Verve 360 did a fantastic job, on my hair, makeup, and nails!! MOB and 3 bridesmaids hair were also Fantastic!! They were wonderful and listened to my questions and concerns while also offering great ideas to make my day even more special. Jacquelyn did my hair and makeup. She was amazing, and took her time to get the look I wanted and added a few things that I never would have thought of! Eve did my nails and was also amazing, she was able to match a picture I found on Pinterest for the nail art and added a few tips to make sure my nails all matched in length. 10/10

Dr. Jeff works miracles. I had a pain in my lower neck for about 9 years. I went to countless chiropractor’s with very little success. In 3-4 visits I have felt better than I ever have. I recommend you try him out!!!

This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. I had two fabulous people work on me. Sarah did a phenomenal job on my pedicure and Hannah was exceptional with my dip manicure. I normally never take the time to write a review, but honestly this was such a refreshing change from other places Ive been. Its a shame Im just in town visiting or Id be back regularly!

Got a pedicure. Good from what I could tell but I felt rushed which was unexpected. I did appreciate the coffee and the general atmosphere was comfortable.

Wonderful atmosphere/interesting building, with many friendly, welcoming, talented, and professional staff. My wife and I did Yoga for our first time and also experience what I can easily mentioned my best massage.( I get many and Im particular) Please dont let there location be of any discouragement. We traveled a good distance. Fast, easy to get to and we most certainly be returning!

Im a regular at Verve. Their service is outstanding. I get my hair and nails done there monthly and also have had facials and taken yoga classes. The employees are friendly and the salon is a clear and fun environment to be in! They also offer a reward program for your loyalty and when purchasing products. My hair stylist explains the products that she uses on my hair and how to get the desired look by myself. I would recommend Verve to anyone!

I went to Verve for a haircut and I could not be happier! I am very particular about my hair and was specific on what I wanted. My stylist took everything I had to say and gave me the best cut Ive ever gotten! For the quality of work these talented people do, it is definitely worth the price! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Verve 360 to get a massage to help with my back problem. I am a dancer and I recently have not been able to use my back for my art and it was even affecting how I moved outside of the studio. After my first session, my back already felt better. I have been going frequently and my back is getting in much better shape. When I went to the doctors and had them check my back out, they said it was nothing and I could not do anything about it. The staff at Verve, however, know what they are doing. They know how the body works and what to do to fix any problem you may have. Thanks to the wonderful staff and their help, I can dance and not be in pain all of the time. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful people and really care about their customers.

The salon was clean & the manicurist was nice that said, I got an express Mani and am so not impressed. The manicure was mediocre & lasted only 2 days. All she did was trim my cuticles and polish. l expected more for $24. The nail polish was thick & went on kinda clumpy which is why I think it chipped so easily. I can do better at home. Will not be back.

Paid almost $70 for a $30 pedicure. Paint job mediocre, but staff was very nice. Great atmosphere.

The wife and I just came from a couples massage - a first for both of us. The staff at Verve was FANTASTIC and really made us feel at ease. If you are in the downtown Pittsburgh area do yourself a favor and see these folks. Super duper!

Lovely facility with great people. The front desk is hip and helpful and the chiropractic and massage staff are healing and informative. Dr. Jeff makes you feel comfortable, explains everything with detail, and has a nice sense of humor! Ive been feeling much better since frequenting this practice.

My sister and I took my mother out for a girls day and among our other adventures chose this Spa for our Mani & Pedis. I booked 2 weeks in advance. Its a cute, rustic, gem in downtown Pgh. The service was welcoming and the complimentary wine was a bonus. We all began within 10 minutes of each other but my sister was finished first, myself about 20 minutes after her, and we waited about 45 minutes for my mother. The time difference was very noticeable as Eve, who my mother had, took her time and serviced her properly. I had Maddie. She left my feet with dead skin, my polished big toe looks 1 week old already because the base wasnt polished properly, and my nails are lumpy at the cuticle because she didnt paint the layers properly. I love the color and the process was pleasing but I definitely didnt receive proper treatment for a Spa Pedicure. I would return but to only see Eve. My mother enjoyed her service, her feet are soft with no dead skin present, her nails were buffed, shined, and painted to perfection. My sister and I were highly disappointed.

We made last minute reservations for a Girls day and they called in another worker to assist! it was amazing, perfect atmosphere, relaxing, and very knowledgeable LMT. I was pleasantly surprised to hear Dylhan is also a Reiki master, I will be back!

I have been working with Verve 360 through my internship and the salon has so many great features to it. I love that there are so many things to choose from like pilates, to pedicures, to massages. Also, the products they use are fabulous and natural for their costumers. You arent going to find any other salon to compare to all the great things Verve 360 offers the public.

This was our first experience ever for a massage, let alone a couples massage. A terrific, relaxing environment was provided and we were pleased with Dihlon and Aleece, our therapists. Definitely something we both want to experience again.

I love my new tinted lashes and brows. I have to say I was a bit apprehensive, but Sam reassured me from the beginning and made it a pleasant experience. I will continue to visit Verve 360 for lashes and brows with Sam and gel nails by Dakota.

Langdon was amazing. He did my hair, manicure and pedicure. Sweet, very talented, handsome, professional and fun to be around. I hear they have chiropractic and laser treatments available and a yoga studio. I plan on getting my lashes tinted soon.The environment is really chic and all around I had a great experience. Highly recommend. Especially Langdon.

To any poor souls trying to get their wives nails done before a night out on your weekend trip away...DO NOT go here. The people were friendly, but, had no idea how to do the nail dip she wanted. When the process was questioned they stated its a different type of dip. Wrong, they just didnt know how to do it. Spent almost three hours here, the nail brushes were dried out causing issues, there was debris (fuzz which is now a part of my wifes nails), specs of other color, old top coat that wouldnt seal clear, and a paint job that I could have been more precise with. My wife was almost in tears as she has to go out looking like this and they acted shocked that the 20% off they offered wasnt graciously taken like they did us a favor, not to mention I never even got to the gentlemans manicure they promised there was plenty of time for. Do yourself a solid and paint your wifes nails for her yourself, she will be happier and so will you.

Doctor Jeff is an amazing chiropractor and has helped revive me, when my back and neck were painfully out of whack! And Dihlons massages in conjunction with the adjustment = Heaven! Im so happy that I found them at Verve, so close to home :)

I wanted to love this place. Its so convenient (location)... The place smells lovely too and I felt a great vibe when I walked through the door! BUT, I would not recommend this place for a manicure. What I received was a dry cuticle push-back, jagged nails (thanks to a haphazard shaping with a course nail file), and a novice gel polish application (she didnt apply the top coat over my whole nail so the centers of my nail beds are shiny and the sides are dull - oh and on some nails the polish doesnt even cover my whole nail)... No hand massage, no soak, no real cuticle care (oh, she did apply a dot of cuticle cream at the end of my service to the center of each cuticle, but didnt massage it in to cover the width of the cuticle)... when I paid ($45 for a 20 minute service) I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip and I reluctantly said yes to be nice (Casey was nice enough she just needs more practice with her craft) and then pinched myself all the way down the street for tipping for a service that I am less than satisfied with. I wont be going back, but maybe she really needed it (tip) - I believe everything happens for a reason and I am open to being used as a vehicle for someone elses blessing... so Im over the tip and the wasted $45 and 25 minutes. Two stars for the aroma, the products used and the vibe of the salon... Otherwise I would have given 1 star. Aaargh!

The salon was not clean. The nail tech was very nice, but the manicure and pedicure were terrible and expensive. Paid $100 and could have done a better job myself. While getting the pedicure, another nail tech was cleaning some of the tools, dropped one on the floor, picked I️t up and put I️t back in the clean pile without rewashing. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

The service at Verve 360 is always top notch. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I always look and feel better after a haircut at Verve.

The golden rule of any business is to honor your appointments. So imagine my surprise being turned away for my 5pm appointment having made it the previous afternoon, due to therapist availability issues. Apparently attempts had been made to contact me during the day on my mobile (no missed calls....) and at my hotel (no call was taken, and no message was left...). No attempt or effort was made by Verve 360 to make the situation better, nor was a rescheduled appointment offered. If you want your appointment honored, avoid this place like the plague.

My daughter and I landed in Pittsburgh thursday. We went to verve for the deluxe pedicure. Casey and Dakota are the best ! I was so relaxed after my time at verve

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I made my appointment in advance and even came in 15 mins early. I ended up waiting over an hour. After about 30 minutes, I had to go up to the receptionist to remind her I was there. She said the lady who’d be doing my nails “was almost done.” 30 minutes later, I finally get serviced. When the nail lady came to get me, she didn’t even apologize for making me wait so long. I received a small discount for the mani/pedi, but it was $70 in total!! Not worth the price!!! It took her 2 hours to do the pedicure (with normal nail polish) and express nail dip mani. The nail dip looked awful on my hands, it was uneven on top. Meanwhile, the manicurist kept checking her phone and venting about her problems to me. She also cut my foot and made me bleed during the pedicure. Worst experience ever!!! They gave me samples to apologize, but when I got home I realized they charged me for a full manicure when she just did express. I WILL NEVER COME BACK EVER AGAIN!

Samantha gave me a french gel manicure for my engagement party and less than a week later it started to yellow and crack. To my surprise, she emailed me to see how my nails were which I have never had a salon do (you get what you pay for) and I told her that my nails werent doing too well. She offered me a complimentary manicure. S**t happens anywhere you go, but its the way a business handles it that speaks volumes. Will definitely go back.

Went in for a gel manicure, and was very disappointed in the result. Although the staff was pleasant and friendly, the tools used were not clean, and the polish used was not taken care of well. No lotions, scrubs, or any type of oil was used, like most other places. If I wanted to just have a sub- par nail painting, I would have done it myself at home, not pay $45. Again, very nice staff, but poor quality manicure.

I had an express manicure and spa pedicure with Dia. This is one of the best pedicures I have had! She took her time, wasnt a rushed experienced, and did an excellent job. Dia was professional, thorough, and very friendly. Im glad I stopped in on our trip to Pittsburgh!

Can’t say enough good things about this salon. The manager bre is amazing. Extensions are reasonably priced and bre puts them in perfectly. Today I walked into the salon hating my color that I got at another salon. I only had an appointment for extensions and I was so upset about the color that bre fixed it for me too even though I didn’t have a color appointment. (On a Friday night when I was her Last person of the day) She was so patient as I was freaking out, unsure what to do, and she even went back and touched up my color for me after she dried and styled it because I asked her to. It is nice to feel like your hairdresser genuinely cares about you and wants to make you happy.

Great place for all of your beauty needs! Im a regular mani/pedi customer and also recently started getting my hair cut and colored by Dakota and absolutely love it! After living in NYC for five years, I didnt think Id find anyone to do my hair back here in Pittsburgh, but Dakota is a wizard with color and the cut is amazing as well. Highly recommend this place, especially if you live or work downtown.

I would definitely recommend this salon to any of my friends. I recently got a wax there and the staff was very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I felt very comfortable and love the Nufree wax product that they use!

Would definitely go back for spa services (nails, waxing). Salon service turned out well, only draw back is that a cut and color appointment starting at noon didnt end until 5pm :/ Would be leary of signing contracts and memberships, got quite messy for me and had several credit card disputes and needed refunds.

I loved the atmosphere and decor in the salon/spa. The receptionist was very welcoming upon arrival. My sister booked appointments for us and our mother to enjoy a day out for an early mothers day. Everything began great but it didnt end well. My spa pedicure seemed rushed as well as my manicure and I definitely did not get what I paid for. It seemed to be going well at first but as time went on, I noticed how much more attention to detail and care my mother was receivin during the pedicures and manicures. Dakota did my mani/pedi. I expected more on both services for what I paid. My sister and I finished about 45 minutes before my mom and all services were started around the same time. As I was waiting on my mom, I looked at the heels of my feet and they were dry. It didnt look as if I just received a spa pedicure at all. I had to use my own lotion before I left. As Im watching Eve service my mom during her manicure, Im noticing how she took the time to buff her nails which adds a nice shine. After she cleaned her cuticles and nails, she changed towels to get rid of all the excess/dead skin before proceeding. Myself or my sister didnt receive any of this. I would have said something directly to Dakota but she was servicing another client, same for Maddie who serviced my sister and I didnt want to cause a scene while other clients were being serviced and waiting. I was not happy at all. I bought a ped egg and had to do my feet over again. My mother was very pleased with her services and plans on returning. We were hoping to find place we all liked to make a reoccurring event but we all agreed that we would have to go separately because we only go back to receive services from Eve.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I had a half leg wax--by that, however, I did not mean skip half of my leg! Her repeated attitude when pointing out a few areas that needed a second pass was somewhere between rude and pitiful. It is easily the worst wax Ive ever had. And they then tried to charge me well over what the front desk and web quoted. Would not recommend to my worst enemy, and will never return.

Located directly across from the Renaissance hotel, youd think they could handle getting there on time for a session purchased for a bride & groom the morning after their wedding.Scheduled a 1 hour massage for 10:30 am. Verve calls the bride at 10:25 am to ask her which room (they were supposed to confirm this previously as we discussed during booking). Bride was preparing for their arrival and missed the call. Returned the call at 10:33 am. At this point they tell her it is now too late and they dont have time to fit her in this morning.We were extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and empathy in handling the situation. Verve, if you dont know the location of your next scheduled massage 5 minutes before it starts, dont blame the bride for your blatant lack of preparation and time management.I would not recommend anyone to book an off site massage with Verve 360 unless you are comfortable rescheduling.

Worst hair cut ever. Not worth $25 paid.I explained the master that I want to save length, but the hair cut was so short that people could see my scalp on my back of the head and i dont suffer from loss of hair. Hair cut is uneven on the back and on sides. Sides are not symmetrical. I asked for very classical office-style hair cut but got something teenage or army-like short hair. I wish I could attach some pictures to my review

Best Massage weve ever had! Took my wife on a weekend getaway and finished up with a couples massage at the Verve. It was a little awkward and time consuming to fill out the medical questions that needed to be done on the iPad (especially since I tried to complete it prior via my phone and it didnt work). However, I cant say enough about how wonderful our massage experience was. My wife got a deep tissue massage and I got a relaxation one. Our therapists were awesome and consistently asked us about our needs such as pressure and areas of discomfort/stress. Its definitely on the pricey side, but it seems to be that you get what you pay for these days! Cant wait for our next long weekend to visit this place again!

Dr. Jeff is a nutritionist as well as a chiropractor, and I highly recommend Kiyla for chiropractic massage. Not only is she a highly attentive masseuse, she is also a certified Pilates trainer. She and Dr. Jeff are a dynamic duo for 360 degrees of health- chiropractic, nutrition, massage therapy and Pilates training.

Prices are great and the nail polish is five free. Dakota did a great job blowing out my 4b natural hair too!

Do not go here for pedicures! Not sure about any other service but the gel pedicure I received was not worth $65! First off, the pedicurist was late, she did not have the best attitude and did not apply any scrub to my feet. Along with that, the polish job was AFWUL. Polish was bumpy and all over the surrounding skin. I had to go to another salon to remove the polish and get another gel paint job on my toes. THATS how bad it is. On top of that, they are SO pushy for you to leave a tip when exiting, which is extremely rude, in my opinion.

I was just at Verve 360 on Saturday morning. It was my first time there. I had spent some time reviewing all of the fabulous reviews of this place & even a friend of mine referred me there before I called & made my appointment. When I called & made my appointment the lady who answered was so nice & polite. I was in need of a hair trim/shape-up & taking my ombre hair all the way to blonde (from my root to the ombre was almost black which is my natural hair). Needless to say - the ombre to all blonde effect wouldnt be an easy task to do & especially nerve racking when going to a new place. The lady who answered the phone & booked my appointment was fabulous & understood what I was trying to say I wanted/needed for my appointment. I went in this Saturday morning & had a lovely lady named Jessica do my hair. She was nice, professional, & she did the job beautifully. I couldnt be happier with it. I have now told numerous friends & co-workers to try this place out. Its WORTH IT. The price is VERY fair considering the treatment & the quality of serves they give you. Im hooked!
