Such a wonderful experience. Katie is fantastic and made me feel relaxed/welcomed! She is also sweet and it was a pleasure talking with her. The cleanliness of this salon was superb! It was so clean!! Best pedicure I have had in a long time. I got dip nails, they have a lot of colors to choose from! I will be back soon! :) I highly recommend checking this salon out!

I came with my friend to get my nails done. She made them too short, did not shape them well, used unprofessional techniques. When i complained about having to pay $60 for nails that look worse than Claire’s stick on nails, the manager did nothing but tell me they look fine to her and offered to add more white. I used to love this place don’t even bother going there terrible with the customers and are not professional at all.

Called here around 2 to make an appointment with a specific person, said it twice . Assuming they understood. So anyway, I came in and apparently I “never asked for anyone “ which was fine. I’ll wait. Then the older lady began telling her client I lied and spoke in another language to the guy. And it was so apparent that she was talking about me. Very Unprofessional!

This place used to be really good but my recent experience was disappointing. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior and when I got there they had not put me on the schedule. My experience getting my nails done was also very disappointing. It was a waste of 45 dollars.

I have been Envy Nail Spa three times thus far. I have had great experience in here.I felt comfortable after sitting down a chair and hear light music. My technician knew what she was doing and very professional! The atmosphere is serene and clean.I will be going back from now on.

Several times Ive been there now and I waited 30 minutes after my appointment. This time I was totally rushed through my pedicure, no massage, a swipe of lotion. Then for my manicure, a quick dip in cold water, no pushing back my cuticules, a swipe of lotion and he starts painting the top halves of my nails. I left without finishing the manicure. I will never go back.

I never really had a good experience here. Every time I made an appointment I would walk in and still have to wait 30 minutes or more. All the techs wouldn’t even acknowledge when I came to sign in, they would just glare at me waiting. The few times I could get someone to do my fills they would always give me the tech no one else wanted and was always free. He would constantly twitch the whole time and my nails were crooked and he didn’t listen to anything I wanted.It’s rediculous to say but I always noticed they treat and pamper the barbie doll looking women vs an everyday customer. I won’t be returning to this location ever.

This salon killed whatever romanctic inclinations I had towards nail salons. Rude staff and dirty tools. Noticed another customer plunked right where another previously occupied without cleaning the wash sink. Im back to doing my nails at home myself. Better safe than sorry.

I highly recommend going here for your salon needs. I absolutely love it here. Best salon ever. Trust me, you wont be disappointed.

Yhe guy kept answering the phone an stopping what he was doing i didnt say much because they were short staff an he was running the salon but then i paid 30$ an my pedicure was rushed through an i never got a clear last coating on my nails or toes never again will i be going back

First AND last visit for me. My pedicure was the worst one I ever had! I had to tell the nail tech to trim and dig around my nails more than he did. The scrub part of the pedicure lasted maybe 30 sec and the lotion rub lasted MAYBE 60 sec each leg. The entire pedicure lasted maybe 15min...VERY disappointed for the $30 I paid for it. The nail tech sucked too!! DISGUSTED..

Nice pedi for the price. The people were very pleasant.

Nails were smudged, pedicure was super short, had to chase someone down to get checked out. $30 for a 15 minute pedicure isn’t worth it.

So I come all the way from the flats to this place cause they didnt close until 7:30. I got there and they have not only the open sign but also the time I sees says 7:30 for closure. I walk inside an UNLOCKED DOOR for them to say mam we are closed its 7. Like ahhh really. Didnt ask what I wanted or even if I wanted a service at all. You can get a lot done in 30 minutes like EYEBROWS but I guess my money no good there. Never again. Thank goodness Im from out of town where they dont do that bs
