I asked for sharp edged nails square in shape but taken in a bit in the sides like the coffin but not as dramatic. I asked for them to be taken down a bit and showed her a picture of what I wanted which I also attached. I called they said 40min for a fill and it took way longer I also didnt get sharp or the shape I wanted they are uneven in length uneven in thickness and a complete mess. Also she didnt take the polich or acrylic back far enough so it literally looks like I already need a fill. Attached I posted pictures of what she did the darker blush polish and what I asked for the more translucent polish from a different shop. They also didnt have me sanitize or wash my hands before they use their tools on me and none of the tools were sanitized before or after they were used on me, I watched them go right back into a jar with the rest of them.

What I got V.S what I asked for. I paid $140 to not be satisfied, and the issue was not fixed. I feel bad because I went based off of a referral and I work in the mall so it was convenient. the customer service and experience didn’t match the prices.(Lala’s Nail Salon will remain my go to!)

Wow where do I begin. Between the woman cutting off half my toe nail and making me bleed or her making my fingernails all different shapes and lengths.I asked the woman for a trim for my nails but please keep the same shape. She cut off almost an inch off my nails and made each hand completely different. My left hand was a chunky circle nail shape. My right hand was a square shape. Each nail was also a different length.She spent a good half hour on her phone talking and not paying attention.When I said this isnt what I asked for she got super disrespectful. I asked the woman working the front desk for help and the woman who was working on my nails threw the nail polish and stormed off.I have never felt so disrespected especially since I was paying $120 for a pedi and a mani fill.I asked for them to be taken off and the woman refused saying she could fix it.Save your money and go elsewhere

I took my 5 year old daughter here on a whim for her first mani/pedi. The experience was outstanding! Nancy was amazing with my daughter- made her feel comfortable, special and grown up. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming and made our experience a great memory!

I went here with my mom and really looked forward to getting my toes done for the first time in a while. We started with a pedicure (which is all we wanted) and the water was cold. My pedicure turned out alright, but the woman insisted I get my finger nails done. I explained that I didn’t want my nails done because I’m rough with my hands, and she insisted for me to at least get my cuticles trimmed. She made three of my fingers bleed and one of them is infected and swollen now… Additionally, she charged me $80 for a pedicure and cuticle trim. Personally, I think getting an infection is definitely not worth $80, even if my toes turned out nice. I would 100% not recommend ever going to this place. It didn’t seem very clean either; there was stuff everywhere and my nail tech didn’t clean anything in front of me. I will never come back and I would suggest you don’t come either.

I scheduled an appointment for 530 and they didnt start my nails till 615 . Today (3 days later) my nails are already chipping and cracking off. I did a dip manicure- so it should be lasting much longer.The people were polite but the service provided was slow and not worth the money, especially with it already being ruined.

I had a great experience getting a gel manicure and pedicure at this location. This was my first time going there and Ill definitely be returning! The staff was super friendly and it was so easy to book an appointment online.Amy was my nail technician and she did such a good job! She was super friendly and nice to chat with.The prices for the gel manicure and pedicure were pretty standard to everywhere else. The place was very clean and adhered to COVID-19 precautions. Overall Im very happy with my experience and plan on making this my go to spot for getting my nails done.

I have been there 4 times now since May. Evertime has been a great experience. 2x I called to make an appt., 3rd time I did it through the app. They said that my appt. didnt go through, but got me in quick. 4th time I walked in, and got taken right away. I had 3 different girls do my pedi. All were great! As a hairstylist that works at a salon that has app check ins, call ahead, and walk ins things can get backed up. I understand how stressful it can be. These men, and women go above and beyond to accommodate. I have had a great pedi everytime. Everyone has been very nice, and never rushed.

I came to this nail salon June 26th to get a fill and not even with in 24 hours two of them broke off so I went back that following week after I called and they told me they would fix them and not charge me so I went and they ended up charging me anyways and now I have had two more break off. I have never had any issue with nails breaking off before going to get them don’t anywhere else and I have had this set on since April. Will not be coming back.

I asked them if there was a wait, I was told no and seated for my pedicure. I waited so long my pedi water went cold. She had to come and put warm water back in. I also realized when I got home it wasnt the best pedi Ive had...she missed spots and told me I moved my foot when it was her who messed up the paint. I wont go back unless an emergency. Only reason it wasnt one star is because they were nice and the lady spoke english.

Made an appointment for a pedicure with Susan. It was so relaxing, detailed, and most of all clean! Everyone in the salon was so welcoming, chatty, and even learned my name even though I was a first time customer. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended all my friends try this salon out.

Kenny did by nails for my birthday. This is the 3rd place I tried for acrylic nails and the only place I will go to now. I got gel with ombre tips. He did amazing and is now my go to person for my nails.

I had an appointment on a Saturday for 11. I get there at 10:47 to be asked to walk around the mall for an hour. It seems as though they didnt even acknowledge my appointment. All chairs were in use. That to me is poor business, essentially making my appointment an hour behind. Hence, I left.

Best pedicure I’ve ever received. Amy truly groomed my feet and took the time to make sure each nail and cuticle were properly cared for. I’m still amazed and cannot believe I was given this quality as a new walk in client! That never happens. Amy, I’ll be back in a few weeks! Thank you!

I drove 2 hours to Pittsburgh for my daughters 30th birthday and took her here to get her nails done! First, the color is not even close to what it was supposed to be secondly, the gel matte finish was so bubbled that in one day it pealed off! And when the matte finish pealed off her nails were covered with fuzzies and still wet. Worst nail experience ever.

Theyre great. I made the appointment online a few days before. Got there a bit early and they were ready for me. Havent been able to find a good powder dip since moving here 10 months ago until trying them. I had Kelly but they all seem great. Lots of colors.

I got a gel fill. My nails are not smooth looking and she didn’t take time to file them- so now my nails feel sharp and dull- she also didn’t paint the whole nail on a few of them, so you can see my basic nail. Also was told it was $35 for a gel fill... I was charged $57.00 at the end of my services. Very disappointed don’t think I’ll be returning... Not sure how this has high ratings.

Wonderful place to get your nails

I get my nails done here every 2 weeks and I always leave happy! They all do a wonderful job and accommodate every customer, even when they are busy. Amy usually does my dip mani and they always look fabulous! I won’t go anywhere else, they have so many colors to choose from and are all very welcoming when I come in. 5+✨

After going here a few times I will not get my nails done anywhere else. Kelly is amazing and is extremely professional, kind and accommodating. She always pays extra attention to detail to ensure you are happy with you manicure. I cannot recommend her enough!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been looking for a new shop and seen Europe Nails website and really wanted to like this place. As soon as I walked in I never felt more unwelcome. They told me they didnt have time for me and to go shopping and come back. I asked how long it would be and they said 1 hour so I said that was ok and Id sit wait. They dont have much to pick from as far as designs or products and everything I did find they said they wouldnt have time. The owners daughter was so sweet showing me colors and her mom Amy came up to us and said we dont have time time for you leave and come back you look at color later. I was speechless as I drove from butler to come try this place. Isnt that what a waiting room was for and as I sat there I just got dirty looks from Amy. The daughter continued showing me colors I think she felt bad and then her dad came up took the colors and said I can look later dont waste her time showing me. Ive never been treated so badly. I will never walk in that place again and Id imagine these high reviews were for previous owners. Im glad their daughter doesnt act like them.

The person who did my nails was great it was the owner I believe that made it an issue she came in late for her shift not only that she made my sister he was with me waiting to get her nails done by the guy who demands she made her wait 45 minutes so that he can take someone else before her only because she came in late and didn’t realize what was going on she was already Up Next then they asked us to leave and come back 45 minutes later after she had already waited 45 minutes very unprofessional and inconvenient for us 2 who came there together

I went in yesterday with a friend, having an appointment for acrylics. I had high expectations, seeing as the reviews were so high. I went in and got them done, as usual. (Tho they were late by 20 minutes) But when they were getting done, it was very unsanitary. Since everyone needs to wear a mask at this time, and the workers need gloves, I expected it to be clean. When I sat down to get my nails done, she just cleaned the surface with alcohol, nothing more. Then she has gloves on, and she just put hand sanitizer on them!! Ew! And she didn’t even clean her tools either, not even the brush she used to wipe away dust. She put that all over my hand, I was disgusted! As for the quality, it’s okay. But my problem is they convinced me to get gel acrylics, which I didn’t want, nor did my friend want. But we both got them anyways. They tried to convince me to get another shape besides square or round, knowing it costs extra. I got round anyways, tho she filed it poorly. They are lopsided and everything! Not to mention, when she filed down my nails to put the acrylic on, she hurt the skin around them, on every finger except one. She was harsh on my nails, and it was a bad experience. My friend had a similar experience. Absolutely disgusting! Never coming back again!

Very disappointed 😒 We wanted to be sat together but they wouldnt permit it. Then when my daughter wanted her nails done a certain way, the lady kept rolling her eyes and acted like it was an inconvenience despite the cost that we were paying! And the best part was the lady who was filling my cousins nails was giving my cousin a hard time for talking to us however she (the lady) had no problem chatting with her coworkers 🙄 The nails are passable and the young lady at the desk was the nicest part of this place. I recommend that you take your money and go elsewhere because you dont get what you pay for... in nails or in manners.

Europe Nails has the most extensive selection of nail colors by far! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and all truly great at what they do! I personally go to Jennifer who is wonderful! But you really cannot go wrong with any of the techs ( Nancy is another fabulous choice!!)!!Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday they offer 10% off!!!! You’re not going to find another salon in the area with this type of talent, selection and services for the price! You’ll love it!!

I dropped off a jewelry repair at Ross Park Mall and, having come from the other side of town, needed to wait around for it. I also hadnt had a chance to get in with my normal nail salon for a pedicure before heading on vacation the next day. There are a few nail salons in the mall, but I chose this one based on other reviews and was impressed with the attention to detail! Did a great job on my nails, made me feel pampered and reasonably priced. Will definitely stop back.

The salon is very clean and the staff are excellent. Everyone is wonderful, and I have had excellent service here. I especially like the way they have gently removed gel shellac without stripping my nails.

My first time there they spent so much time looking for a color I had wanted. Everyone there is so talented. I go to Ken usually; but I would trust any of them to do my nails and pedicures.

I’ve been getting my nails done here (with Nancy) for about two years now and they’re by far the best mani/pedi in Pittsburgh. The polish lasts beautifully and I nearly always get compliments. I usually need help picking colors and they have always done an A+ Job. 5/5 would recommend.

The dip powder is suppose to last at least two weeks. Unfortunately, all but two of my nails chipped in under a week to the point where my own nails are exposed....over $50 down the drain . I am pretty disappointed because the other time I was there they did a fantastic job and my dip powder lasted for quite awhile. That said, I will not be returning.

Nails had cracks in them before a week of me having them on & 3 nails easily broke off within a week . i was not going anything for them to crack or break off & i payed $110 for mani/pedi . not satisfied with the manicure at all

Over priced for no reason

Kenny fixed my previous nail tech’s mess up and gave me a great shape. He put a lot of attention to detail in everything and was very gentle. Definitely coming back!
