This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. My nails are chunky, uneven, and not shaped at all. In some places my nail isnt even completely covered. She also cut me in multiple places while filing and didnt even stop when it bled. She just kept going and got all that dust in it. I feel ripped off that these were $55. They also kept trying to upsell me to ombre or a pedicure as well. I had to deal with these nails for the weekend, but Ill be going elsewhere to get them fixed.Edited to add photos. I would also like to add I almost never leave a negative review, in fact this was my first review below 3 stars.

Before the pandemic I went to this establishment faithfully for over 10 yearsSince the pandemic there is a new owner and she doesnt lift her head to greet you, her receptionist runs up to turn you away before asking or letting you ask for a service. My daughter got her eyebrows done by a technician chewing her salami sandwich, dropped wax in her hair and didnt bother to clean her hair or brows up afterwards. I would say we wont be going back but they dont seem to want the business anyway

Extremely chunky nails, almost looks like press ons you get at the dollar store, told me this was $60. Definitely not almond shaped and definitely not the best nails i had. I go here all the time and i hate to have to give such a poor review. extremely disappointed and upset about having to pay $60 for these.

I got my nails done here last thursday (8/12/21) and today (8/17/21) the nail on my pointer finger lifted and fell off. i tried them on a whim bc i really needed my nails done and i learned my lesson to never do that again. they overall don’t look good and i highly advise if you want something done to do else where. i’m not one to post poor reviews but this is absolutely ridiculous that have had them done for only 5 days and they’re falling off already.

All of my nails came off four days after getting a fresh full set. I called and told them about it. After presenting my receipt and them confirming that they did my full set and not a fill, they agreed to do my nails over again free of charge.I was very pleased with the re-do and happy that they agreed to fix their mistake. I’ve been places where they would say oh well and send me on my way.I agree with previous reviews about the salon having poor time management, rushing through services and not being considerate of customers time, but I’ve been going here for years and generally have a good experience.

My nail tech is AMAZING! Fast and efficient, she continuously checks if you are happy and can replicate pictures. Definitely coming here again!!

Had an appt.@6, they were busy juggling walk ins, tech kept bouncing back & forth between me & other customers every few minutes. Got done after close, last person in the salon, paid $120 (not including tip) & my nail fell off within a week, the print design is awfull & barely visible, the nails are extremely thick & not natural looking at all & its just overall sloppy. Very displeased with my nails!

Very pretty space, reasonable prices, nice and caring staff! Very precise and always made sure I liked the shape and colour before proceeding! Highly recommend. What else could you ask for? I will be coming back.

I scheduled an appointment for 6:00 pm tonight, I work for a physicians office so i have limited availability. Upon my arrival, I notice that all the nail techs are currently working with other clients. Once greeted(after standing there for a good 5 min) I explained i had an appointment at 6:00 pm and inquired how long it would be until someone started on me. The receptionist/nail tech advised they were extremely busy due to walk ins, then proceeded to ask me was there anyway i could come back at 7:30 pm. Now remember, i had a scheduled and appointment which was made 48 hrs prior to my appointment. So at this point I am completely upset. If you schedule an appointment, it is your job as a professional to make sure a technician is available. So after discussing it with my partner (who drove) i agreed to the 7:30 pm appointment time. However, after receiving my agreeance the receptionist then proceeds to tell me; that there will not be time to do both and i would have to get rescheduled. Not only did she not care, she laughed it off as if it was my issue to deal with. She was rude, unapologetic, and completely unprofessional. I have been serviced here before as a walk-in with no issues, but after today’s performance they will never get my business again.

This is definitely the worst nail place i’ve been too. they made all the shapes uneven, the acrylics are chunky and they were rough while doing the nails. i had to wait an hour to even get the nails started and it took 2 hours for them to finish. half of the workers sit there on their phone while u sit there waiting for someone to do your nails they’re rlly expensive for rlly bad nails.

Ive never had a pedicure before but lets just say that the foot pampering was great. My feet and toes are so happy. Jade is the #1 manicurist and pedicurist in Pittsburgh. Europe Nails is the best nail salon in Pittsburgh, too. Make an appointment and see for yourself.Follow up visit 2 weeks later - I tried Jades top pedicure experience and my feet were even happier than before. I dont know where to begin except that Jade and Europe Nails has a regular customer in me now. Even if her prices were not a great value, which they are, Id give up something else just to ensure that my feet were regularly pampered.

I have been here twice now and will definitely be coming regularly. I did not have to wait either time and have always been greeted right away. It is so quiet and the atmosphere is fantastic.

My nails were not shaped correctly. While she was doing them she cut my fingers! I told her she was hurting me she just smiled? After being there for hours I was finally done. Noticed my nails were all different shapes and sizes. When I showed the woman she just tried to file them (that made them look worse) and send me on my way. When I told her that wasn’t good she put another nail and more acrylic on instead of taking the messed up nails off. My nails are barely passable I will have to go somewhere else and get all them taken off and put back on! Will never go back!

They let two white women in front of me ( i am black) and finished their service before even coming to see if the water was cold! So i politely knocked all they stuff over and left with my dignity!

Great prices, friendly staff and beautiful job. They truly welcome walk ins and really seem to enjoy their customers. If you ask, they are more than happy to do toes and fingers simultaneously.

To be honest I do not like my nails nor my toes. I hate the shape length everything. I got a pedicure the made me soak my feet for 30 minutes before they even touched them so by then my feet were already cold & swoggy. I air dried my toes for an hour and I come home to my toe polish smeared. I will not be returning back first and last time. I was in the for over 3 hrs for just a pedicure & full set unavailable meanwhile I had to wait 30 minutes in cold water. Disappointed I tell you

I loved my nails and the lady who did them was extremely nice and professional. However my nails have all fallen off and it’s only been a week and a half. I am extremely disappointed and sad to say I can’t come back here. Service was great but I paid a lot of money and tipped the young girl a large and generous amount.

This is my first time writing a review online. All the technicians are great, but if you want to get pedicure or dipping powder then I recommend Isaac because he paid attention to the details. You wont be disappointed.

Okay so first i told the lady that i want long coffin acrylic and she asked me if i wanted regular or gel and i said regular. then the dude ends up using gel anyways so that made me have to pay way more than i wanted. then while the dude was doing my nails, he was literally filing my skin. not even my nail. he cut my skin and made it bleed twice. he was being so harsh. and the shape of my nail wasn’t even how i wanted it. it doesn’t even look coffin shaped. i’m just not satisfied with this place at all. do not go here

I LOVED my acrylic nails when they were originally done. They looked gorgeous and the technician was so sweet and polite. However, my nails fell off after a week of having them on. I am extremely mad and I dont know if there was something wrong with the glue or whatever, but this did not meet my expectations of how long my nails should have stayed on.

So, I live an hour away but like coming to the Mall of Robinson. I’ve been going to Europe Nails for a few months and have had no problems until Saturday, October 26th. I paid $45 for a gel fill in and the polish already peeled not even 24 hours later. I noticed the woman that did my nails didn’t keep my nails under the UV light like they normally do. When I call to explain what happened, all they said was “ I sorry”. Well, I’m sorry that I will never be coming back.

I was a frequent customer of the nail salon until the gel polish started chipping after a couple days, and the color faded from a mauve to a light tan. This would happen regardless of the color selected. They have lost a faithful customer.

I had an appointment set for 12:30 PM, but seeing as I arrived at the mall early, I went in to check if they were busy—they weren’t. I sat down to wait, and they offered to take me in earlier than scheduled. Of course, I didn’t hesitate. I was with my friends at the time, because I’ve never had my nails done. I didn’t know how everything worked. So, they had to help me. I was waiting in one of the chairs for a while. This lady came to me and started doing my nails at the time I scheduled my appointment (which I’m not mad at, to clarify). She was extremely rough with my nails, and made one of my nail beds bleed. The sizes and heights of some of my nails aren’t even remotely close to the same sizes. I asked for the squoval shape, but was given the almond instead. She carelessly “brushed” off the dust off my nails, and when she painted over them with nail polish, it left bumps. I chose a maroon color for, but she added on so many layers to the point where it appears black. In addition, she didn’t paint over the nails completely. She left some blank spots and it’s highly irritating for the amount of money I had to pay. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d personally go back here.

Im not sure what her name was, but the woman that did my nails did a fantastic job. I went in for a full set and she was very thorough and pleasant. She did them exactly as I requested and even though they were getting busy, she continued to take her time rather than rush through to get to the next customer. This was my first time going to Europe Nails and I will most definitely be going back.

I came to get a full set done and the salon was packed. I waited my turn and the folks were pleasant. After the acrylic was put on my nails, the lady walked away for over 10 minutes. No excuses or apologies. She finished my nails and I sat under the UV light. When the timer went off, I checked my nails to see that 8 out of 10 had bubbly nail polish. I didnt care about getting it fixed because I already sat there for almost 2 hours. Normally I get wonderful service from this salon.

I have been here on multiple occasions, and I should have learned my lesson by name.My friends and I waited TWO hours in this salon to receive mediocre work at best. If I could leave less than one star, I would. I was in the salon for 2 hours just for a pedicure. My water was Cole & they never checked on me. The guy doing my toes walked out without a word at one point. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a manicure as well, even though I had already said no. All around a really bad experience & would never come back here again.

Made an appointment told the lady on phone my gift card expired on May 5 but they they had been closed because of theCoronavirus virus, when I went to my appointment and was checking out she said she could not take my gift card because it was expired and I told her when I called they said it was fine, she said she would not take it and it wasn’t her fault they were closed

I was unsure being that I was visiting from another state. Everyone was very pleasant and I loved my fill in, pedi and eyebrow arch. Ill definitely be back.

I went there today with my 4 year old daughter to get her nails done for her first day of preschool. We drove from Ohio just to get her nails done for the first time. We just wanted a simple paint job. We were turned away and told that they didnt have time for her quite rudely might I add. There was no one in the waiting area and it was hours before closing. There were other children getting their nails done but I realized that we were the only people of color there. Not sure if race played any role in why we were turned away but with the way she addressed us it felt as if that may be the reason. My daughter cried and cried and I had to explain that we had to go somewhere else. She asked why they didnt want to do her nails and I had nothing to tell her. Terrible terrible customer service and I am going to make sure to let any and everyone know about my daughters experience.

Went there with my girlfriend to get her nails done. Once she they were finished with her nails she kept saying that her nails were very sensitive. I didn’t realize this but they made her bleed on the sides of her nails. From what she told me that the person who was doing her nails was very rude and supposedly smacked her hand whenever she had it out of place. Take my advice and don’t go there. $32 for her to feel very uncomfortable. Yeah won’t be taking her there anymore.

I have visited this salon probably 10 times for white/pink nails and pedicures over the past few months. I have only had one bad experience with a male doing my white/pinks, but they ended up giving me a complete new fresh set of nails. The women there all do a fantastic job with the nails, as well as most of the men. Clean, polite staff and I never have to wait for service. I highly recommend, especially Jonas or Tams nails, they are the best!

I want to rate this place at 1/2 or 0 stars. They rushed to the manicure and tore up my hands. I wont be going back here.

The older man was very rough doing my nails wasnt very friendly a little pricey for average work.

Went for a pedicure. Asked for the $34 regular pedicure no polish. Once they finally started I kindly asked the lady to buff the bottom of my feet as I had a small ruff patch on my toe. She asked me, remove callous? I said yes. She then got a metal plate and scrubbed the skin off the bottom of my feet. After I was done I went to pay. They upgraded the price to a deluxe pedicure because she did that. I did not ask for all that. An extra $10 and never told me it would be an upgrade. I could have been a break in communication since she didnt speak very much English. I will not be returning.
