I had an awesome experience here. All of the staff was super nice and professional. Dalton was the main guy taking care of the service for my car and he did a top notch job. Daton was very knowledgeable and courteous. We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

Went there for an oil change and was very pleased. In and out within 10-15 minutes. Dalton checked us in and delegated the different services to the other members of the team to ensure a speedy visit. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and talked us through the entire process. It seemed like he checked every little detail on the car including but not limited to tire pressure, lights, battery, wipers etc. I would 10 out of 10 go back to this specific location because of the top notch service we received here. Not happy that they didnt tell me what they checked on my car did not get a invoice in the mail I think $60 for conventional oils expensive they did get me in and out of there pretty fast they seem to know what theyre doing but they wlack of communication

My car was driving just fine before I came to get an oil change here. They spilled oil on my MAP sensor and damaged it which is causing my car to stall and burn more gas than normal. I’ve been stranded twice and had to get a towed for this mess.Their work created an even bigger costly problem for me. Would not recommend this store.

This place is seriously fantastic, why anyone would go to a dealer or sit around for 2 hours at a garage is beyond me. No matter how long the line is, these people are the definition of efficient. You pay for that but its worth every cent... Assuming your time is valuable. Theyre so confident in their efficiency that they have a monitor that has a camera on anyone working at your car in real time. The interesting part is theres a clock that they run so you can see exactly how long your service is taking. I had wiper blades replaced, a synthetic oil change with seven quarts of oil, topped off fluids, and replaced license plate bulbs... I was out in 16 minutes. Go to their website and find one of their coupons, theyll scan it on your phone when you get there. One is $25 off a regular oil change the other is 50% off a synthetic with certain conditions. The most impressive part about dealing with Valvoline instant oil is that Ive been to two different locations locally. One in Macedonia and the other in streetsboro. They are both lightning fast and very professional. Give them a shot, youll be glad you did.

If ya cant change your own oil, this is the place to go. Cost me about $10 more than doing it myself. Great service.

These people are foul don’t leave with out them showing your dipstick just blew a rode from not having no oil but I got that oil change here. Watch out and pay attention or they will ruin your car with no remorse

I came in for an oil change and also purchased an air filter while I was there. The tech did not re install all the air box lid bolts and also did not install the air box back into the mount. My air box lid is where the ecm is mounted so in return it was just flopping all over the engine bay. I’m glad I had enough sense to double check the work that was performed. Now I’m missing most of the air box lid bolts and luckily found the air box mounting bolt on the valence so I could secure it back down before any major damage occurred.Granted they were very polite and professional when talking with you, it does not make up for poor work quality and an incomplete job.

I really appreciate the quality of staff at Valvoline facilities. At least in this area, all the locations Ive visited have had fun, interactive employees. They tend to be pretty happy to be doing their job, and also respond well to customers who bring a positive attitude to the business.The value is fine and the products are acceptable, but nothing special beyond other facilities. As a rapid car upkeep place, its a fine option.

Great service! Fast and easy. The guys are nice. They let you know what’s recommended for your car, but don’t push you to buy.The only downside was the price. I know you pay for convenience but man! Cost me almost $100 for a full synthetic oil change. As a reference I got my last one at Firestone for $60. Kinda steep

I’ve been coming to the Streetsboro location for a few years and I’ve never had an issue. They’re always professional, efficient and a decent value especially if utilize coupons or Groupons. I like the convenience and the service hasn’t disappointed yet.

Quick oil change. They didnt check my air filter, lube the door hinges or other stuff Ive come to expect from quick change oil places. They were $40 higher than other chains who do the stuff above, and they left greasy handprints on my hood.Step it up boys. There are lots of places to get the same service, and I wont be using this one again.

First time visit as I am from out of town. Men were polite. Got oil change and wiper blades replaced. Keft. Few hours later ysed wioers and one flued off but I still have 2 blades on my car. Man forgot to replace passenger side bkade. VERY inconvenient. Had to travel back to shop. Apologies given, but nothing more.

In and out pretty quick. Professional process that is designed to move you through efficiently. A tad on the pricy side even with a coupon but it does come with free top offs and a warranty.

I am completely blown away by my experience at Valvoline. The gentleman introduced the entire staff to me and kept me in the loop through my entire oil change. Told me what certain parts did, and never tried to pressure me into buying anything extra. Offered me a coupon since it was my first visit, and I was able to get wipers that I so desperately needed. Thank you for making me feel like family. Its hard to find a place that doesnt try to take advantage of me because Im a woman, and the staff made me feel so incredibly welcomed.

This was the first time I went to Valvoline. I think Valvoline is about being fast not doing it very well.

Streetsboro valvoline is the spot. Great service from three gentlemen named Zachary, Benedict, and Gerald, helped me out with free clips for my filter and told me about all my problems throughly. Keep those employees.

I applaud their honesty. I went in for an oil change. The gentleman told me that my oil was still clean and that it was full. He even showed me the dip stick as proof! The entire crew is kind and courteous!

I generally have good service at Valvolines, but I was very impressed with my service today. All of the guys were super friendly and made 30 minutes go by quickly. Its nice to go to a place where you can tell the employees enjoy their job. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else in this area.

This place is great. Every employee goes out of their way to service your vehicle answer all questions and get you in and out fast. Wouldnt go anywhere else for a oil change! Two thumbs up.

I like going to Valvoline because I can get in and out even if theres cars ahead of me it doesnt take me two and a half hours like it does if I go to Walmart if I can even get in within two and a half hours at Walmart so Valvoline is a smarter choice if you are time sensitive person like I am
