This salon is awesome! Friendly service, clean and comfortable facility. David did such an amazing job on my nails, he was very attentive and made sure they were exactly how I wanted them. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this salon to anyone that wants a great experience at a nice price!

David is the best!!! Very patient and talented. The staff is nice and helpful. My nails lasted for 3 weeks and still looked good. No damage was done to my nails. This is my new spot.

I have a reg nail tech i go too but i needed a quick & simple new set last minute for an event. I didnt have time to drive across town, so i pulled up handy dandy google.Now, i came to this location (not sure if its the same nail techs) when I first moved to Plano about 5 yrs ago. I wasnt pleased, so I hadnt been back BUT yesterday I seen it was 7 minutes from my house with A1 reviews so I put it in my navi. halfway there, I realized where it was taking me. I didnt have time to find another place so I too a deep breath and went it.I AM SOOOO GLAD I WENT IN!!!!!David. David. DAVID!!!!! 🥰I got them shorter than usual bc I wanted to see how he sculpts the nails (im an artist, so I pay attention to ALL details) and he did not disappoint! My ring fingers do not grow straight and i didnt have to tell him to make sure he put the nails on to straight to align with my finger (something my reg nail tech has a problem understanding) lolThis is by far the best set Ive had in YEARS!No one else is touching my hands but DAVID from here on out!!! SERIOUSLY! 😂🥰Everyone is very professional. Inviting and Friendly. Listens to what YOU want. Clean. Sanitary. Overall Its a very relaxing place and very affordable. I usually get all kinds of diamonds and things on my nails but I love the price of this simple(its simple to me lol) ombre setOh yea! I got a pedicure also. I forgot to get her name but she was very good as well! NO complaints about my Pedi!

I gave this place a try based on reviews, after I go home and took sometime read some reviews are fakes. Horrible service and inconsistent. The girls are extremely rude, rough on your nails, and act like they care less about customer safety.... Much less customer satisfaction. These business are meant for pampering and relaxation. This place is the opposite of that experience. You leave even more stressed, their customer service is awful.... Invest your money elsewhere.

David was very professional and my nails look amazing. He took his time and did not rush. He made sure they were perfect and you can tell he is passionate about his work.

This place is not as busy as others and now I see why. The man that does powder/acrylic is very rude and likes to overprice due to the fact that theyre not busy. I showed him the design I wanted, and I didnt get what I asked for. When I asked him to fix it by just adding a couple lines he wanted to charge me even more just because he seemed done and annoyed with his day. On top of that, my nails werent even long for the price he charged me. Will never come back, had such an unpleasant experience. Im surprised theyre staying open with attitudes with like that one.

This nail salon is really not a shop for you to take your daughters too. While I sat and waited for a pedi mind you they kept saying 10 more mins. WAP came on and they would not change it. I do not recommend this place at all.

I’ve been going to this place for over a year and I’ve always had amazing nails. Today was enough for me to not return. Everytime I come the price fluctuates. I pay it because depending on what I get, I understand. This time, dude charged me $75 for solid color medium length, with one one nail. After I asked how much for EVERY nail to be ombré and he said $85. It doesn’t matter that he was using multiple colors because only one was ombré. So $10 less for only one nail being ombré?? I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not be going back.

I know sometime asian look younger there dose not mean they can not do good. Try and you will like it.

I was very pleased with my visit to Blue Ocean Nails & Spa. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten my nails done there and have received several compliments on my nails! The shop is very clean and organized. I will definitely be a returning customer. David did my nails and he does a great job. I like the coffin or shaped nails and not everyone can capture it exactly how I like them. Thank you!!

David and Andy did a FANTASTIC job. I previously went to a different nail bar in Plano and my natural nail ended up getting destroyed but David was still able to work around it and do a great job. When he sees a mistake he fixes it. His work is great quality. Andy took his time doing my toes very careful with clipping the cuticles. Highly recommend Blue Ocean Nails & Spa

This nail salon takes Covid precautions by sanitizing, taking temperatures upon arrival, and a protective layer between the customer and the nail tech. David did my nails and he can do amazing designs, I was shocked! The designs are exactly what I wanted and I’m very picky about my nails.

I went in this Saturday because I wanted to get a pedicure. The salon was practically empty other than one other customer. The gentleman told me it would be an hour wait. He was actively doing a manicure and the female technician was lounged in her chair playing on her phone. I walked right out and headed to Angels Nail spa and waited maybe 5 minutes. Lets just say I wont be coming back.

The atmosphere and customer service are beyond satisfactory. They go over and beyond to make you feel welcomed and make you smile and of course do wonderful job on your nails!

Just went today and called them earlier to ask a price for a full set with acrylics and gel; I was told $38. At the end they ended up charging $83. NEVER AGAIN!
