The artist that did my nails was Michael. He was super friendly and was super confident that he could accomplish what I was looking for. The price wasnt terrible like most places. I only paid 70 for both hands, with nail art included. Everyone there was super friendly and it was a great experience. The nails feel super sturdy and im sure will last me a while! I also want to mention that I did my cuticles on my own and I know they look terrible, this establishment had nothing to do with cuticles.

My nails were done and paint came off in a matter of hours. I called ahead to ask if my nail could get fixed and was told come in because it’s like a 5 minute job. I came in and repeated my story and was told to find my color. After noticing people who came after me being served i inquired about my wait and was then told 2 hours or come back next day. Absolutely not. After complaining enough they rushed to fix it; however I felt I was treated unfairly as a minority woman. The tone and even how I was treated during my wait was impactful. Before this incident I came to the same nail tech; however since she left, so did the pride and manners. I left my review on Yelp where the owner mocked and laughed at me. I inquired what was funny and at 3 am months later he decides to mock me. When i told him i was putting this online to show how he is and how discriminating they are he immediately blocked me- not before I screen shotted.Thanks for the evidence . Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️Don’t come here. Aside from chipping nails you will get a rude nail tech who thinks it’s appropriate to be like this.

I got my nails done here, and usually I love them. However, this time, my pink gel color turned into this very ugly orange color within a few hours of leaving the salon. I’m very sad because of how much I paid for this and now I just want to take it off :( it also started chipping immediately after

Sadly I’ve had super inconsistent experiences here. The first time I went a few weeks ago, I had a wonderful experience where attention was paid to the service I was getting. When I went today the technician was distracted and did a very poor job, despite stated requests. Disappointing to realize that I could give myself a better pedicure at home and just save the money.

I just left Envy Nail Spa where myMother and I went for pedicures. We had been given gift cards for Christmas that were purchased by my stepfather. When we went to pay, one of the gift cards had the $35 as expected and the other had apparently never been activated. When we informed the receptionist that they were purchased on the same day, at the same time, by one person, she called the store owner. He informed her there was nothing to be done about the inactive card. So, when I asked if that meant we were out the $35 that should have been on the card, she basically shrugged.I asked for the inactive card back (we plan to see if we can find the receipt at home) and was initially told I couldn’t have it because they reuse the gift cards. After calling the owner again, she wrote down the card number and our information and then gave the card back to us.Here is the real kicker... if they take every gift card back after it has been used, then that means there SHOULD have been money on the card I handed her. If I had used it a previous time (which I hadn’t!) they would have taken it back!I would never recommend this establishment. Terrible customer service. Avoid!!!

My tech is the nicest and always does a great job on my nails! She keeps it really clean inside for covid so Im not worried at all in there and feel totally safe.

If you do not value your time, go here because they sure dont. I have been going here for a few months and the wait kept getting longer and longer. Today was the final straw, with an appointment, I waited 55 minutes and STILLLLLL had not been taken back to get my nails done. What a joke, doctors dont make you wait that long. Dont bother going there or booking an appointment. They mean nothing and are misleading. They take whoever walks through that door at that time.

Went into get my nails done after i had ripped of the extensions on my own. I showed her a pic of the design i had in mind and after deciding on the colors she got right into it. They are also very clean and customer service is amazing.

Got my nails done at charming for my wedding day, I couldnt be happier. My tech and the rest of the ladies there always male me feel safe and pampered. I will definitely be going back to her from now on for manis/pedis.

Average at best. We waited 30 mins past our appointment time and it felt pretty rushed. You also cant add a tip on a card which is not only a huge inconvenience to customers, but a major disservice to the hard-working employees. Even though its cute and convenient, I probably wouldnt go back if I was looking for a nice, relaxing experience.

If no stars were an option that would be best. Literally the rudest people. The lady did nothing what I asked for. My nails look like actual hooks they are so curved. I unfortunately was desperate and my normal person is booked till my next appointment in a few weeks. I cannot believe, knowing that they messed up had the audacity to say they looked good. They nail tech also had the nerve to tell me it would be expensive for what I wanted and I should reconsider. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years....I know exactly what I’m paying for. This was the second time I’ve tried them and I didn’t think that someone who does nails to this quality is allowed to charge.

The owner is very professional and handles any issues immediately if they are presented to him. If you have any problem, please see the manager first as he will address it and take care of it for you.

Went here yesterday for a full set of acrylics. They looked fine enough, a few were crooked but whatever. When I got home, grabbed my phone from the passenger seat a nail fell off. Ok, whatever, glued it back on. Since then I have had another 4 nails fall off that I had to glue back on myself bc I refuse to go back. I spent $80, extra for nail art, shape and length. This is just beyond peer service and abhorrent quality. If I could give no stars I would. Do not go here. Poor quality and meh customer service. Everyone was packed in like sardines and it was kind of dirty.

First time going to this place and was very impressed. It was easy and simple. When you arrive they are super nice and ask you to pick your desired color or colors.

My shape is just how I like it for my little nail beds they definitely made my hands look picture perfect and I loved that when they did my hands and feet I wasnt left with a mess they cleaned up my cuticles and cleaned the paint to leave my toes looking flawless.

Horrible experience. Went in for a 6pm appointment I had made a week prior. At 6:30 I checked with the receptionist on how much longer it would be, and she said 5-10 minutes. At 7:00 she then called out numerous people’s names who had left because the wait was too long. The lady next to me said her and her 2 daughters were walk-ins and didn’t have an appointment. They took that lady and her two daughters before me and another lady who both had 6pm appointments. The receptionist told me they have no way to tell if people actually have an appointment and just go off of who writes their name down first on the list, and that people lie about having appointments all the time. The receptionist was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me when I said they should take appointments before they take walk ins. It was extremely packed and honestly chaos. After sitting there for an hour past my appointment time I left.

My tech is amazing, she does my dip mani every 3 weeks. Tons of color choices, they always turn out amazing. And they are affordable! Would absolutely reccomend.

Wow. This place is absolutely beautiful. Perfect in fact. The decor is super modern and sleek. The crystal chandeliers and color palette make for such a classic salon. Not to mention they play great music and the place was spotless!I had the best pedicure I have ever received today from Ken. They had a lot of colors to choose from and I was greeted cheerfully. As soon as I sat in the pedicure chair they offered a beverage or glass of wine, such a nice touch. Ken did such a great job and my pedicure is actually flawless. He was so personable and I felt right at home (in a super classy, I wish this was my home, kind of way.)I am so eager to return next week to get my nails done! I am in love!

I received a gel manicure last Wednesday, and one of the gel nails has already almost completely peeled off, and another one of my nails is starting to peel in the back. Gel nails are supposed to last 2-3 weeks. It’s only been 1 week, and I am highly disappointed in the service and quality of this place. Oh and not to mention I got gel polish on my knuckle by accident while getting the manicure done, and the technician used a nail filer to get it off, leaving my knuckle sore and red, and now one week later with a scab. I will never come back. 1/10 Do not recommend.

I really cannot say enough about this nail salon. The technicians are truly wonderful. My nails always look beautiful. The salon is very clean, and they have taken every precaution to keep everyone safe during Covid-19. I wholeheartedly recommend this nail salon.

This is not a salon I recommend... I’ve been to Envy for 2 appointments and each time they were extremely late. 45 minutes late. Tonight I spent 2 hours in the salon to have my nails turn out so hideous and ridiculous I had to come home and cut them off. I’ve never had such a bad application before, and then pay $75 for it!!!

I called last minute for an appointment and they are very courteous and fit me in with no issues. I showed Eden what I wanted and she said she could do better than the picture. She truly delivered my nails look absolutely amazing! I will absolutely be back and specifically ask for Eden. The place is also super clean, everyone is so kind and following all cdc rules/guidelines right now. I 100% suggest coming here.

I had visited this nail salon because a lot of people I knew loved it there. It is very aesthetically pleasing and the customers who have specific nail technicians do enjoy Envy, that’s why I do give it two stars. However, if you’re looking to go somewhere new I do not recommend this place. I had made an appointment for 12:00 pm and had to wait 45 min before a nail technician took me. I asked my nail technician for square nails and if she could just file the sides down a bit because I don’t like how thick they usually make them, she kept telling me that was considered “coffin” after I repeatedly told her I did not want “coffin” nails. She then said it would be a $5 charge to just make my nails a little more narrow. I fully understand that there is a $5 charge for shaping, but I did not ask for a different shape. After this the nail technician had a major attitude with me and quickly rushed through my nails making them super thick and wide. Her previous customer had questions about the pricing and she started to get an attitude about that as well. Another issue I had was with the colors. Envy throws all of their colors in a basket and does not decipher what is gel and what is dip. For a first time customer this can be confusing. What I thought I picked was a gel color was actually a dip, the nail technician started to get defensive with me and was rude saying the color I picked does not exist. I told her where I found the color and she told me that those were dips I kindly asked if I could see the gels and she kept being very rude about it. At the end of my session when handing me my ticket she was very condescending saying “you know the full set is $50?” Overall I was very disappointed, my nail technician was very rude, I was there for too long and I was not impressed with the quality of work.

I prefer my nails to look natural and short. They also handled my pedicure perfectly, even with my stubborn toes that like to form ingrown.

I will never go here again. I needed ONE nail fixed so I called around 3:30. The Lady said it would only be a few minutes... AN HOUR later still no service.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and hadn’t found the nail salon I wanted to frequent. I haven’t had acrylics in over a year now, and with having had both good and bad experiences, I wanted to find the right fit for me! I manage the Hand & Stone in the plaza, so I figured I should look into Envy first! I read some really glowing reviews, especially compared to the salons near where I live, so I made an appointment and was able to be seen in an hour! Lily took care of me and really listened to what my vision was. She even took the time to explain the differences between the dip powder and acrylics! I will most certainly be coming back to see her, and I’m so glad I picked the right salon on the first try!!

Went here for the first time and had an awesome nail tech. They were super busy, but I had made an appointment but I still waited about 30-40 minutes. They made up for it though since they finished my full set acrylic in less than 30 minutes and they looked amazing!

Me and my sister when here we looked on the website end it said for a full set of acrylics it would be $35 each I only got two colors and no design and they were $55 my sister got three colors and a little design and they charge her $77 they were too Expensive we thought we were only paying 35 because that’s what it said on the website Blue sky nails is probably better they have better prices and it’s only $35 included for everything designs in multiple colors I would not recommend they charge too much in the colors ended up chipping off

I LOVE THIS SALON! I have been here several times for my nails . My manicurist is so warm, friendly, and thorough with everything she does! I always leave satisfied and impressed with how great I feel after. This is definitely the best salon, and I am grateful its right around the corner from me! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend Envy Nail Spa to anyone. I got a full set of gel acrylics, and they all fell off within a week. When I went back to get them re-done, the man only offered a 20% discount after only having my nails on for one week. For all of you who don’t know, acrylics are supposed to last 4 weeks. I do not recommend to anyone because of their poor quality and bad business.

This salon is absolutely beautiful. The color palette ( white and gray tones and beautiful crystal lighting )is calming and serene which absolutely helps you feel totally relaxed. Its like nothing Ive ever seen before. PURE LUXURY! Upon entering you are greeted warmly and offered either wine or water and a fresh pastry to enjoy. This is especially a nice gesture for those that dont make appointments and prefer to just walk in. The staff seem to really like each other so the atmosphere is lite and enjoyable. I felt that they genuinely cared about me as a customer and thats rare. After sifting through what seemed like one hundred color choices Kevin did my nails with absolute perfection! I mean they look great! I also love the fact that you can just sit and relax and not feel the need to enter into daunting small talk. This salon is going to become THE go to salon in the South Hills. Theres nothing that even comes close in comparison. They have a customer for life with me!

Fantastic place! Staff was amazing--very kind and welcoming.As for the treatment itself, we got gel manicures and one gel pedicure/one regular pedicure. The polish was well-painted (thin, opaque coats) and the nail and cuticle care/shaping was superb.

My Mother and I have been going to Envy @ Sienna since they opened. I am appalled at some of the reviews I am reading here. I guess there is always someone looking to get something for free or to start trouble for a business but thats just not right! Kevin and the staff are beyond welcoming, the store is clean and bright, and the service that you receive is top notch and more than worth the price you pay. We travel all the way from South Fayette to have our nails done here. If you are looking for a place that treats you like family...this is it!

I am very happy with Envy Nails. They are the best in regards to dip manicures. It is clean, and always accommodating with appointments. I see Cy and he is great, but have had wonderful service from others here as well.

I used to love this place. It’s a clean salon with a few great workers. Unfortunately, the owner isn’t too great. A few weeks ago I simply asked him about why he was charging me $20 more than his website states his fills are. Instead of either A. Correcting the mistake for me or B. Clarifying, he got defensive and immediately started to talk over me. That day I got my usual service a powder acrylic fill and I was charged $55. Take a look at their website, the prices are much lower on their site. They try to scam everyone walking in the door. On top of that, the customer service is embarrassingly poor and needs to be attended to. If the customer service was taken care of, and prices addressed it could truly be a great salon.

This salon is so clean and so welcoming. Everyone who works there is friendly and amazing at dip nails/pedicures! They have so many colors to choose from! I highly recommend the royal pedicure! It is worth every penny! :)

Made an appointment for a full set acrylic a day in advance, got there and picked out my color, my nail technician then started the process and glued the tips onto my nails and then told me he could no longer do my nails because his appointment got there? Which I half understand if I wasn’t his appointment, but I also had one scheduled and I had to sit there with just the long tips on my nails for 10 minutes until they found someone to finish it. Told the new guy that I wanted coffin styled nails, which I think is a normal style now, and he had no clue what I was saying or talking about he had to turn to the lady behind him and ask and get help on the shape. Then he cut my thumb open where my cuticle should be. Which it wasn’t bleeding bad, but you can still see it today. Acrylic nails with regular polish should be $35, but I was charged $45 because of “shaping”. So I got charged an extra $10 for something he didn’t know how to do and got cut in the process. I did use the 20% off from their site but I still paid $36 so still over what it should have been. I do love my nails and I like how they turned out, but the experience was not too great. I recommend asking for someone with experience when you go, and if it is your first time then sign up on their website for the 20% off!! I will most likely be returning to my normal salon because of the tech. But the salon itself did look beautiful and modern.

Ive gone twice and have had Kelly both times by chance. Im not overly experienced when it comes to getting my nails done, but I got a gel pedicure almost 4 weeks ago and it still looks great. I have also done the dip nail color twice with about 3 weeks between appointments. It only started to look funky because my nails grow so fast. Ive been pleased with the results both times. They have a ton of colors to choose from. The salon is bright and clean. The staff is friendly. A friend of mine recommended it to me. Im glad she did.

Envy is the best! I have been going to Envy since shortly after they opened. Kevin and his team as so kind and do such a beautiful job. Tina is amazing and is my go to girl for dip nails and gel pedicures. If you haven’t gone there yet you should! Schedule an apt so you don’t have to wait. I was there yesterday and it was the perfect way to relax on a Friday evening.

I got powder dip nails and it came out pretty good. I have tiny nail bed and the technician tried her best to not make it chunky. It was my first time getting my nails done so I wanted the full manicure with cuticles pushed and everything and I mentioned i want powderdip manicure. I assumed manicure implies that it comes with all the works but it does not. Turns out you have to mention it separately saying that you want both. Rookie mistake on my part.

They were so professional and nice! The place was clean and very new. Prices are reasonable and they did a great job for my dip powder manicure. I will go back!

Had a mani/pedi done here the day before the quarantine went into effect. That was a Friday. By the next Wednesday my gel nails started peeling off nail by nail and within 10 days were totally gone.Have never had polish or gel peel off so easily.Would not recommend. Waste of money.

I recently got a pedicure here and the service was great! Lots or nice people and the receptionists were very friendly! My pedicure turned out lovely. Except, when the pedicurist was applying moisturizer to my heels he would hold my toes then proceed to punch my heels with the lotion which hurt. Another complaint of mine was when he was running in the lotion to my legs he would dig his fingers into the sides of my shins which caused bruises all up and down my legs. Other than those two complaints, my experience here was good.

Have been here 3+ times for acrylics, gel manicures and gel pedicures. The first time I went to this nail salon I had a great experience and my technician talked to me and seemed genuinely interested in the service I wanted. My only complaint is I haven’t had the same technician since and I can’t remember her name to request her! 😫

I have been a regular since the grand opening. This place is amazing. I have had many different manicurists and all of them were fantastic. They have no trouble accommodating my allergy to regular nail polish. I look forward to my “spa-time”!

WOW! First time here and it was amazing! I took my 10 year old daughter who has Down Syndrome and the staff was incredible! They were patient, kind and treated her as if she was normal! They went above and beyond to get her nails done keep her comfortable and wait for them to dry while I got my nails done! Absolutely best choice for a mommy daughter day and I will for sure be a repeat customer!

I have been going to this salon since it opened. David and his wife Eva were just the best but when I called they said they were moved to another salon so my mom and I made our appointments for 10 am with other technicians. We walked in at 10:03 and the salon was packed. I told the receptionist we had an appointment. We weren’t really sure who was going to take us because almost every chair was filled and every single technician was busy even though they had opened 3 minutes ago.. We waited over 15 minutes before a tech was able to take my mom and I waited over a half hour before anyone even came over to me. The woman who did my moms nails was extremely rude and did the whole job in about 10 minutes. Finally someone came over to me and said they were ready to take me after my moms nails almost finished. I had somewhere to be and did not have the time or patience to wait anymore so I left without getting anything done. Such a negative experience. Not sure how the salon was packed in the first 3 minutes of opening and why they would not cater to returning clients. Will not return to this salon.

Terrible. Went in with my daughter. I got a gel polish change specifically because I don’t like cuticles to be cut and she picked up the trimming tool and actually cut my finger- drew blood. My daughter got dipped nails and they put on the wrong color. Apparently someone switched tops on the powder according to the manager. I’m sitting here as I write this waiting an extra 45 minutes while they fix it.We had Pedicures also. They were mediocre at best.We won’t be back.

I went here for the first time after my nail spa wasn’t open and I needed a quick fix for a broken acrylic nail and they were so nice and accommodating! I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else they took their time and everything was done so neat and clean! The staff was so nice and personable and also gave me time to decide what I wanted to do instead of rush me like other places.

Ive been here a few times in the last few months. I first went because I wanted to try the powder dip and I was very pleased. I had a bad experience with aggressive filing on my natural nails at a different salon and asked them to make the filing minimal. They did! Ill be going back soon to get a powder dip before I go on vacation. Thanks for everything!

I had the worst pedicure and dip manicure of my life!!! First during my pedicure my technician uses a cheese grater on my foot, my feet are so sore and so rough it looks like I need a pedicure. He was done in no time. Spent no time cleaning my cuticles at all, and the polish barely covers my toes. Then when he did my dip manicure he burned me with the drill and acrylic was flying everywhere, I actually closed my eyes. Then when he applied the dip he left it all over my fingers they are still purple around the nails after washing them several times! The whole experience was very rushed and sloppy. Alll for $85.00 dollars. This place looks pretty but every time I go it gets a little worse, I will not be back again. You should focus on quality not quantity.

Had a very pleasant and relaxing experience which is exactly what I needed. The best part was they took care in my nails and made sure that they were evenly coated with nail polish. Especially, Its a large place with a lot of chairs. Check it out!

Got a full set of acrylic nails. While I was there, my mom was also getting her nails done. The woman doing her nails kept messing up and having to restart over and over again. My mom was still getting her nails done 25 minutes after I had finished my full set (she was just getting a gel mani), because the woman kept messing up.After getting my nails done, the nails fell off one by one within 6 days of getting them done. That NEVER happens with acrylic nails. They will last for months. This fresh, acrylic nail set fell off within only 6 days. That is CRAZY. Not coming back here, my friends have all also had negative experiences.

Everyone there is great. The salon is always clean. They stay on point with their appointments and I am always greeted by a smiling face. I havent been to anyone there that doesnt have a talent. Thanks Mindy!

Just the best. Ive tried every nail salon in Pittsburgh and these people are SO POLITE and SO PROFESSIONAL. Would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Its worth the drive.

I get sns dip Mani’s all the time. Thought I’d try here. $55+tip. I usually pay $40+. And wasn’t even a full mani; no hand massage, no lotion, literally dipped my nails and charged me $55. NOT WORTH the $$$

Took my sister here for her wedding manicure and pedicure, and the staff snd service were excellent. My dip powder manicure lasted for over 4 weeks without cracking! Thank you!

I was a regular client every two weeks. I went for my gel manicure appointment just yesterday. I was rudely informed to sit in a seat that was not the station of my nail technician. I asked if my nail technician was the one taking care of me for my services. I was disrespected just for asking. I tried to ignore the bad behavior. As I was getting my service I realized each step my nail technician did not have the proper implements, equipment and products to do my nails. A group had come in for a birthday. Instead of honoring me, a regular and scheduled client, the owner seated the three women together using my nail technician’s station leaving her without what she needed to take care of my nail service properly and professionally. So I asked my gels just be removed and I will not go back. A gel manicure is $40. I was charged $25 to soak off my gels and have my cuticles trimmed. Rude and overpriced.

I came with my daughter to get a full set of artificial pink and white nails. I usually get pink and white acrylic or gel but they did the dipping powders cause I said they can do it however they wanted. The dipped nails themselves were ok but Im hating the shape. I wanted a square shape with the edges rounded slightly. She mustve misunderstood maybe or couldve been newer. She was very nice though but this is my second time not getting what I like so I probably wont be back.

The guy cut every finger on my left hand, told me the gel acrylic lasts longer but they fell off within a week. My friend got hers done at the same time and hers fell off as well. I don’t use my hands for work very often so it couldn’t have been overuse. Poor job on everything. Not impressed and never spending my money here again.
