This is my second time going and both times they’ve done a poor job. My stiletto nail tips were not symmetrical and my almond nails aren’t either. They look so bad my coworkers gave me a better place to go. I asked for ombré nails and they look nothing like the reference picture. The ombré part is streaky. These nails look ok until you get close to them. I would understand the quality of you guys were cheaper but these are 10 bucks more than the place on south side and they look worst. Unacceptable. I attached a photo of what I asked for. These nails are 3 days old.

My daughter and I got our nails done today and are very happy with the results. The atmosphere was very nice and we were seen right away for our appointments. The people there were nice and we will be back. Im glad this nail salon is right around the corner from my house.

I have been a long-time customer of Kenny’s. Their service is wonderful. I have had gel and powder dip manicures, gel pedicures, and eyebrow waxing performed. They do excellent work, are reasonably priced, and pleasant to deal with. I could not recommend them more!

First time going to a nail salon ever and they did a great job. Even when I accidently bumped my nail getting up they cleaned it up nicely. And my nails look beautiful!

Super clean inside even though the businesses next-door are crummy. Genuinely kind environment and the woman who did my nails is so sweet. She joked around rather than bossing me around and thanked me often when helping her help me. It didn’t tickle and I didn’t feel rushed - she definitely took her time. My pedicure turned out perfectly.

I am new to Pittsburgh and I have been looking for a good nail salon for a long time. I was in downtown one day and happened to pass by Kenny’s. This shop is very busy and professional. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. They do great designs and fantastic nails! They are super efficient and fast! Will be coming back!

Ive frequented Kennys for a while now for gel pedicures since I live downtown and they are reasonably priced. However, the last few times Ive gone the quality of the service has gone down. Most of my toes are jagged and filed unevenly, some dont even look like they were filed after trimmed. Areas of my nails are either not painted or theres clear polish allover my skin. Very little attention to detail. Today I didnt even receive lotion + the quick foot massage because he seemed so rushed and disinterested. Unfortunately, I dont think Ill be returning again.

I highly recommend this place!!! My 2 friends and I were visiting from out of town and decided to try this place for our pedicures. Hands down the best one we ever had!! They were all so nice and friendly and gave us a ton of recommendations of things to do while we were visiting!! Thank you

Just moved to pittsburgh 1 week ago and had my first visit here! i went to Cammy, who specializes in shellac manicures. she was VERY sweet and paid a lot of attention to detail on how exactly i wanted my manicure. i made an appointment before coming in. everyone wore their mask and i felt very safe. the salon was clean! ***THE SALON IS ON FORBES STREET* - the directions were confusing but it’s not actually on 5th ave. i will be making this myregular manicure spot! loved the experience!

I always go to Cammy For my nails because we became Besties after my first visit, but they’re all very good and very professional. I have always felt so welcomed and not judged at all. They make me very comfortable there’s a very good vibe in the whole store between the Technicians and the clients. I will not go anywhere else in the city. It won’t let me add pictures of my nails but let me tell you they’re fantastic, always are, and now they always will be!

I was there with someone else very recently, we both got pedicures done. We felt the service was VERY rushed, the towels had a bad odor to them which we could easily smell after taking our socks off at home later. I will never go there again, I do not recommend this place. We tipped fairly just to be polite, though we really intended to tip way more (if the service was better). I was even rushed (was told 3 times in 10/12 seconds) to put my socks on while the nail polish was just about finished drying. There were empty chairs and no one was waiting, and still they very much rushed... we each paid $50 for the deluxe pedicure service and they got done in less than 30 mins which actually felt like 15 mins.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!First time I went I attempted to do a walk in & they told me NO, appointments only.So the second time, I called ahead of time & asked did I need an appointment or if I could do a walk in and the guy said yes.... come in now.., I told him I would be there in 20mins. I arrived 25m later & when I walked in she was like do you have an appointment I said no, but I just called....I just walked out.. I will never go back.

Great service and convenient location in the Warner building downtown. They have a friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere and efficient nail service at standard prices. The plus side is they sell cuticle oil, lotion, and masks!!!

Just got a dip manicure with tips here and am very impressed. I went over lunch and though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment, I was seen right away and was in & out in just about an hour. All the staff was kind and courteous; my nail tech didn’t seem to mind that I read a book on my phone while he worked instead of chatting aside from some initial small talk. I fully expected to pay $75+ and was pleasantly surprised that this only cost $55. Probably goes without saying, but bring cash for tips (they have a few signs hung as reminders). Everything was clean and very organized. It’s located inside the Warner building, just go through the glass doors under the big sign and walk until you see it, you can’t miss it.

Kenny’s was the first nail place I visited after moving to Pittsburgh. So glad I chose them. Cami has done my nails twice now, and I always love the finished product. She is also very personable. She remembered who I was from my first visit!!

The shop was clean and relaxing but the lady who painted my nails was sloppy and missed spots and she said cut down next time i dont wear my nails long....!! the other ladies might do a better job..When I got home and really looked at my toes I was very disappointed my daughter could have done a better job...And they charge extra for EVERYTHING..!!

They convenient but they change prices all the time and try to tell you you got something else that cost way more than what you got so you pay more theu will get for your money. One time you go it’s $35 next time it’s $55 and it’s “called something different to match the price they want you to pay. Definitely watch them with this. Ask the price before you even sit down and tell them actually what you want and make them show you on the broad the name and price of what your getting.

Paid for the Deluxe pedicure, whole session was rushed, feet were not allowed to soak, or relax. They just get you in and out of the chair without any care, or time taken.

Had my nails done, it was absolutely horrible and to be honest I am embarrassed for the owner and the rest of the shop... it was very sloppy, i got a nail infection after a man rushed through my nail job, he made it uneven, he didnt put a top coat on the glitter dip that I had (it was rough and rigid, could cut my sisters young kids!) Also I spoken down to... And whenever I went back about my nail falling off a day later, and had to come in on a Monday(had done on a friday) 4 I then was brushed off by owner, when they called her on speakerphone for me... And I left my information with them ...to never hear anything back regarding it refund, a few sets done by someone else, full reimbursement, or another apology at least... This is a shame, and that is not how you do business. To be honest, I am thinking about filing a lawsuit. Should I? Please leave your opinions...

I really wish I could remember the name of the person who did my gel manicure. She was awesome. So friendly and sweet and my manicure lasted for almost two weeks...which never happens! I was even at the beach and no peeling or chips! Their location is so convenient when working downtown and the prices are very reasonable. Thanks!

Love, love, love Kenny’s nails. Very professional staff. They listen to their clients needs/wants and provide that promptly, and expertly. Everyone is very friendly and engaging, you won’t be ignored! I would recommend them for all your desires: nails, pedicure, waxing and eyelashes. (I have done all of those services there.) I have always leave feeling that I got excellent service as well as good value for the money. But do not just walk in and expect to get and immediately seen, I recommend making and appointment. They are so busy you may not be able to get right in without an appointment. But they are busy for a reason - their good at what they do.

In all my years of working in town, I didnt know this place was here. Very clean, relaxing and convenient. I called for an appointment and was taken the same day. Kenny did a great job with my dip, it was was very natural, not thick, and he shaped my nails the way I prefer. It is easier to tend to my nails on a lunch break rather than driving somewhere after work or on the weekends, and I liked this place and the people so much, so I will be a repeat customer!

I originally would have left one star, and I never leave bad reviews. My pedicure appointment was for noon and by 12:18 my pedicure was done. I didn’t want polish, so I understand that makes it go by quicker, but my toe nails still looked dull and my skin very dry and rough. We are avid hikers and this appointment was made after a 7 day outing. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who gave me the pedicure. I do know Kami’s name. She’s the woman who immediately came over, took a look at my toes and basically gave me a whole new pedicure. She was incredible friendly and did an amazing job. I highly recommend her!

Had to get a gel dip mani for work and they look absolutely beautiful. I called an hour before for a quick appointment and they had me out in under an hour. I dont think Ill be going anywhere else for nails in the future.

I went here for the first time yesterday and I couldnt have been more happy! The environment was very open, welcoming, and clean they have a full walls of regular polish, gels, dips, etc. The man gave me a price for my full set acrylics with gel before I even sat down ($55) and even added a little glitter with no extra charge. He got me in and out within 45 minutes but did better than people who take an hour and a half. Highly recommend

They are all so nice. Family run on time and friendly. Cammy does a beautiful job on my dip nails every single time. Best to make an appointment if you can. They are 99% on time for appointments but things do occassionally happen. Its worth the wait! I have been going here for almost a year and have never been dissatisfied. Always a beautiful job!

Very nice people. I bumped my nails getting them in the dryer and they redid them for me. Cons were that they don’t offer foot massages with the pedicure or anything besides a very basic pedicure, there are not a lot of nail color choices and my nail polish chipped off in big pieces on my toes the next day. I have to go get my nails painted again somewhere.

Kenny’s always does a great job! Start to finish they are attentive to detail, make sure you are satisfied, and work quickly. Their salon is always busy, which proves they do great work. Worth the wait for walk in service. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Last minute I decided I wanted to get my nails done. Ive walked past this place multiple times and figured Id give it a try. I called around noon on a Friday and was able to schedule an appointment for 6 that evening. They were busy when I got there, but I was in the pedicure chair within 10 minutes of arrival. Sam did my nails and she was awesome. I got a french design for my pedicure and it was perfect! Honestly the most even and well done french pedicure Ive ever had. My manicure was great as well, also done by Sam. I was the last left in the salon and had such great conversations with Sam and the owner. They truly want to ensure every customer leaves happy. While this may not be the most high-end salon (which is totally okay b/c that means great prices), Id recommend and go back here any day. Already looking forward to my next french pedicure.

The salon was so wonderful! Very clean and professional! The whole staff was super helpful with color options and they have a great variety of colors. We came for a bachelorette party and they provided us with snacks, water and wine! The shop was closed just for us, and they played awesome music for us. My nails were done perfectly by Cammy and her staff! They overheard us talking about Starbucks and offered to go get some for us! This salon goes above and beyond to make its clients feel special and pampered! Highly, highly recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This was my first time to Kenny’s Nail Center and definitely my last. I was in town for business last week and decided I wanted to get a manicure and a pedicure since I hadn’t had one in a while and was alone for the night. I looked up places close to my hotel and Kenny’s got the best reviews. I called ahead and made an apt.My nail tech spent the entire time making snarky comments about how “short my nails were” and how I “definitely needed a pedicure”. I didn’t feel like I needed to justify why I was there. Then, when it came time to pay... WOW!! $80 for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. BEFORE TIP! I’ve never paid so much in my life. I don’t know if this is normal for Pittsburgh but where I live the cost of living is higher so I presumed it would actually be less expensive or equivalent. To top it all off my nails are already chipping and I realized that my pedicure is smudged! My not even a week old dip nails! I’m so incredibly disappointed. :(

I live in Mt. Lebanon and drive to the city to go to Cammy(the owner). She is one of the most amazing people I know. Her and her husband Nick have both done my nails for almost two years now and they are AWESOME. Cammy can replicate ANY pinterest design you want!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them!! Best nail salon in ALL of Pittsburgh! Trust me Ive been to them all. Theyre extremely attentive and patient here and my nails easily last three weeks. They use the best products nothing cheap and there are so many options like dip and mood polish omg and acrylic that changes color depending on your body temp which is my favorite! Every technician is great at there job. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. You cannot go wrong with this place. 10 stars

Nails are lifting a week after getting them done here. Pretty sure he forgot to use primer . Never had this happen so quickly before & have Been getting my nails done for 25 yrs.

Worst nail job ever! I had a pedicure and my shellac removed/manicure. She painted my cuticles in multiple places, trimmed my nails and left them jagged. Several nails were round on one edge and square on the other! If I could add pics, I would. She mentioned she was off work in 30 minutes so I’m guessing my nails rated second.

Cammy is my GIRL! She is the best nail technician I have ever been to. She is very easy to schedule with and coordinates well if you have something come up. I always get a classic gel mani and will be trying dip soon. If I ever move out of Pittsburgh idk what Ill do because she is AWESOME!

I would not recommend going to Kenny’s. While they seem to know the current nail trends. Then fail to execute on a basic gel manicure. They missing putting polish on right sides of the nails on my entire left hand. The polish is uneven, therefore it looks like it has different shades depending on which nail you look at.

I just moved to the city. My old nail tecs salon is over a hour away. First time at Kennys got a full set of acrylics. After a week a couple started to lift off. Went back for a fill and had to go back in with in a hour all my nails were uneven and bubbled. They fixed it. After a week all 10 came off. I been getting acyrlics for 18 years and never had my nails come off untill I came here. Not going back.

This is by far the best salon I have found in town. I lived on Stanwix for about a year and was really struggling to find a good nail place in the city until I stumbled across Kennys.Cammy, the owner is the sweetest person ever and does THE BEST nails. I usually switch between gel polish and acyrlic with gel and they easily last me 3 weeks without a single chip! Her husband, father and mother have also done my nails and are all great!I book my appointments with Cammy and she is always on time! I know that prices can sometimes be an issue in nail salons but Cammy is reasonable and for the time I went there she always charged me the same reasonable price!I love this salon and the people even more! If you are looking for a place with respectable workers and great quality you should definitely go here! I moved to Chicago about 6 weeks ago and am still struggling to find a nail salon as good as this one! I am counting down the days till I can come back again!

Love this family-owned nail salon. It took me a while to find a good nail salon downtown, where I live and work. Sam does my nails and I am always very happy with her work. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. I typically get a gel mani every two weeks and a pedi once a month. My nails remain in good shape in between appointments, which is a sign that they have been done right and with care. I would highly recommend Kennys!
