This was my first time going to Pv Nails. Today I went to get a dip powder holographic manicure and I also got a pedicure. I got dip because it lasts longer than gel. The main issue I had about this place was that after I left, 10 min later I realized that one of my nails had a small knick in it. I went back and asked if they could fix the nail since I had just spent over $100 there ($60 for the manicure). I got a different nail tech (because thats who was available). She didnt start the nail over, but just buffered out a partial of the area and redipped my nail to cover the spot. I asked her as she was fixing it if it was going to look the same and she said that it will look a little bit different since she had to buffer the nail. The WHOLE POINT of going back to fix my nail was so it could look like all the other nails!! I left the place again and realized when I was in better lighting that she used a completely different powder color than all my other nails. So now I have 9 nails that are a pink color tint and the nail that was fixed is a silver tint. In certain lightings it looks okay but it is still bothersome. Its just upsetting because I spent a lot of money on these nails and I am also going to a wedding in a couple weeks. I so badly want to go back and have them redo it again but at this point I am just going to say screw it.The initial people that did my nails were very nice and the place was decorated nicely. I do not want to be one of THOSE customers who complains to their face, as I do feel bad for already going back once to get it fixed, however I will not be returning. What a waste of money.Update: the next day my toenail chipped. One day after getting it!

They do such an amazing job!!! My powder nails look so perfect- great shape- Tom really takes his time and is very friendly and nice! All my pedicures have been very nice too! Highly recommend

I had the worst experience at this salon this morning. I’ve been there before but will never go back. It was so not relaxing and they rushed me through to get to the next client. I had to stop the pedicure with the first tech because she cut me and was so rude. The woman that took over rushed through the rest of the pedicure and manicure in the pedi chair. It was so disappointing.

First time getting Dip and I was so happy with the quality of work the nail technician did. My nails looked better than any other time Ive gotten Gel done from other salons. Highly recommend! And they are all so nice

This place is great! So clean, very bright and a ton of pedicure stations. Perfect for a large group. A huge variety of O.P.I. polishes. Tim was great to work with and even provided beverages for our group of six. The bathroom was the cleanest Ive ever seen at a nail salon. Definitely recommend.

Great clean environment and professional.

I walked in and they didnt even acknowledge me after I called 5 minuites prior and they told me to come in. I was sitting waiting for 45 minutes and still no one. Finally, I went up and talked to the workers and they told me to wait a little longer and look at colors. So unprofessional.

Wonderful service and results! The salon is always pristine and clean and they get you right in for your appointment. The technicians are so sweet and listen to exactly how you want your nails to look!

Best nail salon in Phoenix and Scottsdale!!! They keep their appointments running as scheduled, the nail techs wear masks & gloves, and they have glass in between you and the nail tech.Besides that the quality is amazing and the owner makes sure every single customer is completely satisfied. I’ve been getting my nails done here for almost 2 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend it!!!

Really nice staff and clean comfy chairs / equipment. Kim did my nails (gell French tips) and I love them.

This place is always so friendly and accommodating!! Tracey did such a great job on my dip nails!! I didnt need an appointment and they were quick to offer me water or wine! Prices are a little cheaper than down the street but comparable to other salons in the area.

I cannot remember their names, but I’ve had two different manicurists/pedicurists, and they were both amazing! Relaxing atmosphere, clean, and very professional. Highly recommend for upscale quality and service. I’ve gotten French tip acrylics and gel polish, both done very clean and perfect! Thank you!

I just moved to Phoenix from NY. I tried a few different nail places here and this one is by far the best. My dip powder lasts three weeks at least and they do such a great job. They have water, coffee, tea, and drinks. They never have too long of a wait. They have a great selection of colors. Pricing is pretty much the same as other places. And they are very very clean!! Highly recommend this place!

Such a gorgeous nail salon, nice accommodations, sweet staff but the nail job was absolutely awful. I don’t remember the persons name but he was a man who did my full set. Just a dreadful job.. Upsetting because how much potential this place has. I will definitely not be returning again

Stopped here for a pedicure while on vacation. Everyone was great and personable and the salon was very clean. Joyce gave me a great and relaxing pedicure. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back.

Ive tried a couple places around the valley and this is the best one Ive found, they consistently do a great job where as other ones I had tried were hit/miss or just okay. I get SNS and it lasts a solid 3 weeks minimum, though often I can stretch to 4!

Tom gave me a beautiful pedicure and an invigorating yet relaxing leg and foot massage, complete with fresh citrus. The salon is lovely, clean and new. I cant wait to return with my husband!

I just moved here from California... been to many places in old town and all over Scottsdale,but this place is just the best. Great service, beautiful salon. Very clean and sanitized. I’ve seen few girls there very talented and good. But VO, did my nails and toes yesterday I could probably say the best I’ve ever gotten by far. He’s picky and takes his time. I went to PV Nails for the first time this morning. I usually go to another place super nearby but they were booked and I thought I’d give this newer place a try. So glad I did! They were extremely friendly. It is also one of the cleanest places I have been to in the valley! They did a great job, were reasonably priced, and genuinely showed a lot of pride in their work. They asked me multiple times for feedback and were committed to making it a great experience. I already can’t wait to go back for my next mani pedi!
