Good service great prices. The ladies in this location were all older so my daughter was nervous that they would know what she wanted but we were pleasantly surprised! They were up to date in styles and techniques. Great experience

The worst!! Made an appointment at 6:30 to get color be there on time and when they finally seated me on the chair. They said I can’t get my service because it’s too late. 30 minutes waiting. BAD TIME MANAGEMENT!!

I love this Supercuts so much. Rarely will I praise a hair shop because I’m usually dissatisfied with my haircuts. But I keep coming back to this location because of the service and ability that they provide. I go to Arlene because she is able to take an idea that i have and make it reality with regards to my face and hair. She never disappoints and I love all the haircuts I’ve gotten with her.

I have been going to the Supercuts located in South Miami on SW 57th for about 2yrs. Very well managed. The stylists are friendly and do an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Before the pandemic they were packed all day everyday. They have done a great job in maintaining excellent customer service in a safe environment. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. Took my brother here to get a hair cut, and the entire staff ignored him for over an hour after the fact that they told him to come at 6:30. By 7 they acted as if they didn’t know he had a appointment. They even let several people cut him in line. DISGUSTING! Never coming here again. After he approached the cashier letting her know, she just said ok and walked off and continued to ignore him.

I had Arlene as my stylist, and she was great! Extremely nice and professional. I asked for a mullet, and she did a wonderful job. I will definitely go back.

I have been a customer of this location since 2004. Christine has been cutting my hair and I couldn’t be happier. The app that they have makes it easy to book ahead, so once you arrive your wait is not long at all. Chris gets me in and out of the shop quickly, but we still have enough time to catch up. I would highly recommend this location for all of your hair care needs and products.

This was the worst experience I have had cutting my hair at this supercuts next to sunset place.The older woman left patches in my hair. I do not recommend anyone to go here.I definitely will not be going back here again. In fact the 3 different supercuts that Ive been to I have had similar issues. And then after she cut my hair so bad she asked me if I wanted to buy shampoo from her.

While they all do a terrific job, I have gotten to like Johanna. If you get the Supercuts app and check in before you go, it minimizes the wait time. Today, I walked in & immediately got in with no wait. It also allows you to pick your stylist from the staff that is on that day. I find something I like & I stick with it.

As Supercuts recently reopened, I got a haircut from their South Miami location and could not be happier with the result. Say what you will about Supercuts. I always get a haircut Im satisfied with. Not the cheapest, not the best, but reliable and consistent. When i was a kid, i didnt want anyone to know that i got my haircut here. Yes, i was an idiot child. No appointment needed haircuts for the people! If you look down your nose at supercuts, then enjoy spending hundreds of dollars in a salon. And if youre getting free haircuts at the beauty academy often times you get what you pay for. Anyways, Supercuts. I like it.

So you dont have to walk very far once youre inside to get one of the best cuts and styles youve ever had. Shes very personable, very professional, listens carefully to what youre looking for in a cut before she begins, and isnt finished until she knows youre delighted with what you see in the mirror. Ive been in Miami for several years now and have gone from shop to shop looking for someone I can have confidence in to give me the look I deserve to have. Today, I found the stylist Ive been looking for and was astonished when I got to the register that the price was so reasonable. And I found out that I can make an appointment on the days she cuts, so in the future when Im in a hurry, (which I am at least 90% of my life) I wont have to wait when I come in. I told here 4 times not to touch my sideburns they had grown out a perfect length She cut 1 inch off right away The manager was rude and did not even apologize after I said I wasnt going to pay for a cut that was total messed up. Go to a real shop with a trained stylist, at least its not a freak show. One side burn is now 3/8 inch longer I had trimmed then at home before I went in not needed

I asked for a simple skin fade and ended up with one of the worst haircuts that Ive ever received in under 10 minutes. The stylist had no idea what she was doing and I will never visit this place ever again.
