I had an awful experience today. I was overcharged for a horrible flower. The first picture is what I wanted and the second was what I got. They redid it 5 times and still charged me $10 for it and left this ugly flower on. All of the nails are a different size, and way too thick. I was also overcharged for shellac on my toes. I was told only $10 extra for gel on toes.And when I was paying, they told me it was $22 extra instead of $10. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save your time and your money.

We had mother/daughter pedis for my birthday, we had an appt and it seemed to not really matter. It was very busy and chaotic, the woman that did my pedi seemed annoyed to be doing it which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

This was my go to nail salon when I lived here 6 years ago. I just moved back to the area a few weeks ago and was SO happy they were still here. Same excellent customer service and professional service. My nails have never looked so good! SO many colors to choose from. 🤩They don’t waste anytime or force you to get any extra services like most salons I’ve been to. Very relaxing atmosphere! Thank you!

High Quality Service- very gentle and relaxing pedicures

Service was super rushed to the point of not finishing the steps of the pedicure and polish wasn’t done correctly, as you can see half is darker than the other side. When the man was finished, he left me waiting for flip flops that never came. Sad because this was my go to nail salon, but I will be finding another.

My first time back since the pandemic and I was very pleased. Everything was clean and sanitary. Tina, my regular mani/pedi person, welcomed me back and she did her usual terrific job on my nails and toes. I love this place and highly recommend it.

They started off very nice and welcoming but the guy was super rough when doing my pedicure. Water started super cold when I asked for warmer he put it on boiling hot and made it seem like I was exaggerating. Then did very dry rubs with barely any lotion or whatever they use. He messed up my pedicure trying to put my sandal on in a rush so he can leave and got mad at me blaming me. I likely would not come back.

It was a great clean nail salon and at a good price. Very satisfied. Love the people and even got a free water😀The staff, Julia and Theia and they were aweosme!

Very disappointed in this business. Terrible customer service. We had an appointment at 10:30 for myself and my 2 daughters for Mother’s Day. Got there 10 min before our appointment and every technician was busy. We were told it would be at least a 30 min wait, which is not acceptable when we made an appointment. Won’t be going back there!!

Rarely come to this place but if Linh is working ill ask for her. Shes friendly and took extra time to make sure my toes looked great!

I schedule an appointment online and it was so simple and easy. Then I arrived early and Tiffany came over and we selected a color in moments. And started the service. We selected the orange pedicure and I really liked it. She was so gentle, but gave me the best foot massage. She was very sweet and bubbly and it seemed to go by quickly.

This is my usual spot for nail care. I usually go soon as they open on Saturday morning but today I went around noonish and got a guy whom Ive never worked with. I was late today because my husband went with me. This was his first time so it was exciting to see how hed respond. He loved it of course! However, I did not like the way he filed my nails and then he tried to tell me one finger was supposed to be shaped that way. The point I was trying to get him to see is its a nail and can be shaped to my liking but he kept trying to get me to see his point of view. Only one of my almond shaped nails is going sideways and he said it was because of how that one finger was structured.🤔 Ive never had this problem before at this location so he didnt make any sense at all!! Good thing nails grow out. Hopefully they get it right next time. No more male nail techs for me😖

I come every other week. In 3 years Ive seen almost everyone. I have a few favorites, but I dont worry about making appointments because Ive only had a bad job done once. They corrected it before I left.I do nexgen nails, pedicure, waxing, eyebrow tinting, and a facial every now and then.They are all SO beyond sweet to my little girl. I bring her in one to two times a month to get a polish change.Totally completely recommend this place.

I got my nails done on Monday, it is now Saturday and my nails are peeling off. Literally all the gel is falling off. Why did I spend the money for them to fall off less than a week later.

You need to make an appointment before arrival. The woman all wear masks and have plexiglass barriers between you and her. Always do an amazing job on my feet

I had been going to castle nails for almost 5 years. Its been over a year since Ive been back due to personal reasons but went today for a pedicure. I always saw Cherry & wassad to hear she is no longer working there. I decided to go ahead with my pedicure. The lady barley scrubbed my left foot & when I asked kindly if she could please make sure she scrubbed them especially my heels, another technition said I need to put Vaseline on my feet. My technician took my left foot out again after I said something but shouldnt that be part of the pedicure? To remove dead skin? The pedicure took less than 30 min. What happened to service these days? I go for a relaxing experience and it was by far that. She did polish well but well see if I go back. I REALLY miss Cherry. She really took her time, massaged well & made my pedicure very relaxing.

Fabulous salon. Have been going here for years. Exceptional providers. Just terrific selection. Owners are constantly upgrading the space and it feels very safe and hygienic. Great job.

I love this place but stay with the person that does your nails correctly. I am embarrassed by my nails at the moment but tried my new forever person last month! My real nails were taken to the stub with “a small trim” today. And yes, I was charged the full price for “this” and I go every 2 weeks for nails and pedis. I need to change as I type this

Friendly staff, that does a great job! Andy did my pedicure and did a fantastic job! I also got my eye brows waxed and they turned out great, not one hair missed! I came in about 20 minutes before close and they were gladly willing to stay until my nails were done. They didnt rush to get them done and get me out. Pricing is about the same as every where else in the area.

Ive been going here for 5 yrs. The service and skill level has been on a slow decline since management changed. This last year has been much worse. We have tried multiple nail techs since Dana left and they are just not good! My daughter went in for a fill and they kept soaking her nails in acetone. She finally just took them out because she ONLY wanted a fill. Then later when they filled them way too far from the cuticle line, she asked them to fix it. She got a VERY RUDE diatribe about how the nail tech was a professional (causing a scene in the salon). To top it all off, they argued with her SOOO much at check out for payment for a full set instead of the fill that she basically had to to repeatedly insist on, that she just paid them to get out of there. We will NEVER go back there. WAY TOO MUCH ATTITUDE in that place these days!!!!

My pedi was wonderful. The place was very clean and they went through a lot of work and money to be covid safe.

Cant fault the decor, its fabulous. Im not familiar with every single nail tech in the place, but I can tell you that Shelby for manicures is the BEST. Efficient, detailed, and super talented - she can do freehand artwork on your nails! Several of them can from what I know, actually.They can handle gel and dipped and have a very nice selection to choose from no matter what youre wanting.

PAY CASH ONLY.The first time I went here I paid $35 + $5 tip with my credit card and when it showed up on my back statement, they had charged me $45!! The technician was also on the phone (a personal call) for the first half of my service. When she did get a chance to talk to me she asked why I wasnt in school (Im 19) and then told me I look 14.I have been to the Addison location and prefer that one, but this one is closer for me.The procedure itself was good and my nails looked good so I will continue going here (but only paying in cash) just because it is the closest place that does dip powder nails, otherwise, I would go elsewhere without a second thought.

I have been going here for a couple years now... I refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is awesome here!! They are so attentive and friendly, and they do an awesome job on pedicures and all manicures. I usually get nexgen, and my nails always come out looking flawless. Ive tried all of their pedicures, and they are all equally as awesome. Amy is my favorite for sure!!

Im not sure why there are bad reviews bc Ive been going for years and Ive Never had any issues. I recommend u make an appt (even if its an hr before u can go) and Ask for Cherry. Shes meticulous and friendly. If u cant get Cherry- most everyone is great as well. Ask Cherry whom she would recommend if shes not available. This place is going down hill and fast. I feel like some of the technicians are consistent, but the service is not. I have went to the place for a couple years now and the one in Addison. I vary only between those two.This location has changed management and lets just say they are not easy to communicate with. The manager/owner never seems to be available and I was overcharged the last time I was in. I tried to explain but it was just useless. I had a large group for my wedding and it was sort of a disaster. We were overcharged, I hated my nails and I even told the girl half way through I didnt like how she was doing them that I wanted more of a French tip. She kept trying to convince me that it was so pretty. The pictures I will have from my wedding will forever be the worst nails I have had. :( I had really opened for a better experience for my wedding. They were unprofessional and ripped my friends off. I did not pay my tab that day, I only later got the receipt from my mom with a $5 off my next visit coupon. I, then, realized they did not give everyone the discount that was promised when I made the booking.

Went there on my lunch hour for a gel manicure and because they had a coupon. Pretty happy with the service even though she didnt get as close to the cuticle as I would have like. Then on the second day, they all began to chip. Nevermind that they already looked like Id had had them done a week ago.Called and explained the situation and was told to come back in. So, they were happy to start from scratch. Even said they were glad that I allowed them to fix it. Great. Until they couldnt find the color I had originally chosen. The bottle was just lost. Chose another and moved on. Three stars for their willingness to start over. Final second result is definitely better than the first, but not as good as Ive had in the past.

Shelby was great. Had a regular dip manicure and was in and out in 45 minutes. No wait, complimentary drink, and my nails look great!

I went for a Gel manicure and a pedicure. The lady who did my hands was rude and left me waiting for her to get off a phone call - when she finally did, she had be lift up all her tools for pictures so she could place an order for inventory. I was also on a time crunch and let her know but she did not take that into consideration at all. Not only that, not even TWO days after I left, my nails were changing colors and looked like horrible pink tie dye.

I hate even writing this review, but I was so turned off by my experience. Had I read the reviews myself, I wouldnt have gone. I went in with a friend for manicures and pedicures. Both of us were first timers. Both of us are service industry and pretty laid back.I received what I can only describe as a lackluster pedicure experience. The tech didnt trim the cuticles, I left with dry skin/callouses still there and I am positive I could have painted my nails better.My entire pedicure was over in about 10 minutes and I continued to have my drink while my nails dried and my friend finished up. A man then came over and handed me a check presenter (like in a restaurant) with my bill in it. I set it to the side. Not a minute later, an older woman came over and gestured to the check and said are you going to pay? I was kind of caught of guard and said sure, heres my card, Im just waiting for my nails to dry while my friend finishes. That didnt seem to be the right answer, but she took my card anyways. Then, a THIRD woman comes over and starts trying to put my sandals on me. I literally felt like I was getting bounced out of a bar. I looked around and there were tons of open chairs, so I have no clue what the rush was.The whole experience was just...bizarre. I was only out about $30, but I felt I should share my cautionary tale.

FINALLY found a nail artist I can rely on to make my nails extra fabulous! Thank you, Tammy!

Originally went in to get ombré fill. Spent 3 hours on 2 different people who didnt know how to do it. Instead of saying in the beginning they couldnt they attempted and messed up my nails. The nails were taken off twice and then they tried charging me $45 for nails I didnt ask for!!! WILL NOT BE BACK

When this spa first opened it was fantastic. Beautiful place, peaceful, clean and good nail techs. THEN IT WAS SOLD AND HAS BEEN SOLD SEVERAL TIMES. Its HORRIBLE now and just get worse. This nail salon puts nail remover in all there polish to keep it then (I have watched then). This makes your nails chip fast. The Gel nails do not last either any longer so the must be doing something with that polish. I can not ever recommend this place its absolutly HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Went there as a walk in and got cut around my cuticle by a new lady, since the one I normally saw was busy and with someone else - she just kept trimming and trimming my cuticles on my hand like she was Edward Scissor hands- problem number 1;problem 2- every time I made an appointment in advance with the lady I usually saw- would get there on time for the appointment and have to wait 40 minutes any way, because she took someone else before I gor there, did this at least twice; problem3- got a color on my feet that I did not like afterall, since it was near closing, the girls attitude doing the pedicure was like- Oh well, it looks good to her... instead of accommodating me as the customer and polishing them the new color I preferred- i am not a picky person, complainer or hard to please customer- but this sucked; I think I am done with this place...

I will NOT go back!! I went in for a pedicure and NexGen nails. Kimmy was doing my pedicure and continually barked orders at me in a rude tone throughout the pedicure. She ended up yelling and aggressively forcing my foot down at one point. The towels they use are beyond rough to the point it hurt my foot while Kimmy was using them. At one point during the pedicure I told her it hurt but she did not change her style. She continually dug at my nails.When getting my NexGen nails done the guy asked me if I would like my cuticles cut and I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $5 for him to cut my cuticles. I will say I was pleased with how my NexGen nails turned out. However, due to the pedicure and the attitude given by Kimmy I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place to family or friends! I advise you to not go!!

I always have Tammy for my nails and Lydia for my pedicure . They are amazing and I feel comfortable with the sanitizing they do which is a big factor. Not sure why reviews are poor but this place is friendly and accommodating.

Well, I got home and gave myself time to calm down, its only nails after all...right? Nope. The girls were rude, they soaked my nails and left me sitting there for 15 minutes. I had an appointment so it was not like I just walked in, this is the time they told me to come. Finally, a girl came, I did not catch her name, and she was rude and very very forceful with my nails. When she got through, the other lady told me to go wash my hands. When I started washing my hands and turned them over, it looked like a seven year old had done my nails. I could not get the nex gen off my hands. I told the manager I was not happy and he called somebody over to get it off of me. She told me I did not wash my hands. This out of the mouth that showed me the sink. I will NEVER EVER go back there again, the girls argue with you, and it looks like from other reviews unless your girls name is Tiffany, then you will not know what you are getting. My friend referred me to this place and told me her girl Anne had done a good job, so I guess if you get Anne its ok too. Horrible experience, horrible place.

Great attention to detail for my dip powder manicures

I went here for my birthday. They kept trying to sell their gel nailpolish. My girlfriend who was pregnant was also there with me and they promised her that it is not harmful for pregnant woman and made her get the gel. They are annoying. They make faces if you vehemently ask for no gel.

This place is absolutely terrible. First, they dont even allow you to enjoy your pedicure if youre getting both a mani and pedi. They force you to do both at once, crossing your arms and hands to help THEM all while you are trying to relax for your pedicure YOU are paying for. It happens EVERYTIME. Second, they dont even take their time or do their job. They are all about getting your money and getting you in and out as quick as possible. I was going to get gel nails and once I saw how poor of a job they were doing I insisted only a mani so I didnt pay even more for a sucky job. Not to mention how OVERPRICED they are with terrible quality. I left with a mani and pedi that I could of done better at myself. Smudges in the paint, not even filed nails properly, or trimmed. Absolute waste and I will NEVER be returning. I gave this place a few chances. DONT GO HERE!
