The staff at the Post Falls Idaho location was very welcoming from the moment I entered the door. They explained every step of processing a loan, answering all of my questions and concerns. No hidden fees and a fare value for the loan.

I have been doing business with Advance America since February 2016. I travel all the way from North Spokane to Post Falls instead of the local Spokane branches because the service I get from Carole and her staff is second to none. I am always treated with dignity and compassion. Also, because Post Falls does not impose a yearly limit on the amount of loans I can receive per year. Advance America helps me make ends meet each month so I can fully support my daughter and girlfriend. A service I initially used just to cover my rent has turned into a financial support team that has helped me pay medical expenses, car repairs, and even groceries. Id rather pay the loan fees every month rather then face an eviction notice, collection action for unpaid medical bills, or allow my family to go hungry.
