Usually the service is great.. but this time my nails were Popping off after three days. Got a repair and they popped off five days later.. very disappointed and dissatisfied!!

I had the nxt gen service with silver chrome on top and I really liked the results. Really smooth and technician didnt hurt me (her name is Lydia). Nail color has not chipped yet so I will see how long it lasts. The only small issue I had was the week before I called to ask how much this service was and in the end i paid 5 dollars more. Still cheaper here than at other places, however I think she did the best job. So I do recommend Plano nails to other people.

I got there at 11:30 a.m. this morning & did not leave until 2:57 p.m. Fang Li did my nails & had to redo 3 of them. One nail is crooked & they look as if a toddler did them! Horrible job! While I was there I got my eyebrows waxed too. Well, my left eyebrow was thinner than the right. I have never went to get nails & eyebrows done only to go home & try to fix it. I will NEVER go here again! Only reason I did come here, was because my usual place, A Nail Bar in Plano is closed on Sundays.

Let me just start off by saying I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I typically pay $50 for my nails in Murphy. I got much greater attention to detail at Plano nails. I also received better service, and I cant believe it was $20 LESS. Yolanda does an amazing job, just found my new nail place.

The ladies are very polite and lydia always get my designs right.

Been going to this salon for 15+ years and always had great service. Best nexgen from Lydia who is the owner so make sure you set up an appt in advance.

Great, clean nail salon! I’m terrible and never schedule an appointment ahead of time and they’re still always able to work me in quickly. Highly recommend.

Nice nail work However, they are cold and often rude! They follow a strict appointment schedule so good luck getting in on weekends.Place has been in Plano for a long time so consistentency is not their issue.Customer service just sucks because if you’re new, you are Just a number!My last resort when I don’t get my nails done near my job.As@holes! Decent work though

Friendly Staff. But I felt my acrylic nails came off too quickly will not be going there for that. Everything else was great.

The guy that does my nails he’s done them 2 times and he just does my nails like if he is in a hurry. Some of my nails came out different and they are not even. The only thing I love doing there are my eyebrows.

I came at 6:15 hoping to get my nails done to find out that they were closed! it says that they close at 7pm but there was no one there. if they’re gonna be closing early might as well change the times online and on their door. definitely lost a potential customer.

Ive been going to Plano nails for 11 years and here I go today for a refill, gel nails and repair and nail and the man sitting there doing nothing tells me to come back in a hour, how about I come back never !!!! I will leave them in 2016 and find me another nail place bye you big dummies my money spends all over
