I’ve been going here for about 3 years now, never been disappointed. I sincerely appreciate how they run there business by appointment only. My nails are never rushed, the quality is amazing. I love that it’s not a regular salon where it’s over crowded especially in a pandemic. It’s very clean, and they always work with my schedule.

I just left and although the nails look nice, they are too sharp, even for coffin nails. I know this because I have gotten this exact shape done in other salons and they have never felt nearly as pointy as these ones. I can barely do anything without scratching something and it is becoming problematic. They also charged me $60, when their services listed they start at $45. It would make sense to charge $60 if there were designs, but I only had one color so I was puzzled.Unfortunately, I was ripped off and will not be visiting back.

Service was great, did a superb job on nails and feet. Only down side is price but prices are just all around a lot cheaper in CA than TX on all beauty care. Will definitely be going back!

I got my nail done a little more than 3 weeks ago and I still love it. The quality is top notch and totally worth the price. The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Ill definitely recommend this place for it excellent service and skill.

This is the second time I came here to this nail salon for a gel manicure. The first time, I missed the make an appointment sign due to COVID and thankfully a salon tech fit me in. I thought the quality of the nails were good, so I returned. This time, I am very disappointed in the quality and service. Overall, the color and design is patchy and just not good quality for 60 bucks. I was surprised when only one coat of paint went on my nails. I didnt say anything as its not in my nature to be confrontational. Overall it felt rushed, and I really just wanted to pay and leave. I wont be returning.

I relocated to the Allen/Plano area so I decided to look for a nail salon closer to home. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, they provide great quality. I get powder on my nails and they have a lot of different colors to chose from. Im glad to have found a great nail salon I can trust!

JJ rocks it every time. I now live in LA and cannot find anyone even comparable. She takes her time, and she’s a perfectionist.

I have been coming here for just about two years to get my nails done and every time I come it is absolutely worth it, it doesn’t matter who I make my appointment with because they all do amazing work on your nails they perfect the art of nails very well and I have never regretted it, Especially the fact that I get a overlay to wear and enjoy my natural nails and they never break...🤗💅🏽💕😊 I specifically travel from Duncanville to Plano just for my nails and I must say every time I make my appointment I enjoy myself with everyone that’s in the shop they all take their time are very friendly and hold very good conversations and make sure that you’re satisfied with any and every service that you receive; it kind of feels like going to visit family!!!🥰

Can i just say this is the best nail salon i’ve went to! they called to make sure we were coming which is very professional. we walked in and the place was very peaceful and clean other places were often crowed and smelly. there was barley any people which is great for corona me and my friend were going to get butterfly nails but we didn’t bring enough then we went ahead and went for white nails that were almond. very nice prepping of the nails there supplies were clean and new she started with the acrylic can i say how great the application was. they truly were almond shaped and she wouldn’t move on until she got my opinion. they are really friendly and my nails turned out beautiful they even gave us free butterfly stickers. me and my friend got so many compliments and while we were waiting a worker there had showed us all the designs he does they were a work of art as i am an artsy person. truly best place in tx no doubt i will be coming here every month my mom loved my nails so much she’ll be doing hers too. i looked on their instagram and saw many designs can’t wait for next month. thanks for everyone who gave me this incredible experience. see y’all next month;)

This is my mothers and sisters shop. So when Im in Dallas I go here as well and they will work hard on what you want and its not too long of a wait. Theyre pedicures are amazing I didnt choose the hot stone massage instead I chose the wax soak and I almost fell asleep

Leaving salon now theres 1 nail tech & 1 customer. I asked for a pedicure they said Im sorry we are all full for today.

A One Year CustomerThis is my nail place and has been for over a year. JJ has been my go to girl because she really listens to what I want. I have simple requests but my nails always look exactly like I want. All the girls are wonderful, and the manager is very accommodating.

Great artwork! JJ did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of how I want my nails and she accomplished it. I’ve been searching for a nail salon who’s able to do the designs I want and I finally found them! Thank you!

I paid 90$ for my nails. Plus 20$tip. So 110$... Because they were solar and the v shape French tip. I have been extremely careful with them and yet I have THREE nails lifting after ONE WEEK☹️ I Am EXTREMELY disappointed since this place is so close to my house I really wanted to like it with all the good reviews but I will continue to drive 35mins to see my usual nail tech. Thought I would give it a chance. I’ll post pic

This was my first time trying this shop. It was suggested to me by a coworker that follows their instagram. After looking through their posts I called and made an appointment for 20 mins later. One thing I liked is that although they take walk-ins they encourage making an appointment. JJ carefully but quickly removed acrylic nails (from a previous shop) quoted my price before starting on the new set. She also made suggestions to ensure I would leave happy. She took her time and made good small talk and 2 hours later (perfectly ACCEPTABLE) I walked out with the masterpiece in the photo. Im a very satisfied customer and will defintely return.

They have new people there, I did not like the work they did the last time I visited. I did extension nail with powder color. The next day, the gel fell off, and a week later, a nail fell off. Im not going to come back.

I like the fact they only take appointments. Very clean and friendly staffs.They really take time for the service. Price is higher than other salon in the area, but you pay for what you get I think.I only wish they have senior discount.

I’m always happy with my nails when I leave here. It’s one of the only places I trust to do a good job. I’m giving 4 stars because their prices are a little much and they only work by appointments and it’s almost always empty in there so it’s kind of off putting like they’re trying to act like an upscale nail salon by having high prices and appt only rules.

I have been there for about 5 months now, they are wonderful. They are super clean and everything is either single use or disinfect after each use. They are by appointment only, so no waiting and they took the time to do a very professional job. They are very pleasent and very good at what they do. Very glad that I found them.

Ive been coming here for about a year now. Fantastic place with super nice people, and my nails consistently turn out great every time. I get the powder dip with a matte finish, and they have the best matte top coat Ive ever seen! Ive tried multiple different nail salons around Plano, and I wont ever go to another one again.

Oh man, where do I start? So my wife had been going here for quite some time. She really liked the quality of work done here. Recently she ran into an issue with some stones falling off and and went back in to get them fixed. The nail tech had a really bad attitude about it, even though my wife paid full costs plus always tipped well above normal gratuity. This happened a few times and my wife finally decided to go somewhere else because they had been constantly rude. A few weeks later she decided to go back and called to schedule an appointment but the call wouldnt go through, it gave her a message like her number was blocked. So she drove up and was told that they didnt have any appointments available for a few weeks. And they couldnt book anything and to call back later. She told them that her call wouldnt go through, they pretended to not know why. So I called from my phone and it went through just fine. I then pretended to set up an appointment for my daughter to which I was told that there were plenty of openings available. So Im not sure why they lied and blocked her number but we will never return to this place again.

Always great experience when I get my nails done at Devine. They are very customer oriented and very up to date and in the know with the latest colors, trends, and nail designs! There is nothing better then walking in with the nail look you are going for and leaving with nails exactly the way you wanted or even better then you imagined!!!

Kim does the best gel manicure Ive ever had! Ive tried almost every nail salon in the Plano/Allen area and I end up coming back to Kim every time. She takes her time and makes sure every nail looks perfect. She is also very friendly and does her best to get everyone in even when theyre busy. The only reason I didnt give a full five stars is because I think their pedicures are too pricey for what you get. But for all types of manicures, this is THE place to go!

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. I came in and there was a misunderstanding with appointment times but Vin was very accommodating and did a beautiful job on my Nexgen nails. Ill post a picture. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time here and had decided to try it based on the positive reviews. I went in midday on a weekday, without an appointment and expected to have to wait. The receptionist was cordial and said it would be about a 10 minute wait, which I was fine with. I chose my nail color and sat down. Another customer came in after that, also without an appointment, and hadnt even chosen her nail color yet before the technician tried to bring her back to get started. He completely ignored me sitting right there and took her first. When the receptionist saw this she came and asked me to have a seat in the pedi chair, even though no one was ready for me, so I did. The technicians were talking among themselves in their language and the one sitting at the front station was trying to shush them but they kept talking. They were looking down their nose at me, walking past me and talking about me. When he came to start covering the foot tub, I felt so uncomfortable about the way they were talking that I told him and the receptionist that I would come another time and left. No one tried to stop me. I have never felt such hostility in a nail salon or been treated like this before. A simple acknowledgement or comment to me about why they took the other customer first was all that was needed, that is basic customer service. I will most certainly not ever go to this establishment again.The owners response to me says everything about their views of customer service.

Went here for the first time today and it was great! My feet were in terrible shape and he really took the time to get them cleaned up and gave the best leg/foot massage Ive had at a nail place! They also have a punch card too so after 6 treatments you get a discount on your next one. Highly recommend.

I am responding to another review that rated this shop with only 1 star. This woman was beyond unreasonable! She was using vulgar language in front of my 4 year old granddaughter. She was also loud and very rude. The shop owner was explaining their policy and procedures in a calm voice and she was arguing with him the entire time. Another client asked her to please leave and she continued to yell and scream. After several minutes I finally had enough and called the police. She left when she realized what I was doing. I have been coming to this shop for almost 2 years and am beyond satisfied. I am treated like a Queen and will continue patronizing this establishment.

Devine Nail Spa is amazing. Ive seen JJ there several times and she always does a fierce job on my nails. Amazing skill, attention to detail, and great suggestions. I would highly recommend. Just take a look at the attention to detail in my set! :)

Had a major meeting the next day and noticed that my hands looked like I had spent several hours working in the yard without gloves (which I had). Dropped by All Seasons Beauty Spa and they quickly got me in with Kim for a pedicure. She did a great job - in just 30 minutes I was ready for the next day and I was noticeably more relaxed. I have been here periodically over the last few years and all of my previous experiences were just like this one. I can easily recommend both the spa and Kim.

This nail salon is amazing! They really take their time and the finished product is mind blowing! The jewel work is a bit pricey but is fantastic!

They take their time and do your nails right. No rush, no short cuts and the environment is very nice as well. They actually fixed what another nail salon messed up for me.

It was clean... giving it 2 stars because they did take me same day. But I was done in less than 30 min and I had on gel polish that had to be removed. I felt rushed. I also asked for 2 designs and I have short nails and was told I need to tell them in advance when I called.... as if I knew that on my first visit. Also was told it will cost $20 I guess that was suppose to make me not want the designs but it was Christmas and I just wanted to treat myself... I have a kid thats been having cardiac issues so I just wanted to have a moment to myself. My set of gel was $30. Just because u are the only ones in the area offering designs services I think u guys need to slow down...show some kindness ...

This place is amazing I’ve been here 2 times and each time I’ve been more than satisfied with my nail set!

Went there yesterday, thought to try a new place. Got a pedicure and a new set of nails. The pedi took 15 min, never had that quick pedi in my life, the lady was rushing to finish. But my biggest disappointment was the the nails, the thickness the uneven shape. Very not professional. When I showed it to the owner and expressed my feelings, he said it looks good to me, didn’t even try to fix it or to make my experience any better. I left very unhappy. Not going there again.

Soooooo if I could give more stars I would. I absolutely LOVE coming here. Whether to get my nails done or coming with someone else to get theirs done. The atmosphere is just so welcoming and relaxing. And let’s not start on their nail business. I have NEVER had an issue with not one time I have gotten my nails done. And I always get them the exact same length (extra long) when I go. And it’s on point each and every time. I’m kinda stingy when it comes to telling people where I get them done. Lol. But spread the word. Just can’t steal my nail tech. 😬😬 lol. I would highly recommend you go. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Just Tried Them Today! I Like My Cool New Nails!

They were super friendly and my daughter and I loved our nails.

I got a pedicure and Im not happy! They dont have uv to dry your nails quicker! You have to just sit there and wait with a mini air fan.

They always deliver great service and nice nails

I would rate it less than a star. the new owner and her techs are mediocre!! they dont know how to trim, clean, massage, or even polish the nails. I went in yesterday to find out that all the existing employees are gone!!! so I sat down anywys because I was already there for pedi/mani, the tech did a horrible job on my pedi so I decided to stop right there and pay and leave. By the time I got home, polish messed up, nails different sizes and shapes...never again! I was so mad. also the place smelled bad and the wet towel she wiped my legs with was stinky!! I miss Tracy and her crew. I drove out of my way to go there even though there are tons of nail places in Allen. But looks like now I definitely need to find me a better place. hope this help.
