One of the dentists wasnt very friendly was actually rude done work on mine and my sons teeth he was rude to my son as well we kind of just overlooked it at 1st...he cut my tongue couldnt eat hard food for 3 weeks have a big scar on it still he never even mentioned it cause I was numb I thought my tooth was just bleeding so then we go to another dentist they take x-rays and wanna know who did mine and my sons teeth because they went all the way down to the nerve and have now messed up our teeth. Dont waste your time

I only wish I would had read these reviews before my visit with this hell hole!! After having a tooth removed, Ive had to endure infection after infection, already ended up in a hospital due to the piece of tooth that was embedded in the extraction area!! Four months of this and Im still battling with infections!! Im taking matters into my own hands in this place!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Infections can kill!!! Especially do NOT bring your children!!!!

Went into the office today as a new patient with an infected molar, Dr took an *extremely* proactive approach and is planning to fix everything in my mouth in 2-4 visits. Both the Dr and his assistant were kind, welcoming, and focused on getting me back to 100% asap. I couldnt be happier with my new dentist! 6 out of 5 stars!

Worst experience of my life. This is the only dentist office that I had more problems with my teeth after they did work in them, then before I came to them. They dont respond quickly to you phone calls and the dentist doesnt take time on your teeth, just a fast quick fix instead of actually fixing the problem. I was up night after night with tooth pain and called and called to try to get problem fixed. Never called back until I finally got thru after the third day of calling. I would not recomend my worst enemy to this place. Please, proceed with caution.

Not friendly. couldnt even say hello after I walked in from either the dentist nor seratary. just asked for my insurance card and ID. then denied me care because I declined xrays. Wouldnt even give me a basic cleaning. Then gave me a hard time after I asked for the intake form back, which is all of my personal information. This place is sketchy at best. Awful, unfriendly, dirty, and definitely not the kind of people you want working on your mouth. Run away. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable dental care from kind and professional people! I was terrified of the dentist but they were very kind and helpful. I had two extractions done and they were quick and painless. I live an hour away but it was well worth the drive. The staff here is awesome and they take great care of you.

Every time I go I always come back with my tooth hurting even worse then before I highly don’t recommend this place

I highly recommend this dental group to anyone with children who dont especially like the dentist or are hard to handle at the dentist. It has been almost impossible to find a dentist near me that my children have felt comfortable with but we felt comfortable and at ease with these dentists. They also made sure to talk to me and the kids about everything they were doing and why, as tjey were doing it. We will definately be coming back for all of our dental needs!

Dr Ibrahim Massoud was outstanding he did the impossible my son was able to get his dental needs taking care where other dentist told us to sedate my child or send him to Chicago. He talked to my son and told him everything they were doing and no surprises. I cant thank them and ther wonderful staff enough.

I had a root canal done 6/16/2016 and the dentist I saw was very professional, joked around with me, and even calmed me down while I was freaking out! The staff was also very helpful and kind. I used my Medicaid card and was NOT treated any differently. Thank you Southern View Dental Group!

I havent received much assistance from this establishment. Everything is write a script as if thats supposed to take Care of the issue. I had an appointment just to be turned away minutes later. Im Extremely discouraged and disappointed.

The dentist was very rude to my 10 yr old daughter. Told her Im exhausted just looking at you. He also promised that if she needs a break from drilling the cavity, to just raise her hand and he would stop and give her a break. When she raised her hand, he refused to stop and got mad at her when she started to squirm because she was in pain. That happened multiple times. We will NOT be going back!

I went and endured the PAINFUL X-rays only to be told I needed a deep cleaning and medicare doesnt cover that... and now have to find another dentist or pay $187 for that special cleaning, or pay $50 to have the records (for myself and my husband) duplicated so I can bring them somewhere else. BEWARE they dont want to treat medicaid patients, for shame. They were very rude to both my husband and I after they took our insurance money for the xrays and wouldnt treat us for the basic cleaning.
