So glad I found this place, I’ve probably been going almost a year. Definitely my go to place. The results are consistent and rarely am I disappointed. The pics of the set I’ve added with this review are by far my favorite. I showed her what I wanted and she recreated it perfectly. I noticed a lot of the techs can do anything you show them which I find amazing. It’s rare to find nail salons with a handful of techs who can do that. Jessy is by far the best here (she didn’t do this set) I’ve gotten my nails done by her probably 3 times and always loved her work. Sam, not sure if he’s the owner or manager, super nice. If ever you have a problem with your nails, let him know & he’ll fix it!This place does get really BUSY. I’ve gotten there when it opens and it’s packed with customers. Most of the time you’ll wait about 20-30 min to get seated. But I usually clear my schedule before going because I know I’ll be there for a good 3hrs. It’s worth it. They also give a 10% discount if you pay in cash.

I visited lush for the first time today. I called an hour before to check if they have availability today. As soon I went the person at the front desk got me set up with a nail tech. I think her name was ChiChi, she was very sweet and did a great job. Thank you.

Don’t waste your money here. First time at the nail salon in Atlanta and the guy by the name of Henry did a horrible job and charge me an extra $10 for the length even though my nails are still short. If I was you save your money and go else where.

If you take your own nail polish, you can save a pretty penny. On this particular visit, they were trying to push the nail gel polish, which is $15 extra for your hands and then $15 for your feet. Taking my own polish saves me $30. Good, quick service- too quick sometimes, when you want to relax and enjoy.

Love this place! Came here last Wednesday for manicure and pedicure. This is a very relaxing environment. I usually go to Krissy but she wasn’t there got a manicure and pedicure. I upgraded to paraffin and sns. No relaxation at all I was rushed out the chair. Barely a massage. It was more in an out. I was expecting to be in a relaxed environment and it’s usually pretty great! The visit did not go well. I was expecting a lot more from the established. They were more focus on the getting me out the chair than the experience.

I have been a customer since they first opened the doors. Always professional, always clean. They treat every customer like family and I LOVE the way my nails always look!

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. I set an appointment for 11AM and arrived around early 10 and was immediately serviced. I wish I got the lovely nail techs name because she was spectacular. I came in asking for a french fade with pink and white, not knowing what I really wanted was a nude fade. She began very quickly with the pink and white and noticed I was dismayed, she instantly tried correcting the problem I made and ended up re-doing my nails to my satisfaction with no complaint and a smile on her face. I looooove my nails and have received many compliments. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and Lush Nail Bar definitely has gained a new loyal customer after this amazing experience!

The salon is very clean and comfortable to be in. The staff is nice. Not super happy with how quickly and thick the girl applied my polish. My friend and I waited about 30 minutes to dry regular polish pedicures, and I still had a smudge. A nice man fixed it for me. However, I was not confident the polish was all dry. I wore the salon flip flops to the restaurant where we were getting dinner, and then carefully put my own back on before going to eat. We were at the restaurant about 2 hours. I checked the polish before and after we ate and they looked fine. Sitting on my couch at home a couple hours later, one of the nails had smudged 😤 I literally let them dry for like 4 hours and they still werent dry all the way through!I went back the next day and asked if they would fix it. I tried to explain how long I waited to change shoes and that everything was fine around the 2.5 hour. Though Im very grateful she made time to fix it for me before my trip between clients as they were pretty busy, she still implied I was to blame for not letting them dry long enough. How is 2.5 hours not long enough to wait to start moving around as normal!?The main issue, and this is with most salons, is they are in such a hurry at the polishing stage that they dont let it dry between coats. And 3-4 coats later of wet polish, of course it will never dry. I dont really understand the point of offering regular polish pedicures if the client will always be at fault for imperfections. The pedi hasnt even lasted 2 weeks and its already chipping and cracking (Ive had some regular polish pedicures last 4-5 weeks without chipping). On my right foot you can see where the polish wrinkled from being too wet underneath to put pressure on hours (and maybe the next day) afterward. Big toe had a bubble in it (that was one she redid for me) and still hadnt dried the next morning (which is when I noticed that black mark on it). I also included photos of the wrinkle she fixed, and the chip the morning after (2 days later) before I flew out of town. I can also see many places where the layers of polish dont match up.I know its just toes and no one is looking that closely at them, but its kind of a bummer. Perhaps to get the attention to detail it deserves I have to spend the extra $20 or whatever for a gel pedi? 😒 I may just skip the polish in the future and go back to doing my own SNS dip on my toes. However, the pedicure clipping, shaping, smoothing, and massage were excellent.

Chrissy is by far the best Nail tech I have ever had. She took her time and paid special attention to the details I asked for.

I will only go here for my nails! They Consistently do a great job, no matter which tech you get. One time my sns from here lasted 5 weeks

My first time here, it was recommended by a friend. Everyone was so nice, and it was very quick and very well done! Love my manicure, highly reccomend!

I was not greeted upon entering the business, but the group of white women were. I had to assert my presence and make it known that I had an appointment. It was 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before my nail technician came to get me. I left and will never return. Ill spend my money where I am treated professionally and with respect. With the way the world is today, you should know better and do better.

After being disappointed with locations closer to my home, I ventured out a bit and was so pleased that I did. The wait was very minimal, but the work and final results were amazing! Lynn and Nia are remarkable young ladies with patience and care. I WILL be back!

I appreciated the warm reception, quality of service, attention to detail at this location. I was traveling and brought my own polish (so I can fix on the go) and they were cool with that. No problem of my own polish, no pressure for up service anything other than a simple nail polish. I appreciate this very much.

First time at this nail salon. Salon was clean and the staff was pleasant. I got a gel manicure and the gal put a clear coat, 2 coats of color and then 2 coats of clear on and some of my nails look thick and bumpy. I noticed today, less than 24 hours later my thumb nail has already chipped. The pedicure was lovely. She did an excellent job however many coats of polish and after 5 hours I put on socks and shoes and both big toes were smudged. Totally bummed.

Im very particular about my nails and typically only want to go to one person but every single technician who works there is so talented and invested in their work. Love the atmosphere, and the prices are so reasonable. Lush is perfect.

Honestly, I never post reviews. Especially negative ones. These are the nails I had done yesterday from an appointment I made at this location. On my left hand through not one but FOUR different nails, there are 4 very visible indentations from what I assume was the brush used to apply the clear coat??? On the middle finger of my left nail there is a legitimate crater. At times it felt like she was rushing and there are clear marks on my skin where she was straight up drilling my fingers. I hate spending money on myself so this was a rare treat for me to give myself a little love. That just made the fact that the service I received was so horrible that much more saddening and disappointing to me. Completely unprofessional work. I had high hopes because of the immense amount of positive reviews. I wanted to love this place but this was the worst service Ive ever received at a nail salon by far...

Great service, really polite staff, and a huge selection of colors for manicures/pedicures. They can handle large groups of you call ahead but with COVID causing some staffing issues, they are really trying their best and in my opinion succeeding

I usually have a great experience and I did last Wednesday when I went. The bummer about this time is that my nails began to pop right off in 2 days!! I spent $100 for my toes and nails and Im just so saddened that these were not applied correctly. If so, they wouldnt ALL be off within a week. Total waste of money. I wish they would redo my nails free of charge because I really feel ripped off. Hate to feel this way about a place that I love 😢 Flabbergasted!!

I am so happy I discovered Lush Nail Bar! I first discovered it on a day when my usual nail salon had let me down and made me wait for 30 minutes without acknowledgment. When I went to Lush, they immediately seated me and provided awesome service! I have since returned several times, and they have consistently provided excellent service. I am really picky when it comes to my nails, but every technician has been patient and never protested at my requests to change colors or get an additional coat. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon!For Covid precautions, there are plastic barriers between the technicians and customers, customers are distanced, and masks are required. I have felt comfortable every time!

This is my new favorite nail salon, and I go out of my way to come here for a number of reasons. First, they have a big space and take covid restrictions seriously. Guests are spread out and everyone is masked or double masked. There is also a barrier between guest and technician. Second, they really know how to take care of your nails and spend time doing so. My 40 minute pedicure was an hour long, because she took the time to make sure the service was perfect. Thanks for a great experience always!

Basically an expensive press on set. I got my nails done for my wedding guess it served it’s purpose. 7 nails popped off with ease after a week and a half

I had a less than ideal experience with Lush Toco Hills. I called 2 weeks in advance to secure an appointment to get my nails done for my wedding. The man on the phone said, “we don’t take appointments, but since it’s your wedding, we’ll make an exception!”When I arrived for my appointment, it was chaos. Keep in mind that I booked for 10am, which is when they open, on a Wednesday. Typically, I would assume it would be slow. I was wrong. It took them 20 minutes to get me seated, which is fine, I wasn’t in a hurry. My nail techs, however, were in a tremendous hurry, even though I stated multiple times that I was there to get my nails done for my wedding and wanted them to look good. I asked for my toes to match my SNS, which was a very pale, almost white, pink. My toes turned out a more pepto bismol color. The tech doing my nails was rushing, and cut me with the drill. She also was not pleased when I decided I didn’t care for the almond shape and asked her to re-file to round/square (these were on tips that were very long & we had room to play with).Now, I was okay with the results of my SNS, and normally wouldn’t have written a review at all. BUT. After 7 days, ALL of my nails are lifting at the base. ALL of them.The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that when I went back (hours later because I couldn’t stand my toes) to have them change my toe polish to match, they were helpful.I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone, as this was my first experience there & it was quite bad.

First time getting a mani/pedi here. Walked in on a very busy Sunday. Wait time was 30-35 mins which was not bad. Was called when our names came up. Very clean and professional and affordable prices. Basic mani/pedi including callous remover and tax was $41. I will definitely be coming back.

Sam was so helpful!! He introduced me to something new called SNS and it came out amazing!! I love it. His suggestion was to my benefit because SNS feels way lighter on my nails than Acrylic and Gel, and it’s healthier as well! Not only was the service great, but the place itself is so cute and pretty! I will definitely be coming back.

I have a couple friends who love this place who arranged a Moms Night Out for the preschool PTA. Lush was very accommodating in that they were going to stay open a little late, and because we were a large group, they were offering a discount. We were given a menu with prices in advance. When it was time to pay, I was quoted full rate. When I mentioned that we were supposed to receive a discount, they called over to manager who said, yes, 10% off. So $1 off. and literally deducted $1. $1 off was not 10% off, but she marched away and made it clear that it was not open for discussion.My nails look pretty. But thats not honest nor competent business practices.

The lady who I like to do my nails because I feel that she does the best nails there, always asks like I can’t afford their prices. I am African-American. The first time she did my nails, she referred me to their other shop with lower prices, however I live 5 minutes from the Toco Hills salon. I let that go & kept going to the salon because I recently moved to Atlanta and it is difficult to find good nail techs. However, she was slightly rude and insisted that my card was declined, but she did not know how to work the card machine and the manager had to help. Last time being disrespected. I will not be returning.

My experience was so nice. My nails came out nice in size, shape, and color. The lady who did my nails helped me pick the color when I couldn’t decide, we had a nice conversation, and she was super sweet. I will definitely be going back😁.

Sooo this was my second time coming to this nail salon, and for one I was not greeted at all no one said hello and asked me what needed, but sadly I love they do my nails ! There’s really good but they need to w on their customer service

I like the place and atmosphere alot. The screenshot messages are really good. My nails look great from a distance but up close they look lumpy. This was my 2nd time. 1st time was better so I may give them 1 more try.

Great place! And love Krissy. Went for the first time and Krissy dis my SNS nails. It was my second time doing SNS and the first I didn’t love it. So I decided to try this place after a friend recommended it . And needless I was very pleased. I had a few requests when getting SNS done this time around. Wanted them thin, narrower and looking as close to the shape of my nails as possible and needs less to say Krissy got it and nailed it. I will go back and become a frequent client so long that Krissy can do my nails.

I absolutely loved my experience here. Not only is the staff always so welcoming, but the customer service is to the roof. I was serviced for a pedicure, full set and eyebrow waxing. I was very pleased and will highly recommend. I can’t wait to return for my next service.

Omg I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! They very friendly and the work....lord it’s perfect!! Dari did my pedicure and she was the bomb!!! My first time going and they made me feel uncomfortable. Like they did not want to serve me so I just left.

I was excited to try this nail salon as they have awesome reviews and it seems to always be crowded. The salon is clean and most of the staff seemed friendly. I hope I just got stuck with the wrong technician because I have never had a more rough or sloppily done manicure. He seemed like he had never filed nails before, he didnt even trim my cuticles, and he rushed through the paint portion leaving it visibly uneven after drying. They also make you pay/tip before the service is completed which I found strange. I wont be returning.

I went to Lush Nail Bar for the first time yesterday for a birthday pamper I heard a lot of great things about this salon so My mom and I went when we walked in they were so welcoming and their ventilation worked well because there was no overwhelming chemical smell they had a HUGE selections of colors I got SNS on my nails and my mom and I got regular polish on my toes We were sat immediately and I was having a hard time figuring out a color because the selection was huge but I saw a giant selection of chrome and the past salons Ive went to they would have 5 shades and werent very good so I decided to get it and Im defiantly getting it again the pedicure was terrific I liked how they had different aromas you could choose from because at salons Ive been to you have to buy a bigger package for different scents so that was nice the ladies who did my nails were so gentle but not gentle enough where I didnt feel anything I wish I got their names but they didnt try to upsale us with is rare at the salons Ive been too Im telling my friends and will defiantly come back!

As cancer patient; safety is even more important. I found salon to be very clean even before COVID and now implementing- temp checks, sanitizer; plastic cover between you and technicians.As far quality; i only saw two technicians and found them very good. You got to tell them what you want /need . The prices are reasonable in comparison to others. Very happy to have salon like this !

Was referred by a friend to Lush, but this was my first time in- great service. Friendly team and they do such a great job! Sanitization measures, masks required, and social distancing measures in place. Felt completely safe and cared for AND such a great price. Thank you so much, Lush! ❤️

Talented staff, clean establishment. I was not impressed by the customer service. I believe it depends on who you are, this was my first time and one person greeted me and allowed me to take my time and make a decision, although 4 technicians provided service. I wont return, Lush nail bar has plenty of business. I hope your experience is better than mine.Edit: I was contacted promptly concerning my review. I was offered a chance to return. I would if only one person had bad customer service, it was several Technicians which to me makes it the atmosphere of the business.

The service was great the but prices did not add up. I got a regular pedicure with plain polish, manicure with just a over lay with gel polish, and eyebrows. They charged me $85. My best friend got the same pedicure and a manicure full set with sns. She was charged $25 less than me??? How? The eye brow wax was only $8 dollars. I tried to talk to them about the price confusion and apparently the manicure I got was more than a full set with sns. Gel has never cost more than sns. I don’t know.... oh well. I will just go to the nail salon around the corner and get the same service for less money. Sorry for the sad review. I just don’t understand their pricing .

First time here. Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I had accidentally selected a gel polish for my pedicure and I loved the color. They went out of their way to find me a polish that almost matched it completely. The pedicure was excellent and the atmosphere is lovely here. Prices are great as well!

I absolutely adore coming to get pampered! They dont miss a step! They take care of your nails and skin! Massages are great and my nails turn out fabulous! I love the nail tech Jessie! She does my nails and eyebrows but everyone elseI have experienced does amazing work from head to toe.

The quality of services has surely gone down. I visited the salon on Tuesday and if you saw my nails on today, you wouldnt believe it. The gel is so thick and they cut my cuticles so close and was so rough that my skin is peeling. Its bad. I will NEVER return. Money wasted.

I have been to this nail salon several times, and it seems to be a recurring problem with punctuality. I made an appointment with a friend beforehand for 4PM. We arrived on time at 3:57PM, and we informed them of our appointment but were simply told to put our names on the wait list. Instead of prioritizing our appointment first, they simply went down the list for other people waiting. We ended up waiting 1 hour before we were guided to 2 seats next to eachother. Even then, we had to wait another 30min before any technician finally started my nails. My friend was still waiting when we told my technician that we had an appointment at 4, and that’s when she frantically told another technician to hurry and start my friend’s nails. There was absolutely no point in making an appointment. Another issue is professionalism - while we were waiting at our seats, a technician working on a pedicure next to me would slam the ring of nail color samples onto my table, and onto my wallet. It was quite rude and surprised me. While my friend and I ended up quite happy with our nails, the experience was quite unpleasant.

I love Lush Nail Bar. They are clean and very kind. I’ve never been the type to get my nails done regularly, but I am now going every 2-3 weeks because I like my technician so much.

On Saturday, September 5, 2020, I went to Lush Nail Bar at 2865 N Druid Hills RD NE Atlanta GA 30329. I was injured by a person they say is named Dri Paw. It was serious enough to draw blood on one or both primary toes. I told the person to stop as she was causing pain. She continued on and I soon learned that she drew blood. I spoke to the owner or manager and asked for a copy of the license of the person. After a delay, he was unable to provide a copy. He said she had forgotten it at home. I asked if the business had a copy in its records and on display. He said he did not have a copy and none was provided. I was unable to verify of this person was licensed to perform the services as represented. This place should be fined and shut down until they can prove that all persons in there are licensed and the licenses on full display at all times. This place is unsanitary and I am not sure the others are licensed. I found no display of ANY licenses for any person there.

The manager I believe he is was very nice, he sits at the front . But, the work is very poor of the techs, I got a SNS with manicure & my nails looked horrible, she soaked my nail tips to remove the other powder that literally had my finger tips flaky for the next 3 days, she peeled my skin off to the meat, I started bleeding, & didn’t put any solution on to stop the bleeding . One & done . I won’t return unless, they re-train their techs .

Sorry to say this place has declined in service over the year Ive been going to it. Last SNS I received the tech was in a big rush to get the next customer. In addition to nicking my skin around my cuticles, with the drill, the finish started to chip in 3 days. The whole atmosphere of the place began to feel more like get you in, get you out, on to the next customer. Supposedly there is a manager on duty but doesnt seem to be doing much in the way of managing. Happy to say I am now going to the new salon that just opened around the corner and the service and atmosphere are 100% better.

Probs won’t come back here. It’s only been a week and my nails are chipping, even on my toes (which never happens) but the staff was really nice which is great and the inside looks pretty.

Yesterday was my first visit. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I actually did not like something on my nails and told the technician. I was apprehensive because they were near closing time but she fixed it and did not rush. I left 100% satisfied. This is the best SNS set I’ve had in over a year! I will definitely be returning.

I am incredibly disappointed in this nail salon. I had been searching for a salon in Atlanta ever since I moved here. My first two times were excellent and had me thinking this was going to be my home nail salon! But unfortunately the past few months I’ve been going here my acrylic set lifts within a week. I thought maybe I was at fault and got a new set but sadly after 4 days my nails started lifting and my thumb nail completely popped off. I am so disappointed because it happened just before the holiday party I had gotten my nails done for. From what I understand this has to do with poor nail prepare and failure to remove the oils from my nail bed. I’ve never had issues like this before and tho the prices at this salon are very great coming back every week for a fill in is costing me more and more money.

I just moved to the area and was dreading finding a new nail home but I got lucky on my first try! This place and super cute and on the upscale side but without the upscale prices. Everyone was super friendly and I felt very welcomed. I told Chrissy what I wanted and she delivered. She made sure I was pleased with my results and consistently checked to see if I was happy with the way she was doing my nails. 2 weeks later and my nails are holding up great! Awesome place!

I absolutely love the service I receive from Lush. All of the techs are great but Reeya is my favorite for pedicures. Her attention to detail and her massage is impeccable. I also love their cash and student discount......and the decor is perfect.

I had to wait a while even tho I had an appt but the service was great! I noticed they serve wine cause a couple customers had a cup of wine. I wasn’t offered any so I’m not sure if u have to ask for it or if u are offered and I just didn’t get offered something to drink. Who knows but I will be back and l’ll see if I’m offered something to drink then or if I have to ask.

Really enjoy this place. Very clean and relaxing. Im a nurse and appreciate the sterility. Also Le is wonderful at massaging my sore, tired feet and legs and is a perfectionist with the polish. Their massage chairs are great too. Highly recommend.

Ok, Im going to look past how one of the nail techs was really rude to me because I didnt know the difference between acrylic and gel. The other ladies were super nice.The shop is very cute and they place very pretty nature videos on a big plasma screen TV, which is such a nice touch.Also, the way the shop is set up, its really easy to sit next to your friend if you want to get service at the same time!

In general I have had very positive experiences at this salon. The price is unbeatable and the service has always been pleasant. However last night I had a strange encounter, where the technician proceeded to talk about politics. This rubbed be the wrong way and usually such a conversation never ends well. While I engaged a bit, I was uncomfortable and I tried to change the conversation several times and he kept going back to the current political climate and his personal beliefs. The technician also nicked my fingers with the filing device for my SNS and blamed it on my dry hands. Well if you are essentially using a sander to grind down my nails, how is it my fault if you deviate slightly from my nail bed and make me bleed? He was nice and apologetic about it, but I did have to request alcohol for my fingers and advocate for my own injury. I will likely try another salon next time.

Pedicures are good (I bring my own polish) but my first time getting nails here and all of them lifted within days and three popped off. Waste of money and extremely poor quality. It hasn’t even been a week and a half yet. Won’t return.

Absolutely wonderful! Truly the best pedicure and full set that I’ve ever had. The gentleman spent time on my feet and was very attentive to detail. The woman that worked on my nails was very kind and knew what she was doing. I live an hour away but would definitely drive al the way here again!! Highly recommend

I enjoyed the quality of the service (pedicure) itself, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Maybe the guy who did my pedicure was just having a bad day. I came in for just a pedicure and nail buff for my hands, but it really seemed like I was terribly inconveniencing this guys day. It made me feel very self-conscious the entire time. If you need a pedicure and are looking to be treated to with respect, great customer service, and dignity--you definitely have other options out there.

I have been coming to this nail salon for a year now. My first service was not the best, but they offered to fix it for free almost a month later and requested I update my last review.Ever since then, I have tried to go back due to somewhat good service and the manager willing to accommodate.However, the past few times, I have had issues with my SNS manicure either cracking or chipping within days of service. I would take pictures to document everything with time stamps. The first time I went back after my nails were cracking, the management was accommodating and gave me 15% off my next service.This month, prior to my trip for Christmas, I got my nails done with SNS as usual, and had the SAME issue with cracks and chips literally 3 days after my service. I started sending pictures to the salon on yelp, but got limited to no response.When I got back in town and stopped by for a fix- I decided to get a color change and ONLY agreed to pay for the color change, and not the service since my nails for Christmas started falling apart within 3 days. The first technician I spoke to agreed to only charge me for the color change, but once my nails were done and I was ready to pay- there was an argument on what I will get charged for. I was told that I was not going to get a student discount because they were already giving me a 15% discount for the serviceUpon speaking to the manager and trying to explain the situation, the manager tried to blame things on my nails, and that I was having my nails chip and crack too often. I tried showing pictures to prove that it wasn’t my nails, but the actual polish that was chipping/cracking and wasnt staying on for 3 weeks as promised. I eventually found the initial nail tech who had agreed to only charge me for the color change and thankfully I ended up paying JUST for the color change with a 10% discount.Even though the issue was resolved in the end, this has happened way too many times making it incredibly inconvenient for me and my time. I have seen other customers have arguments at checkout on prices or services. And after my nails being blamed today for the chips and cracks- I will no longer continue doing business with Lush Nail Bar.

I am in love with this place. The people are very caring, and willing to listen if there is something you’re not happy with. They are very clean!!! (This is actually the first thing I noticed about them) It’s a quite relaxing environment with motivational quotes and nature pictures. It can get a bit busy on the weekends, so I do recommend booking ahead of time. Other than that I have nothing to say, except that I am very happy with this place, and it will be my go to from now on. : )

Love getting my mania & pedís here. everyone is always so nice and friendly. Have never had a bad experience here. Would totally recommend to anyone that is needing some me time.

I got SNS and a gel pedicure and had a perfect experience. My SNS nail tech was Vince who was super meticulous on the shape, and when my nail broke right before my appointment, he put on a tip for no charge. He consistently asked me if they looked okay before continuing, which I appreciated. He was funny and just really thorough. The pedicure was also nice. I run, so keep my nails pretty short, but she still made them look clean and feminine

Great and friendly place to get your nails done. Not only is it immaculate but staff is super friendly and professional. Went in for a gel mani and by mistake I got two slightly different tones of red in each hand (we were mixing them up to find the right shade). I was in a rush but the manager immediately offer a new appointment at a time of my convenience to get a new color done. Couldnt be happier! THANKS :)

Simply amazing, after the lady soaked my feet, she began treating it, and a few minutes later they were looking fantastic clean and fresh

Oh my God Anni was great she gave me a lovely manicure with the SNS. It was a wonderful experience she answered all my questions I will be going back again.

The staff is kind and will offer you something to drink. I came for a pedicure. I opted for a pricier treatment expecting a longer and better massage. I felt like she barely touched my feet. I didnt say anything because I thought surely her touching me wouldnt be the massage. Nope. That was it.The polish job was fine though. Im giving it three stars because the staff is kind and polish job was fine. But overall the pedicure quality was below expectations.It likely depends on who you get because I saw other people get great massages. There needs to be consistency here.Im disappointed and dont know if I will come back.Edit: I spoke to the manager and he apologized and stated he would address the inconsistency. He also offered a discount to come back. Ill give it another whirl.I emphasized that the spa is nice and that the technician was very kind. I wasnt seeking to get her in trouble but it needed to be addressed. The manager was very understanding.

Lush is such a great place! Everyone has always been so kind. My nails are always the way I asked for them. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new nail salon!!

I love this nail salon!! They were very friendly and professional. My mom and I, and a little girl I babysit got our nails done together. They were so kind, sweet and gentle to my baby. Please go get your nails done here they are amazing!!!

Carefully and beautifully done nails, every time! I usually get a basic pedi and SNS Mani and have been highly satisfied with every visit, no matter which tech does the work. I wont go anywhere else!

I left a review on Yelp already, but I felt the Google community needed to know whats up as well. First off, I want to admit how particular I can be about my nails as well as the service I expect. This salon, hands down, will now be my go-to spot. Their system they have is awesome and it feels very refreshing when you walk in. I dont feel uncomfortable with the techs because they actually want to engage in conversation with me versus talking to each other in Vietnamese (Im Vietnamese haha). Very clean and new salon and the white interior makes me feel at ease. So glad I found this gem!! Will be back very soon!
