Great staff!! Nick was awesome from the minute I walked in. jumped up to help me and answered all my questions and didnt see me as a number. He took the time to know me and understand my wants and needs and whats most important to make sure Im taken care of. Very unique to what Ive experienced at other locations.

Abolutely love my apartment and staff! Nick is the best, so fun and personable. Nick was able to find me the perfect apartment for me to move into on short notice. Apartment was super clean and in excellent condition when moving in! The apartments are beautiful with great amenities! Super convenient location, close to 540, and triangle town center. Only a 15 min drive to downtown. I have no complaints and plan on living here for a while!

So I just had a tour at The Park at North Ridge and I can honestly say my experience with Nick Dellinger was amazing. He was patient, kind, answered all my questions and he was willing to provide what I am looking for. My lease is up soon where I live and I’m looking around for other options. This place is nice and cozy! If my stay at The Park at North Ridge is anything like Nick, I think I’ll be here for a while. So, I pray God will give me an answer soon on if I should move forward.

Im considering selling my home, so Ive been looking around Raleigh for places to rent in the interim before buying again. I *think* I may have found a new home with you guys because Nicholas Dellinger is a GREAT tour guide and representative for North Ridge. If I could leave no stars I would. I called inquiring about availability, rent, and etc. and was talking with a horrendously rude nasty lady name Mari. She was condescending and disrespectful not only to me but also could overhear her being nasty and creating a hostile work environment for a co worker in the office. If this is someone that you have representing you to the public then I strongly urge you to avoid this property all together! I will be inquiring at otherplaces to rent from as I will not be treated less than a human by such a vile person and will not be living at a place that hires such people.

Ginger was very helpful and enthusiastic about helping us during our tour. She explained everything that was needed as far as rates, rates changing in a timely manner, navigating the application online and what steps to look forward to when completing the application.

I’ve lived here almost 2 years and I love the area the layout and the updated fixtures in my apartment. The only thing I don’t like are the BUGS! I am terrified of bugs and Our apartment was infested with water bugs huge ones.and some of them fly. Got to the point when we first moved in the management wasn’t really doing anything. We were literally seeing them all the time. I was not comfortable in my place at all to the point I had to go to my parents house.They said there was a hole they were coming in at and they patched it. We don’t see them as bad anymore but they are not completely gone. I just want to live in a water bug free home.

Very friendly, beautiful property, dog park is kept neat and my dogs love it. Very sunny apartments. Can’t hear the neighbors. Reasonable expectations.

This review is LONG overdue considering how much Ive loved living here the past 5+ years. I have switched several apartments within the complex because I insisted on staying. The office staff are very polite, responsive and the Community Manager Jaime is amazing at what she does. The maintenance crew is another reason why I decided to stay. They are quick to respond to my maintenance requests big or small. When Im working nights, they always do their best to accommodate so they dont wake me up. I really could go on and on about my time here but if youre looking for an apartment thats close to everything and reasonably priced for the area, I highly recommend The Park at North Ridge.

I was looking for an apartment as I was potentially going to move to Raleigh for a job. I went to North Ridge and was treated with such kindness, hospitality and met with understanding and graciousness as I was embarking my apartment search. Jaime was especially helpful and such a blast to work with! She made me feel comfortable and like Park Ridge would be a place I could call home. I didn’t end up getting the job, so I didn’t end up going with the apartment, unfortunately, but I hope to move into North Ridge if life brings me to Raleigh! I love being nestled right in the heart of North Raleigh at the Park at North Ridge away from the hustle and bustle of congested traffic. This community of apartments offers spacious home feel lifestyle experiences. It is easily accessible to I-540 and affords opportunities to discover what our beautiful city has to offer as you choose from multiple routes to access I-40 --- just minutes away. The team-spirited staff is incredible!!! They treat you just like family and make your stay peaceful and enjoyable!

Was looking for a new apartment & came across this place during my search. So far the experience has been great. I set up a tour & when I arrived I was promptly greeted with great energy from several members of the staff in the leasing office. The tour started as scheduled & was conducted by Mari Davis, she was very helpful & informative providing answers to all my questions. The process of applying was simple, smooth & didn’t take long at all (applied on a Friday, got approved & signed the lease by Monday morning). Appreciate all the help & looking forward to moving in.

Even though I was not able to rent an apartment there for personal reasons, it is such a great place! And I definitely recommend to check it out! The staff is very friendly and so welcoming, my tour guide Ginger was amazing! She was professional, helpful and funny! She answered all my questions without hesitations. Even when we explained why we couldnt get the place, she was very understanding and respectful, and helped us figure out somethings that we are working on right now! We are definitely coming back!

The Park at North Ridge has been my “home” for 6 years and I love this apartment community. I live on the back side of the property and it is very quiet. My one bedroom apartment is spacious and has lots of storage. It is convenient to 540, work and shopping, the grounds are well maintained, there is plenty of parking, great amenities, and the office and maintenance staff are courteous and professional. I look forward to many more years of hassle free living here!

I would give them more stars but unfortunately 5 is the maximum. Since Ive lived at the Park at North Ridge Ive received nothing but amazing customer service from Jamie, Tashima, and Nancy. They are very professional, friendly, responsive, and they care about their residents. I renewed my lease because I am so impressed, and satisfied with the way Ive been treated. Not only that the community itself is gorgeous the grounds are very well kept and it makes me proud to live here. You definitely get the bang for your buck! You can end your search right here! The Park at North Ridge is the perfect place to call home! :)

My sister and I have lived here a little over a year now and we love it! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. The office staff is friendly and professional.Unfortunately our neighbors are loud and leave trash everywhere, but that’s not the staff’s fault. They were notified of the issue and took care of it very quickly.My only complaint is that the pet limit is 3 instead of 4! (Ya girl wants another dog haha). Honestly the only reason we would leave is if we decided to get another pet. We love living here and definitely recommend making The Park at North Ridge your home!

Ive rented in Raleigh for 20 years, and this has been my best living experience thus far. The office staff has always been helpful, especially Tashima, who has been attentive and caring whenever Ive felt the need to contact the office about anything, big or small. Very professional. Grounds are kept well, and though Ive only utilized the pool or exercise area a few times, its been a pleasant experience... very clean and tidy. Love coming home.

I have been a resident for 3 years and have had a great experience. Everyone who works here from maintenance to the office truly cares about the residents. The property manager, Jaime, goes above and beyond to help residents when an issue does come up and her dedication to the property and the residents is noteworthy. All around, a great place to live!

The place was nice Highly recommend, I like hospitality and apartments look clean. I like the entertainment (play ground for kids the gym tennis 🎾 and dog area ... ginger was our tour she showed us how professional she is. All my questions were answered with no hesitation.. hopefully I would move in by the end of this year . Thank u ginger

Living here has been a great experience! The property is always well maintained and clean. All of the staff have been courteous and helpful. Tashima particularly was a pleasure to work with during the moving process and has continued to be very helpful with any questions or concerns. The maintenance is prompt and always wave and say hello when they pass by.

First, Im a current tenant and dont want to receive backlash while still having to live at this property so I am using another email/name to write this HONEST review.The Park at North Ridge is an OK place to live... neighbors are pleasant and the property is ok. No real issues with that. However, the apartments are small and for what you get, theyre overpriced. This is NOT a luxury apartment complex as advertised. Its located in North Raleigh which IS luxury.All in all, I would NOT recommend this apartment complex. They raised my rent when it was time to renew... in the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. That says a lot about their business practices. Thankfully, Ive been financially secure during this awful time but how would they know that?

The Office dont handle complaints . the apartment they rented me was never cleaned or exterminated after the last tenants move . i have reported water bugs, Spiders amd roaches and I followed up recently to find that the order was never put in .The solution to any problem is Transfer to transfer it cost money .Living here is like living in a Project. I dont recommend living here walls are very thin and you hear everything. I havent had but 1 peaceful night sense i been here . that is because the neighbor wore herself out jumping stomping running slamming things until she got tired .Horrible living .

I most say that living here has been the best experience I have ever had renting an apartment. I have had some horrible living experiences at other complexes. Everyone in the office is extremely nice. But I most give it to Tashima is always ready and willing to help. She is understanding and very cheerful never a dull moment working with her. So far living there has been a great experience. I am a type of person who admires peace, so I would like a community that exemplifies that as well. This does. My service dog means a lot to me, so when I moved in they made sure (really Tashima) he was accommodated.Tashima. Very prompt. Very responsive. Very professional. This is not just any type of leasing professional — she truly cares about her job. Some people want to take your money or your time, she simply wants to make sure you feel at home.The rent, well the leasing professionals in the office can’t control that & we are in Raleigh, so 🤷🏿‍♀️.Maintenance, pretty prompt, they just need to take their time more.Condition of apartment, When I moved in, there was an issue with the ceiling and also the fillings in the bathroom, but once I made the office aware of this issue, they were very responsive and resolving it. When moving into an apartment you have to consider the time that it was made, for the fixtures and the upkeep of the apartment to make sense.Overall, I pray I can stay another year. Move here just maintain the peace and cleanliness.

I toured recently with my best friend who is looking for a new home and we met Tashima and Mari. They were so nice and I if i was looking for a new place Id move there. The apartment was nice and explained well. The landscaping was nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking.

I absolutely love this community! I feel safe, and I love my apartment. I love that this is a walking community. The office staff personnel is so professional and courteous. The Assistant Community Manager, Tashima, is so responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this community for working professionals, recent college graduates, and families looking for a safe community. The communities amenities are top-notch. I especially love the pool. The district schools assigned to this community, at the elementary, middle and high school levels, are great schools. I am sharing this as a former WCPSS teacher/school leader. There are many nice apartment communities in North Raleigh, but in my honest opinion, they dont have anything on The Park at North Ridge, one of Raleighs first luxury apartment communities.

I have been at The Park at North Ridge for just about three years and it has been a great experience!! The grounds stay clean and anytime there is a problem maintenance comes right away. Recently I had a need to move to a first floor because the steps became to hard for me to get up and down. I called the office and Tashima went over and above to help me transfer to a first floor. I am very grateful that she made my move easy and safe due to Covid 19. I never had to leave the house once to do the paperwork. She had it dropped off to me!! I thank you Tashima and staff for making this a great place to live!!!!!

Ill tell you what, I have moved 7-8 times from out of state and local. This has been the up most BEST experience living. I mean seriously, the whole staff is delightful! Every where I have lived, the maintenance crew would never do their jobs correctly or ignore your request. They really make you feel welcomed and important. On top of it, the price for this apartment is wonderful compared to most of the surrounding areas. Its ALWAYS clean, no bugs at all. I just want to thank the staff for giving me a comfortable and affordable place to live❤.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When I went and viewed the property it was okay until the apartment had a very foul smell. I was then told false information about the application process from Kaylee. Therefore I lost money due to their employees not being well trained. When I called in regards to my application, Nancy was rude with such a bad attitude and seemed very senseless about my experience. I was told the manager would contact me that day, However she contacted me two days later. When Tashima contacted me she also didnt seem to care about the situation and told me she couldnt help me and that a regional manger would contact me in two hours. This was a week ago, and I have not heard from anyone. Every time I call no one picks up the phone as if they are avoiding the situation. I have now contacted corporate and Im waiting to speak with someone but seeing how this company operates, I doubt anyone will be in contact. I would not recommend this property to anyone just because the staff are rude, unorganized, and money-hungry. STAY AWAY! One star is too much of a high rating for this dump!*EDIT*I just spoke with Mary Batten(regional manager) and she has been the most professional person I have spoke with during this process. Thank you very much for giving me a call and assisting me !

This has been my first experience living on my own and I’m very glad I chose this place. I have great neighbors and the staff in the office have been extremely professional and helpful with everything. The dumpster could use emptying a little more frequently, but it isn’t a drastic issue. Every apartment is different and I’m sure everyone has different experiences, but mine has been great! Definitely do recommend the Park @ NR

Horrible experience, they discriminate people. They dont accept everyone. I was told if my husband did not have a visa he could not live there. Front staff does not inform you before you apply that they do not accept people that do not have a visa from the U.S. They will take your application fee and then come up with a bunch of reason why they cant approve you. Lack of communication from the front staff. No one knows the answers to anything. I would give them zero stars.

I stopped into the office to get some information and while I didnt have time to tour Amari was very pleasant and I will definitely be coming back on my next day off!

All this weed smoke in the building is very unacceptable. Kids living in building and nothing is being done about it is so sad.

I have rented for 18 years and this place is the biggest ripoff I have ever experienced. They claim to be a luxury community when all they are is a cheap makeover on an old property. The noise levels are ridiculous. You can even hear your neighbors snoring at night through the wall. And hear your up or downstairs neighbors talking. The type of people they allow in the community is unrestricted. Ive had wannabe gangstas doing drug deals out my front door. Also had to call the cops multiple times. In addition to this, the prices go way up and all the add on fees make you wish you never moved here. The staff in the office are completely fake and if they decide to answer the phone they will just gloss over your problems unless you get the law involved. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

I rented from them, myself and over 20 other residents had issues with the office staff, with the grounds being kept clean ( trash was everywhere, dumpsters were overflowing!, with staff members approaching guest instead of residents! Awful ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING HERE !

My wife and I lived here for 2 amazing years. So many beautiful memories. The layout of our 2br was incredible. Vaulted ceilings, beautiful balcony, and cozy fireplace. We moved out 4 years ago to be closer to work. Havent found anything as nice since. The staff and maintenance were always on point. Miss this place.

It is a great place to live at. They take very great care of everything. If you need service they are on it. I have been here over 20 years, and I’m not going anywhere. This is the best apt. I have ever lived in.

Worst customer service ever.They will be nice to your face to get your into a contract. Theyre renovated apartments were not properly done, and therefore the heat from the sun comes into the apartment and cooks your apartment-- causing you to run your A/C constantly to cool it down to a livable state.The manager, Holly, is extremely rude, unapproachable and standoffish. She should, in no way, be in a position to deal with customer service, especially in a position that would have to deal with frustrated tenants. I was voicing frustration about a particular situation. I even told her it wasnt her that I was mad at, but the situation. She yelled at me because I wouldnt let her talk and told me she has better things to do than to talk to a former tenant.We were told we were charged a pet fee for our dog, and after we moved out we were charged $350.00 because they had to replace every ounce of carpet in the apartment. I understand paying a cleaning fee, but when we pay a monthly pet rent as well as a pet fee, why was I told that having a pet at this place was a privileged?This place is a sham. Stay far away from here unless you like giving money out for nothing... theyll find a reason to charge you extra for anything and everything possible. If I would have known they would treat us this way when we moved in, I would have rather lived in a ditch for the two years.

Once upon a time, this was the epitome of luxury apartment living. Beautifully manicured lawns and trimmed hedges, courteous & respectful office staff, sparkling pool and wonderful neighbors. Now, it’s like Scar took over the pride land after killing Mufasa. The front of the property is beautiful but keep going. It is dark, desolate & there are all kinds of sketchy characters are lurking about. Landscapers sit more than they work-the overgrown bushes & tree branches are the evidence. Office staff is rude & unprofessional, the pool is closed more than it is open, and they will fix something to death versus just replacing it. Routine maintenance is a joke, there’s mold everywhere and don’t get me started on the bugs! It got so bad that I was on a first name basis with the Terminex guy. The one star is for Craig. He’s the maintenance supervisor & just about the only good thing going for that place. Heaven help them if he ever leaves.

Lived here almost a year now and I love the maintenance staff but I cannot stand the office employees. They never answer the phone, and if they do they never know any answers to questions. Also the HUGE LUXURY pool they talk so much about is never open. Its June and it still hasnt been inspected LOL get it TOGETHER! Also- if it ever does open- expect it to close regularly for no reason. Last year the pool was closed for 3 days because the.. wait for it.. rope was broken...yes. The rope. I only gave it 3 stars because I like my neighbors and the maintenance staff and the apartment itself is nice enough.

The Park at Northridge is a great community. I have been living here for 2 years now. Maintainence and service is prompt. My buildings entry way light was out and it can be quite dark at night, I put in a service request in the morning and by the afternoon it was fixed. This neighborhood goes above and beyond. I appreciate the little details such as the colorful balloons when I turn into the neighborhood and frequent events like drive by to-go breakfasts and summer cookout parties hosted by the staff. These small details make me feel valued. 10 out of 10 for this safe & great community with an amazing staff.

This is a great place to call home. It is quite, clean and the management is very easy to communicate with.
