to call and ask any question and the staff was very helpful.
My daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and I just stayed one week ending 8/8/2021 at Crescent Keys in North Myrtle. It was the most disgusting place we have ever stayed! The unit(1106) was run down and FILTHY and when my daughter made the reservations, she was told it was one of the newest and nicest. We spent our first day cleaning and disinfecting the unit. There was dried food on the refrigerator and oven, the commodes were nasty, and the carpet was very old and so dirty that we never walked on it without shoes. There was thick dust on the lamps and furniture and it was very obvious that the unit had not been cleaned. The doors had dirty finger prints on them and the outside of the unit was nasty as well. The elevator floors were unbelievably old and hard to stand on. I totally understand that the lack of workers is a big issue but this was totally unacceptable and sad as the unit was quite expensive. Please reconsider any decision to stay at Crescent Keys.
Crescent Beach Villas #201The cleanliness of the condo was the biggest issue. I had to wipe things down because it was obvious things were not cleaned. Wet Towels and sheets were left in the washing machine and dryer. Part of the ceiling was peeling in the den as falling in the floor, dust so bad in the bathroom drawers I didn’t even want to clean them myself to be able to use, lots of dirt and trash under bed. The dryer took several hours to dry anything. I think there is an issue with ventilation which could be a fire hazard one day. Kitchen cabinet items very messy and missing tops to things and not organized at all. The balcony has a soft spot in floor in outer right corner which made me very nervous and unable to enjoy sitting out there. Carpet in hall and bedroom are stained.I am not a very picky person, I promise but for the money I paid, it was waaaay too much for the condition of this property.I did not complain while we were there because I knew there was nothing that could really be done during my stay. This place needs deep cleaning and some renovations.One last thing, the pillows on the bed are so flat you hardly knew you had one. Also a musky smell in condo but I understand moisture and humidity can be a factor at the beach.This condo is a great location and great views of the beach. Very easy access to pool and beach also. I had a lot of things to say but when paying the amount asked during that week was very high for the condition and cleanliness.
Our room was ready earlier than expected. The condo had everything we needed and then some. I dont know what I would have done if I didnt have the washer, dryer, and dishwasher. I will never stay in a hotel again. Thanks Condo World for making Fathers Day and my twin girls birthday so very special and memorable.
Beach club 6f undergoing renovations. Condo world will not make you aware of this. Locks on kitchen cabinets, multiple broken or missing drawer and door pulls, Dirty dishes with stuck on food in cabinets. Newly installed living room floor had severe glue fumes throughout unit to the point could not say there at first causing headaches and had 8 month old baby in unit. Called condo world immediately for options with no response. Ghosted. Easy to deal with but be wary if you have any issues as they will disappear. Ended up opening everything up for a while to air out unit. It was horrible!
The resort has a lot to offer, however we stayed in S311 and the furniture was filthy, there is food stuck in the table as well the chairs. I had to Lysol and microban the air ducts as well bedroom because of mold. It took two days to air this unit out. We were there from the 10th to today 9/18/2021 so not sure where Cindy stayed but not with us.I will be sending pictures to both condo world and sea watch resort.
Our experience with Condo world was great! We didnt have any issues and the staff was very helpful. The condo we rented was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Lots of condos/locations to choose from, reasonable prices. Condos are generally well kept and clean, sometimes small issues which they resolve.
The staff at Condo-World will bend over backwards to make sure your stay with them is top notch. I have worked with them in the past and they are superstars. I have used them many times and something will go wrong from time to time. Dawn and the staff always make sure you are taken care of.
We experienced an awesome family vacation (Windy Hill 301) for the first time since the start of COVID. The room was clean, which is big for me. We smelled cleaner upon arriving. The Condo World staff were responsive and worked with us when we had to unfortunately reschedule this vacation in May. My family and I will return for future vacations.
Excellent accommodations. Issues resolved for most part will follow up Monday. We had a beautiful condo at Barefoot resort 1107. The kitchen needed to be a little better stocked but other than that it was perfect for my family.
Had the time of our lives in North Myrtle beach and we’ve got Condo-World to thank for it!Booking through Condo-World was a game changer. Staff was helpful, more efficient than anything we’ve used before (inc. AirBnB) and handled all of our covid-travel concerns with respect, care and diligence. So nice to be able to escape for a break in such uncertain times and be greeted on arrival with such friendly (and appropriately distanced) faces. Anytime we have a chance to come back, we will and we will go straight to Condo-World!We stayed at C-Scape, and the place was amazing! Beach views, a large space for us to lounge, and had a great balcony that we used to catch up with old friends and stay covid safe; a huge bonus for the trip. Place was clean, fully stocked and getting the keys was a breeze.Also organised golf through Condo-World, which for me, was the real highlight! It was great to get the inside scoop on where to play, and leave the booking/admin up to them. My tee times were perfectly spaced and the courses were spectacular.We can’t recommend Condo-World (and North Myrtle) enough, and we’re already planning our next trip. Thanks for all your help and we’ll see you again soon!
Well situated on the beach and very convenient for getting around the entire Myrtle Beach area. Parking garage was a bit tight with small spaces, tight turns and barely enough room for two SUVs to get by, but plenty of parking.
Everything was great except for the furniture in our rental. It was old, outdated and broken down. Floors were dirty. But we loved the area and the pool etc.
The entire experience was super! The easy check-in to an awesome beach view in a clean well, appointed unit was beyond our expectations. Great communication and attention with reservation, ease of check in and check out and prompt attention to put a couple items in working order!
Had a great time. Only downfall was we were told we would have a later check in for the needed to clean/sanitize. Lets just say it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.Floors were covered in sand, lint, pretzels, m&ms, coins, washer smelt like sewage,, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and more.But it was a beautiful location, friendly people all around.We cleaned it up, washed all towels, ran dishwasher, swept all floors, left a case of toilet paper, and cascade tablets for dishwasher.Will return next year for sure.
Some of the amenities at the property we stayed at were closed the entire week. We were not notified of this beforehand, and all the amenities were still being advertised on the Condo-World website while some of them were shut down. Condo-World did not offer any sort of apology or compensation for this.The property was clean overall and in decent shape for its age. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.
Condo-Worlds check in/check out process was incredibly fast. I loved that they accommodated their users with a drive through process that took only a few minutes.
Grounds were nice. Pool & tennis courts were well maintained. Great location. Walking distance to beach & Main Street. Unit 354 at Tilghman Beach & Racquet was very outdated. Furniture was worn and beds need replacement. Bed coverings were stained, old & thin. Master bathroom floors need replacement. Kitchen & hall bathroom had cockroaches. Condo world responded to complaint within a day & had maintenance spray for cockroaches & ants. Nice complex but unit 354 needs a lot of work.
Condo World booking and check in was easy, but thats where the good news ends. The unit we rented last was absolutely FILTHY and had several maintenance issues that we called about that were never addressed. Primarily, the kitchen sink was draining into a pot under the sink that we had to empty all week long. I didnt pay to be the cleaning crew or maintenance staff. If I wanted dirt floors I would have rented a campsite.
Unit 301 is bare bones basic and nothing decoratively attractive. View is great, but porch furniture is plastic with a rusty table. No stoppers for bathtubs, very small stove with few pots.and pans. Take your own stove top grill or buy a mini. Mr Coffee pot, TERRIBLE second bedroom mattress. Have to move the coffee table to open the couch recliners. Pull chord slot curtains with some of the slots missing or lying on the floor. Master bedroom TV controls sitting in the window. Very small pool with plastic lounge chairs. No umbrellas or pool furnitiure at all..Extremely tight parking.. Couch had sand all over it when we moved it. Tile floor throughout, with sand left behind. Bring your own bath soap.. No washer or dryer.. If youre looking for a basic, no frills place to stay and want to pay thru the nose, this is it. Condo World very slow to respond to repair work.
Sandy Shores is a very busy condominium complex. The building does not have a front desk so if you need something fixed, you need to call Condo World. Our unit was nice, great location, but their cleaning crew doesnt do a great job. Be prepared to clean your condo, and check your sheets.
Booked seawatch in SC a year ago, arrival 7/24. Condo World calls us 7/24 about 12 pm, we are already in NC, and they tell us there is an issue with our rental, it is unavailable and we will be moved. Well, they moved us 5, yes 5, miles away to a not quite the same quality unit which we are lucky was still open or we were going to have to turn around. So, notified us 2 hours away from our arrival!! Their response and preparedness were far below professional.
We go the the beach once a year this is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed at south shore vellas it is just amazing the condos are clean we we get there amazing view grate friendly staff only issue we have had in 3 years is this year wen we got there is the air conditioner was clogged up we called Condo world and the maintenance man called us right back he said hed be there in an hour it was a bout 40 min he got there fixed it right a way was very nice polite even with my 2 year old determined to help him wood recommend Condo world to everyone
Condo world I had no problems with. Check in process was very fast and efficient. We needed repair work done and we received very prompt service. Our complaint was about the unit. We stayed at Laguna Keyes 609. The condo, for being a luxury unit, was anything but. Appliances are old and outdated. The mattresses are also old and uncomfortable. A drawer in kitchen was duct taped to keep it on. Two sinks were leaking. It appeared the owner has put very little into the unit. I would definitely use Condo world again, however will nut stay in this unit.
Condo-World at North Myrtle Beach was a great location to vacation with our entire family. We had 31 members of the family with each family renting their own condo. The place was very convenient and accommodating to all of us.
We loved staying at our condo. It was well maintained and clean. The ease of being beachfront was wonderful. Loved being here!
Original unit was rundown, dirty and needed tlc. The unit we were moved to was acceptable. It could have used a little tlc, but at least it didnt feel gross. The balcony area was great, as it overlooks the beach. The pool area with the lazy river was perfect! It really was the best part of the unit. It was never crowded the entire time we were there. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
Very efficient. The unit was much cleaner than when it was managed by another reality company.
It was a big enough condo to accommodate my entire family of 6! We had a very enjoyable week! We will be booking with Condo world again very soon! The check in was very easy, fast, and hassle free ! Thank you Condo World for helping us enjoy our week at Myrtle Beach this year!
This unit at Palmetto Dunes room 304 needs a good deep cleaning and some major updates. The room smells musty and there is rust everywhere. Whomever owns this unit should show it some love. Just a few things; the shower heads are nasty and could be updated(everything thing in the room is cheaply done and the room wasn’t cheap), the dishwasher sounds like it’s going to take off and is old, the fridge is outdated and also sounds bad, the washer and dryer are bomb but the room where they are stinks. The balcony are needs fixed too, it feels like your gonna fall and there is so much mold and mildew. If we were a family that stayed in the room the entire week, we for sure would have switched places.
We just stayed a week here and would definitely stay again. The furniture is a bit outdated but not so bad that it took away from anything. The room had everything we needed. Also had a great view of the ocean even with a building in front of us.
Condo world was great to work with. The unit 101 at Palmwood Villas not at all good. It had black mold and was very nasty. Definitely do not go by the pictures on the internet they are very deceiving. I took pictures of how bad the mold was in this unit.
We have used condo world the last two years and have loved both locations we stayed. They are very clear and up front in pricing and I feel like you get a good value for what you pay.
The condo was not as shown in the pictures. Its small 2 bedroom and it smells like it hasnt been cleaned in a while. The air conditioner sounds like something is burning in it. Never staying here again
We were VERY disappointed the the Crescent Sands-5F condo. It was very dirty. Towels were still in the bathtub, dirt on the bed foot board, kitchen floor was not clean! The pots and pans need to be replaced. We didnt even try to cook because of the cookware. The whole unit needs some major overhaul. We have used Condo-World for many years and this is the first time we have been unhappy.
We stayed at Ashworth 401. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Our sheets didnt fit our bed and were stained, but it was taken care that day. So, we have no complaints!!
The room smelled terrible and had mildew and mold. We was moved to another unit that was some better but still had mold and terrible smell.. it needs a very deep cleaning and updated . For the money we paid it was terrible . The internet pictures does not look like what you walk into . It’s in a nice location but very poor quality . So so updating and deep cleaning . Very run down
We stayed in a 4 bedroom at the Ashworth booked through condo world. It was a very easy booking process and we were able to pay a deposit and pay the remainder 30 days before arrival. Liked that another. The unit we stayed in was dated and could use some upgrades. Managememt also needs to take a better inventory of what is in the units. We had no pans to cook out of and their werent enough spoons or forks for our whole family. The location is great. Being right on the ocean and 2 minutes walking distance from everything is ideal and makes vacation a breeze. The cleanliness of the unit could have been better. Lots of sand on the carpet and could tell it had not been cleaned before we arrived. One pillowcase had makeup all over it and there were molded cheese crackers under our bed. Nothing major and management was very responsive when we brought these things to their attention. Will def stay at the Ashworth again. The pool, lazy river and hot tub are very well maintained daily and the property outside is very clean and landscaped. We had a great time. :)
The unit wasnt completely clean. Upon arrival in the entryway there was an stagnant smell and also the smell was inside the unit. We ended up cleaning the unit ourselves. Also the refrigerator wasnt working properly. Called on Monday to report it and they were going to send someone to look at it. No one came so called again on Wednesday but no one could come to repair it until Friday. The fan wasnt working on the refrigeration and had to be replaced. We lost all our food and had to throw it away.
Crescent Sands II #605 - unit was comfortable, however, it is VERY dated. Seating in the living room could be upgraded. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning and the beds are old and need to be replaced.
Condo-World made the booking process very easy, and their selection of properties was wonderful. We booked at Sandy Beach Resort, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We love these condos and have stayed at these villas several times before. They are very spacious. The only thing we were unhappy with was the TV in the living room was too small. There was a stand for a large TV but a much smaller tv was in front of it.
The pictures for unit WG1 are deceiving! The unit is not clean and very shabby. The sofa has stained slip covers, the braided rugs are dirty as are the bedroom carpets and bathrooms! The beds are awful. I spoke with people in other units and they said the issue were very nice.
This condo is fabulous, oceanfront location with easy walking access to the beach & pool. Recently updated and well maintained. Great for our family with 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 kids. Loved being on the first floor so the kids bumping around wouldn’t bother anyone below us. We would enjoy the beach in the morning, have lunch in the condo - naps, in afternoon watch a movie, putt-putt golf, shopping and eat at the many, many restaurants nearby. Icecream at the local place right off 17 was a must. There are only 3 floors and the building is wide so the beach always has enough space for everyone, we’ll be back.
The toilet was loose and dirty. The furniture was ripped . We found the last tenets clothes in the couch. The air conditioners were moldy and loud. The business itself was easy to book with, pay, arrival and departure was easy and quick. They need to inspect the property before booking and posting pictures.
Condo-World exceeded our expectations. As someone who has rented from almost every agency in Myrtle Beach over the last 20+ years of family vacations, CondoWorld has been the best experience by far. They went above and beyond to help us when we needed to reschedule our trip in 2020 due to COVID and ensured a wonderful experience this year when we arrived. We will be back next year!
We have loved and stayed at this property for 5 years, but this was the first year that Condo-World took over and we will not be back. We had an issue with our linens upon arrival and called right away when they were still open, but no one ever called us back--even after 2 after hours messages. We had to call again on Monday to resolve the issue.Smoking (cigarettes & pot) was pervasive on the balconies and at the pool area even though it was strictly prohibited. We had never had this problem in previous years. Condo-World finally sent an email reminder to guests about the no smoking policy on Thursday of our stay, but nothing changed.It was very disappointing.
Great experience booking through Condo-World. Check in and check out were easy. The unit at The Ashworth was very nice and the building was very well-maintained. Could say enough about what a positive experience I had with my family for our beach vacation.
These folks did everything just right, from the time we booked, arrived, and left they seemed to be right there to help if you needed it!
We stayed at Bahama Sands, 809. Great room with an amazing view. We loved the updated kitchen where we were able to make our own meals and not have to leave the beach very often. The only downside was that the mattresses were old spring mattresses and could certainly use some updating as they were pretty uncomfortable. This was our third time booking through condo-world and we look forward to it again. This is the first time weve ever had a minor inconvenience such as the room wasnt quite finished when we were called to check in. The towels were still in the dryer, and the dishes were still in the dishwasher. After travelling, finding these things to our away was a little let down but in the grand scheme of it all, thats the only inconvenience and at least it was all clean.
A great vacation for our family - 5 adults and one grandchild. The covered lazy river and pool was a big plus. A very good value.
The company itself was fine, but the unit at Ashworld Unit 802 Myrtle Beach, FL, I would not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, Condo World you represent this unit and thats the reason I gave this rating. As a company who represents an owner, that owner trust the company is checking in their unit to see whats needed and whats needed to be replaced. The only good thing this unit has going for it is the view of the beach. There was no iron, iron board or blow dryer in the unit. The unit itself I would rate a 0. The couch in the living room, basically is tearing apart. When you sit on it, the skin of the sofa is all over your clothes when you get up. The living room curtain is dirty, old not even hung up correctly, just falling apart. The bathroom curtain was practically hanging on to 3 prongs.The bedroom furnitures is old peeling, beds arent comfortable. The balcony furnitures looks like something that was basically picked up right off the street. Its very disappointing yourre literally paying the price for just a beach view. The building itself good amenities, pool, beach was wonderful. The owner of this unit really need to step it up with an upgrade. It really looks like the owner isnt worried about us as the vacationers, but just them making their money. Yes, I didnt call with any issues, because what sense what it have made when the unit completely just need a whole makeover and I know I would be able to give a review. I really hope Condo World take this review into consideration, because you are the company that represent this unit.
We had a wonderful relaxing time with no loud noise or loud music. We were staying in another place that I would not recommend to anyone and we called Condo World and they had the perfect place to stay. We were only 4 blocks from the N Carolina line, great eating places. We experienced the food at Greg Normans Austrailian Steak House, great food. If we go back to North Myrtle Beach, SC, we will definitely be calling Condo World and suggesting them to our friends..JudySelmer, TN
North beach plantation resort and villasWhere should I start.The night we arrived there were absolutely no parking places. After we drive around the garage several times, we were told by staff that we could park at any available parking places. When we got to our rooms, we called the front desk and told them and they said that was fine. If we got a ticket, we should call them and they would take care of it.When I returned to my car I found not only a ticket. My car had been booted.When I called the front office, the girl at the desk hung up on me. I am still waiting to have my car freed. What if I had some type of an emergency?On day three, my son, his girlfriend, and their two three year old twins called me and said that they were stuck on the elevator and that the call system in the elevator was not working. I called the front desk to find out if they knew that the elevator was stuck. The girl at the desk did not know but said she got would find out and call me right back. This is day four and I still haven’t received a call back.They were on the elevator for 45 minutes waiting for somebody to come and get them out. All it took was a key to open the doors. Why would that take 45 minutes.We now have two three year olds terrified to get on the elevators and we are on the 14th floor.It’s now day four. Not looking forward to the rest of the week.Would not recommend this resort to anybody.
Condo World Staff was great. However the condo we rented from them was not well taken care and very filthy. We had rented from them in the past and loved it but pretty disappointed this time around.
Good quality very professional. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I also have to shout out Ben. Ben was very helpful as we had tire problems . He definitely went above and beyond to help us out when he didnt have to.I had some kids with me so I cant thank him enough.
Loved the location and view! Hard to get carts and elevators on check out day but everything else was amazing!

I can say I honestly will not stay at this condo again. So disappointed!! Cockroaches of all things!! I come to Myrtle Beach twice a year snd have never seen a cockroach in any of the hotels that I’ve stayed at. Mold in all of the showers (3) master bath sink was clogged on one side. The kitchen countertop is corian and was cracked dropping down into the drawer!! The tile is filthyAll the furniture is worn out . To pay what I did this place should have enough money tucked back to take care of everything even if they rent it out for one season!! We stayed in the penthouse room 1704VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!
Over the years I have used Condo World several times. This year we used them to book a condo at Blue Water Keyes. We could not be happier with the condo and the initial service with Condo World. I did the early check in and on the day of arrival picked up our keys via their drive-thru check in service. This was the easiest, quickest check-in I ever had. I hope they keep doing this even when the pandemic is over.
This was my first time using Condo-World. I can say it won’t be my last. They made everything so easy from booking to checking in and checking out. Our condo was very clean! We loved the spacious layout and the huge balcony. Could not ask for a better experience
Our family has stayed at Ocean Blvd Villas in the past at several of the condos there and have been very pleased BUT this unit was less than impressive. The unit needs a complete deep cleaning. The furniture needs to be replaced. It was dirty and uncomfortable. There were cabinets doors falling off the hinges, light bulbs that were burnt out, the kitchen was not fully stocked as stated. The baking dishes were rusted and pots were warped. You couldnt open the door leading onto the balcony because the track was dirty. We had to use the door in the main bedroom to go onto the balcony which was not very convenient. The main bedroom which faces the street did not have black out curtains so at night the light from the road and condos across the street was shining through. The road noise was bad which is no fault of Condo-World but bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep!I know it sounds like I am tearing this place apart but all these things can easily be fixed. The other units that we stayed in were nice and clean. We had no problems at all that is why we came back but I will NEVER stay in this unit again!

From express check-in, to a neat, clean, well equipped luxury oceanfront condominium. I appreciate the professionalism, courtesy and friendly attitudes. The staff, especially Dawn B. has always made sure we had the type of beach home we like and request. Dawn B. its always eager to help, and with the collection of beach rentals, you cant go wrong with Condo-World. Pick a vacation/floor-plan/interior that you like, (by using the easy to navigate website,) book your vacation time(s), fill out express check-in and you will be assured a great vacation retreat! Upon leaving, just take out trash, and turn on the dishwasher. Thats it! Our monthly rental condo was decorated beautifully and had all the comforts of home - and then some. Thanks so much for making October 2017 a memorable, peaceful and an awesome month of paradise by the sea!
We stayed at Crescent Keyes. Room was ready only slightly late, but we were prepared for that thanks to an email. Check in is always easy and fast.Crescent Keyes was a great place overall. Trash chute, lazy river, indoor pool, outdoor pool with shade. All wonderful aspects. Nice walkway to beach and showers to rinse off. As the week went on, more and more people were “holding” chairs at the pool, while actually at the beach. Disappointed by that, but little management can do.Room wasn’t meeting even my minimalists expectations for cleanliness. Sheets did not fit bed… at all. Pull one side on, other pops off. Was no way around it. Had one broken closet. Dryer was dirty and rusty and weak. Air vent was nasty. Our condo had very little for dishes etc. if we were the type to eat in a lot this would have been a huge issue. We eat out a lot though so we made it work. But had to wash cups, bowls and silverware often to avoid running out.
Our $1200, 3-night condo turned out to be nothing more than a $50 a night motel room! Owner needs to spend some time and money to have an experienced contractor make the necessary repairs to make this unit qualify for the price category its in. Condo World needs to inspect the properties they list for rent. Its THEIR name and reputation!

Nice house. Overly equipped kitchen. Outstanding pool area. Not a perfect fit for our familys needs. Two outside rooms did not work for us.
