Support this business of women. I had a mishap and they offered me a generous treat. I was treated with the utmost care and was not shunned out like some less fortunate places do when its free. I offered to pay several times but they insisted its on the house. Cant compare to the endless places Ive been to, here they truly show sincerity and concern about their clients wellbeing. They are very nice and the place is clean. I wish they would massage your feet more. Sometimes some of them hardly massage them at all and concentrate on your legs instead. Getting my feet massaged is the primary reason I get a pedicure.

Asked for a dip manicure. They did full dip set and then covered it with gel polish? I asked why she said she didn’t like the color the dip turned out so covered with gel but “ it will last just as long”I told her I doubt that but let her continue which I shouldn’t have. But I was over it so I paid the $50 and left.Within three days I had two chipped nails and one cracked completely. Dip would never do that. I returned day 5 once I had time off and explained the situation and showed them my nails and that they weren’t even what I had scheduled for.They called another lady and made me explain the whole thing to her over the phone and she said they would remove the old and replace them. I said ok. I got done and they charged me AGAIN $50.Was very shocked. I understand that they did a lotOf work but it’s poor customer service to deliver a terrible manicure and then charge full price to have the mistake corrected.Wont be returning

I called before I entered the salon to see if I could get in for an eyebrow waxing. They were able to take me immediately. Most places have you go to a private room and you lay down to have your waxing done. This place had me sit in a chair where the manicures are done. The lady was not careful and did not take her time, she placed the wax too low and when she ripped the paper off, it immediately left a blood blister the size of my pinky fingernail. When she finished, I pointed it out and she said it would go away. She did a horrible job and my eyebrows were left uneven. When I mentioned it, her reply was that eyebrows are never the same, one is a 9 and the other is a 10. Later on in the evening, my blood blister was twice the size. I’m new to the area and this place was close. The whole experience was very unprofessional and the setup for waxing seemed an after thought. It was also uncomfortable to have the waxing done in the main area where everyone was getting their pedicures. On another note, the blood blister is large enough that people are asking me what happened and I have to use concealer to try and cover it. It will take a couple of days for it to go away and the fact that my eyebrows are uneven in length and in arch will take much longer to refill in. I will be reminded everytime I look in the mirror of the poor quality of service I was given. I will also share with anyone that asks me what has happened to my eye, how unprofessional this business is.

I watched the lady use the towels on 2 clients and then left the towels there for the next client and they never washed their hands in between clients

Use to be my go to, now they dump all the dead skin from your feet into the water. They never did that, so gross.

Friendly lady I talked to on the phone. It looked like a nice facility upon entering. Nail tech didn’t speak English so it was hard to communicate with her. I felt like she was rushed to do my nails. The area I was brought to was not clean for my manicure. There were nails all over the table, chair and floor I had to brush away. I couldn’t believe she was done.. leaving my nails sharp, uneven, polish on my fingers & nails cut too short! I had to fix them when I got home as best I could. Definitely overpriced for the value I received. Not to mention I was cut and bled during my visit without a word from the nail tech...yikes! Most definitely will not be returning!

They did not do a good job, whatsoever. I got acrylics and they were very uneven, shapes were tottaly off. Theres random pieces of dirt and glitter in my nails that shouldnt be there. Will not be coming back. I should have spoken up to the nail tech but I was scared and didnt want to hurt her feelings.

GREAT SERVICE STILL EXISTS!!!!There is nothing like spending good money at a nail salon, only to walk away feeling like the service was mediocre (or that your nails look like @$%#). Well...not here. Money well spent!!! The location is a bit challenging (parking) but worth the exercise. I definitely recommend.

Got a lovely SNS manicure from here that has lasted 3 weeks. Everyone was nice and I got right in. Color selection is amazing. Will be going back this weekend!

I like the salon, it’s clean. The staff is friendly, however I would not recommend if you are wanting a full set. The dip powder is suppose to be better and last longer, however, I find that to be untrue as the nails are MUCH thinner than when acrylic is applied. (One nail cracked down the middle and started to bleed) I got my nails done this passed Saturday and today is Wednesday and I’ve lost 3 nails doing normal day to day activity I always do. I think maybe they should cater more to clients with natural nails and maybe stay away from doing full sets. It was a waste of $50 and I’m not happy about it at all :(

WOW. Finally the nail salon Ive been waiting for in Ahwatukee. Came here since my wait as Snooze was over an hour and Im so glad I did! The staff are the nicest Ive ever had, and the ambiance of the place is so clean and chic. The owner let me know they actually have a medical grade cleaning machine for all their tools, so the clean freak in me was ecstatic. I was blown away by the nail colors available for both gel and powders. They even do the new trend of cat eye nails. Definitely recommend stopping by here for great customer service and just as great nail services.

This place just opened a few weeks ago, next door to Snooze. Great spa pedicure. Super clean, relaxing environment. Nicest people working here.

What a great new nail salon. Very clean and very friendly! Pedicure chairs have elevated leg rests instead of foot rest (no more holding you foot/leg in the air)! Offered a full bottle of water upon seating. Can’t wait to go again!

Fantastic! I Will be going back. My 15 year old daughter and I treated yourselves to the $45 pedicure from the services menu and it was so great and soooooo worth it.

Went here over the weekend for the first time for just a gel manicure. Everyone was very nice & my husband loved his pedicure but unfortunately my gel manicure started chipping a few hours after I left :(

I went in on a Saturday around noon as a walk in and they were quite busy, one of the ladies asked me to come back at one, no problem! As I left, my family member wanted to also have her nails done so I called and asked if I could add someone to my 1 oclock appointment and they were nice about squeezing her in also. We both met back at the salon at one and told them we had an appointment. We were told to just pick our colors and they would get to us shortly, shortly was an hour and a half later.I finally sat with one of the ladies and gave her the colors I picked, I was only doing a classic mani (regular polish) so I decided to do different Easter colors on each nail (big mistake). She started my nails, she didnt shape them, didnt fully take off the previous nail polish I had on (still okay, whatevs), then I noticed my thumb nail was funky like the nail polish was chunky and she accidentally did two nails the same color. I waited to see if she noticed (she did) and was going to fix it (she didnt). As she started to do the top coat, I asked politely if she would mind fixing my thumb and the wrong color (another big mistake) SHE GOT UP, GRABBED HER PHONE, DIDNT SAY ANYTHING AND WALKED AWAY. The entire time she was doing my nails she face timed someone, called someone and even just sat there on her phone like thats what shed rather be doing. I wouldve been completely understanding if it was an emergency but I have a feeling that wasnt the case. Another lady had to fix the mistakes and then my person finally came back and just sat down on her phone again. When our nails finally dried, she literally just poured oil all over my fingers and it started running down my arm.Ive been here before but this experience was by far the worst. I dont think I will ever go back again. I wanted to love this place because its so convenient and close to home.

Im so disappointed. Ive going here since April and this last time I got my nails done before I left in vacation. Got them done a Tuesday night by sat I had one lifting up barely holding on, I was on my way to the airport and there was nothing I called and cindy said its okay to call her when I got back and she would fix it, ok cool I appreciate that. I also am a manager for retail and know the value of products and customer service. Well while Im on vacation I had two more snap off, I was so frustrated this would happen. I got back and called cindy right away she wasnt there she called me back a couple days later told me to come in. When I got there she told me she would give me a discount on a set but would not replace them at no cost. Needless to say Im not going back and Im out $45 because they were not done right. That is not okay, nor is it good customer service. They lost my business and I never write reviews like this but I never felt so excusable.

This was my 2nd time coming and I won’t come back. I had an appt set at 12:30 for my daughter and I for fill and mani. We waited over 48 min and not sure why you guys keep taking more people in and ignoring my daughter. The color was not what I wanted my daughter mani was rushed and looks horrible. I feel like we were treated like we didn’t matter and the whole experience gave me anxiety it was not relaxing at all. I did not get my money’s worth here... . It is now 3:25... that’s how long since 12:26 when we walked in. I understand if you were under staffed if that’s the case tell me you guys are to booked....

Overall, not good.- My friend and I made an appointment over the phone the day before for 12PM. They didnt ask for a name for the booking? Just said ok and hung up.- We arrived on time for the appointment, but had to sit for an hour before they started our pedicures.- It took 3.5 hours to do two pedicures and SNS manicures. That is 4.5 hours total we spent here.- They told me the color I picked wouldnt work because the nail would be see-through and it wouldnt look good (Why was it an option then?), so I picked a darker color. Its still a little see-through when theyre against light. Ive had SNS before and it wasnt like that, but Im no expert on how it should be??- Everyone was really nice.- My nails look fine? except my thumb nail looks super janky. (The photos are about a week after getting them done, but my thumb has looked like this the entire time.) I had already spent so long there that I didnt want to bother with them fixing it.- They played the same hours worth of weird outdated infomercial-type videos on repeat the whole time we were there? Like, fashion news clips from 2010.I just feel like, if SNS is all you do, it should be done REALLY well, and it wasnt, sooooo
