Very Professional & Welcoming Atmosphere...I Always ❤️ my mani’s & pedo’s when leaving here, esthetically they look Amazing & from a functionality standpoint, they always tend to last a wk or so longer, which is of importance bc my schedule does not permit for me to visit every other wk!

Great service and atmosphere, very clean and modern. My nails came out great. Taking off 1 star because we made an appointment and it took 15-20 minutes to be serviced despite doing so. Overall still a positive experience and would visit again.

The ambiance was very nice and the service was very efficient however my pedicure experience wasnt compatible to the value. My nail tech, though very proficient, was hurting my cuticles even when I expressed my discomfort.For the next four days my fingers were inflamed and painful.

This is the most wonderful Nail salon I have ever been to. First of all they offer you wine or a drink of your choice. They have the most wonderful customer service and everyone is very kind and personable. This is the most value I have seen from a pedicure and they are very thorough. The massage was long and wonderful. Everything was so clean and well designed, very classy. Very elegant. I will be back over and over again.

The pedicure and mediure people missed out to take care the corners. Too expensive. While massaging, both were busy with gossiping rather then concentrating on massage. Shoulder massage could be better if they have facility to flat the back side of the chair.

We visited this Salon yesterday. my sister and I both asked for the $65 PEDI. Everything was awful. Especially the male who did mine. He was rough, rude, yawning, walking away and not returning for MINUTES. His massage was that of a toddler. Absolutely horrible. He also clipped my toenail causing it to Crack. We told the person at check out about how terrible the service was. He did nothing, offered nothing and didnt seem to care.

This is Kelly!!! I have been going here for 3 years now. I really like Kyle and Karen!! They are so nice!! They take their time with you and make sure you leave satisfied!! It’s always both of them taking care of me!!! Karen is an amazing manager, extremely hardworking!! The male manager too..(I don’t remember his name). I think they both team up good!! The 2 managers and Kyle are so professional!!! Good job guys!!!!

After moving to the area last summer, Ive been bouncing around nail places trying to find one that I love. I am very picky and after two times here Im convinced Ive found the one! The place is clean, the staff are very friendly and do great work!

My nails look great! The only complaint was from my companions, who did not get to have their service begin until 15 minutes or so after mine (appointment made). This has happened twice. When I come in alone even as a walk in, service is prompt, friendly, and done correctly! They offer free drinks and prices are at about industry standard.

I’ve been going to this salon roughly 4 years now since they first open. Every time was pleasant, professional and decent. I am always satisfied when I leave this nail salon. I now live in Fort Worth Texas and still willing to drive 48 to 50 minutes to get my nails done. I love Kim!!

Michelle was amazing! She has 15 years of experience and it really shows. The polish was perfectly even; no bumps lumps or transparent bits. The file was even (except for my one broken short nail:().I live in Dallas so I’m not normally up here but I would consider the drive just for Michelle’s expertise.Beautiful salon as well, and very clean.

My lady was great but the gel lasted me a week for $40. He charged me for a mask since I forgot mine, very aggravating since those are free everywhere. Also more expensive than others in the immediate area. Won’t be coming back

Had the Pampered Pedicure on Sunday and the Spa Organic Manicure on Monday. The staff was super nice and attentive and the atmosphere was great. Im 9 months pregnant so this was a treat to pamper myself. I definitely chose the right place! Much more busy on the weekend (as expected), but even though they were busy I still got the best treatment.

This was my first time at Cozy Nails Spa & I enjoyed it. Diamond treated me well by doing my nails and their slushes were great. I will be going there again.

This is my second time visiting and I was not disappointed. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

People that work here are rude. I tried second time here only to experience a not so good experience. I dont find value in paying premium price for average service

The place is gorgeous and everyone was pleasant but the nail techs definitely need more training, I was there with my sister earlier today and I asked for coffin cut in chrome, the cut is not good at all and she didnt cover the entire nail properly in the chrome powder, I can still see black. I wish I wouldve complained while I was there but i had somewhere else to be. My sister doesnt like hers either definitely not going back.

I live this nail shop. My nails are always perfect and my pedicure too. My daughter lives to get hers done as well. They are so nice to her and me. They do what ever it is she wants done to her nails as well as mines.

Hands down the best experience Ive had at a nail salon. Jenny was my nail technician. She was very professional and a perfectionist in ever since of the word. She took her time and paid very close attention to detail. The quality of my nails are phenomenal. I recommend cozy nails to every one!

I love this place and have been coming here since last year. Every technician is wonderful and listen to what you want. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the nail technician I had seemed a little rude. Keep in mind, I am not racist or judgmental at all. But it is hard to understand a person when English is not their first language and also having their mouth covered. My nail technician was getting frustrated at the fact I couldnt understand her asking if I wanted tips or not (keep in mind, I thought she was asking if I wanted to keep the length of my natural nail). Once we finally understood I wanted nail tips, she proceeds to start hand filing my nails. I do know that no matter what nail salon place I go to, there is a chance of being cut by the nail filer. Not only did that happened, but it happened twice after I said that it hurt when she did that. I felt like she ignored my request of being alittle softer and didnt even acknowledge she cut my fingers twice.I wish I wouldve complained to the guy upfront, but they were closing and didnt want to cause more stress.For now on, I will be requesting either John or Lynn because they are both just wonderful and professional.

This nail salon was incredibleI visited them with a wedding party of 12 people, 3 were kids. They allowed us to bring in mimosas. They served us our mimosas. The staff was very patient and kind with us all. They did a fantastic job on ALL our nails. The salon is beautiful and clean.

Cozy Nail Spa is really great. They are friendly and the spa is very clean and welcoming. Jenny and Karen are my favorite technicians. But, seriously when they are busy, anyone of the techs are pretty good. I found this nail spa several months ago and it is the only place I will go for nexgen nails. Even my daughter who lives in Fort Worth drives all the way to get her nails done here.

Love Cozy Nail Spa. They always do a great job. Even if I’m in a hurry, they don’t skip the pampering. They are always so wonderful to my 81 year old mom who has a walker. They make sure that she gets in and out of the salon safely.

I quit going there because I had moved and wanted to go somewhere closer to home. After trying different places I decided to come back. I never had so many nail problems, but at Cozy they do a superb job and are generally nice.

Pretty good service. Kyle is the best. If someone else does your nails make sure to check for mistakes before leaving. They offer a complimentary beverage/ wine and the atmosphere is nice.

Have gone several times and a great experience each time, both for pedicures and nails. I once selected a nex gen color that looked very different on than in the book, my nail stylist was so sweet about changing it - acted more like a friend wanting to make sure I walked out looking good! Highly recommend.

Great service every time. My nails stay perfect (nexgen) for weeks, which is great because of business travel. John is the tech I request.The staff goes out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and satisfied. Good find! This one is a keeper!

This place was great when it first opened. I won’t be going back there after my last visit. My tech and the guy who checks you in and out at front desk talked in Vietnamese the entireeeee time, to the point where the tech was laughing so hard she would have to stop working on me. I had to ask her to pay attention to what she was doing(in a very nice way) Now, I am all about having fun and laughing but it was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I also understand they need to speak to each other, but it was extensive. Tech was so unfocused she would forget what steps she had already done on my nails. Previous visit, the tech was very lazy. This time was the nail in the coffin. Too much competition guys, step it up and be professional. ✌🏻

Wow! What an amazing place! It was spotless, and beautiful. They were very nice and did a great job on our toes.

The shape is great. However Kim rushed through my nails and when I pointed out one nail was shorter she just brushed it off and proceeded. Wasn’t a great customer service experience.

Found this place by accident. Love it! SUPER CLEAN. Super relaxing vibe. My heavenly dream pedicure was life changing. Got a nexgen set with cozy upgrade. I almost fell in love with Inie during the neck massage (my husband wouldnt like that). Ill be a faithful customer here.

Got glow in the dark nails here! They have the chrome nexgen colors as well!This place literally has EVERY color you could want. If you need a legit nail place, go here. They have free wine and margaritas. And heated neck wraps. It doesnt get much better.

I loved the fast service but also great dedication to thier work. They do not seem like they are in a rush to get you out of the chair and the massages are great. I will be returning over and over again. Oh and complementary drinks are also a plus.

Me and my fiance went here today, really pretty and very hygienic, scrubs and nail files etc were bagged and single use and they use gloves which was great. The manager was very generous with drinks they have mimosas and margarita,soda, wine etc you can get a refill and walk outta there buzzed lol. But they really pay attention to you. Reasonably priced. Takes walk ins. Very clean and classy. The other lady really worked hard to get rid of my fiances calluses, we bought a callus remover for hygienic purposes. Both our feet are pinky and soft now. Thank you!

He did such a great job and everything I asked. I will be going back and requesting him. Rachel, Duy, and Chu did great jobs on the pedicures and were very gentle. Give them a try!!

Loved the way my Nexgen nails were done, but was disappointed when they charged an extra $5.00 for my real nails being long. Never been charged that at other salons. Debating if I will go back😞
