Found this salon from google and tried it out since it was close to my home. My stylist did a great job and spent a lot of time on callus removal and massage. Perfect place to go for a relaxing time! Made a yummy cocktail too! Would recommend!!

STAY AWAY! I was not a consistent standing appointment customer but I did frequent this business several times. I also referred people there. I would not send ANYONE there ever again. During my visits I had a few issues that were not properly handled. The people are incredibly unprofessional, they only care about making the next dollar and not customer satisfaction at all. If you want someone who will listen to what you want, take their time and do a good job and have a good experience this is NOT THE PLACE. 3 times I’ve had my nails look like a child had done them and this last time was when I sent my daughter alone for an event she had the next day. She made an appointment and they didn’t start her until an hour after that time. They put the wrong color on and said it was ok when she spoke up about it. It was a rush job and she left with nail product on her skin. My daughter left her 1:30 appointment at 3:30 with the nails pictured below. I called the owner to tell her how upset my daughter was and I was dismissed, yelled at and hung up on by the owner. There are plenty of places around that cherish the customer and deserve your hard earned dollar. This place DOES NOT. I don’t leave reviews often but this place people deserve to know. Nails are a luxury and expensive, be careful with your time, money and nails.

This is a place you want to go to, to support small businesses in your area. The owner will fix you an awesome cocktail while you relax for your mani, pedi, and wax. They do a great job

Absolutely beautiful nails done by Ashley (she’s the blonde one). The manicurists here are very talented, and the pedicurists know what they’re doing. Classic Nails has been our go-to nail salon ever since they opened 2 years ago, and I’m glad to see that they’re doing well.

We found this gem last month and well never go anywhere else again! Amazing variety of colors for my gel nails and my 6-year-old daughter loves having mani-pedi day with Mommy! Staff is fun and engaging, with exceptional skill.The complementary cocktails are just icing on the cake! 😃

I love this place the owners are so kind and my nails are always done right. If you want to get away and relax for second like when your kids are in school give them a try. I’m not from the area so I looked up nail salons close to me on Google and thank goodness I found Classic Nails! I went to get a full done yesterday. They got me right in and everyone that worked there was awesome! The lady that did my nails was great. She talked to me the entire time, they offer drinks, explain the process and give you upfront costs! I ended up getting my nails done (prettiest set of nails I’ve ever had) and got a pedicure (they actually do amazing massages here ladies)!!! Needless to say it was an awesome experience and as long as I am in the area I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you Classic Nails for the amazing experience!!!

Angel is amazing . First time been here on the weekend and I already found my regular nail tech . I had a very complicated idea for my nextgen and she listened and asked questions to make sure my nails turned exactly how I wanted them . She trimmed my cuticle very well, detailed without hurting me and my ombré nails turned out amazed . She is a bit quiet but sweet and very gentle on my nails . I love her work and definitely come back to ask for her

This place did not manicure my nails in any wai shape or form. I paid 60 bucks for a full set of dip. Basic nails no gems or designs. That price is outrageous. And the fact that I had to go home and manicure my own nails after paying a professional to do them is laughable. By the way, white dots started to appear on the dip nails just days after .. usually after washing my hands. Pretty weird. Now I’m removing them 2 weeks later what a waste of money.

The service I received was very poor and seemed as though I was always rushed. I wanted a shape but seeing that it turned out different from what I wanted and asked for more round nails bc what they did made me look like I had claws but it as if it would be a higher price for something of less value. Some of nails are crooked and did not pay for the service I wanted by not doing all that youre suppoae to get in a manicure such as feet exfoliation etc. This is my first and last time coming to this place it was only a last resort since it was closer the the shop that closed on legacy. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE 4.6 STARS THEY ACTUALLY DESERVE ZEROOO!!! IF SOMEONE TAKES YOU HERE RUUNNN!! 🏃 YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED AND WILL THANK ME. Below is an example of a crooked nail. Does that look round to you?? But this place is perfect if you want to look like youre part of Jurassic Park

Definitely not worth the 60 dollars, save your money. I asked for simple acrylic and got all these extra add ons and couldn’t even get a longer nail without extra cost. So ridiculous not worth the 60 maybe 30 but not 60. Super uncomfortable they kept talking for long periods of time without me understanding.I’ve seen better nails at 40. Never coming back

I dont remember the name of the tech I got, but he did not use acetone at all to take my last set off, only the efile. He filed too deep into my actual nail twice to the point where it burned and was painful. He put six coats of nexgen and then instead of using a regular topcoat that takes 2-5 minutes to airdry, he used a gel top coat bc he said they had issues with the other product. The gel magnifies the flaws of the nexgen significantly and you can see where he missed the black from my last color with the efile. The nails are veryyy thick, and are also not even/wavy on the top. Im assuming its from the gel topcoat since it shrinks if its too close to the UV light (which was my bad, I hadnt ever had gel before) and he did fix one of my nails but i did not notice the rest until I got home. He was otherwise very kind and carried decent conversation, and the other techs in the salon and who seemed to be the owner were all very nice and amiable after they were done critiquing my nails from my last appt. I was disappointed bc I saw all the good reviews but I cant seem to find a good nail salon

This is the best nail spa Ive been in Dallas.. for the first time I got a good massage on my feet while pedicure.. and they did mafuc with my nails...I love it and m surely gonna go back there.. also.. usually people at nail spa keep talking among themselves in their regional language which is both irritating disturbing and disrespectful.. but girls( sorry I dont remember the names) were constantly trying to talk to me and make me comfortable.. I understand they r renovated and new.. but no one takes so much pain like they did.

Bryan and Ashley were really nice, and very professional. However there was the other dude that helped me with the other two visits, and he’s just plain rude. He filed my nail so so hard that it bled on the corner, and he got annoyed when I it stings, like he didn’t apologize or anything other than giving me 10% off.

Just started coming here after moving to Plano and leaving my last nail salon of over 10 years! They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! They are very patient when I have to bring my 1 year old at times! They often give her lollipops to keep her occupied! Very grateful to have found this place!

I decided to try out this place because they were offering 25% off services for the Grand Re-Opening. I walked in with no wait. Olivia greeted me with a very cheerful personality! She was willing to tell me pricing up front and easy to understand. She did my pedi while Ashley did my Nexgen manicure. They were friendly, funny, and pleasant to be around. They were never rushing and listened to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. Both displayed attention to detail and great techniques. I know Im behind but i wanted to try the chrome look and they knew just how to do it and were excited to do it and show me how good it would look. They both had it on their own nails so i knew it was going to look great. They were both excellent in their craft but Ashley on manicure was the best Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot of nail salons! The salon was clean and they had good music playing as well as the news with closed captions on. I will totally be going back to this place. I am obsessed with my nails! I can’t figure out how to post a pic here but if you go you Yelp I posted the same review with a photo!

I use to patron this business every week it seems yeats ago. I decided to give them a try this week but I was disappointed. I along with 3 other individuals sat there 20min waiting for them to open. When the lady finally came, she was alone. I am not sure what was going on but it made no sense to wait any longer and be behind 3 other customers with one person there.

First i brought a groupon so i was trying this place out for the first time. I made an appointment which they actually kept. As i was the only customer when they openend i was able to get my feet and hands done at the same time. The only one problem is that there are a limited number of people in the morning so i would recommend an appt just to be sure. But service was ovetall excellent and i already said i would be back and recommended it to someone.
