Really enjoyed living here. The community is clean, and I got a great deal for my apartment, and of course it’s pet friendly which is very important for me. Moving in was great, and I had to move to Chapel Hill Governor’s Village for work/school and was able to transfer my lease over with the help of Miyeah. It was quite seamless and stress free. I would recommend living here.
My wife & I moved here a few months ago & love our apartment & neighbors. The staff are so kind. We’ve had zero issues & are super thankful for such a good spot to live!
I came here with my friend Samantha P to help her with the move in process. Ricky Sickle was extremely professional and courteous. I really appreciated the time she put in to make sure we were comfortable and that my friends move in process was efficient and effective. I will refer this place solely based on her assistance. Great job Ricky!
My boyfriend and I have lived at Camden Crest for a couple months now and we have had a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is attentive and knowledgeable. The property is very pretty and well kept. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a place.
Ricky Sickle was so helpful during move in! I was so stressed and she made the whole moving process easier. She also kept me well-informed and organized! Thank you!
This place is AMAZING! Been here since November 2019, i love the property, never had any issues with parking or neighbors and the management is very professional and just plain nice. My favorite person here is Lindsey. From the first day we came to the office to first apply and we moved in, she was so good. Completely helpful, kind, patient, informative and answered all of my questions promptly always. Maintenance team is very good and responsive. Maintenance guys always make sure that everything is done properly. I give Camden Crest 5 stars plus. You wont regret moving here!
Absolutely love it over here. We initially signed our lease for short time thinking that we may move away from here. But the Staff was amazing. Once we moved in, we started loving it. They are very friendly and nice. We love our apartment, maintenance staff is very friendly and would fix any problem on time. They keep community clean.
I have always wanted to stay at this community, and finally got the chance! Miyeah was a great help and made sure my process of moving was stressful free! So far i love it here and it’s clean, and quite neighborhood !
‼️‼️‼️ DO NOT MOVE HERE ‼️‼️‼️Please do yourself a favor and IGNORE the new residents reviews. They’ll catch on pretty quickly... Do not be fooled by the beautiful grounds, a majority of buildings are outdated and WAY overpriced for its location. The BIGGEST ISSUE is the on-site office staff, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and entitled. They have NO regard for their residents; and do not accommodate resident’s individual needs OR the majority of residents reoccurring concerns shared on our community wall (i.e. safety, theft, cleanliness). INSTEAD, they demand residents to accommodate THEM at a moments notice. Otherwise, you’ll be fined... for e.v.e.r.y little thing. FYI LADIES - You’re extremely inconsistent about sending information or project updates‼️‼️Throughout a PANDEMIC, these geniuses had more IN-UNIT projects completed than previous years, which required maintenance and 2-3 vendors to enter your apartments. YET, they didn’t allow residents at the office without an appointment. HMM... it would be SUPER decent to give your residents the same courtesy or hey... here’s a thought, RESPECT other residents requests to delay the work due to health and safety concerns. Speaking of delayed work, we’re still waiting on a gym that was initially PROMISED A FEW YEARS BACK. Seems they were just too busy chit chatting and posting to our community wall about their POINTLESS office debates. Great value added. 👏🏼 I’m genuinely not one to complain, let alone write reviews about it... but this place has gotten progressively worse over the years. I’VE HAD ENOUGH and the public needs to know‼️‼️‼️AND NO, I do not wish to speak with anyone. I’ve reached out on countless occasions to be met with clueless employees, resistance to accommodations, and the hold tone. If any of you TRULY CARED about your work and the impact you have on people’s livelihoods, I along with NUMEROUS other residents, wouldn’t of posted our frustrations publicly or privately on the community wall. WAKE UP LADIES‼️👏🏼
Price/value is great. Convenient location, friendly staff, responsive maintenance. There isn’t much more you can ask for.
I have lived here for aprox. 4 years and I am as satisfied today as I was my first day. I have not had any issue or problem that has not been resolved promptly and politely. The staff here is efficient and helpful. Thank you to all of you.
Sunday night December 27th I visited this establishment and saw a friend. This was the first time I was there and didnt know anything about this place. The next morning my vehicle was not where I parked it. I eventually discovered my vehicle was towed because I was in a reserved parking spot. As I looked around I noticed every parking spot was completely covered with leaves which made it impossible for me to know it was a reserved spot. Even with photos there was no way of knowing it was reserved. Contact the headquarters and they stated the leasing office would be able to reimburse me the $250 towing fee. When I went to the leasing office to explain the situation in detail they stated they would have to reach out to the office manager. To make a long story short I had to pay the fee to get my vehicle from the towing yard and I was not reimbursed. My response from them was they have to treat everybody the same way regardless of the circumstances. They said they had no way to know who I was which was completely false. There was a law enforcement badge on the mirror with my full name and work location. My license plate is also tagged in the system with my phone number. Again there were large leaves covering every parking spot and it was just so funny that the same day staff were going around raking and blowing all the leaves off the parking spots. So make sure before you come to this place you have a leaf blower available or broom in your car so you can sweep off the parking spots before you park there. This establishment does not believe that accidents happen and it shows they are very money hungry. You practically just told me that somebody could have poured paint all over the parking spot that has that marking and you wouldnt care, everybody was going to get charged that large towing fee. Yes I give it a zero star if I could because we are all humans and mistakes happen but obviously not in their eyes.My response to your reply is you did not read my review which specifically states I was there visiting a friend and it was the first time I was there. I have left a message on your answering services on the community voicemail and you are more than welcome to call me which Im pretty sure you will not. You dont have to be on a lease to visit a friend. Furthermore the local staff in that area know that those parking spots were covered and fixed the day I picked up my vehicle from the towing yard. also thank you for the mass email you sent out to all the tenants discussing my situation but you did not discuss the fact that all of the parking spots were covered. You have to be professional and treat people with respect because accidents happen. In my review it discusses my job profession and I would never break the rules intentionally. My response to your second reply You should make it a practice to clear the leaves from the face of the curb so that the marking for your reserved space can be seen. I was a guest and your establishment clearly LIED about previous complaints of my vehicle being parked in that drug infested complex. I was there once to assist in moving items from an apartment. Making up accusations to prevent a negative Google Review is poor judgment on your part. I really dont know how you can live with yourself because you lied in your entire statement. You lied to me on the phone also. You obviously have zero professionalism in your duties and you should get out of your office to see how your parking spaces appear. I offered to provide photos of the space and all of the other spaces in the lot. Peculiar how fast you cleaned up ALL of the spaces once I offered photographs of the parking spaces. If you would like, I will post the photos of your establishment on the review site which will show the date and time the photos were taken. The photos will clearly reflect the debris covering all of the parking spaces. The reserved space markings were not visible. You may need to let your responses go before I really show the community further proof that this is not adequate living for a complex infested with drugs.
We have lived at Camden for 5 months now and it has been such a great time. We love everyone at the office. Every time we have brought someone new down to the office to meet everyone they always mention how fun and friendly they are (not like most complexes). When we first moved in during the beginning of July there was some bugs which was to be expected it was the summer but the bug people came to spray 3 weeks in a row to get rid of them and since then no bugs :) ! The office has always been very responsive with anything we’ve needed or even if we just wanted to go down and talk to them. We love them!!! We think it’s super cute that they organize events for the residents, it gives a real sense of community. Service requests are always handled super quick and the service guys are really nice and funny too. We live in one of the main buildings with the elevator so that has been a huge blessing, we love that. Only thing about being in the main bigger building is that parking in the front towards night time is hard to find so you’ll usually have to walk a bit if you get home later than 8:30. The trash and recycling area is usually pretty full but it makes me happy to see people recycling and it is fantastic having valet trash !! All in all we have loved living here. We have loved it so much we have had a friend move here too ! I would definitely recommend anyone move to Camden. Thank you to everyone down at the office especially Miyeah, Ricky, Jennifer and Lindsey for making move in so smooth and living here the best time we really appreciate them so much.
I love everything about Camden Crest. The leasing staff is very professional and helpful, service is prompt and high quality, and the residents support each other as much as possible. I really enjoy living here (4+ years).
The staff and maintenance personnel are awesome! I’m very impressed with them . They are friendly, caring, respectful,& efficient! They are why I would recommend it here.My one suggestion is they need at least 2 more maintenance people hired, it’s too many apartments for 4 maintenance people to handle 25/7. They do a great job but they work so hard.
Camden is hands down one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Whenever I have a slight issue or a question they are quick to help, and they truly seem to care about their residents. There are always parking spots/guest spots, the maintenance team is fantastic and immediate in responding to a request, and there are consistent events & perks the staff provides for its residents. These are qualities that I cant say about most of the apartments Ive lived in, and Im very grateful to be a resident here!
As a former employee and resident at Camden Crest, I would like to share my experience. I enjoyed both living and working at Camden Crest. As a resident, I really enjoyed the lifestyle I lived in the community. The apartment was reasonably priced and very comfortable. The grounds are very well kept and something I was proud to show off to my friends and family. The spacious layout of the unit, amenities in the community, and location in Raleigh were all the reasons I wanted to live there when I first arrived. Little did I know that the office and maintenance staff would soon become my colleagues, they really provided a great experience while looking for an apartment on site. The condition of the apartment exceeded my expectations when I moved in, as I could tell it had been prepped before my arrival. This is not always the case at all communities. Having a movie theater, two pools, fitness center, and business center were all reasons I chose Crest as well.As an employee I obviously had a chance to see first hand the amount of work that goes into maintaining a property this size. Before I worked in leasing, it is something I never took into consideration as a resident at other communities. I was always impressed with the work maintenance would do and how quickly and efficiently they would complete the work orders. The office staff made me part of the family and really helped me to expand my skill set. I would recommend both living and working at Camden Crest to anyone who asks. This community is by far my favorite place I have ever lived.
Overpriced, situated on a hill with roads that are barely wide enough for two mid sized cars side by side. Some guy has had a full size rv parked in the street in front of some garages for a couple of months??? I didnt realize someone could make this place look like a trailer park and nobody would say anything. Will not be renewing.
I love living at Camden crest Apartments I have been Super comfortable living there for almost 2 years now. I had a small maintenance issue and they took care of it this morning right away.I just wanted to give a big shout out to YANNI he is super sweet & very professional he took care of the issue in no time and did an amazing job. The entire staff at Camden Crest is wonderful and they deserve recognition ❤️
Neighbors are constantly blasting music at ungodly hours for 3 months now and nothing as been done about it. Will not be renewing and will recommend everybody I know not to move here.
All of my neighbors smoke marijuana on a regular basis to the point that we can smell it in my apartment. I guess it’s the luck of the building and community living but having a six month old daughter it’s not quite pleasant. They won’t do anything unless we have photographic evidence so what can ya do. I wouldn’t recommend it for families though but the apartments themselves are really nice.
I have lived in many different apartments complexes, but nothing compares to Camden Crest. From the maintenance staff to the dog parks. Everything is just as beautiful has the pictures show them to be. The grounds are well maintained, and my dog loves visiting with his friend’s daily. My apartment is bright and open which provides room for decorating with a modern feel. All issues should they arise have been handled in a timely manner with pleasant faces and a comfort of quality second to none. I highly recommend checking this place out. Not to mention the shopping is amazing and close by.
I recently rented an apartment at Camden Crest. It is a beautiful place to live. During my first visit, I was given a tour by Miyeah Thompson (Camden Crest Leasing Consultant) and I was impressed on how she showed me around the apartments. My living experience here has been wonderful. At the leasing offices, the ladies welcomes you with a heart full of joy.The staffs are really helpful and friendly with quick maintenance repair. If I ever had a problem in my apartment I would just call the office and the maintenance team would come and fix it.If you are looking for an apartment, you should consider Camden Crest Apartments.
Positive...Some of the apartments are updated. Negative...the walls/ceilings are very thin. My upstairs neighbors are noisy and I can hear everything they do even walking. I was told by the office that there is not much that they can do unless they’re making excessive noise after 10pm. So that means that the rest of the day your neighbors can give you a headache but there is nothing that can be done!If you want to come home and have peace and quiet this is not the place for you.
Fantastic staff..awsome affordable apartments..great location
The very good place, very beautiful, I have been living here for two years, but I do not know what happens to the people who live here and the staff that not long ago, I have spent two days with a dog poop that someone allowed to leave it in front of me door and I have been communicating it to management for those two days and they have not done anything ... Apart from that my building does not allow smoking and the neighbor in front spends smoking right in the hall in front of my door, I communicated and according to them They solve it by sending you an email that maybe you dont even read because everything remains the same .. So if you are not tolerant of bad odors and dirty corridors of dog poop do not come to live in Camden Crest ...
I lived at Camden Crest for approximately 2 1/2 years in a 1 bedroom apartment that initially cost me $779.00 monthly in rent, $82.00 a month for the technology package and $31.00 each month for the valet waste feature. This was back in December of 2016. I was going to school at NCSU and had just a little bit left to go before I graduated, and so I ended up having to resign another lease with Camden once my initial one ran out. At that point my rent increased to $859.00 p/m, the technology package increased to $90.00 p/m, and the valet waste still cost $31.00 p/m. Then if I had chosen to stay in Raleigh after graduation, Camdens next best available lease rate for my unit at the time was going to be $1071.00 in rent p/m, along with the same additional monthly charges... I moved of course, and now I dont have people getting arrested outside my front door, I dont have to smell the pungent odor of marijuana coming from my neighbors, I dont have to chase after and squish roaches crawling across my floors, my front door floor mat doesnt get stolen, my packages are safer being sent and left outside my front door, and I no longer hear every single step my neighbors take above and below me!BEWARE: The cleaning fee you will end up paying at the end of your stay at Camden wont apparently do much, and do not be surprised to be charged with any additional bills AFTER you have officially moved out. Case in point, I was charged $481.58 more ($414.06 going toward carpet replacement). When I left, the carpets were not stained, they were not ripped and torn, if anything, they had light wear due to certain pieces of furniture having sat in certain places for 2+ years (something a good deep cleaning could reverse). Not to mention, I was owed a carpet cleaning in return for resigning a new lease with Camden after my first lease expired. However, there were multiple times this complex saw a change in staff, and my carpet cleaning was swept under the rug. Keeping this in mind, Camden was not willing to work with me on lowering the last bill because they see it as though they are already shouldering some of the costs for you.Good luck working with the acting staff, there used to be friendlier people in the front office (Ty Allen, my original leasing agent), and they used to be way more attentive with answering phone calls and getting back with you. Also, you can look back at earlier posts for Camden Crest and see that there are some common complaints to be weary of.
The staff here is so sweet and intentional! My husband and i just got married and they had a card waiting for us when we got to our new home. They have also been so sweet and patient with our new puppy and his quirkiness. My husband and I love living here due to the community and the team that makes living here so great. The maintenece team has also been great and everyone is great about greeting us whenever we are coming or going or walking our pup. Camden Crest has great prices and layouts of apartments and we got practically everything we could want in an apartment and its great that we can trust the team here too. Thank you Camden Crest for being so awesome!! I recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a place to call home.
The ladies in the office are always such a joy. Every time I have any questions they are always so welcoming. Thank you so much for being such an awesome office staff!
I am a Camden employee who lived at Camden Crest. it was one of the best places I lived! The dog park is wonderful and we loved grilling out by the pool in the summer. The maintenance staff is fantastic and handled everything promptly, even came out in the evening when I was having an issue with my dishwasher! I cant say enough good things about it!
Enjoyed my walk through with one of the staff members. The apartment I looked at was well maintained and very spacious. I was impressed with how good the building looked inside and out. When my lease is up I will be moving here.
I have lived here for almost a year and a half and have really enjoyed my stay. Any maintenance requests I have are resolved very quickly. Management has always been kind and helpful. The grounds are kept up well, and management does a lot to ensure its all taken care of. Management also does a great job communicating, whether it be upcoming events or testing fire alarms or pressure washing buildings. I havent had issues with my neighbors, sure I may be able to hear some at night (barely though) but this is an apartment complex. I highly recommend this community, if I werent moving into a house I would have definitely renewed my lease.
I love living at Camden Crest. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you do have any issues that come up the staff is always quick to resolve them.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM CAMDEN CREST!THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!Every single day you will leave your apartment and drive past “the wall of garbage”. Best part? This attracts insects and rodents and the pile of garbage is here every single day!!! Want even better news? THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR PEST CONTROL DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. The garbage is a huge problem and nothing has been done for months.THE NEXT is pet waste!!! They claim to remove the feces and send it in for lab testing and fine the owner of the pet. However they NEVER TEST it. And you will continue to walk around animal waste. ALSO, if you love your furry dog DO NOT COME HERE. The dog park is not kept up at all. There are sharp pointed rocks unearthing and their solution is mulch which gets pushed right away. It’s an injury waiting to happen. And finally my home....living here has been fine however they hardly give a notice if any at all about entering your apartment. One time they let the pest control guy in without supervision and didn’t even tell me!!!! I found out my hone had been entered by a random person because I found a note on my countertops! Now the employees here are AMAZING. The maintenance crew is AMAZING. It’s the corporation that leaves these people to deal with all the problems they refuse to deal with. All in all, DO NOT COME HEREAND TO CAMDEN, no I will not speak to you. This issues are ongoing and every tenant knows it. Fix your problem rather than feed me your excuse.
I have been a resident of Camden Crest for 7 years. I enjoy the atmosphere of the community. It has a hotel-like environment feel that is important to me. When I come out of my apartment I can see my neighbors and it makes me feel safe as a single person. The staff here feels like family to me. And the most important family member is Ty!!!
Camden Crest is really amazing!!! From the moment I moved in a few years ago, the customer service has been top-notch. I know the entire office by names. Shannon, Jessica, Summer, and Ty are the best office staff anybody could hope to be helped by. If I put in a work order, its done within hours, not days like most places. They have 2 pools, both amazing. Plenty of other amenities are offered here as well, and VERY WELL maintained. If my wife and I werent buying a house, we would honestly stay here indefinitely. If you are looking for an affordable place to live that looks like more than you pay for, and great service to boot, this is it. seriously, stop looking anywhere else and go to Camden Crest. No joke... I see you looking at other places and you wont find anything better.... so stop looking and sign a lease already. :)
If it hadnt been for them ruining my renters history, Id give them a better review. I was late on a payment and they filed an eviction which has set off a chain of events that nearly ruined my life, preventing me from signing a lease elsewhere and forcing me to move in with my girlfriend too soon and destroying my relationship. Also, when given the opportunity to renew my lease, the rent went from around 1100 to 1500. I am currently homeless.
Stopped by to check out the apartments and upon entering the office we were greeted by Ty Allen. He was very helpful and willing to show us the size apartments we wanted and the different amenities they have to offer. This place is wonderful! So much room and everything you need is at an arms reach. Any time I had a question or needed help my concerns were addressed immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone!
Shannon is one of the leasing agents there and she is AMAZING!!! Seriously, she has worked with us every step of the way and we love her to death. The only reason we didnt renew our lease is because we are moving closer to my job. We will miss this place- it has always felt like home. Clean, I feel safe and the community itself is usually pretty quiet. Maintenance has always handled our concerns in a very timely manner and exceeded our expectations. 10/10 would rent here again.
Camden Crest has been my home for over 3 years now and I absolutely love it here! There is some noise at times, but there are kids who live across the hall from me, so I expect that. :) The staff is courteous and professional, and they listen to your concerns and help you! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live. You cant beat the location either!
The best place Ive lived in Raleigh in the past...now, not so muchThere are residents with dogs that are irresponsible and leave pet poop on the grounds, an elderly man with 2 small schitzus uses the grass across from office daily, a young man uses the spot in the front adjacent right in the frontCars are driving at high rates of speed and accessible parking is being used by anyone. The staff in our office, especially Kyle as well as the hard working maintenance staff, shout out to Tee with the cool bears, are why we are trying to stay. But paying over $1,200 we are strongly seeking a pet free community.
When deciding to relocate to North Carolina I knew that I would be at a Camden community. My experience has always been great. I found Camden Crest and knew it would be home. Both Meghan and Ty were amazing and made the transition from Florida to Raleigh a smooth one. Thanks so much.
Weve had a great experience at Camden Crest so far. From the time we walked in to ask for information, to the application process, and all through out our move in, Kyle took care of my partner and me and made sure that we had a smooth experience. He kept us well informed and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going as planned.Everytime we called the leasing office with question, we were treated kindly and offered great customer service by everyone who was available to take our call. Our apartment was spotless when we moved in and any repair or management request weve had has been dealt with immediately. We were also impressed with the speed in which repairs and touch ups in the buildings started to take place soon after the Hurricane weather passed. We love it here!
Camden Crest is a very nice and inviting environment. Leasing staff is always very helpful and go above and beyond to assist within perimeters. If anything needs repair the maintenance staff is very quick to respond usually the day of or at least by next day issue will be resolved. I am very at home here after moving from a house and out of state to boot!!!
Maintenance ruined my experience here. I initially loved this complex and never thought I would give it less then 5 stars. However, after details of a service request were ignored leading to the maintenance team letting my dog out of my apartment I would never recommend this complex to anyone. The staff believes because they took an extra 1 1/2 hour helping me look for my dog (after being the ones who lost her - and still on the clock getting paid) they did all they could to help. Ben, the head of the department admitted to going home at 6:30pm - knowing my dog still had not been found. I tried three separate times to call them and inform them I had found my dog, since I was under the impression they were still looking, only to have never had the phone answered - I was also told by Ben the following morning when I spoke with them that because I did not leave a message me calling did not matter. I was also met with the attitude of well, sorry but we did the best we could. READ YOR LEASE AGREEMENT THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO MOVING IN. They let a third party vendor into my apartment completely unaccompanied by any employee of the actual complex. I took the time to call the complex for the work order to make sure they knew to leave my bathroom door closed - and it was not passed on. I have NEVER been a person to leave poor reviews and typically think that people who do are just bitter and did not get their way. I TRULY BELIEVE HOW THIS COMPLEX COMMUNICATES WITH EACH OTHER IS THE REASON THAT ISSUES HAPPEN. So when you read the reviews that cars are broken into and the complex does nothing (aka cameras that have been asked for several times)- believe it. When you read that the staff here does not care - believe it. It was proven to me that I am just a source of income for them and that they are in no way here to provide any service or help to me. Great customer service and care right? Thankfully, my dog was found.. running down the middle of one of the busiest roads in the area - not because of this complex who messed up in the first place - but because of random strangers who cared more.
I went in to inquire about 1 bedroom apartments. I was helped immediately and all of my questions were answered during my visit. I was taken to view the available unit as well as shown the other amenities and features of the property. After much thought and consideration, I decided to go with Camden Crest. Im looking forward to moving in in two weeks!
I have been living at Camden Crest for almost a year and a half. I really enjoy living here. The office staff is very nice and the maintenance team always takes care of requests quickly. Location is great and very convenient for me. I would recommend this community to anyone looking in northwest Raleigh.
I lived at this complex for over a year. Never really had any problems and the only reason why I dont live there anymore is because the rent went up which was extremely ridiculous paying over $1,000 for a one-bedroom apartment that wasnt even upgraded. The people in the office are very friendly everything is pretty much handled online which is convenient. I think the best part about living here was definitely the maintenance people they were friendly and prompt I would put in a request and the next day the problem would be fixed. I love the location they kept the Landscaping very nice and neat has a car wash for your car dog park and two swimming pools. I do think that some things are ridiculous like you can only rent The Clubhouse for 24 hours at a time but it cost like $400. Their gym is very small compared to other apartment complexes. I think the worst part about living here was the parking especially the 5200 building. If you came in late you park in the back of the building and have to walk all the way around to the side or the front because there are no entrances from the back of the building. Also had a problem with people hitting our cars as people in this neighborhood cant drive cant park and are not respectful of other peoples property . We did have one problem with ants being everywhere in the apartment for a week or so and management acted like they didnt care apparently we were put on a list for them to come exterminate but that never happened so we had to put bug bombs in the apartment to get rid of them. But like I said I enjoyed living here and I would have stayed had they not gone up on our rent.
I moved to Raleigh from Ohio about a month ago and my residency at Camden Crest has been great so far. They keep the grounds up, the valet trash is very timely and maintenance comes out the same day, every time that I put in my service request...not that Ive put in many but, you get what Im saying lol. Parking is convenient since there are multiple entrances to your apartment. My main man Ty Allen and DJ DC (Courtney) made it such a smooth and transparent leasing process. I was looking at a few other apartment communities and Im so happy that I chose Camden Crest!
The office staff is very helpful, friendly and professional. They go the extra mile to help or assist me, whenever necessary. They are very prompt in attending to my needs. They always find time to be pleasant and courteous to me. Shannon and Ty are excellent!
We had a rough start to our experience. We have a large dog (about 75 pounds) and they had initially put us on the second floor. We received noise complaints about the dog, which is understandable. They allowed us to move into a first floor apartment and waived our transfer fee, which was appreciated. However, we were told that dogs his size are supposed to be regulated to the first floor to avoid that problem in the first place. Even though I appreciate how they worked with us, if we had been placed where we were supposed to be in the first place we would have saved a good amount of money (movers, days off of work again, utility transfers, etc.).After the initial hassle, there have been few other issues. Our only other main complaint is that if your registration is about to expire on your vehicle, they place a 1 foot by 1 foot sticker on your driver side window. Not only was it obstructive to the view of the driver, but we had to take a scraper to remove it. Also, the registration still had 10 more days on it, so it was not actually expired yet.Other than these issues, Camden Crest is pleasant, clean, and convenient. The maintenance crew is quick to get to our problems, and Shannon and Sumer in the office are a delight to deal with and always seem happy to talk. If we were not looking for a home next, we would stay here.
Camden Crest has been my home for 3 months so far. Ive loved my experience here and I would recommend Camden Crest for anyone looking for a apartment in the Raleigh area. The staff and management makes you feel like your apart of one big family. I can always count on them whenever I have a question or concern (especially when I need a key) LOL. I strongly encourage you to take the time to meet this staff and become a resident at Camden Crest!
My experience has been excellent so far. Everyone has been very nice and my apartment is great. I have no complaints. :)
Camden Crest is not just an apartment complex, but has become a close knit community. One of the contributing factors to the community atmosphere is the retention of long-term residents. This is absolutely a wonderful place to live and call home. Along with being in a great location, you also have the following wonderful amenities: fitness center, business center, car care center, movie theater, two pools, spectacular clubhouse, and if you live in the main building there is the luxury of having an elevator, and the list goes on.I definitely have to take a moment to recognize the office staff for the phenomenal customer service. A personal thanks to Shannon, Sumer, Ty, and Jessica for your assistance and friendly service that has been extended to me. I truly appreciate all of you.I have also had a pleasant experience with the maintenance staff. Anytime I have ever had a work request, despite the reason the response time and service has always been prompt and efficient.....thanks guys!! Not to mention work requests and paying your rent can be done with a click of a button.Camden Crest is the place to be so drop in and come see, dont hesitate to sign your lease.Long-Term Resident,Crystal
I have been living at Camden Crest for going on 3+ years and could not be more satisfied. I have loved both one bedroom apartments I have lived in and would highly recommend Camden to others. The staff is exceptional! Very friendly and outgoing and always willing to answer any questions you may have. The Camden Crest location is great as well. Close to the mall, close to the airport and close to the beltline. I have also noticed that the noise level is relatively low as compared to other apartments Ive lived in. I have no problems with hearing the people above or beside me. I have met a lot of my neighbors who are all very friendly. Overall, Camden is a great place to live!
Been living here since April. This is not the worst complex Ive lived in, but its darn close. To begin with, it is a very anti social complex. There are no incentives are meetings of any kind to help you meet other residents and network. This is a problem for me as I am a social person. The 2 pools here are a disappointment. The one in the main building has smelled bad now for close to 2 months. I walked out this morning and the smell is still there, so I now refuse to go in. The chairs are black, making it uncomfortable in the sun as the color black absorbs heat. There are only 2 grills for the entire complex, one of which has been broken for over a month now. They are never cleaned, so cooking on there can be problematic. Garages are not readily available, which doesnt bother me that much, but theres no way for the complex to notify you if one becomes available. That part does bother me a great deal. The rent is through the roof for the 2 bedroom I am renting. I was paying the same rent for my apartment in Los Angeles just a year or so ago. Why this complex charges so much, I dont know. This is Raleigh North Carolina, not Los Angeles or New York. Its just plain ridiculous. The worst part about renting here is you CANNOT break a lease if need be. Apartment complexes have the right to do that here in North Carolina since this is a right to work state. Camden Crest also forces you to have Time Warner Cable as your provider, which is included in your rent. Apparently that is legal to do to residents in the State of North Carolina. Ive never heard of such a thing in other states. Its extortion. Complexes throughout the Raleigh/Durham area all practice this way now so be aware before either moving here or if your in the area looking for an apartment. Good luck!
I lived in Camden Crest years ago, I loved it so much I moved back this year. I compared every place I lived to my experience here at CC, none compared. Im sorry but when you have 100s of people living close together, its never going to be perfect, anywhere!!! This is as close to perfection as it gets. I have great neighbors, maintenance is always fast, efficient and kind. The office staff are always smiling and happy. I truly feel like family when I walk in there. I cant imagine myself anywhere else. Parking can be tight, but I had that problem everywhere. Here I have multiple pools to pick from, a movie theatre and game room. Im good where I am for years to come, this is a resort!!
My toilet was running like crazy. Yanni came immediately to help the situation, then returned the following day to fix it permanently. He replaced the valve and even documented notes in case my h20 bill was too high and would have it adjusted. very professional and awesome
No one answers the phone
I love this complex!! The leasing office and maintenance are great. They make you feel appreciated. Everything that is included in the rent is a steal! I definitely recommend this complex.
Ive lived here for only a month now and I already have a large array of issues with the place.1.) Bugs. Within the first few weeks Ive had to deal with about 5 earwigs and about the same amount of cockroaches. When I reported the issue, the person I was speaking with tried to convince me that theyre not cockroaches, but instead that they were waterbugs, as if I was an idiot.2.) Noise. There was a dog barking for hours in the middle of the night. Good news though, the noise was cancelled out by the tremendously loud AC unit thats right outside our bedroom window. The bad news, the noise was cancelled out by an even louder and more obnoxious noise. It sounds like a buzz saw, literally. I reported the issue in person, but they said they cant do anything about the noise. They did not seem to care at all. Also, forget about trying to catch up on your sleep via naps during the day. Theres a group of rowdy kids literally screaming their lungs off each and every day.3.) The Community. Theyre not all bad, in fact, Ive made some pretty good friends here at the dog park. However, you need to make sure you look both ways when going across the parking lot here. There are many residents here that love to speed through the parking lot as if it was some freeway. And if youre one of those drivers, watch out, those screaming kids Ive mentioned LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to play in the middle of those roads and take their time to get out of the way. And even they do get out of the way, they have a terrible habit of yelling at the drivers. Hell, I was pulling out of a parking lot one day and they were kind enough to wait for me to get out, but as I was, I was being yelled at to go and hurry up. Lovely. Also, Ive been seeing much more litter everywhere as the days go on. Already seen a couple smashed glass bottles on the sidewalk here, and I live at the main office building.I honestly could go on, but hopefully you can see the point Im trying to make.
My air condition stopped working, this morning when I was leaving for work. I called it into the office(I spoke directly to the office manager) and I talked to a maintenance personnel that was outside my building...my apartment was 86 degrees before work by the time I got home my apartment is at 84 degrees.....outside feels better than my home.I had to go buy fans to keep myself cool and my air condition has running the whole day (hello electric bill). I received no notification that my air would not be fixed today. My online request was marked completed yet my home temperature was only decreased by 2 degrees (Helloooo sauna). That is the prompt customer service they promise. The Camden apartments are nice enough, but if youre looking for a one bedroom that would offer you space for the price.......KEEP looking there are plenty of communities in the area that can offer you more. If you are someone who lists out your wants/needs in an apartment complex.....Do NOT come here the amenities are subject to change.....and during the winter people(or a person?) likes to break into the residents cars!!!! Residents hardly pick up after their pets, there is never enough parking and if you want to see kids playing/climbing on top of the community garages or strange neighbors that stare and follow you in a creepy way. Well you have found the right place.THIS IS the place for you if your looking for headaches =).The community manager would have you to believe that they fixed my AC unit and that I am just making a big fuss over a problem that was fix. When in reality I arrived back home(7/11/16 )around 7:30pm to a 84 degrees apartment I suffered through a restless night barely sleeping. I started my day (7/12/16) at 5:40 am for work and my apartment was 86 degrees when I left in the morning when I returned home at about 6:30pm I came home to 84 degrees apartment. I had to call the emergency maintenance to get results, when maintenance arrived one of the guys commented that he thought the original order was completed in the wrong apartment which is why mine WAS NOT working so they worked on it and said my unit had a leak in it and that they would fill up my unit to get me through the night and that they would return (7/13/16) at 9 am to ACTUALLY FIX my AC. Furthermore the community does have an online message board that the STAFF and residence post on......if only I could attach photos I would attach the post of the residences AND office STAFF posting about the community car break ins and the STAFF advising the residences to be sure to lock their car doors (even one of the leasing agents car was broken into).
Want to start out saying I really like these apartments and the customer service is awesome. I worked with Sumer McLaughlin, one of the leasing consultant at the property and she definitely did what she could to sell me this apartment. They offer great amenities outside of the lovely 2bed./2bath. I didnt end up going with the apartment just based on location and where I need to be located in Raleigh but she definitely made it hard to say NO. I really appreciated all the time and help she put in to help make my decision and I know whoever does join this community would love it. :)
Dont move here unless you are only looking to sign a one year or 15 month lease. When it comes time to renew, they will stick it to you. We have been hit with a $91 increase--Our rent is going from $728/mo to $819/mo (and that is the early bird rate). So not worth it, the apartment gives absolutely no incentive to be paying almost $1000 after they add all the force additives to your rate ($48-cable, $30-valet trash, and for us $100-garage fee). If were going to pay $998/mo I expect upgraded features like stainless steel appliances, etc. But you get none of that here, so why so much? Even the rep at the office couldnt explain why so much, she quoted something about marketing by corporate. Makes no sense.Another issue I have is parking. There is minimal parking available, and if you do find somewhere to park, you can expect for your car to be tampered with or damaged. At least that was our experience while living here. We kept having our side mirrors moved and closed. Someone even hit our car and didnt leave any info, so we never found out which of our lovely neighbors did it and our insurance ended up covering for the damages. Ugh, this was a big inconvenience and we ended up having to rent a garage just to have a piece of mind. So if you move here, I strongly recommend renting a garage, we luckily got it half off for some promotion, but usually the garage cost $100.Noise is so-so. When we first moved in there was little to no noise, but now there are disturbances that have become more frequent with new tenants that have moved in the building. Lots of slamming of doors and running up and down the wooden stairs (which is right outside of our living room-so it gets annoying) and loud talking in the breezeway. Of course most of these things occur after office hours, so we just deal with it. The office staff is nice and try to handle the complaints, but there is only so much they can do, especially when people are being disruptive after the staff is gone. Another noise problem is the lawn upkeep/care. It seems like there is always noise in the morning or early afternoon noise from them cutting the grass or blowing leaves or debris. It gets annoying at times because it seems like it happens all the time, multiple times a week.Over all I dont recommend this place because its overpriced with no luxuries or incentives to balance the cost. Most properties nearby charging this much offer your upgrades like stainless steel appliances, hard wood flooring, plantation blinds, gated entry, track lighting, etc, but this place just doesnt supply these things, yet they want to charge like they do. Im sorry a garden tub, tile flooring and back splash in the kitchen just dont do it when everything else in the apartment is so basic/standard. Nice community, but overpriced and we will not be renewing. We actually found a place that is offering all the luxuries we want for a much lesser price and Im sure you can too :)
My family and I moved into Camden Crest back in March of this year after a nerve-racking search. I had been to lots of communities before I ended up at Camden. My first impression when I walked into the office was none like I had experienced before. The management team was awesomely refreshing. I felt welcomed by their enthusiasm and warm and inviting spirits. They have made every step of this process as simple as possible. Im so very happy that we chose this community over the others. We couldnt be more satisfied. Thanks to the staff at Camden Crest.... Jessica, Shannon, Meghan and Tyron
Mixed feelings. The bad: The parking here is THE. WORST. My husband had to park at the pool one night and walk to our building. I hate having company because they can never find spots. The trash is always built up at the compactor and looks awful. Also, lots of inconsiderate neighbors here. It isn’t the apartment complex’s fault but I see reports weekly of packages being stolen. People who aren’t handicapped consistently park in handicapped spaces even though I have a neighbor who actually needs them. The maintenance people don’t call you or give details when they come like they have in past complexes which I’m not a fan of. The good: I will say I do think the apartments are nice and I haven’t needed maintenance as much as prior places so that has been a relief. My neighbors are nice. There are two pools to spread out the crowd. Lots of poop stations for dog owners. Nice clubhouse with rental options for a movie theater. You can pay and submit maintenance requests easily on an app. Friendly office staff. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone but I also wouldn’t tell them not to live here either.
My time at Camden Crest has been a great experience. The office staff is always friendly and available when needed. Online portal is easy to use and convenient.
After living at Camden Crest for almost two years I can say that this is one of the best apartment communities Ive lived at. The community is super pet friendly and the theater is an awesome amenity. Complete with the location, I love this property!
I have just moved to this property, and the customer service they offer is AWESOME. One of the representatives, Sumer Sparrow, took her time to find the best options for us. She was very professional, and really worked hard to make a good offer. It is located in a very convenient area close to shops and good schools. I highly recommend it!
The management team is great! Ty goes out of his way to help me no matter how busy he is. Repairs are quickly done, the pool and grounds are beautiful, and you definitely feel the southern hospitality.
I love this apartment complex! It is very quiet at night and so well maintained by the amazing staff. I wanted to personally thank the entire team that makes this place five stars. Lindsey, Ricarda, Jenn, Miyeah, Yanni, Ben, Charles and Nick. Thanks for all that you do for us!I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to call home.
I moved here in July and have had nothing but poor things to say about this place. I have had issues with my upstairs neighbor making more than the normal amount of noise. 24 hours a day 7 days a week my neighbor sounds like she is bouncing on a pogo stick into the walls. The noise was so bad that people every single person in an apartment neighboring this person has complained. After three months of trying to contact the neighbor, using the communitys portal (which I was publicly ridiculed by staff), I begged the front office for a resolution. After spending weeks trying to get in contact with the front office (they never actually answer the phones), the only resolution I was offered was to move into an apartment at a higher rent, with no upgrades and no changes to the apartment whatsoever. Just a higher rent. The staff does not care about your well-being or your comfort in your own home, they only care about robbing you by nickle and diming you. Ive also had bugs in my apartment, pet-owners dont pick up after their pets, kids screaming at all hours of the day and night. Ive even been followed all the way to my apartment by some strange guy asking if he could luge me. If you are a young professional, look at surrounding apartment complexes, you wont get your moneys worth here. Only sleepless nights, creepy awful neighbors, and high rent payments.
Amazing and friendly staff! I personally worked with Shannon and she is awesome! Beautiful property and awesome prices! Thank you so much Camden Crest and I cant wait to move in!
Ive lived here for a year now and Ive been very happy! Absolutely beautiful apartments and complex grounds. Ive lived in apartments in this area of Raleigh for 15 years and these are the nicest! Staff is very nice and I love that they periodically have food trucks come at dinner time during the week!
I only gave this place 2 starts because the staff was friendly and maintenance responded to my request same day service. But the negative they do charge for every little thing and you will not get our full deposit back. So my place was spotless when I moved out but Camden took $500 out on my deposit because even though the carpet was spotless they pulled it up to find stains on the pad so they replaced the whole carpet. First point Im going to make is that the carpet was already worn at move in so I know this statement is not true either they charge all move outs new carpet and just leave it for the next tenet. 2. make sure you read the contract to know they do charge you a move out cleaning fee which is what they are suppose to automatically do including cleaning the apartment after 1 year and a half of a tenet living there. So any spills in the carpet regardless of if its been cleaned or not you will not get your deposit back .
Super friendly staff! Meghan was our agent and she was awesome all around always responding to calls and emails fast! Really love the whole community and location is right by all the stores you need.
Living at Camden Crest has been a very pleasant experience. I havent had a single problem while living here. The people who complain about this apartment are also the ones complaining about every little thing in their life.I had to break my lease because of a job promotion and move out of State. Ty made the process as seamless as possible just like the process was when I signed my lease on day 1.Great location. Not too far from downtown. Would highly recommend.
Great facility with a lot of amenities and staff was always available and friendly. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to live outside of downtown but close enough for a short commute. Lots of restaurant and shopping choices around!
The staff at Camden Crest is the best! They do a fantastic job. All of my service requests were taken care of immediately. I have loved my time here as a resident.
Pleasantly surprised by this community and their pricing. Though it may seem a bit higher than competitors they have a bundle package which takes care of some of your monthly expenses (INCLUDING CABLE AND INTERNET). With this added feature these apartments are right in line if not cheaper than neighboring options while at the same time being one of the newer options (built in the 2000s). The Assistant Manager Shannon did great job showing the community and pointing out the great features of the location. Stop by to view if you are considering!
Fabulous place to live! Very beautiful and clean community, the pools are great and the theater room is awesome!Very helpful leasing agents too.
My experience here has been amazing I have gotten so much help from the manager and assistant manager Ricky and Lindsey they are amazing and makes me want to stay at Camden even if it’s in another state
This is an over priced neighborhood for the features you get. Your cars are not safe from other cars dinging yours given the spots are t even normal sized. People including myself have been robbed from our vehicles., the neighborhood is never quiet, they have a dog park for dogs but no where for kids. Kids will be running all over the neighborhood, in front of cars or you even if your going inside. They are extremely rude, loud and vulgar. Nothing is ever done about complaints either. The complex isnt even that clean or nice. The 6902 building entrance always smells like urine, so much so you could vomit if you have a weak stomach. If your looking for quality living for the had earned money you spend, I wouldnt spend a dime of it here.
Helpful staff. Nice gym. They put up with me being difficult. Thank you team.
Move in Date: March 2, 2018I am a new resident at Camden Crest. Camden was actually the 1st apartment I looked at when beginning my apartment search.Ty, in the office, was and is absolutely amazing! He is a HUGE part of what made me want to become a resident. During my site tour, Ty and I passed many of the current Camden residents who were loading home, from their days, and shockingly Ty referred to ALL OF THEM by name. This included their dogs too! I was floored. We have over 400 apartment units! This was the first of many positives Camden has.I still wanted to see the surrounding apartment complexes and what they had to offer -and in the end all arrows led back to Camden Crest.Since I have moved in, I have been amazed on how quiet and peaceful my home is. We have such a beautiful blend of neighbors, from Young Professions to Families with young children, Singles, the list goes on. I love the communication the Office has with their residents. We are always informed and kept in the loop. Our Maintenance team does an amazing job getting maintenance issues resolved, day of as well as keeping our community clean.I am extremely pleased with choosing Camden and being surrounded by everything I enjoy on this side of town. Cannot beat the location! After reading some of the reviews, I was shocked! So I hope my review helps in getting you to check out Camden. There are new folks on the Leasing Team who have been a great addition to the culture of Camden Crest! They do an amazing job in bringing opportunities to meet your neighbors as well!
Camden Crest has been a great apartment complex to live in. It is convenient to downtown Raleigh and Durham as well as RTP and the airport. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. The staff is extremely friendly.
I have only been here for a month and Im just gonna have to bear it until my lease is up. The only credit to this place is the staff who are kind--that is when any positive comments end. First, I have never been in a complex where the power goes off so often. I experienced like five outages for just one day. The internet plan for their technology package also SUCKS. Secondly, during move-in a current resident warned me parking would be an issue. Should have known this place would be problematic right there and then. Third, its filthy here. I see rats and cockroaches outside my doorway. Its absolutely horrible. Fourth, other residents have absolutely no respect and use facilities located outside multiple apartments at 12AM because no curfew is enforced! Making noise so late at night and its right outside my window. Finally, I have had a beeping noise coming from one of the maintenance doors next to my apartment going on since the 4th. IT GOES ON FOR 24/7 AND IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED.I have never ever lived in such a horrible apartment complex. Nor have I ever had to call to make any complaints or write a review.
Please do not live here. The complex is dirty. There are rampant bugs even if youre the cleanest individual ever, and the staff members will treat you like garbage while smiling in your face. When we moved in we placed our washer/dryer into the storage unit (which had another washer/dryer in it, weird at the time, but thought nothing of it). A few weeks later we go into the storage to get something and our washer/dryer is gone ($800 worth). Were told by staff that it was probably a maintenance worker that they had to fire due to questionable actions. They offered to let us have the other washer/dryer in there, or receive a small monetary reimbursement. We agreed to take the other washer/dryer. Wed later find out, upon moving out, that the other washer/dryer belonged to another resident that they had also assigned to the same storage unit. So were now out $800 and they will not give us the monetary reimbursement stating that their agreement to it was hearsay.A month or so later we had someone enter our apartment without our knowledge and open our blinds and rearrange our mirrors. They used a key. It was suspected that it was the same worker. The guy they sent to re-key our doors would later be fired for the same questionable issues (possibly stealing from tenants). We had a thief in our home talking to us while he keyed our door. We filed a police report and everything. When we spoke to the manager about this upon move-out she more or less blamed us for the issue and told us that we should have been more diligent in following up when it was something done under their own roof. I understand the lease says they do not guarantee safety, but the manager repeatedly made it out as our own fault. I guess I should have paid more attention to the workers with the keys getting into our storage unit, since its my fault. On top of all this, we had an army of bugs at all times. Despite us both being clean people. No trash around, vacuumed every week, etc. There were centipedes and roaches coming in through the cracked foundation and through broken seals on windows. We told Camden about it, but they just sent someone out to look and he would seal some of it. But theyd come back. I had 4 ant traps set up, and they were all full to capacity with dead ants within a week. I replaced them often. Also, you do not know anger like waking up to find a centipede crawling across your bare chest in bed at night (happened 3-4 times). Some nights, if I saw one before I could kill it, Id wear full-clothing to bed.Upon move out we were charged for an odor caused by smoking (we dont smoke) and stains in the carpet that we didnt create (they were there when we moved in). The complex took their 3rd party cleaners word over ours and told us they couldnt do anything about it. We were prepared to pay the $75 cleaning fee and the water bill, but not the extra. They seem to be squeezing us for every penny they could get.Do yourself a huge favor. Do not live here. Do not give Camden more business. Go down the road and live there. Even if its more expensive; if its even 10% better than Camden, its worth it. They will draw money off you every chance they can get, and they hire staffers without a proper background check apparently. After having $800 worth of appliances taken from under me, and another few hundred taken because our cleaners say so, Im sick feeling just thinking about how much they drew out of me.
Absolutely the best in the area. We have had nothing but the best when it comes to this community and how its ran. From replacing the light bulbs in our Garage to the restoration process from water damage from a fire above, the team at Camden has been there every step of the way. Thank you Jessica, Shannon and Ty.
Rent continues to go up while services go down. They have a technology package that is forced on you however while they are great a taking your money they do nothing to take responsibility for the services. Do yourself a favor and find a complex that actually services what they sell
I have lived at Camden Crest for going on 2 years now and I love my apartment. The staff is friendly and helpfull and I plan to renew again. It is close to shopping and food but it is not to close for it to have to much traffic. It is close to the airport so I can get back home every now and then and do not have to worry about being late to my flight.
Very disappointed, they tell you one thing and then do something else! I broke my lease and was told that if I got the apartment leased that it would not cost me but my deposit, Now they call me after I have removed my add from Craig list, after a lady came to my apartment and said she wanted it ( over 2 weeks ago) that the apartment had been rented on line. Then why did the office not let me know ASAP, how about if I had rented it also? As a professional I would have let them know ASAP. Now the rental agent that told me she had subleases the apartment is telling me it had been rented before she showed it. What but you took the lady back and signed the paperwork. Yes, this is my fault so I will have to pay a breaking lease few of 12??.??, so since they did not talk to each other Im having to pay?I moved here from a job, I tried to switch to a different Camden Property, No problem they told me, but that would have cost me over 2500.00, so if you are a professional and you maybe relocated with your job. DO NOT MOVE TO A CAMDEN PROPERTY!
I am resident and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE unprofessional management, bad customer service, they dont care about residents, manager she is so rude. Before you move in they promise good costumer service after you sign your lease you done ( F...)DO NOT MOVE IN! LOOK FOR APARTMENT WITH MANAGER WHO CARES!
Great place to live. The staff is great. Ms. Lindsey Stephens is great.
Its a nice place to live. The management staff cares and things get fixed by maintenance quickly.
I lived there for 1.5 years and it wasn’t that bad, those huge “water bugs” are everywhere and they hike the rent over $1000 at the end of lease. Also it’s definitely not kid friendly at all—they have a dog park on site but no children park. But what really got me is that now I’m looking to move into a new apartment apparently there was a court filing or judgement against me. Mind you I stayed through my whole entire lease (moved out earlier this year) and owe them nothing, I paid my rent in person and as many times they’ve looked at my account never once thought to meantion that to me. I’ve always been “you’re all set” and “account is good”. They may have had legal right to do so but as a tenant I expect you to be upfront and honest because that is something I could have taken care of a long time ago (while I was living there). So they got paid and now I have a judgement on my record, unbelievable!
Love the space, location and staff..our whole team. Ricki,Lindsey,Mya and Lauren are holding down our office, easy to reach and always willing to help. Maintenance rocks. Since Ben and Yahni, no problem. And welcome to our new guys😃
Beware! I lived here for a 14 month lease and dealt with the enormous water bugs that wake you up at night and terrible parking situation. I paid rent early every month, and only called maintenance if absolutely necessary. I didnt complain about all the people who didnt pick up their pet waste or when my truck was broken into and they stole all my kids piggy bank change. Only to be stuck with a $900 bill for CARPET (that was worn at move in) when I moved out. The amount I couldnt pay after moving was sent to collections after just 30 days although the balance would have been paid off in less than 60 days. Goodbye credit! Terrible customer service skills and they speak to you like you are beneath them. Find somewhere else to stay! What glitters isnt always gold. They need to address their extortion policies and do some customer service training.
Camden Crest is one of the best if not the best place to live In Raleigh. It’s perfectly located near Target, Raleigh Grande, Food Lion, and NC State Employees Credit Union which are all in walking distance. It’s a 10 minute drive of RDU airport and Crabtree Valley Mall. The Staff is ALWAYS professional, courteous, and welcoming. the amenities are great. Definitely saved me from having pay extra for a gym membership. Apartments are spacious and reasonably price considering the convenience of the location. I honestly can’t see myself moving anywhere else as long as I’m still living in Raleigh.
