I had two very sweet, hospitable ladies working on my hands and feet. I was late (totally my fault) and they never acted upset or rude about it! Plus they gave a really beautiful manicure and pedicure with a massage for my hands and feet! I felt so bad for keeping them late AND they did such great work i tipped them each well. I will be going back to this salon for sure!

Came in today with my sister and they did an awesome job. The staff was super nice. They have a bunch of colors for variation. I picked a shellac color for my hand nails and a regular color for my toe nails and I was able to pair them as close of a color as possible. Will defined be returning. Oh, and the chairs do have massage.

Took our cousin there for her birthday. They got the color wrong after we gave them the number. Then when we asked if they could fix it, they told us it would cost 5 dollars to fix it. Like what?Its really hot in there, your odds of getting the right color seems to be slim.

Would give no stars but we all know we have to give at least one to leave a review!!! Place was REALLY DIRTY... and I wanted to relax and enjoy my services and they were talking SO LOUD that I felt like I was in a club!!! And they tried to charge me more for a Groupon deal!!! Their attitudes are horrendous!!! I walked out. They wont get my money!!! I also think its VERY disrespectful that they all speak English but sit around and speak a language NONE of their customers understand!!! I wouldnt let them do my nails for free...

I read the Mixed reviews & was nervous.However I had an amazing experience!This was the best Mani Pedi I have ever had!! They took extra care with my cuticles, did a Perfect flawless job on my nails, it was clean & the massage was amazing! I will be back with my daughters! Went in with my husband for a foot/body massage. My husband had Suzie for his massage and he cannot stop raving about how good of a job she did! He said it was one of the best massages he has had!

I love this salon! They do an amazing job and my favorite part is that they have nail techs who actually know how to do designs! Even though its not the closest salon to me I definitely will keep coming back!

Very nice employees. Large facility with TVs very busy. You get your money worth when you go here. Your nails Nexgen will last for at least three to four weeks and will look great. They know what they are doing!!! You can get a cold beverage while they work and when finished you get a hand massage. Hand massage the greatest gift ever!!!😁

I will never go back to this place. Total waste of money. I got my shellac manicure done, and the colors got peeled off by themselves with in a week. Regular nail polish that I apply myself at home will last at least 2weeks without any damage. Very poor service, And poor quality nail colors they use.I got my pedicure done on the same day as well, she didn’t even clean my toes properly, As they literally want to rush and push out the customers. The nail color got peeled off as well just within 4 days.Very bad experience. Total waste of money. Will never go back to this place.

Worst experience ever. A friend was visiting Texas and I thought it would be nice getting manicures and pedicures together. We went for the basic ones, so I knew we couldnt expect much, but the service was awful. It seemed like they were overbooked and a lot of people waiting, only 2 ladies working. We had one lady each, me and my friend, and they both kept standing up a lot, our pedicure was done in 20-25 minutes including the polish. The one that did my pedicure and manicure was very rude, she was sick or something and she was coughing a lot almost in my face, she kept throwing everything and everything was falling from her hands because she was just not in the mood of doing it. She filed my nails with a nail file that was used before with someone else and she didnt clean it, it had white stains from filing someone else. I do pedicures and manicures so I know when something is not clean and I know what seems good and wrong, I just wanted to do something special for my friend and wanted to relax because it is not the same if you do it yourself. She also pulled my cuticles so hard that almost all my fingers were hurting after, my nails were filed so bad and they were crooked. Not worth the experience, and definitely not coming back. Not recommended.

I’ve been to a good many nail salons. I have NEVER had a foot massage and pedi like they do it and for such a reasonable price! Ask for Suzie because she’s the one that did mine! She’s awesome!

If I could, I would give the salon zero stars. I went to get my nails done this past Tuesday and they started to discolor.I came in when they opened and asked if I could get a new set since they got discolored. They said I would have to pay full price. I thought that was very rude. My nails were brownish white when they were Snow White on Tuesday. She explained they discolor. I then expressed“Not after five days”. She then told me I could full price or take them off. I was so frustrated and told her just to take them off.After I sat down, the tech NEXT TO ME STARTS TO TALK ABOUT ME and explaining that white gel discolors after a certain amount of time. I felt so belittled. If you are going to talk about me, wait to I leave the salon.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING.

I had a great experience. Usually when I polish my fingernails they strip off within a day or two, I was pleasantly surprised that my polish lasted for 1 wk even with frequent handwashing at work. My pedicure is still looking good after 3wks! Great ladies, Ill visit again soon.

I will never come back to this place again. Today I went for pedicure and manicure. While doing manicure removing extra skin from fingers the lady was so harsh and she cut my skin off it started bleeding. The staff is not friendly. This is the worst experience I ever had in any nail spa. They don’t offer customers anything.

I must say this is the worse nail place ever I dont know how they stay in business. They dont speak or greet customers, also my friend and I sat at the pedicure chair in water for over an hour and the water got cold. We made an appt and still didnt get seen on time. They just walk around without saying a word. They pick and chose who they want to treat first. I saw them bring a customer water and didnt offer us anything. Customer service is not at its finest here. They dont use new tools for the toes or nails we had to ask them to get new items smh. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE AND WE DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK.

Terrible...I just went in to have a simple nail polish change. The nail polish on my big toe was clumpy and nail polish residue was left around my both of my big toes. I told the lady that I didnt like it. She got upset, said a few words in another language and walked off...She didnt even ask what I didnt like. It looks like a child painted my big toes...too dissappointed...They do not care about what the customer wants at all...I will never return...

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience. Not relaxing and the nail polish was old and sticky. I could have painted them better.

Found them on Groupon and was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work. Got gel mani and classic pedi for $35... new to the area and have found my new nail shop!!!!

After I got a pedicure here I received an infection in my toe. I have been the doctor and have had to receive three different antibiotics to clear the infection. I do recommend going here for mani/pedi.

So, I very rarely write reviews. However, this experience was pretty bad, that I had to share it with others in order to spare them from this fiasco. I found this place via Groupon and was really impressed with the deal and a high ratings of this place. I’ve should have read the reviews because, some of them were pretty bad considering the rating given. I showed my Groupon for manicure and proceeded to the table. The older gentleman asked me if I wanted a powder dip instead. I’ve informed that my Groupon was for Shellac but, he said it didn’t really matter. So, after he finished with my manicure, he asked another lady that worked there to assist me with the checking out. As soon as she looked at my Groupon, she refused to use it. Then, she shouted at the man who was assisting me saying that he should have checked my Groupon first and rudely told me to comeback to use Groupon next time. I was really embarrassed to say anything because I felt bad for the older man. Not sure if he just miss understood me or he wasn’t aware of their policies. Whichever the case, I offered to compensate for whatever price difference that it may have been but, the lady didn’t seem to care. This was really uncomfortable experience and the last thing I wanted to do was to comeback to this place so, I went ahead and canceled the Groupon. Personally, regardless of the Groupon, the customer service was terrible.

Had an appt. Ladies were really nice, immediately started on me. 1 doing pedi while another did my nails. Almost done and some male regular came in and pedi girl put my feet in the paraffin wax and they both left me to tend to the man. After 20 minutes I asked if they could take my feet out of the bags. 15 minutes later I just did it myself and told them I was leaving. THEN one of the ladies left him to finish painting my toenails. I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get my toenails painted... absolutely ridiculous. Will never be going here again!

Worst nail salon I’ve been too in my 15 years of getting my nails done.. My nails fell apart in less than I week they charged me after I came back to get them fixed!

I purchased two groupons, one as gift, for manicure and pedicure. I called and made an appointment and it was a terrible experience. I had a wedding event the next day and really needed my nails done. On arrival the building was hot and muggy. There was no background music or refreshments. The business phone kept ringing nonstop which defeated the purpose of relaxing. We waited an hour past our appointment time before we were even touched. There were a total of3 technicians on a Friday night. The technician started my pedicure and just walked off and never came back to finish my pedicure. I sat there with my friend who still hadn’t been helped for another 20 mins. We finally ran out of time and the technicians refused to make it right and instructed us to get our refund from Groupon. I couldn’t believe it. It was a nightmare. I had to rush over to another nail salon to get service before the big wedding. Don’t waste your time or money!

I booked an appointment, was a few minutes early. No one greeted us. We were made to stand for 20 minutes AFTER our appt time. After being seated it was another 20 minutes before a technician became available for two out of the four of us. My friend and I sat soaking our feet for another hour or so before another tech became available, all the while they kept taking walk ins. No apology was offered while we waited. At check out we were offered a 25% discount for pur NEXT visit!!! NEVER go there if you want a good experience, its a HUGE waste of time and money.

I had a very bad experience here. Bought a groupon for shellac manicure and I think they used cheap product because mine came off in 2 days.. mind you, I was careful with my nails and didnt let them chip but the job was badly done. Even the pedicure was half job done and then missed a lot of spots. Overall very unhappy :(

They have CND Shallac (gel nails) the only polish that will last on my nails more than a few days!! I’m so glad I found them now I start getting my nails done again! So excited

Right now they get one star from me I went on Groupon to purchase a manicure I get here they are not busy nobodys in the salon she shows me the fine print where it shows its not valid from December 17th through the 25th which of course is the holiday week which I guess they think theyre going to be busy but I drove from Dallas to come here and she tells me I cant get the services and I understand what shes but theres nobody in the salon youre not servicing anyone and all I wanted was a basic manicure I dont understand that so if I come back I dont know but I feel like I just wasted my $18 I would have thought that an exception would have been made because no one is in the salon they are not busy it doesnt take that long to do a basic manicure.
