Franks Lobo Tire is awesome; the owner is professional, extremely helpful, polite and friendly.He will do what he can to save you money (at least for me he did). The young lady at the desk doesnt seem as friendly, in fact, she was rude when I was asking another worker a question. Its the customers who keep them in business so it pays to be kind and friendly when youre the one mostly dealing with customers and taking their money. Overall Ive not been dissatisfied any time that Ive gone to Franks, and Ive sent others there too. I love love love his funny personality.

My nephew needed a new tire so I called Franks Lobo tires 2 inquire about pricing. The person that I spoke to was super friendly and eager to assist me. After a couple of minutes they had found one for ver reasonable price. Upon arrival the staff were all very polite and unexpectedly prompt. They were already waiting for us & had the tire waiting for us in the shop. They told us to pull up to the bay door in no time they had the new tire on and us walking out of the door in less than 30 minutes. I will highly recommend Franks Lobo Tires to everyone I know.

I took my truck here around 11 on a Friday & by 2 they were done with my trucks air conditioning issues. My air is working amazing now. Price was the lowest in town, service was very quick, professional & friendly. I will be using them for any maintenance I need in the future. I recommend anyone to this place.

Took car cause speed odometer jumping. They check my transmission fluid and told me its black and I need brand new transmission. Tried to sell me a used transmission. I Google issue and called another shop they advised its probably sensor if I drove car to Franks. So I paid them to just change VSS sensor and it fixed my problem. I been out of town and driven over 1000 miles since with no more issues. Companies need to stop trying to make people spend more money than needed.

Went in today for 2 used tires. No wait at all. Got in very quick. Once finished, i Went inside to pay and they put 4 tires on my car. So I ended up paying out of pocket double the amount that I originally wanted to spend. Then the paper that they left on my windshield clearly said 2 USED tires. Pics attached. The nice lady up front said that she was going to give me a discount... they guy told me the tires was 40$ to begin with.. . I paid way more because of their mistake... no time to fix it. This shop owns the car lot next door. They put vehicles with oodles of issues on the lot so when it starts breaking down (way sooner than it should) the shop right next door (how convenient) makes all the money. If u know a mechanic u can trust that quotes u fair prices, go to them because these guys are CROOKS!

I took my truck just to get a diagnostics check on it & it took them 4 days to hear from them on top of that they called me back just to tell me they found the problem and fixed it without letting me know anything! Never again!!

Ive been there twice and both times were pleasant experiences. There was an air conditioned waiting area with a tv to wait in while they fixed my car. They constantly kept me updated on the progress and what was happening. They are always busy and you expect it to take a long time but they always get right to it. The people that work there are kind and the prices are good. I will continue to use this place.

These guys are good! I’ve used them for literally everything from new tires, alignment, AC diagnostic and repair, fuel lines, brakes, distributer, oil change, and even new windshield wipers. Seriously, you name it, they can do it. These guys know their stuff. It’s quality work, and despite their large demand, they find the time to get to your vehicle and then keep you updated. No unnecessary costly updates or repairs. It’s just a complete distinction between Frank’s Lobo and the other guys here in town.

They sold me a car without a title then they lied about the title its really more to the story but they are a bunch of liers

At first I liked these guys business. They put 4 new tires on my truck last summer and they are still great. However I bought 2 new tires for my car front end and 8 months later one went flat with cord sticking out and the other blew apart so badly that it took out my blinker assembly, dented my front quarter panel and the best they can do for these 2 8 month old tires is charge me 35$ for another new and wanted to charge me full price for the other, I would not accept this so the best they would do is put a used tires on the wheel that trashed my car. Unacceptable, I will no longer give them a good review or speak well of there business again. The reason why I gave them 2 stars is that things started out good and finished badly!

They were the only people that had the tires I needed for my Chevy Tahoe and I had called six other businesses in Longview, tx. They are my new favorite tire shop especially for having what I needed and for their genuine customer courteous.

I came here recommended by my uncle who usually comes here for anything. He said they are honest people with reasonable prices. And so far so good my husbands truck got fix within two days. Love lobos! They bought a friends business and have been doing a wonderful job. They appear to stay busy... Always lots of cars there. I dont have a car right now so i havent used their services. They do more than tires... mechanic work, I believe too, but very nice people, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Very helpful! Everything was done quickly.Update: Ive been back several times since my initial 4 star review and have honestly been very impressed with the service. I went in for an oil change and asked them to also check the battery (since I had been having some trouble getting it to start). They checked everything, came back with a list of what they found, their recommendations and what each individual part and labor would cost. I really appreciated knowing what my final bill would be before they started work and not having any hidden surprises! They also did the work for a very reasonable price and I received excellent customer service through out the whole thing.

I would absolutely recommend Franks lobo tire for your mechanic needs. I was driving and my wheel bearing was lose, I was scared to drive back home. I was close to the shop and pulled in. At 7 am before they opened. The young man there was so nice and professional.

I was relocating to Austin and had to have some service completed. My Husband asked them to check everything, as i was going to be traveling alone and putting many miles on my vehicle for work. I thought one thing would be a major repair, but the team found an inexpensive fix. I was happy, but what really made me feel safe was that they were proactive and found a potential serious issue. I googled it before we authorized the repair and i realized we had been very lucky. Since then, we have taken our truck in for service and my sons car. Had my front brakes changed there and few days later passenger brake making noises and rotor getting worn out . Went to another shop and was that mechanic had put pads on wrong. Called to speak with Frank and was told I couldnt speak with him I had to speak to another guy who claims to be in charge only to be told they want do anything about my money or a apology since i let someone else fix them.

This is AN absolutely HORRIBLE and DISHONEST COMPANY!!!! I sent my car here to have a alternator fixed and when I got my car back they told me my air didn’t work!!! I told them my air was working just PERFECTLY before I took my car there so they have messed the air up and now they want me to pay and additional $350 when it was their “mistake”. Do not take your car here they will purposely break something for you to have to keep coming back!!! Is there something I can do an this? Who would I call for assistance

Took my car in a couple weeks ago because it started overheating and I was right down the road. The owners are very nice unfortunately my car only lasted for a few days after I took it in and I paid almost $400 to fix the overheating problem and have been without a vehicle every since. The fans that were replaced only one of them work and we still cant figure out where the water is going to. They are very nice people but I would only take your car to them for minor repairs.

Being from Dallas, I have always used big tire companies and received decent service. When I visit Longview, I always take my vehicle to Lobo Tire and the staff is so willing to help and get my car in and out as quickly as possible. Frank is awesome and I trust them more with my vehicle than any big tire company out there! If your in the area, give it a try! They will not disappoint :)

I honestly think there the most over rates when it comes to the quality of work they provide ...I am from Houston and been living her in Longview for 1 year to long. I experienced them charging me an arm and leg to fix my truck to have it start giving me the same problem I paid to be repaired. I sent my car back to be car less for a week to be told they didnt know what the problem was and as a mechanic who claims to deliver the best service was a complete lie and total waist of my time and not to mentioned being out 300 plus dollars . But as I expect the very lease from business here. All scamming and in each others pockets to keep money flowing through this place. Wouldnt refer anyone to them period.

Although there is great service there due to very beautiful young lady cashier,, I regrettably have to say Lookout if you use them cuz he might do some sketchy stuff I felt like they might have jevity pinpoint hole into my tire just so they could fix itit shows men seem to be trying too hard to convince me what I needed was most expensive thing and they were trying to fast talk to me so if you choose to use this place youll probably come out okay but I definitely recommend the warranty four brand new tires stays in the glove compartment because even if you were there just two days prior buying brand new tires from them is still going to make you have the warranty on hand
