Clean atmosphere! Good quality massage chairs and my pedicure was great. The massage and scrub portion of my pedi was not rushed or hurried. I had shellac put on my toes which looked great without any bumps. My dip manicure was great quality as well - not too thick and my nails were not stuck to the sides of my skin. Great place! Definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a new “go to” nail salon.

Mindy’s is hands down my favorite salon in Lincoln! They are consistently amazing. It helps to make an appointment but they do always manage to squeeze me in even when I don’t have one. The staff is always incredibly nice and they do such a great job on my color. I have small toenails and it can be a struggle to paint them but they always take such care to make sure they’re done well. I will always go to Mindy’s for my pedicures and nails!

Mindy’s Nails is the best salon in Lincoln. I used to go when Mindy had her shop at Pink Nails. She’s grown so much as a business owner over the past 5 years. They are busy at times which is a good thing because people know their quality and the service. The cost is reasonable for what you get. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. I have natural long nails and I get dip. Denise is BOMB when it comes to nails. She’s professional, makes you feel welcomed, and pays attention to detail. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails except for Mindy’s Nails! If you haven’t been yet, I would encourage calling before you go to set up an appointment or to see if they could fit in you now! If you want to quality nails and a good time, don’t hesitate but go to Mindys!

Did not have a good experience. The nails I have are all crooked and not even close to looking the same to each other. Even if I would have said something then it would have came out the same.

My service was great but my companion not so good. We started at the same time with the same type pedicure. My friend had to remind her provider to do the wax. Then she was done as I was starting the polish. Thao was obviously in a hurry to start cleaning up to end the day.

Convinced me into doing something I didn’t want to do even though I said no at first. Very rude and did not communicate what they wanted me to do with my hands. Rather just sighed loudly and yanked my hands everywhere

I normally love Mindy’s Nails but my experience tonight was not good. I waited for over an hour for my scheduled appointment to start, the technician didn’t remove the previous dip powder on my nails so they were extra thick and the surface was uneven. I requested she file more and she said that’s just how my nails are. I showed the design I wanted as soon as I got there and had my phone open to the design the entire two hours I was there. When it came time for the design, the lady could not do it. I asked for someone else to do it and she said the only person who can do designs had just left. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and not sure I will go back.

I had Ngoc and she was so amazing! I have sensitive cuticles and they normally bleed but she was able to adapt and perform great nail care. My nails turned out super great and she ensured I was happy with the service! 10/10 would recommend! Will be going back!

I have been coming here for two years now and love my nails every time. They are patient and clean and do good work. If I have ever had something happen or messed up they always are so polite and fix it no problem. Will always recommend them.

My daughter had her nails done and they became infected, she went in and they told her she was wrong and they didn’t do her nails, they removed the polish and then told others in the shop that she left without paying. They need to apologize and offer to do something for her instead of denying fault.Do not use this nail salon they are not professional and unclean.

I took my mom and sister here about a week ago for manicures. Me and my sister were going to Alaska a few days later and it was my mothers birthday so we thought we would treat her too. Everything was going well up until they started our nails. Me and my sister were getting acrylics and my mother was getting shellac on her natural nails. The man who did my sisters was extremely aggressive the entire time, and very rude. Every time he would mess up he would blame her, her nails came out extremely thick, crooked, and all different lengths. Twords the end of hers she noticed a spot on her thumb nail that needed fixed and let him know. He was not happy about that and decided to put shellac on that nail instead of polish so that he could be done faster. He only let her nail set for 10 SECONDS. She had never done shellac and assumed he knew what he was doing, but the next morning she woke up and it was completely destroyed. It was so bad she was actually able to just wipe the entire thing off. We had no time to go back since we had to leave for Alaska the following day so she had to take all the polish off and repaint them herself. As for mine they were all crooked, different lengths, and within days the top coat had come off and my polish was chipping. My mother was the only one with an ok manicure but she had wanted to keep her nails long and they filed them all the way down to her finger. I paid over $120 for manicures that no one was happy with.

I’ve gone to Mindy’s for a couple of years now and I have always been very pleased with my nails. Jamie did my nails today and she paid great attention to detail and was really sweet.

Ive been to Mindys many times with good experiences but never had an experience this bad. We had appointments but the place was packed when we showed up. We waited 45 minutes to get seated! The technicians were not very patient with my 5 year old daughter but she was being very calm considering she waited an hour. Im very disappointed in the service we received today compared to the many other times that have been great. My daughters manicure was paint only, they didnt clean or trim her nails. My friend had to insist they let her feet soak or they would have started the pedicure right away. We all waited a really long time for subpar service at full price. I hope this trend doesnt continue.

I made an appt for the party room a week ago for my bridesmaids and myself to get my nails done in their party room. We weren’t really impressed with how we were treated and rushed to get our nails done. While we were walking in, they were accepting so many clients who had no appointment and took them anyways when obviously they couldn’t. They starting putting random people into our room claiming they were too busy they needed to place people in our party room. Our nails look great, but as a bride getting her nails done it didn’t feel special as I just wanted some privacy the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids.

My basic mani and pedi with shellac looks great!. Fast service, nice tvs to pass the time, nice technicians and nicely run during a pretty busy time

The only thing I wish is mindys did more deals or coupons. There point system requires an abundance of visits to get any thing.

Mindy is one of the rudest nail techs I have come across in several years. My most recent appointment, I made the appointment about a week out. I spoke with Mindy and she let me know that she was no longer doing nails, so I told her I would be fine with whoever. The day of she proceeded to do my nails. While she was doing my nails she repeatedly told me that she did not have time and that she did not want to do them. She was paying no mind to my nails and was getting up every five minutes to walk away. When I would ask her to fix something or ask for anything basic- such as preferring that my acrylics are thicker, she would be rude and express that she didnt have the time. My nails ended up different lengths, different shapes, bumpy, uneven, and all different thicknesses. This was my third time going there after not having a great time the first two times. Each time I had gone I ended up being cut on multiple fingers and the most recent time, I had three nails snap in half within a week. I expected that maybe the first two times were just not good days. I ended up going to Stellar nails to have my nails fixed and they did a perfect job.

The owner/manager is very sweet. Everyone is professional and kind!

The last time I went to Mindys I have felt incredibly rushed by the staff. In the past my manicures have been good and lasted long. There are little inconsistencies in the staff. Some of them are great and others are just, ok.Yesterday when I went, I decided to get Dip powder after being told by one of the better staff the last time I went it would be easier on my nails.The tech who did my nails asked every minute if I had picked a color yet. I felt so rushed. I finally picked a color and she went to work.I didnt get my cuticles trimmed, no other things that normally come with a manicure.I started to get worried when she didnt really take a lot of time to file my nails. The girl next to me was also getting dip powder, she had been there when I got there and her tech was taking her time and making sure her nails looked natural (she was still there when I was leaving, and her dip looked beautiful)When she told me I was done I was shocked. my nails were so thick and chunky. and the undersides of my nail were caked with dip powder. I literally had to pull it out with tweezers when I got home.The dip on my nails hurts. Every time I bump my hand against something, even just typing this on my laptop hurts.Im so disappointed in the quality of my manicure.Mindy, your business is a nail salon. Not a fast food restaurant, please talk to your staff about being patient, taking their time, and giving each client the quality of manicure you would want on your own hands.Happier customers are better than many unhappy customers, quality over quantity.your staff shouldnt rush through and pressure people to pick a color faster.Maybe you could have people pick a color before they are seated to get their manicures, or post your color selection on your website, facebook, etc.My picture is not the best. But i think its obvious that its thicker than it should be.

Im very picky with what I want done on my nails and since we moved to Lincoln, this is the only place I went to. They always listen to what you want and deliver! Almost all technicians are great but my favorites are definitely Teresa, Lee, and Denise. Don’t look anywhere else.

I used to love going to Mindys, but the past couple of times Ive gone I have had very poor experiences. My most recent experience I left feeling terrible. The nail tech, Kathy, had a difficult time comprehending what I was saying. While she was putting my shellac nail color on it was bubbling. She blamed me for it saying it was because of my cuticles. By the time I left she was incredibly rude talking with other staff about me. It was close to closing and she took the color off and said I come back tomorrow. I felt absolutely terrible leaving Mindys and will not go back.

I won’t go anywhere else! They treat me and my daughter with respect and extremely helpful. I recommend this place all the time to friends, family and coworkers!

RUDE business owner. I was verbally assaulted and PHYSICALLY pushed to the side once she decided there was no longer time for the rest of the promised services (that she agreed to offering at the beginning of my session). She needed time for her other (Caucasian) customers. I completely understand if there is no time to perform the service but because of how she raised her voice, pushed me to walk past and yelled at my mother (who stood up for me) while everyone looked on... I will not be going back. I hope she learns some self control.

Went to Mindys today to get my nails done, i have always done dip powder and it hasnt even been 24 hrs yet and my nails are already chipping, they are super thick and uneven. Horrible job. I thought id give them a try since everyone has put in a good review for them but i will definitely not come back.

I’ve been going to Mindy’s for almost 2 years, and very rarely have I had a less than great experience. Making an appointment is helpful, as they are a pretty busy salon! You can reserve their party room if you have a group, and everyone is friendly and polite.

So I scheduled a pedicure 6pm for me and my mom, on her MF BIRTHDAY, we ended up waiting 45min to start our pedicures. Not only that these ladies were rude af. Unless you like a crowded area and mediocre service do not waist your time or money here..

This place is very crowded and they are very profit-oriented. Their customer service is extremelypoor and Mindy is incredibly unpleasant. Their only concern is getting people in and out for the money with no concern for the quality of work.

If I could give zero stars I would. The water was cold, the nail lady argues that it was hot. I was in the chair for over an hour for a pedicure alone, and it wasn’t because the nail lady was doing anything. The polish was sloppy. When I paid out the cashier charged my credit card twice. Said she fixed it. I have yet to receive the refund. I went to my regular place to fix the polish. Do not recommend at all

I understand the pressures of running a nail salon before a holiday, but Mindy was having a very bad day when my family and I went to get our nails done (by the behavior of the staff during this scenario, it seems like a common occurance). She was rude from the moment I walked in until the moment (after my pedi) she shouted at me that there was no longer time to perform the services promised at check-in and pushed me as she walked past. Booking appointments and balancing walk-ins at the same time is something they do not work well with. When my mom mentioned to Mindy she was being rude in her communication, she proceeded to then yell at my mother (twice) refusing to accept the feedback... in a completely full room of customers. I was shocked at how we were treated as she claimed she is “NOT RUDE” to her customers, forgetting we were also customers and she was in fact shouting in our face without a mask. On top of it all, my mother was also charged 7 times for the service.I was a big fan of the staff at Mindy’s but Mindy herself is a harsh communicator and rude owner. I truly hope her favoritism is not about race as we were the only non-white patrons. We will be going elsewhere.

Long story short, my sister, mom and I went into get mani pedis. We waited to get a pedicure and then myself and my mom were asked to go to a different chair for our manicures.My sister however was told to bring her color to the manicure bar but there was no where to go. When she finally sat down with her color, Mindy the owner yelled at her sayin there was no time. She kept yelling and then shoving my sister to move. She said there were other appointments ignoring the fact that she was told to be there.My mom stood up for her and simply said she didn’t have to be so rude. Mindy went off! She started yelling at both of them as loud as possible. Everyone was looking but she kept in on it. She came back to yell at my mother twice saying she “isn’t rude.” Once leaving, we said we wouldn’t be coming back and we were reciprocated with “it’s okay.”Later on that night we noticed my mom was charged 7 times for a $50 service. If the owner herself treats customers that way, I can’t even imagine how she treats her workers.

Just had my first visit and it definitely won’t be my last! Especially enjoyed the party room where it’s byob! Wine always makes a girls day better!

The worst! The owner does not know how to run a business, no appreciation for the her clients, very rude. I called for an appointment and then she told me to come in, drove across town and then was shooed out of the door telling me I needed to wait as she had nothing available and was not sure when. I only gave a star because I had to give something. There were so many people in the place they are definitely not practicing safe procedures, will not be going back.

This was the most amazing nail salon experience Ive ever had!!!!!!They took so much time and care into both my pedicure and shellac manicure and pampered me like a princess!! Most nail salons Ive been to just want to get you in and out quickly.My nails and toes look gorgeous and I know it will last a long time. The best part was the massages of my feet and hands the workers gave, just what I needed!I will definitely return to Mindys Nails!!!!

I walked in, waited 10 minutes to have my name added to the list, was told I was next, waited 30 minutes, then finally had to leave. I thought maybe i should make an appointment for the next day. But the next day the same thing happened. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. Its a good shop but too busy for my busy schedule.

It isnt always convenient to get there so I will try a place more convenient however my nails never do well with any other place. Went to Mindys because my hotel was located across the street. I arrived a couple hours after opening without an appointment and expected a wait of 30 min or more. The nail salon is large and has more than enough nail techs to accommodate. I waited less than 5 minutes and received my gel manicure. Denise was amazing and made recommendations to better fit my idea. Ive received more compliments on my nails than ever before. I got a pedicure too and the tech was very good too. Highly recommend this business!

Hasnt even been a week and all of my nails are coming off. They are also crooked. Terribly disappointed at the work Mindy did. I recommend Any, she does a good job. But I will not be going back to this place.
