Each of our nail techs did an incredible job. So friendly, patient, and professional. I could not be happier with my nails not to mention the overall experience.

They squeezed my mom and me in for two walk-in pedicures and didn’t rush us and were super sweet. They are perfectionists and make genuine, meaningful conversation which means the world because I flew into Pgh from Washington state and have VERY little time to spend with my mom. Thank you guys for being so amazing.

I wasnt going to post the awful nail shape.. I went in with ballerina nails and left with almond shaped without her asking she just did it. But beyond that the middle and pointer fingers are awful and then the middle of my thumb nail just broke out today?

D&M nails is great! My friend recommend I try going here because I couldn’t find a salon I liked. My nail tech took such care prepping my nails, and I had very difficult nails to work with because they were destroyed form DIY manicures over the pandemic. I was so impressed with the time and technique she put into making them look amazing. Highly recommend this place, I’ll be coming back!

I cant afford to get regular manicures right now but I would happily go into debt just so I could get my nails done here all the time. The amazing experience started before we even got to our appointments. My sisters and I wanted to get our nails done at the same time so they made it happen even though it meant more work for them. I read all the reviews about how conscientious and detail oriented they are at D&M but the service really is above and beyond. The prices are amazing for what you get. A gel manicure is only $30, $5 for gel removal. I had my previous gels removed and my tech took such care not to damage my nails with the electric buffer, but only to get the paint off. The color I picked looked different on the example nail than it actually was so my tech showed me a few other similar options to make sure I got the color I wanted, and not something way brighter. The color she suggested was perfect! My sister wanted an accent nail and her tech helped her pick which metallic color would match best as well. When cleaning up my cuticles, she took such care to make sure it was down to my nail bed and perfect. If she found an errant piece of skin while she was painting she would stop and fix it rather than ignore it since she had moved on to the painting portion. She also removed the calloused skin around the tip of my finger, underneath my nail, which Ive never had done before and it was so great. The paint job itself is such good quality as you can see from the pictures. She made sure nothing was on my skin and my nail was fully painted - no annoying surprise unpainted strips on the sides of my pinkies! The conscientiousness even extended to the hand massage! She made sure the lotion was all rubbed in so I didnt have greasy hands when I was done. My sisters had the other two employees there and their experiences were the same. Every employee there was so detailed oriented, polite, diligent and amazing. I dont know that well ever have our nails done anywhere else now that weve found the GEM that is D&M.

Took me the second I called as a walk in. Needed gel on both hands and toes and they accommodated me no problem! Did an amazing job and was VERY efficient without me feeling rushed. Will be back! Tina handled my appointment and was amazing.

I’ve been to a few nail salons in the area and nothing compares to D & M. I usually get a gel mani and they put so much attention into every part of the process that it really is a full consultation. We try out a few colors, they always show me what’s new, and my gel ends up lasting nearly 1 month without chipping! I’m stunned at the value and quality they provide.

My go-to salon for years -- best manis (I usually do dips and/or gel, and they regularly last at least 3 wks) at reasonable price, super clean, and everyone is so friendly. Always look forward to my appointments. Highly recommend!

I just got my nails done today and I absolutely love the way they turned out. My nail technician went above and beyond and offered an additional top coat to prevent discoloration (free of charge). He took his time and was incredibly precise. I got a gel manicure and it was only $30! Highly pleased with this nail salon and I will be coming back.

After finding them (through a friend), I will not go anywhere else in Pittsburgh. I usually do a gel manicure and regular pedicure and they have both turned out phenomenally. Im a repeat happy customer. These guys know what theyre doing and theyre good at it.

I decided to try this place with a friend. I brought my daughter with me to get her nails polished. She decided she wanted her toes polished instead and I asked if she could soak her feet. She then decided she wanted her nails painted after all. When it was time to pay, I was told her total was $23! I said she only got her nails painted with a design. I was told that i was being charged $10 extra because she soaked her feet and a lot of water was used!. Are you kidding me? When I argued, they brought it down to $5 but I was still angry. They knew it was my first time there, as I usually go to another local place. That is not the way to keep new customers! I was completely turned off to this place after that and will never return there again.

The owner and her son are very friendly. My gel nails lasted 3 weeks. Definitely heed their advice and go back to get the gel taken off by them. I saw that appointments were recommended and I made one for a Friday evening but it looked like I could have been a walk-in.

Went with my daughter and she and the staff talked me into trying a pedicure. Have been back four straight months. Feeling Fresh ever since. Would recommend. Clean and nice people.

I love D&M. But making an appointment is best because theyre always packed (because theyre so good). I was going regularly but decided to go back to natural nails. Never had an issue with the service and they dont try to up-sell in hopes that youll spend more money.

I made a appointment for Friday and I sent it was so nice I got pink glitter acrylics with one finger silver and glitter Wich came to 35 dollars and I still have them on after 3 weeks without a refill yet

I just want to make this short and sweet. Had a scheduled appointment for mani/pedi for a wedding. Showed up for my appointment 5 minutes early only to wait while technician had recently started on a walk in! They told me to come back which I did and they were still working on the customer. I left and went to Star Nails. They were nice enough to fit me in when I explained my situation. Love Star Nails! Very professional . Will never return to D & M!

I called and asked if he was accepting walking ins or did I need an appointment . I explained it would take me an HR to get there . I get there in about 45 mins because I got an Uber for him to say Im too busy
