This is a higher-end apartment complex in one of the better locations in Raleigh. You can literally walk to dozens of restaurants that are less than a 5 minute walk. I definitely took advantage of the grocery store (Harris Teeter) that is right under the complex. The interior of the apartment has high quality finishes and is definitely one of the better complexes in the city. Another plus here is Google Fiber is available here and the speed was very good.While I am giving this 5 stars, there are definitely areas to improve on. False fire alarms continued to be a problem during my time here. I think there was at least 1 fire alarm per month if not more. Another issue I see is the parking deck. The parking deck is shared between residents and people visiting the North Hills restaurants, so sometimes its difficult to find parking on Friday and Saturday evenings. There needs to be an update of the pavement markings and signage as visitors not familiar with the deck often drive the wrong way almost resulting in accidents.
This place is awesome. Close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, bars, excellent staff and upscale living. Price is good too. Highly recommend.What makes this even better is Jeannette, she makes our stay splendid with laughs every day.A+++++
I love living at Park and Market! The location is amazing...you have Harris Teeter close by but also, so many restaurants, and shopping you can walk to in minutes! The office staff is so helpful, especially Marianne. She took the time to help me with my move-in process and answered all my questions. Also, maintenance is very responsive. Best place to live in North Hills for sure!!
Although the apartment size we needed was not going to be available before our move date, we were so impressed with Jeanettes customer service, I wanted to write a review. Jeannette met us at our appointment time, remembered the preferences we discussed on the phone, and also followed up with us the following week. We both loved the location and shops nearby. Had an apartment been available, this would have been our first choice.
I came up for the weekend to visit an old friend of mine. And was really impressed on apartment complex. Amenities were great..bowling alley, world of beers and Harris teeter a plus.. I wish I had something like this in my town..
These apartments are fantastic. Great location, safe, and you can not hear your neighbors above or beside you. Had a small issue when moving in and Jeanette (sp?) went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She is awesome!!

This management creates fake reviews instead of working with residents to make things better. Ignore the five star reviews, and read the other reviews which are pretty honest: midnight fire alarms and cockroaches are common but maintenance is good. Why is Bell partners having all these fake reviews? If youre reading this now, go sort by newest and look at the contributors. They all are within the last 2 weeks and are leaving 5 star reviews for Bell owned properties. They even use the same website format. Ex) Beacon Hill Apts in Charlotte.Ive lived here for over a year and its ridiculous to give this place 5 stars. How can you say this place is perfect when the ear deafening fire alarms go off in the middle of the night/morning (11pm, 4:30am, 6:30am) on average every 2 weeks. Ask the leasing office what happened back in February of 2021 with their fire alarm testing. Us residents all received emails saying there would fire alarm testing over 3 days, and we might hear some residual alarms when they test our specific hall on our floor. Instead we got 3 business days of the fire alarms going off for 5 minutes every 20-30 minutes for 3 days. 3 days of constant fire alarms and never an apology or ownership email from the leasing office, just that this is normal, its too bad for everyone working from home because its our fault we cant go anywhere else during a pandemic. Go ask the Dartmouth or Park Central if this is normal procedure.I live on the 4th floor and there are stains in the hallway. I dont think Ive ever seen anyone deep clean the carpet here. But youll find cockroaches dead or alive roaming the halls. My dog definitely has.This apartment complex is the cheapest luxury midrise style in North Hills, but you get what you pay for.
Met with Jeanette Jones late on a Friday with a very good friend. We ended up keeping Jeanette way past closing time but she spent tons of time with us, showed us everything and answered our many questions. She also offered several flexible options to accommodate some fairly particular requests and followed up the next day (a Saturday!) with an update and additional information. Fantastic service, community, and property. Very impressed.
Park and Market is near and dear to me and my wife. We were so glad we found this diamond in the rough - nestled away in Raleigh.The staff was always so kind and events on site were top notch! The sense of community built through management led programming is second to none.We have nothing but good things to say about this oasis. 11/10 recommend.

She goes the extra mile in every instance and explains clearly if she cannot help on a matter. One is never left hanging with Jeanette.She will make every effort to answer questions or meet your needs. She even has responded to emails when i have written on her days off. She is the friendly personable staff who is the face of Park & Market when you enter the lobby. She invariably has a friendly kind word and is always interested in whomever she greets.I am reminded recently when I needed a luggage cart upon returning to P&M after a long drive. I reached her late in the day on a Sunday en route from D.C, and Jeanette was at another property but went out of her way to get the cart from P&M and deliver it to my apartment to my husband who had it ready for me when I arrived worn out after a six-hour drive with a carload which I was able to haul easily on the cart from the garage on the cart Jeanette provided.Jeanette was very attentive to detail recently in arranging for my loading dock needs and carefully drafted an email to me explaining the location of the best of two loading docks for me and went to the trouble of noting to avoid confusing the P&M dock with one designated for Harris Teeter, an easy mistake.Simply stated, Jeanette stands out. Live anywhere but here - apartments on the inside are pretty but the experience is awfulThe fire alarm goes off all hours of the night 3-6 times a month. Last night was 4 am and the time before that was 5 amLived here for 8 months and they just got the gym equipment fixed last monthThe call box does not work and every time I email and call about it they say it’s not their problem which helps no oneParking here is a nightmare since it shares parking with all the shops. People fly through here and you almost get hit on a daily basisIf I could break my lease with no penalty I would have done it a long time ago. You pay for amenities that don’t work and when you complain about anything they just say it’s not their fault so they shouldn’t be held liable
I have loved living here! The actual apartment is so quiet but also nestled in a lively energetic area. This was the best experience!!
I visit this community every morning and every evening due to work related reasons. I dont understand how the security works especially in the parking deck in the evening. I see them in the morning but not in the evening when needed. Its very unsafe you have people spending, driving the wrong way and also tailgating to the point you can bearly park . I have to bring my kids with me and dont feel safe walking in the parking deck and where I normally park Its kinda convenient to ge inside of the building. I know these people pay good money to stay over there I dont understand why they dont have more than one spend hump or the word stop refreshed on the ground so people that dont come in there on the regular can see it and get better exit Signs Signs posted Without the arrows pointed every Which way

The Park and Market team is amazing to work with. They have made us feel like we are apart of the family since the day we asked to see a few units. Rob, the community manager, was a huge help in the initial leasing process by being an honest human being about the living experience of the complex, Jeanette was ON TOP OF everything during the pre-move-in and moving in phase making logistics extremely easy, and to put the cherry on top, Randy responded to a maintenance request within 30 minutes with the best attitude Ive ever seen from a maintenance department and took care of our issue swiftly. Bottom line is that the area is cool and the complex is nice, but the people are what really make this a special place to live. Smoothest transition ever, highly recommend living here.

Im a current resident and let me just say that Ive never seen management as terrible as what they have here. They never respond to emails, they ignore all questions about legitimate concerns and they charge you a fortune for amenities that they refuse to open. Go live at Dartmouth, Midtown Green or Park Central, but stay away from here. The apartments themselves are nice and maintenance is great, but good luck with management.
I really enjoy being a resident at Park and Market! I just signed my 3rd lease and owe this all to Rob and his excellent team at Bell Partners. Rob, Ashlea, and Michael are SO incredible to work with. They respond quickly - like ninjas - to requests! I’ve just moved in to this amazing complex and could not be any happier than I am at this moment. The area is PERFECT for groceries, dining out, taking a stroll, and it is all an elevator ride down. The new staff, which has since changed management companies, are beyond helpful and truly hear you out when it comes to what you are looking for and what you need in the place you will call your home. Rob, Ashley, and Jeanette really took care of me and my child and we are very thankful for their involvement in picking out our perfect spot and making the paperwork aspect of renting seamless and straightforward. Randy Robinson came to our apartment a few days ago and completely fixed our leaking problem! He was the only one able to fix the leak, as another repair man came a day earlier and didn’t find the origin of the leak. He was patient, kind, and worked really swiftly! 10/10 service!
Have lived here for almost two years and love it! Friendly staff and very responsive to maintenance requests. We submitted a non-urgent request on Friday afternoon and Doug came by Monday morning to get it all fixed for us. Super friendly and super helpful all around.
My roommate and I have called Park and Market home for about a month now. We could not be more happy with our decision, we’ve had warm welcomes all around and continuously wonderful interactions from staff. Rob has answered every question not just with a smile on his face, but with excitement and genuine care. The location is amazing and the apartment is spacious and grounds are well kept. I have lived here for two years and LOVE it! Not only is the location completely amazing and convenient but the staff here are just as great! Rob, the community manager is the BEST! He is very nice and right on top of things. The apartment life team is awesome too! They are always doing events (virtually since Covid) and they are always a ton of fun. They are a HUGE part of P&M and it wouldnt be as great of a place to live without them. Thank you all!

FIRE ALARMS.In the 4 months that I have lived here, we have had 6 FALSE fire alarms go off, forcing people out of their apartment at all hours of the day on random occasions.I have started having mini panic attacks any time I hear a beep, thinking that the fire alarm was going off.Last night there was an ACTUAL FIRE in someones apartment. I did not know this, because the last 6 were false alarms. I almost stayed in my apartment, assuming it was another false alarm. What would have happened if I did, and the fire expanded to the rest of the building?The management does nothing to try and prevent false alarms, and they have not worked with John Kane to prevent false alarms created in other locations in the building.Anxiety and annoyance all the time.

From time to time We all have issues & just yesterday I had a few questions & requests. Used to be owned by Greystar who were not very good at all, but now are owned by Bell Partners who are excellent. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Let me start out by saying this is my first google review that I’ve written in my lifetime.I’ve lived at P&M for 2 1/2 years & was in negotiations with the old management about renewing my lease when Bell Partners bought P&M from Greystar. All I can say is Rob is heaven-sent! In his little time here, not only has he helped me with my current leasing situation, but he also has gone above and beyond by fixing problems that were left by previous management. He did not have to step up the plate and solve issues that he didn’t create, yet he did, because that’s the kind of person he is! He wants to do everything he can to ensure my happiness with P&M, along with all the other residents, and I am so appreciative of that. Ashlea was one of the first people from the new management that I met. She was super helpful and great to work with! The two maintenance guys I’ve met were awesome. They didn’t just rush in and out so they could check another thing off their list— they took their time to make sure the repairs were done correctly & made sure that I was also happy with the results. I’m sure the rest of the team that I haven’t met yet is just as helpful! 100% recommend living here if you’re looking for an apartment in Raleigh!

Almost been two years of living here! Love living in North Hills but love living at park and market apts the most. They are great at taking care of all maintenance issues in a timely fashion and the social events are great.
The change in ownership of Park and Market is a welcome change. The new staff is empowered to help residents. Unlike before, the new owners have made some basic but important amenities readily available at hand to residents. Jeanette helped me with getting scans and prints of some documents that I needed. Printer paper is now made available to residents :)
I have lived at Park and Market since June of 2018. The staff here is incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. Over the course of the 2 years, I have had countless instances of exceptional customer service. From the move in date to move out date, I have felt right at home with a team that cares for its residents wellbeing deeply. If I wasnt moving out of state, I would stay in P&M for many more years. I would highly recommend P&M to anyone looking for an outstanding location, above and beyond staff, and wonderful experience. Michael, the property manager, worked with my personally while I was having move out difficulties and made my transition smooth and seamless. Thank you P&M!! Hope to be back one day.
My husband and I are coming up on 2 years here and we absolutely love this location! Not only is North Hills tons of fun [even with the pandemic...it has been lovely to have a safe space to walk around and see people from a distance] but Park + Market has been such a great apmt community to call home!New management took over and they have been fantastic. Just last night I walked by the front office and saw new office staff member, Jeanette, working overtime hours. When I asked what she was still doing here, she said she was making sure she had everything prepared for a few move-ins this week. They are going above and beyond. :)My husband and I are thankful for this place and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to move to the Raleigh area. You cant beat living right off the 440 beltline with an elevator that takes you right down to Harris Teeter!
I scheduled an appointment for a tour and was contacted in a timely manner to confirm. I was met in the office by the most pleasant young lady Ashlea. She guided me on my tour and it was like we already knew each other. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and also sent a follow up email. I was impressed by everything here and the convenience just makes it that much better. I wasn’t sure about Park and Market before the tour, but after I left, it was placed at the top of my list. I recently moved out of Park and Market after 1.5 years.Management - Five Stars! Maintenance was fast and the Bell Partners group was really easy to work with. I had a recurring noise issue and Rob the manager made sure I felt understood and quickly resolved the situation.Amenities - The gym was recently updated and has great equipment (maybe a little small considering how many residents live at P&M). Unfortunately you still can’t use the new pelotons because of social distancing. The pool is great in the summer, definitely a party vibe in “normal times”. A consistent issue throughout my time at P&M (even recently) was the fire alarms. It seems that this has been going on for years and it cant be solved. Theyll go off for over 20 minutes until the fire dept gets arrives. Its a real safety concern because people dont evacuate their units anymore, and Im not sure if the fire dept prioritizes getting there ASAP. But overall the property is well-kept and I felt comfortable and safe.The Unit - I lived in one of the renovated lofts and enjoyed it a lot. The closet space for my specific unit was smaller than Id like but I knew what I was getting into when I signed my lease. Nest thermostats, quartz countertops, pretty modern color scheme, oversized tub/shower.Location - Its in the center of all the North Hills action. Youre literally connected to the Harris Teeter, and I loved walking to restaurants and fitness classes. Once again, I knew what I was getting into when I signed the lease, but the noise is the main reason Im moving. Especially being on the ground floor on Saint Albans, the fire trucks, semi truck loading vehicles for groceries, and engine revvers that go by are realllly loud (especially when I’m working from home). Id advise hanging out in the area for a day/night so you know if youre comfortable with it!Overall I enjoyed my time here. If you’re looking for a growing area with a ton of stuff to do and don’t mind some noise that comes with that, P&M is a great choice.
Wow!!! All I can say is thank God we have new management!!! I moved in 3 weeks ago as a travel nurse from another state. I was given my keys and thats it. No tour, nothing. Surprisingly, the staff was a little rude (to a new resident!!??). Rob Boggs, the new management, is amazing!!! I have honestly never been happier for the management at my apartment. He is unbelievably nice and accommodating! He had maintenence come right up to fix something. This guy is going to change this whole complex for the better!!! Take care of him people. Hes going to deserve it😉
I moved to Raleigh in October 2019 and was a bit overwhelmed having moved away from my home town, loved ones and a job I cherished. I was new to the North Hills area and new to a job working remote. It is now March 2020 and I’m moving to Wake Forest to a housing community to better fit my grown kids. A 2 bedroom apartment would not accommodate us long term. Leaving Park and Market has been so difficult. I have grown to love it here. The sweetest most professional staff oversee the day to day operations, a beautiful couple organize community gatherings, and the neighbors are always extremely lovely.I will miss having Harris Teeter just an elevator ride away and an array of the coolest most delicious restaurants a walk away. Did I mention the North Hills shuttle, the fantastic view of Saint Albans Drive or the I incredible Pavilion next door!!!! Oh my!!! My heart is so very heavy!!! Thank you Park and Market for being my temporary home away from home. You blessed me so good!!!!
Ive lived at Park and Market since April and have enjoyed it tremendously. The simple convenience of being right on 440, above a grocery store, and in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants makes it a real value. Hosting our parents and other guests is so easy because we dont even have to drive anywhere to have an enjoyable evening. The front office staff Rikkia, Angela, Ashley, and Tara are always so kind and willing to help. Brent on the maintenance staff may be the nicest guy on the planet. Hes had to come do a couple of simple fixes like unclog a sink or replace a ceiling bulb and he always has a smile on his face and asking how we are doing. Honestly, I can say the same about Marcus too. That guy is always smiling. Come to think of it we have probably met the whole team now because Greg helped us the other day and he was just as nice.Parking would be my biggest critique. It can be tough to find a spot in the deck when there are community events going on like Beach Music or the Friday Concert Series at the Midtown Green. Unfortunately, it is what it is so just be aware.Overall, we have enjoyed are time here and plan to stay for another 18 months!
Living at Park and market has exceeded my expectations! I love the convenience of walking down to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. There’s never a need to leave the north hills area!Apartment life has been amazing by putting on community events where I have been able to meet my neighbors, and being new to the area this is something that is very important to me.Maintenance responds to requests in an extremely timely manner and makes the quick fixes around the apartment stress free for me.I love this apartment and will definitely resign! Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
Nice building, poorly run. Was given a move-in date and when I arrived the office was closed. In the 5 months Ive lived here I have found feces in the halls and urine in the elevators (presumably from dogs, but you never know?). Not a fan of how they have handled amenity usage during COVID, although Ive been told this has more to do with the Greystar team than Park & Market. The fire alarm goes off fairly often at random times, including in the middle of the night. I can think of at least 4 separate occasions this has happened. Seems like its at least once a month. Residents leave Harris Teeter shopping carts in the middle of the halls.
I was hired by Park & Market events team as a pet vendor for a sip & shop. I was very impressed by the look and feel of the lounge and office. The management team was very friendly & helpful. The atmosphere created by Nolan and Mary Katherine was very lively and friendly; and there was a cheerful buzz among the residents and staff. I hope to be invited there in the future as a vendor. Park and Market also seems like a fun place to live!
Just moved into Park & Market and love the location. Ashley and the girls up front were great to work with and made the transition so easy. Most importantly, moving the heavy stuff in (couches/beds/etc...) was super simple due to the numerous access points within the building. Being able to walk downstairs for groceries is awesome and surprisingly the parking deck has always had open spaces when weve come home. Looking forward to the summertime here!
I would choose Park & Market again in a heartbeat: fantastic location, nice & peaceful complex, with an amazing Apartment life team on-site to keep you connected and engaged if you want to (also safely in COVID times!).Location: right above the Harris Teeter, hop on I-440 straight from the garage, tons of bars, restaurants & stores within walking distance. Lidl, ALDI, and Walmart are a 7 minute drive away for your budget shopping.Complex: while in the midst of happenings, its a quiet and pieceful complex (perhaps depending a bit on your exact apartment). Apartments are well maintained and there are convenient amenities. Management has been very responsive and helpful with a great maintenance team too. New management just took over, but they seem very cooperative and easy to work with as well (will update in a couple months).Apartment life: there is a great apartment life team on site (the wonderful MK & Nolan), who keep the community engaged and connected. They made it easy to integrate and get connected, and I met some of my best friends through their fun events. Even during the pandemic theyve been super creative & continued the always fun & busy events calendar, which in these challenging times for everyone is even more valuable than before. My husband and I moved here somewhat spontaneously from California and leased this apartment sight unseen. The only reference to what our new life was going to look like, was the beautifully put together website with luxurious, resort-like photos that seem a bit too good to be true for an apartment!Well, we moved and we’ve been here for a few months now and I can honestly say that place is better than we even hoped it would be!! The office is super easy to get ahold of, there is an awesome app that makes apartment life so easy, and maintenance helps right away when you need them. And honestly I have not seen a single bug here so far. Maybe it’s not bug season in NC or something?? I have never not lived in an apartment that had spiders or bugs of some sort! HahaAlso, the staff and the sweet events they put together so often are really what makes this place different.My husband and I both work from home, so we spend most of our lives here and we are truly not sick of it one bit! Park and Market is a great place and entirely worth moving across to county to.

We recently participated in an event hosted by Park & Market; Sip and Shop and had a wonderful time meeting the residents and other small business owners. It was a great opportunity to share our love of chocolate and some of our chocolates we make in house daily with the residents.We look forward to the next event.
Staff is very nice — however there is not enough parking for residents. Sometimes there is literally nowhere to park but in handicapped or reserved spaces. You will get towed —- for $200 each time. It would be nice if there were enough spaces for the people who rent here!

The staff is really friendly and the event they hosted to show off the new units and amenities was a really nice way to see everything as well as meet neighbors. I moved to Park and Market about a year ago and it has been the best living experience. I absolutely love the convenience of living above Harris Teeter and the ability to walk to shops, restaurants and the Dog Park! The thing I love the most about my apartment is my SPACIOUS walk-in closet! It really was the selling point for me since I have a lot of stuff and huge shopping addiction ;) The ladies in the office are always sweet and very helpful, and the maintenance team is always so responsive! Absolutely love calling P&M home!
I was warned before booking a tour at this complex that they have terrible management staff, but I thought the apartments looked nice so I booked a tour anyways.I had a tour scheduled for two weeks in advance and three days before, they cancelled on me. They said they could no longer pencil me in. I told them when I booked the tour that I would be on a time constraint and need to move in one week after visiting and they waited until that week to cancel on me, not because my apartment was no longer available, but because they lost the record of my tour, just like they lost the record of deposits for others who have lived here.I am truly not one to complain as you can see from reviews Ive left at other places, but the management was rude and snarky on the call. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but she raised her voice and yelled DO YOU WANT TO RESCHEDULE OR NOT??? when I asked how the record of my tour got lost.If this was my experience just booking a tour, I cant imagine how terrible it would be to actually live there. I shouldve listened to recommendations and stayed away!!

Park and Market has far exceeded our expectations thus far! With 130 shops and restaurants around us, my husband and I are within walking distance of anything we could ever need! With spring in our midst, we have already been impressed by the live music, farmers markets and other community events that occur right down the street. It has a downtown vibe in terms of convenience & events but uptown perks when it comes to plenty of parking and personal space.The Park & Market staff have been fantastic- very communicative, friendly and willing to accommodate. Despite the remodel of the main office that has been going on for the last several months, they have made themselves easy to find and are always available. There has never been a moment that we couldnt find/reach a staff when we needed them. For example, we had a window blind missing on our door when we moved in. When I went down to report it, they said they had already ordered the part and it would be up within the week- they were right on time! :)As compared to other apartments or town-homes we have lived in- this place is extremely quiet. Although it is on a busy street, we live on the 3rd level and the streets are not a bother at all. We also have not been able to hear any of our neighbors, or their pets- and we have dogs on each side of us. The walls seem to be built well, which was a priority for us when we were looking for apartments.Lastly, I love the diversity here. There seems to be a great mix of younger & older residents, which makes for a great community culture. We are thrilled to be at Park & Market and have been beyond pleased in our time here thus far.
Great people, fun environment, enjoyed our time there immensely! We will definitely be back, because it was the cleanest, most easy going places we’ve been. Thanks so much for having us!
I’ve lived at Park & market for almost 3 years & just signed another year lease! I’ve truly enjoyed living here so convenient to everything.. Marcus with the maintenance team is great!! And all the the girls at the leasing office are wonderful also!! Great place to live!!
I love Park and Market apartments. Great apartments, and the perfect location. Living here gives you walking access to everything you need in the North Hills area. The leasing staff are awesome - very helpful and friendly - theyre always willing to go the extra mile to help with any issues!
The best management I have experienced. The people truly care and go the extra mile all of the time. The apartments are beautiful and the best location in Raleigh. One of the only spots with groceries right downstairs. That is very convenient and appreciated.

Park & Market is such a fantastic place to live! The apartments are so cute, well kept, modern and reasonably priced for the area. And, I cant say enough about how wonderful all of the staff are! Everybody is so helpful, kind and friendly. I really appreciate their level of responsiveness and resident-focus. If youre looking for apartments, put Park & Market at the top of your list!
I have lived at Park and Market for almost 4 years and have loved every minute of it! The building is great, the location is amazing and the management team and maintenance team have always been friendly and super helpful! I highly recommend this location!! Best apartment building I have ever lived in! They are pet friendly and have fun events!
Hannah in the front office is super kind and helpful! I am in one of the neighboring buildings and had to track down a package, and she helped me to figure out the situation. I feel like that really shows the kind of customer service she gives, that I wasn’t even one of her residents but she was still really helpful! Anyone who lives there is really lucky to have her! We moved in to Park and Market 7 weeks ago.The building is quiet, we live on the courtyard side. The halls are bright and the carpet in the halls are very clean. We had an issue with our sink, sent an email at 9 pm and sat 9:30 the next morning Melvin from maintenance was here to fix it. The staff is super helpful. We enjoy being over Harris Teeter and also love being able to walk out to many restaurants and venues. We took the secure shuttle across the Six Forks Blvd.. where there are 150 stores, restaurants, 10 movie theaters and a Target.. parking is great very secure building. We even see Security guards checking to insure that those who park here have their sticker on their car. We moved from Florida and totally downsized to a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt. Laminate wood floors and tile throughout. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We were here 3 weeks and finally filled our car with gas.. everything is so close.. Check it out..
Moved in Oct 2019. first visit to the complex I met with Rikkia and I KNEW IMMEDIATLLY that this was a place I could call him. She made the experience comfortable and her tour sealed the deal, she deserves a raise!!. Great location as well!
Lived here almost 6 years and loved it. I lived in an interior facing unit on the north end and had no noise. Amenities are great. Very convenient. Fire alarms in the middle of the night are a common occurrence so invest in ear plugs. Fortunately they always seemed to happen when I was out of town for work. The pros vastly outweigh the cons.
We hosted an event there with Raleigh Outdoor Movies and loved everything about it. The staff were amazing to work with, the facilities were beautiful, and the residents were all very friendly.
What a great place to live in North Hills! Not only is it conveniently in the middle of it all, theyve got great amenities (pool, clubhouse, etc.) and host regularly-scheduled resident appreciation events of all varieties. ITB living at its best!
I love this place. The apartments are great (new, clean design elements are everywhere), the location is unparalleled (all my friends meet here to go out!), and the staff are friendly and helpful and make me feel so at home here (Rikkia, Ashley, Amanda, and Angela are all super). I appreciate Park and Market and North Hills!
I have been a part of the North Hills community for several years now and notice so many great chances. Park and Market has been a part of those major changes. Greystar has been influential in recent renovations, paint, carpet and overall quality of the community. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming
It seems that there is always something going on with the apartment building. Theres usually an elevator that isnt working or the fire alarms are going off in the middle of the work day/late night due to testing. We had to message the leasing office about getting our renewal rates as we are coming up on our renewal date and need to make a decision soon. There are a lot of things that could be better to say the least and we cant wait to move out of Park and Market.
Park and Market has been excellent all the way around. As you can tell from other reviews the location is peak belt line living. A ton of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Being able to go to a 24/7 grocery store without getting rained on is just an added bonus.When I have had to submit and maintenance request the staff has been hear day of or next day. And they are always kind and respectful. The office staff is always professional and attentive whenever you need them. We have loved every minute of being here!The only bothersome issue can be parking at times due to the busyness of NH but there are always spots available you just may have to drive up to the 4th or 5th residential parking floors.
Great location for people who enjoy the city life style. The supermarket downstairs is tough to beat by any competitor. I lived here for two years, but I couldnt take the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night at an average of 1 a month. I think the staff is doing a great job with what they have. Beside of that, tenants can be quite difficult specially the young crowd. There are dogs all over the place. The cleaning lady, cleans and cleans but the lift doors are always slimy with dog slobber, sometimes even dog urine on the floor. There is dog poo all around the property yards. The grills are not well kept. The apartments on the top floor are nicely quiet, If not facing the construction sites...
I absolutely love my apartment and the service I received while leasing!The leasing office was attentive and actively listened to my needs. Hiba and the whole office were so friendly and welcoming!Beautiful and roomy apartment!

The office/maintenance staff are always accommodating! I wasnt pleased with my current washer/dryer and they replaced the set with no issues. Its the little things that count! Ive been here for over 3 years and loving it!

Property is in a fantastic location. I love walking downstairs to Harris Teeter and grabbing my groceries...even better when it rains since you dont have to walk outside!!
