The worst experience I ever had. The nail tech that did my nails he was very ruff. He actually made me bleed from using the drill so rough. Then he told me to go wash my hands and pick a color which I already told them when I first came in. I come back to seat at his station and someone else is being serviced. So he tells me to seat at the pedicure station to get my polish change. The gentleman who did my polish change did a great job. But because my nail tech was servicing someone else I had to wait 45mins to get my gel French. Cut to a week later and my GEL POLISH is chipping and actually coming off. I will NEVER spend money here again. AVOID THIS PLACE

The bifurcation of responses and ratings here, many 5 stars and many 1star, indicates that Ms. Kim, who is herself always very professional and has been providing me with new great new guitar plucking nails on my right hand every couple three weeks, obviously has at least one employee who doesnt know anything about what he is doing and actually makes clients bleed through his haste and negligence. She obviously needs to FIRE such an employee before he tarnishes the reputation of the entire salon!! ... Re: Ms. Kim herself, she has the art of creating new and beautiful, and in my case also very useful, nails out of my guitar string ravaged stumps, down to mastered art. It is a pleasure to watch her work. She is continuously picking up one tool after another, taking about a second to select the right implement and then filing the nail to exactly the right length and shape to take the polyurethane coating! The whole process takes her about ten minutes, and she does as much as some would take a half hour on! So far I have only taken the clear nails, but I am tempted to try something wilder on one of my next visits. Anyway, Ms. Kim deserves 5 stars. The two people who have given me pedicures were also professional and knowledgeable and quick. All considered this business deserves five stars, unless the bad employee problem has been allowed to fester.

Kim Nails is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! Every nail tech is professional and experienced, they have a wide array of colors, and a beautiful decor! I’m so sad I’m moving away, but I plan on coming back whenever I’m in town. Definitely come here for dip powder manicures!

Came in as a walk in and got taken back within 10 minutes which was nice but the quality of the service as well as the demeanor of the workers was poor. I got a full gel set with a basic color(i changed it from a design because this isn’t my normal salon and i didn’t want to be extra) and the shape is uneven, too wide, and lumpy. The color was beautiful! (They did have a very wide variety of colors too) However the guy seemed annoyed to even be doing my nails in the first place so definitely won’t be coming back.

A nice older gentleman gave me beaver tail wide shaped looking flat nails, with no apex to my full set. I would recommend they use better quality tips and to shape the nail before adding the acrylic. A nice woman who I believe was Kim corrected the shape of the nail, once I voiced my concerns. The older gentleman needs more training on solar pink and white nails.

Make an appointment me ahead of time there great with them they get you In and out....

It was a very good service. Recommend bringing your own nail files, tools, and flip flops for maximum sanitation purposes.Otherwise professional atmosphere and good customer service.

I ant show you pictures.... but I loved how thorough Ms. Kim was with my “goddess” wax! Not only did she make sure she got all of the hairs, she tweezed any and all of the stubborn hairs so that I was smooth and less prone to ingrown hairs when it grows back!

Honestly wasn’t sure of this place because of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance! I got the dip powder with tips (I have very short nails) and they look so natural and pretty. I’m impressed with the service and will definitely be back!

Wanted to stop by and drop my review. This is week 2 of my ombré dip nails and they still look great! The main boss lady does an amazing job shaping nails. I’ve had two different ombré dip color combos done and each time it’s flawless and lasts over 4 weeks. I started doing my nails with the dip powder when I got pregnant a year ago and to this date, it’s my special treat once a month. Thank you Kim’s nails!

I got the dipping powder manicure. The nail tech was the short, skinny man. He did a horrible job. He was overly aggressive with filing and sanding my nails. Multiple fingers were bleeding afterwards and my pinky finger continued to bleed for several days after. He cut too much off my naturally long nails. I had specifically waited for them to grow nice and long before getting this manicure. He did not clean the excess powder out from under my nails. He also did not clean up the edges/sides of my nails where the polish/powder overflowed. In addition, he kept putting the wrong color powder on the wrong nails and he was sloppy with the application. I had an accent color on my ring finger and thumb and the rest were the same glitter color (making for 2 different shades total). Being a man who probably doesnt wear nail polish, I can possibly understand that he doesnt know the discomfort that the excess powder creates; however, he should know better since he it is his job.If this was my sole experience with Kim Nails, I would never come back. I also would have rated the place with one star. However, I had been there twice before and had had a nail tech named Ti. She was fantastic. I go to her regularly now and will only see her. She is very friendly, a great person to talk to and does an amazing job. My nails always look look fantastic when she is finished.

Walked in with my sister on a Friday afternoon and was seated immediately. They suggested dipping powder instead of traditional acrylic. She did a great job. Will return.

I came here with a group of friends to get my nails done this past weekend. My nails were done by a man named Zach. He rushed through very very fast and he was not friendly. My nails were not long enough so I had to get tips and 5/10 of them are crooked. Some of my nails are uneven too, like thicker in some spots. He also ran over my skin in multiple places making it bleed that same night. Also the dip is way too thick and they are already starting to lift at the bottom. I got them done 2 days ago. I have had dip on my nails before so I know what it should look like. This is very below average to say the least. Overall the man was very careless and I would recommend you find another salon or ensure you do not have this nail technician. I expected higher quality for $45.

I suffer from endometriosis and broke a nail on a day where the pain was terrible. I decided to get a pedi and fill in thinking the self care would would help. My nail tech took his time giving me a amazing pedicure and a fill. He was amazingly gentle and had lazer like eye for detail. I feel so much better/relaxed after the experience. Not sure of his name but he sits in the station second to the back. Get the pedi, the foot massage that comes with it is LIFE! And this color tho? New fave!

This salon is very clean .. beautifully decorated and color coordinated.. they did a fair job on nails but however I had 2 come off In 3 days. I’m going to go back for a second run because I do use my hands a lot so idk if it’s was me or them but we’ll see

I had had a pretty bad experience there yesterday, but the owner reached out and offered to fix it. I went in today to get them fixed, and they look excellent.I had previously said that I wouldnt goback, but after a far more positive experience today, I would genuinely consider giving them another chance. I definitely appreciate the owners willingness to make it right.

I regularly get a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. Im always happy with the quality of service and the friendliness of staff. Great massage chairs for pedicures!

Place was clean and opened. They dont have that overwhelming acrylic smell like some nail shops. And my American manicure looks great.

Today was my first visit at this shop ever.....staff very warm and friendly....my nail tech Leena was awesome....she will be doing my nails on a regular.....thanks girl😊

I went in for a repair and fill and it is the best my nails have ever looked! They take their time to ensure perfection. I was seated immediately and was out with the best set of nails Ive ever paid for.

I normally have a really great experience here but the man i just went to made my thumbs bleed, when i asked him to make my nails a bit more round he was rude about it, was also rude when i asked him to touch up my nail that wasn’t totally painted. will go back here but will make sure not to go back to this man.

I didnt have an appointment and only waited for a few minutes. Sam did my nails and was extremely meticulous and attentive to detail. He was able to give me the exact shape and style I asked for, too. The price was more than fair and less than Envy II Nails across the street. Definitely going back here from now on.The only complaint that I have is that I called to ask about prices when I was initially looking for a new place weeks beforehand. The woman who answered was really rude and wouldnt even go over prices with me, saying that it was too difficult to hear over the phone and that I should just come in because they were really busy. She then hung up on me.Other than that experience, actually being at the salon and getting my nails done was pretty relaxing and professional.

Communication issue, but good job on my nails

I am very unhappy and upset with this place, my nails very well but I decided to clean my eyebrows and the treatment they gave me was pathetic, the wax was extremely hot I told the girl and she completely ignored me! In the end his work did not show me how it is, I leave an eyebrow ruined, my eyelids are burnt and with eruptions! I would not recommend this place for eyebrows!

Kim does good but one of the men the who has a tan not as pale as the other 2 did a horrible sloppy job i uploaded a picture the side of my pinky not even painted but my skin is so disappointed he didnt paint my whole nail i had to come back and he repainted them very sloppy still missing the sides of my nails and got paint all on my skin without cleaning it off when I would point out mistakes he would say i know I know and get an attitude. Why are you mad at me because I want my whole nail painted 2 trips there to be dissatisfied back to back
