Multiple occasions Ive been treated like a convict by the ppl at this establishment. I can say I was greeted with unfriendly, rude, and judgemental. At times they seemed as if It was a hassle to assist me. Unacceptable behavior to say the least... 👎

Theyre shamelessly discriminatory of people in the military. I was fired because I had to do Annual Training for two weeks. Keep in mind that I told them about this months in advance and saw them mark the calendar. No notice whatsoever, and I was unemployed.

Very rude workers!! If you dont like your job then find something else. People come there to find work if its to better their life, make extra money, get a second job or whatever. My brother came in there to find work and the ladies were nothing but smart to him! I personally wouldnt go through this company and give them my money if it was my last resort. Yall think your better than the people who come there to find work because your becoming the employer but news flash, You put your pants on just like they do!!

Great and fast pace working to get a job ‼️ I highly recommend quality personnel

Management is extremely unprofessional and disorganized . The outrageous turn over rate goes to support the statement . They do not at all care about the employees as they send them to facilities that turn around and send as many as 15 employees home for lack of work. Meanwhile your still responsible for reporting in during shutdowns to places like magna even after being told u wouldn’t be needed for the rest of the week. The time you spend waiting in the cafe to be placed or be sent home u are not paid for and the gas u spent to travel to work is not covered . On top of all of this I was injured on the job and was told it was policy to write me up. I knew this was a lie as I read the handbook front to back and when asking my supervisor to supply me with the policy in writhing as shown in the handbook he and the head of the quality building in bowling green both admitted my supervisor had lied . It was no policy and I as a worker and employee was lied to . Nothing was done about this an if I was smart I would have kept quiet taken my write up and went the law suit route . I highly advise before ever speaking to anyone from this company to contact aerotek or crown for employment opportunities .

Spoke to some very rude and condescending staff, Everytime I call Its always My computer is down when I tried to explain myself the lady was specifically talking over me like what I had to say didnt matter but its odd cause youd think places like temp agencies would take there reputation seriously but I just feel you people and your staff or team whatever needs a little more work on your customer relations I dont wish or hope anyone goes through this unnecessary animosity probably would be doing yourself a favor if you avoid this place...really disappointed

Say you work at magna and they pay $15 hr and quality personnel puts you there, then you only make $10 because quality is taking $5 an hour from you? Cut out the middle man and apply directly!!!! This place is a joke the lady name Shirley Elkin will flat out lie to you in your face telling you she will get you in on s orientation. Then say there is nothing available. I wouldnt recommend no one to go to this temp agency. Shirley Elkin is her name. The bowling Green quality.
