Great location. Price is decent and reasonable. Plenty of bedroom space and closet space. My two bedroom is huge still trying to fill it with things after being here for a year. Still here after moving in February 2020. My family and I love it. Quite neighborhood with access to restaurants dinning, 440/550 highway access, along with capital blvd and other shopping centers near by. Staff and maintenance are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is nice & upgraded. They worked to get me in on a tight schedule. Only issue is getting someone on the phone consistently but that goes for most places these days. Overall great experience.

My two beautiful boys and my self have been living at this apartment complex for a year. I love that is super close to all the store I shop at, as well as my job. I am giving a two star because since April, my AC has not been working properly. I set my AC to be at 70-72 degrees and it does not go below 74-76 degree, sometimes it goes up to 80 degrees. I make a maintenance request almost every week to get it fix and NOTHING gets solved. Each and every time maintenance comes to check it they say its working properly. An AC professional came in to check and defiantly said we needed an new AC unit, he did make a report to the office about it but somehow management did not approve it. I am currently in the second floor, the reason why the manager tells me is not working is because its really hot outside and we are located in the second floor so its normal. Does any one else in the second floor and have this same issue? My light bill has been coming twice as high as it normally does. Rent is not the lowest there so I expect to get what I pay for. I never been late in any of my payments. I have email corporate about a week ago with different options to solve this issue but have not received a response. It really sucks that I have to make a review to maybe get their attention with this. I just want to be able to come to my home, make my children dinner without my apartment being at 82 degrees.

I’ve been living at this complex less than a year but so far I truly enjoy this community. Great location and friendly staff. I moved in during COVID season unexpectedly and they were so helpful and patient! Only downside is it’s a bit old and you can tell but I love my neighbors and what’s included into the rent price.

I have had zero issues with this complex. Any issues Ive had have been fixed promptly and many times without me even knowing they were there aside from the problem being fixed and a note saying they were. They also offer things for free that a lot of complexes charge for such as air filters and light bulbs. Have thoroughly loved my time here.

I have been told time and time again that there is nothing they can do when there are issues with my apartment. The excuse is always Its an old apartment complex, it was built in the 80s. These things are normal. They just try to hand me over to corporate who never calls me and I cant get up with. The number they gave me for corporate after 2 days now says this number is not a working number and the office still refuses to have any real conversation with me about it. Ive had at least 2 issues every month in the 5 months Ive been living here, one of which was a major pipe leak which required them to rip up the concrete on the front porch and the floor in my kitchen pantry and two times within one week the bathroom in the apartment above mine flooded and caused my bathroom ceiling to leak and the drywall to need to be replaced. But according to them, this is normal.

I viewed the B3 Apartment today and I am anxiously awaiting until one is open on the first floor in March. I love the way the bedrooms are split. I was very impressed with the landscaping of the grounds. The staff I had spoken with Liz and Kevin were helpful and so easy to speak with. I give them 5 stars!

Any Problems I have had paled when compared to the great job with maintenance emergency. Had a water pipe break. A large part of my ceiling had to be replaced. They had it repaired fast & and done well.

Update the summer is almost over and they still have not fixed my AC AT ALLL!!! Management never callled... RIDICULOUS!!!! CAN’T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO EXPIRE. DO NOT STAY IN THIS APARTMENT! They only want your money!! They don’t take care of their residents!!!!!

Stay away from this place! The A/C is terrible, it’s always hotter then 76 degrees and the A/C has to be running all day and night which makes my lightbill be almost as much as my rent! Not to mention Roaches everywhere! I clean and clean all day it’s spotless! Yet you’ll see a roach every once an then come in thru the vents 🤮; Multiple letters and complaints have been made to management and office and all they do is send someone to come look at it and say yeah it’s broken...last year they added a A/C window unit to my dining room lol; imagine paying $1200 for an apt with 1 tiny 5000btu ac window unit on the window next to the dining table haha this place is a joke! This year they couldn’t add the luxurious ac window to my dining room but I got a ceiling fan added to my room 🤷🏻‍♂️ haha if you’re looking to move in to this place seriously KEEP LOOKING!

Love the location and the lay out of the apartment. The prices are reasonable and my dogs love the dog park. The maintenance staff responds fast most of the time the same day and are very friendly. The leasing office staff is fantastic. The manager, assistant manager and leasing agent do a great job. They have been able to help with every question or problem I’ve had. I highly recommend this place.

By far the worst apartment Ive ever stayed in. I was there from April 2015 to May 2016. The office staff then was very nice, but they werent very helpful. I had to speak with the property manager multiple times in order to get anything accomplished in terms of maintenance. We had ants when we first moved in. The wasps and flies during the summer were completely out of control, not to mention the roaches. When we came home at night, they would scatter all over the sidewalks. The layout of the 1 bedroom apartment is awkward due to the angle of the wall with the fireplace. Also, we had issues with police being at the complex frequently. I witnessed a fight outside my door and my car was sprayed with a fire extinguisher. At one point, there was police tape sectioning off a few apartments, and it was up for weeks. I had zero intention of resigning my lease, but had I wanted to stay, they were going to increase the rent by $100 dollars! That is completely insane to pay over $900 for an unsafe apartment filled with roaches. It looks like they changed management since Ive been there, so it might be better.

I only toured the place. The guy doing the tour was nice and personable. The property looked okay with the exception of the parking lot looking a little busted up. The unit I was shown was so-so. I WAS NOT prepared to cope with popcorn walls 😂. The only thing negative I would say is that the guy from the leasing office never did call or email to follow up with me. No matter. I wasnt going to live there anyway. Btw, I just looked at the pictures they have posted on Google and I must day, that it takes integrity to put up honest pictures that dont look airbrushed. I could see several areas where the paint didnt look good BUT I still like that youre allowing people to view the unit online as is. Thats the type of thing that attracts my business.

Ive lived here for 4 years now and for the most part Ive really enjoyed it. The area is close to a bus line as well as many other stores within walking distance. Its pretty quite for the most part. I do hear the occasional loud music being played and the lawn service wakes me up every Thursday morning.The office staff are all welcoming and kind. Very friendly staff that make me feel good about living here. As of late they have been doing events for their residents which are a lot of fun! I am hoping myself for yard sale event this summer.For the most part its a nice place to call home. :)

Not a resident but thought Id give my overall impressions of the place since we toured and spoke with Liz on several occasions! The tenants that we met and the office staff are beyond friendly and helpful! Very professional and Liz is wonderful at helping you and making sure she goes over no hidden fees! The area is so nice and spacious, the apartments were updates and beautiful... The only reason it has 3 stars and Im even writing a review is that its smoker friendly so the second we toured a place we smelled cigarettes and thats just not for us. They mentioned that they clean the walls and disinfect every time someone moves out which might help a little but as you can imagine cigarette smell is VERY hard to get rid of... If you dont mind that then I would highly recommend this place but just so you know the scent is all over those apartments :(

I toured these apartments maybe a month ago. I was really interested however the lady that was there Liz was dismissive and did not give me a lot of info it seemed like she was in a rush. she also did not have the best appearance and seemed like she did not brush her hair, super unprofessional.

There is a new owner, a real estate investment trust called Milestone. Only one person was fired, the one Bola didnt care for. The rest stayed with American Landmark to work in Wake Forest or Durham or will be leaving. The new staff seems motivated and should continue the hard work of the people who were running the place. I am a new tenant and they had to replace my whole air conditioning unit when it caught fire. It works great. What Bola says about the bugs is true, however if you get a can of spray they will die and you can block them to stay outside. Likewise, if the bug spray from the office is insufficient...$10 in bug bombs will kill everything in four hours. Just remove all humans and pets, then open the doors and windows for the fifth hour. All of North and South Carolina have these bugs. And, all the nearby complexes have bugs.

Liz especially went out if her way to help me. Above and beyond to help. My daughter and I have lived here for five years and we like it.No problems! Happy tenants.Id also like thank all staff. But. I think my favorite is Alberto. 😁 He is so respectful. And he indeed does a Exellent job with pool. I try to keep in mind he is only one with pool certification therefore I refrain from giving him hard time lol. Trust and believe hes good!

I love living here!! The community is nice and the location is not far from my work and social events. The staff are always polite and helpful.

I waited a month to give this review and Im being generous with my 2 stars just because I love the area. On move in day, the smell in our apartment was so bad, no one notified us that the next door neighbors hot water heater busted ruining our wall & carpet in the master bedroom. Strike 1. I have had to put maintenance requests in on almost everything (refrigerator, dryer, closet doors, room doors, both toliets, shower rod, leaky shower head). Strike 2. 3 .4. 5. 6789 & 10. Our dryer STILL isnt drying properly & I will be putting another request in tonight. I will say that the guy who does maintenance does a great job but I cant help but feel scammed moving into this apartment. On top of everything not working properly, 2 weeks after moving in a $147.39 balance was added to our account because they miscalculated the rent for December not only did we agree to a price & pay every cent of it, no one even called to discuss the new balance. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Parking is terrible. There are more than enough spaces for residents but guest take up all the spots. I would not recommend this place at all & Im only 1 month in on a 13 month lease.Edited to add: The fee was waived after review posted.

Good when I first moved in 4 years ago but down hill ever since. Seems like every COUPLE OF MONTHS a new management company buys the property. BIGGEST WATERBUGS IN THE WORLD IN A OUTSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS. Parking isnt assigned and guest take the spots closest to the buildings. Rent has been increased many times with nothing to show for the increases each time lease renews.

I am on my second year here and i can say that it’s just ok. It’s is very quiet for most part and I can say that the maintenance supervisor does all he can to get his work done in a timely manner and correctly the first time. The things I am not happy about is the parking situation. Parking is not assigned so in the building I live in, there are a few tenants that constantly have people coming and going at all times of day and night and there’s never available parking or they have cars that just sit there and not being used. Also, unlike the previous management team, this new team does not notify tenants that a package has been delivered. Several times I have called the company and were told that the package has been delivered to the office and it has been sitting there for days or weeks without me knowing. A notification would be nice.

.....I have nothing but GREAT things to say about this property. My husband and I, along with our daughter, have lived here since 2011and would still live here if werent about to move out of state. Nice apartment layout and size, quiet neighbors/families in whom I have grown to love, and the sweetest staff. My 5 years here have been great. I also was very lucky to get the apartment next to the leasing office as well... I loved it. Great property!

I URGE YOU TO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T LIKE ROACHES ROACHES !!!!I lived at this apartment briefly, while my townhome was being constructed. The only pro of this apartment location was the location and proximity to Capital Blvd. Living at this apartment was traumatizing, there were roaches everywhere in the apartment- the kitchen, the bathroom, the living area. I called the management company several times throughout my stay to fumigate but it never worked. My neighbors claimed they experienced the same with the roaches. The worst thing here, was even though the apartment management where aware of the roach infestation, they decided to charge me for pest control after I moved out. I have never experienced roaches prior to living here, I had to throw away my couch because I was scared there may be eggs. This apartment is clearly taking advantage of people by charging people for known issues with the facility.STAY AWAY!!!

The most helpful and informative property management staff I have ever met. They did everything possible to answer any and all questions I had. I even noticed when people walked into the office they would say hello and even called them by name. Its rare to find such an amazing team of leasing agents in one property but they take the cake. I primarily worked with Chelsea who has far surpassed any expectations I previously had of what excellent customer service entails. The other two ladies Shenna, and Savannah were just as warm and inviting too. They helped me with looking and pricing options as well. I viewed the smaller of the 1 bedrooms and it was absolutely perfect. Great size and layout. Even though I did not end up renting an apartment through them(simply bc of family circumstances) I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends in a heartbeat. All in all a wonderful experience and great apartments filled with friendly and awesome people. Keep up the good work Ladies. Awesome management.

I think everyone is doing a great job with any requests that I have. My tickets for repairs are always done in a timely manner and Im always greeted with a warm smile when I go into the office to get my free cup of morning joe!

Ive lived here wit my mother for the past 5yrs about to be 6 in August & I like the community. Its a clean community, maintenance could be better && faster but they only got 1 man for now, so it will probably get better.

Staff is always nice and professional. A few hiccups but they always corrected error. Amenities are very nice. Area just really isnt for a female living alone. Parking was not the most pleasant. Landscapers are noisy and start too early in my opinion. Didnt like the fact that people hung out outside late night and played loud music. Once again the staff was always pleasant. Shenna is a great property manager. Unfortunately somethings are not controllable.

I have lived here for a little over a year now on a 14 months lease that’s over on February 24th, 2019 (Thank God). In the 14 months I’ve lived here I’ve experienced mold in my apartment that wasn’t caused by me, which caused mold to grow on some of my clothes in which I had to end up throwing out, I’ve had several leaks that also weren’t caused by me. Back when we had a hurricane in September my carpet got soaked from rain due to a maintence issue. During the winter (we are now entering spring, but experiencing cold weather still) my heat stopped working several times, which caused my family and I to have many cold, sleepless nights. My dryer broke a few times and the washer also leaked a few times. And also the leasing office charged me extra money on things that I shouldn’t have gotten charged for due to how they feel personally. I would not recommend this apartment complex to a family or even a single person to live in, the prices are not worth the quality of the apartment at all. Living here I feel robbed of my money and not taken care of as a tenant.

I like the place however there are to many bees and wasp on the location and they have done nothing about it. I have three little girls and the experience for them leaving the apartment is dreadful everyday during the spring and summer months.If your going to rent here please get ready to invest in RAID FOR WASP!!

I wanted to wait to give this review, i have been here for about 3 weeks, my apartment is updated with new appliances and stainless steel which is beautiful BUT my dryer they provide is not working. It shouldnt take 4 hours to dry clothes and even after 4 hours they are still not all the way dry. The maintenance or office seems to not care and dont properly fix it. I have many dents in my dryer hose which seems like thats why it isnt drying. Another thing is I cannot have cable in my living room because when the cable man tries to come and activate the cable they CANNOT due to a stripped broken wire in my apartment that was already here and no one seems to want to take the time to fix it or look at it. i dont know what else to do~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~EDIT-NEW REVIEW (11/11/2018)My dryer was finally fixed, it was very clogged but maintenance came of cleaned out the dryer and now my clothes dry within an hour like it supposed to, I am very pleased about that. Spectrum came and fixed my cable wire for me. Changing my stars from 2 to 4 stars. The apartments have a lot of convenience and space, although I had a lot of bumps in the road when i first moved in, the apartments are great

THE WORST APARTMENT EVERRRRRRRR!!! I wouldnt recommend ANYONE live here. Lived here last year and within the ONE year that I lived there my air condition broke 4 TIMES!!!!! Once they even came out to my apartment and fixed it and then it broke within 45 minutes of them leaving. It was sooooo hot in my house that I had to go out and buy fans and portable air conditioners. For the first week of me living in the apartment I didnt have hot water in the kitchen! Every single socket in the apartment was loose, so I had a hard time plugging in any of my appliances. It was even hard for me to vacuum. Oh and lets not forget the roaches. My first week in there I saw a bunch of roaches crawling from up under the fridge!!!!!! I had to tell the office repeatedly about it and it took forever for anyone to come out and spray. Which means, roaches were in the apartment BEFORE we moved in. I had to go out and buy spray, powder and roach traps. And lets not talk about the parking, it was awful!!!!! I was waiting tables at the time and I got off very late. I would have to park either on the street or in the back of the complex furthest away from my apartment and the parking lot isnt lit up well. The trash.............always overflowing! roaches crawling everywhere around it! My stove was halfway broken. All of the eyes were crooked, one of them sparked really bad when you tried to cut it on and one barley even worked. I told the office about 3 or 4 times, they came out once and didnt even fix it. The office staff, they are ditsy as can be. They dont know anything. Oh and just FYI, Im 21 years old and Im not picky nor do I require a lot but this apartment was terrible. I wouldnt live in this apartment complex if the rent was $300.00 a month. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Great location because its near everything but thats they only nice thing I could say about the apartment.

The worst apartment Ive ever lived in!!! Ive lived in some bad apartments before but this is the worst. The main office staff is extremely incompetent, there are always crimes and ghetto activities happening both inside and outside the apartment complex and because of several of our drug dealing neighbors we always smell weed in our apartment not to mention the drug deals that happen on our steps at night. The meter box for the apartment was actually broken into as well and rewired so we were paying for other peoples electricity for over 4 months before we caught the problem. The main office staff is oblivious to all complaints and so flighty and ditzy its amazing they get anything accomplished. The pool has been open all of 2 days that weve lived here in the last year because they are having chemical issues. The pump for the pool is the problem but they refuse to acknowledge this and fix it probably just to save a little more money. Evictions occur all the time and I hear at the very least up to 2 sirens every night and have even had my mail opened before I received it. Avoid this place like the plague!!! Very excited to be leaving it for somewhere else

Ive lived here since 2009 and its been a down till trip ever since I honestly hate apartments. My apartment constantly has had issues one or two appliances is always broken, the exercise equipment hasnt changed since I came, their is no Wi-Fi in the office. But what is killing me the most right now is the bugs, ants, roaches, termites, gnats Ive had them all and I pay over 800 dollars a month get an exterminator. I pay my rent on time every month at least give me new carpet . If you get an apartment go cheaper they all suck
