Today was my first time visiting this salon, and i loved it. I felt welcomed, and the lady was really nice not to mention what a great job she did with my brows. Definetly going back. 😊

These ladies are professional and friendly and treat every guest like a queen! There is no rush on this great service! I’ll never go to another nail salon again!

This place does a good job of nails, mani & pedi. But they treat people of color horribly wrong. They have no respect for their time and their appointment. Previously despite scheduling Pedicure and Powder Nails through appointment, they did the job one after the other wasting time. This time appointment for Nails was scheduled and wait time was more than 15 minutes and they took in a customer before me, for same job - Nails. Extremely disappointed as a customer.

Very sad about this place. I have been going here for a couple years off and on. Been basically pleased for what you get for the price. Well the other day I go to get the Deluxe Pedi and Mano Combo. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage. When the lady was about to paint my nails I asked what happened to the stone massage? She did a massage with her hands only. Another manicurist 2 seats down yelled, You got your hot stone massage in a rude and abrasive manner. A customer sitting next to me said, No, she did not get a hot stone massage. At that point I let it be. Not in the mood to argue and beg for this part of the procedure. Flash forward to the payment part. The lady who did me rang up the pedi and mani as 2 separate services. I told her that I asked for the combo. Why would I want to pay more for 2 separate services? That would be idiotic on my part. Note the brochure they have at the front which lists the price for a mani/pedi combo and then the cost for the separate services. We are talking about a $2.00 savings they wanted to haggle about. Not happy about not getting what I paid for and then the attempt to overcharge me. The manager ran up and wanted to argue with me about this. I pointed out her prices on her brochure and she walked away. Will not be back. This place packs it in since they do have good overall prices and do a good job but to argue with me about these things deserves a response to warn others it could happen to them.

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and they always take their time to make sure you are well taken care off and your nails look amazing. Even during this pandemic timeframe they understand customer service.

Good place for a manicure or pedicure. Parking can be a bit of a pain at peak times. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Have been there several times for a manicure and/or pedicure. If you dont have an appointment, there can be a bit of a wait......and even if you have one sometimes you wait. The service is dependable and good. I recommend Helen. But, the other technicians are also very good. Give it a try.

Fair Warning!This place has lost my trust and confidence! I was shocked to find out the girl that worked on my manicure/pedicure was not licensed to practice cosmetology, totally unprofessional. BML needs to get its act together and starts treating the customers first. Fair warning, before you get your nail done, ASK them to show you their license…

I have been here multiple occasions and had good experiences. Although this past time this week was absolutely horrible. The nail tech working on my nails cut my finger and when I told her she was hurting me she kept on going. I told her I wanted coffin shaped nails and when she had started to file them they were all crooked. The file job looked atrocious. I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 years and in all honestly this is the worst looking set I had ever seen. I tried showing her that 8 of the 10 of the nails were crooked and thick. She wasn’t listening or couldn’t understand me. I even tried pulling up a picture to help her. I had to ask the nail tech helping the girl next to me to reshape them and help me. Although the second nail tech tried her best, one hand has shorter nails then the other, they’re crooked still, and they’re thick. If the first nail tech didn’t know how to do coffin nails she needed to stay something from the start because I would’ve picked an easier shape, changed nail techs, or not gotten my nails done at all. I can not ever see myself going back.

This place had unlicensed people and the lady I had didn’t know how to do coffin shape! after I politely asked her to fix the shape of the nail she told someone else to finish me!! Very unprofessional and If I were you I WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY OR WASTE MY TIME HERE!!!

It was ok. I don’t live in this area but I work here. I found this place on my break and came to get a short gel acrylic set. Where I go they charge me $25. When I came in I asked the lady for the price of gel and powder she told me gel was $30 and and powder was $35 so I told her gel. As I sat down she asked if I wanted acrylics and I said yes. As she was doing my nails I noticed that the powder stuff was out and when I told her I wanted gel she was acting confused like she didn’t know what I was talking about and then told me the price went up to 45 for gel and that she thought I wanted powder? That never came out of my mouth. Then she just stopped and looked at me. I told her I was on break and she already started my nail so keep going. At the end my nails were very uneven I had to tell her to fix them. I don’t know what’s so hard about doing short white nails. Whole process was hard work for her.

Service was awesome! Friend and I went for mani/pedis and they were worth every penny, just a bonus that prices here are super reasonable and competitive. Very relaxing atmosphere, our nails look great! Would go again.

I started going to this nail salon about4 months ago. The previous place that I went to was closed because they were doing renovations. So it took me awhile but I finally called and made an appointment at BMT. I absolutely love this place and the people who run it.They are professional, friendly, and the nails techs are the best both!! I am so glad I found this salon.

Walked in to get a polish change on a Saturday morning, I chose a light pink color cause have a party to go to at night. The nail technician didnt do enough coats to cover my nail! I had to ask her to do coats over and over and she still didnt do it correctly to where my nail would be covered. Waste of 7$ cause now I have to go and redo my nails once Im home 🙄
