I have struggled with THICK, dark, persistent, ingrown hairs, hairs already coming back after only a few hours within shaving kind of deal my ENTIRE life. I remember many summers having actual anxiety attacks over the look of hair (if you love hair, you go girl/man! However, I think I have a true phobia with it), it was so dark you could see it from a mile away! If I shaved, I would have HUGE razor burn bumps that resembled many unwanted “ideas”. My poor husband had spent countless nights/days/years of listening to me cry, be embarrassed, back out of things all due to hair… he bit the bullet, went to Milan, sat down with all of their wonderful staff and bought me a package he had saved up for, for Christmas (2020). I am not typically an emotional person but cried for hours (the ugly cry at that) when he told me what he had done. Fast forward after having 5 or 6 treatments done, never in my life did I actually think anything would ever help my situation! I wake up everyday in just awe that I no longer have this insecurity following me around 24/7! I at this point have a few hairs literally left to go. Each appointment the ladies have been absolutely wonderful and all around genuine, they get what you’re going through. I’ve loved my results so much and the care of the staff that I have now purchased another package on another part of my body; I cannot wait to see the results and cut down on my daily shaving habit! Thank you guys so much for everything and I always look forward to coming on in. If anyone has questioned this journey what so ever, I highly recommend going on in, getting a consult and hopefully going down the path of doing something wonderful for yourself, friend or partner!- On a side note, I have not shaved the area I’m being treated for currently since my last appointment (July 14th) and like I said only a few hairs have come in, compared to a large area. At this point I would’ve had enough hair to braid them unfortunately.

Great customer service and location. Only thing that I have found to have any concern with is seeing different specialists. They seem to treat differently. So once you find a specialist you like book several appointments in a row in order to get in at a reasonable time. However overall I would do it again in a heart beat the area I have had treated is absolutely worth every penny.

Last winter I bought a Groupon for sugaring and after experiencing being hairless for a few weeks without any maintenance I decided I HAD to do laser. Ive wanted to do it for years but was worried that I would have to keep going back for more treatments if I went somewhere that offered packages with 6 or 9 treatments in it. I was talking to a friend about how badly I wanted to do it and she told me about Milans lifetime guarantee. I called immediately and booked a consultation appointment. The ladies here are so friendly and helpful. Because there was a discount offered for multiple treatment areas I decided to treat my underarms and Brazilian. I have had 4 appointments so far and the results of my underarms are amazing! I pretty much only need to shave a couple small spots between appointments. Brazilians use a less powerful laser so it will take more time, but I have seen amazing results there as well!One thing I was worried about initially was the pain, however I wouldnt consider it painful, more like briefly uncomfortable and they always offer aloe after each treatment.The ladies here are so amazing. They are very professional and make me feel completely at ease even when I am exposing delicate parts of my body for treatment.I would 100% recommend Milan and wish I would have done this years ago. Milan Laser is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. Firstly, all the staff is INCREDIBLY friendly and outgoing and the nurses always make you feel comfortable no matter what area you’re getting done. As for the treatment itself, it is completely worth the money and more. I originally started with my armpits and Brazilian, and after 4 sessions each I have rough about 65% complete hair loss in both areas. I am such a fan that I purchased two more areas at this visit as well. It’s much less painful than waxing and the results are so much better! I would highly suggest this to anyone, male or female.

Today I had my very first laser hair removal session. How exciting!!!! The staff is super friendly and I immediately felt at eased.Tbh, haha I haven’t done extensive research on this procedure, I was just SICK of the hair.
