I went here a couple of years ago for beauty and the Beast themed nails and they came out perfect. So when I finally moved back to the west valley I came here again. This time they had to fix another shops work, and now I know I should have just come here first. They are so nice, and give great service. My technician had a great eye for detail and took her time to make sure my nails looked great. Their prices are fair and I will be going here from now on!

This was my first time ever going there. I wanted to give it a try since it closed a little bit later than others also because its close to home. Whoever did my nails seemed like she was the owner, she was nice and all but my nails were not what I expected. The lighting there wasnt all that great they looked pretty at first but once i got home i started noticing a couple of nails were darker than the others which was the color i really wanted and also the gel wasnt on all the nail. Well i was just gonna ignore that but then by the second day a nail broke off because all the lighter nails were real thin. I went back to try n fix it but she was busy she said to go the next day. Some people dont have time to be going the next day to get a nail redone it should be done right the first time. After a couple of days another one broke. Now a week later a third one broke and i just took em off because i got mad and they looked ugly 55 dollars plus tip wasnt worth that. If you do go here make sure you pay attention to your nails before you walk out and that they use enough of that stuff so they dont break so easily.I dont get them done much but my nails usually last at least 3 weeks without breaking this was a first.

Worst service ever, waited over 45 min to get a pedicure done. Once the pedicure was done I needed to get my refill & the lady didn’t want to do it because it was already close time . I was in the shop for 2 hours and couldn’t get my service done. I have my business right next to this shop in the corner . Definitely telling all my customers to NOT come here ever . Worst experience of my life !!!

Second and last time that I go here. Good customer service but horrible job done on my nails. The first time I had about five nails with cuts on my cuticles. I addressed it and they told me it was normal. The second time the man that did my nails seemed to be rushing. My nails were poorly done Left with patches all over.

I had my nails done by the owner and she did a rush horrible job. I had long natural beautiful nails and she use SNS powder. She didn’t even bother to shape my nails. Two weeks later my nails broke off. I would not recommend this place. However the pedicure girl did great.

Very disappointed that I made an appointment for two pedicures and there was only one person to assist us. My friend that came with me, did not get hers as we still had to wait 20 minutes to put our feet in the water and we had a time frame. 🤨

This place is getting way too busy and they dont take care of the customers like they should. when you call they say oh nobodys here but when you get there theres five people waiting. This will be my last time there Ive been cut too many times from going there and trusting them. They are sweet and they really know how to bring you in. They can do really good work but once youre treated like you dont matter anymore why go back.

I got Ray and he was amazing, i told him exactly how i wanted them and asked if hed not cut my real nails, he was amazing he understood i have sensitive cuticles and was gentle. He was super quick but detailed i will be coming here every time!!! I finally found somebody as good as my old nail guy im very happy! I recommend anyone to go to Mr.Ray here!!! I go there twice a month for a mani and a pedi. Dont know the girls name, but, she knows me!!! Shes always in a good mood and her mom is always right by her side. She comes up with some sick designs and its always spot on with her work.

I love coming here. I been a client of Dinah and her crew for 5 years and still holding strong. I drive all the way from Tempe just to get my nails and toes done. Not once have I ever had a bad time or experience. Her crew and Dinah always make sure I’m comfortable and polite. I would honestly recommend her shop to everyone because they’re just simply that great.

The shop is amazing with a great staff, very friendly and relaxed place. Clean! I will say one nail shop worth your money definitely. I love that I can set up appointments and go in an get what I need done but even as a walk in the staff does its best to get you in. If you ever saw my nails in person youd see why I go and highly recommend them!

I had the worst experience here which was surprising since Ive visited in the past and loved it. I waited nearly 2 hours only to have an inexperienced nail tech do my nails. She used so much acrylic I was modified. I figured shed shave most of it down with the tool but no. I kept feeling my nails to make sure they were smooth enough and at first I thought they were ok but when I left that place I was so disappointed and out of $60. Needless to say the shop is going down hill fast and if be surprised if it lasted another year.

Nails were done in haste so they were not smoothe or evenly sculpted. Even though they were painted with gel polish my nails didnt look like a nail salon had done my nails. If the tech would slow down a little & file the nails to make the nail uniform they would have repeat customers. I actually had one nail that was nowhere near straight; it literally looked like it was on the finger diagonally. Within a week my nails were lifting without my hands being in dish water or doing labor intensive work with my hands. Also their prices are not set so every customer gets same price for the same service. Doesnt make me want to go back.

Okay first let me start by saying the owner is wonderful she has a very inviting personality and makes you feel very welcome.Ive been coming here for seven months I had my nails done by Ray and he always did a good job.Ive now had my nails done twice by two other nail techs and they were awful.My thumb nail is so lumpy it looks like Sloth from the Goonies. The girl that did my nails kept complaining that she wasnt at her station and the acrylic was drying to fast for her.I sat there wondering why she didnt just switch stations instead of complaining and leaving me with speed bumps on my nails.Two weeks later one of my nails had popped off, That never happened when Ray did them.My natural nails are so thin from being filed to death. I dont know if I can get them fixed now.The oil they used made my skin crack and bleed then come off in patches.The older woman that did my nails before did an even worse job than this at least the young girl managed to paint the whole nail.While I do appreciate the owners wonderful personality, Im not about paying 60 dollars for some busted looking nails that pop off in two weeks.

This was my first time coming to Queens nails and spa let me tell you it was amazing the customer service was absolutely great. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful I love them. Sandy did my eyebrows they turned out perfect recommend this place I am a customer from now on.

I been coming here for five years now. There has not been a time I didn’t like the service I got for my nails,toes,and even waxes. Any time I break one of my nails at work, it never fails, the ladies always take care of me, with no issues ever. It’s clean and very home feel comfortable . They always make you feel welcomed, like always . Definitely A 5 star experience every time I’m here ladies. Diena is the lady that assists me when I come in. Recommending her ! The people were very nice, but I felt like the man was rushing to get my nails done which resulted in uneven shaped nails. And after about a week and a half the nails were able to be popped off in whole pieces almost as if it was just a glue on nail! I have never been able to take off (whats supposed to be) acrylics so easily in my life.Will never return or waste my money there again.

Christina really pampered my wife for our sixth anniversary (we went together for a new shared experience).Her nails were excellently done, feet massaged, toenails glossed and glittered, and was very much comforted and treated like a princess.I definitely recommend them to everyone, and Ill bring her back every time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Amateur work. Just wanted a gel manicure but after Ray finished cleaning my cuticles I noticed they were not clean and that would affect the gel holding. When I asked him to redo it HE CUT MY skin. I told him to stop right there. There was no way I would let him finish this half a$$ job then try to make me pay for it. Literally the worst manicure I ever almost got. Dont waste your time or money!!!!

I have been in this nail salon a few times. this last time I did NOT want what I got. So I got the pedicure which was great, then was handed off to another tech to do m nails. As he was doing them I realized this is what I did NOT want. I nicely said something and this tech says.what I just did all this work He was having a fit so I let it go. Which I realize now that i should have NOT! bullying me I believe. Because of 2 technicians I had to pay 2 tips $20.00 instead of 1 tip I felt hustled. very very unhappy

Best place to get your eyebrows done, Im a guy and I go there all the time.. The young Asian lady does them the best and they are well shaped and taken care of for just 8 dollars.. I would highly recommend this place for eyebrow waxing!

I have been coming to this shop for almost a year now and I adore coming in. I never walked out not satisfied, always greeted with a Hello and welcomed... The shop is always clean and plays peaceful music well you sit back and relax. I highly recommend Queen Nails to everyone looking for a nail shop!

I went there a few weeks ago and not even three days later my step mom had to be rushed to urgent care because her arm went numb and she had a red light shooting from one finger up her arm! Turns out she got an infection on a finger where her nail was cut. I wish I could post a picture it was nasty they had to dig at her finger just to clean the infection out . Never going here again!

They have always done a wonderful job for my mother and I and so friendly too!

Queen Nails!!!I have gone a month (no kidding) literally an entire month and my Nails didn’t chip or crack. The selection is crazy! I didn’t know how many choices there were; and if you want something you saw on Pinterest etc, they got you covered.THE MASSAGE chairs are BRAND new! The place is clean and the owner is an artist who goes out of her way to ensure your happiness. This place is so great that I even took my mom for a day of pampering, and she was beyond pleased. And if you knew my mom that’s virtually impossible to do. Thanks Queen Nails!!!

This is now my go to nail salon. I went in after work yesterday and was created with such respect and happiness. The manager and her mom helped me with my manicure and pedicure and eye brow waxing, Ive never felt so welcome. They did so good on my nails and eye brows Ill defiently be going back every 2 weeks.

First tine..Last time. Waited 20 minutes then got in the water for a pedicure for another 20 minutes...The guy conveniently took a break...Still waiting....then a woman came up...applied lip gloss for 2 minutes..No one apologized for the wait. Started speaking in their language so I knew this was not a good sign...Not a good pedicure..water cold..etc.The guy reappeared to do a pedicure on a white woman...remember money is green! Now the technician is on her phone...while still painting my toes.

I finally found a place that cares about the work they do. Always friendly and fun staff. The nails I get done here are always fantastic and masterfully done. I come back here regularly.

I have been here a couple of times and was starting to like them. Until, I have been getting off of work late and I had an hr and half left before they close and they didnt want to attend me... a few workers who were doing pedi said that it was their last customer for the day so they told me to come the next day. Like some people work and have crazy hours. I dont have time to come back the next day. I work in customer service and I help customer up until the time I close... if my store says I close at 7pm and a customer walks in at 659 I will help that customer. Even if i stay another 30 minutes.

Took my girl here and it was a very clean place. Employees are very professional and nice it has earn three stars. EVERYONE WHO LIKES TO DO THEIR NAILS SHOULD COME HERE

Clean on the inside.. Seem like nice friendly staff. One man did my gel nails which were okay. but left dent marks in my nail bed. The other gentlemen did pedicure, when taking off the paint from the last pedicure, he did not even get the clear base coat off underneath. Rushed job, bumped my toe and just painted on top. Had no reason to rush. They close at 7:30PM was rushing me out at 7:00, when I came at 6:00PM. Go when they have more patience....

Horrible experience, I went during my lunch I was left in the chair the entire hour with my feet soaking and once there food got there they had the audacity to leave the clients in the chairs so they could eat their lunch. As I get up to leave the guy working there tells me to have a good day as it doesnt matter that my services were never provided.

Ill just start by saying this place is close to my house and I have come here for years. They have new owners within the last year and have made a lot of improvements. Peoces are very reasonable but they do food work. Of coarse youre not going to get something extravagant, but like I said they do really good work for the price and the acrylics always last through two or three films even. They remember me even when I come in (every two or three weeks) and everyone is very friendly. I have never had any issues since the new owners took over.

This is the worst place to get your nails done at! They are so sloppy and slow! They take their sweet ass time and are so rude, and still get up every 5 mins to smoke a cigarette!! Never will I return! Worst experience ever!!! I wish I could post pictures of the “work” that they did! (Tony)

DONT BOTHER! I first came here because my cousin highly recommended them. I paid $75 for a full set of acrylics, gel polish and gems on two fingers. The woman doing my nails ripped off my previous set without soaking using a nail tip. It was painful and I winced several times but she was lazy. When she put on my new set she shaped them stiletto instead of almond and did not file them even or size them right. I was upset and came back the next morning to have them fixed slightly . The set grew out and I had it taken off except she did such a bad job and filed my nails down so much there are indents, most my nails are lifting. One came off as well with a chunk of skin and nail. I would not recommend this place for anyone . Save your money there is a place on Peoria and 35th called phongs super nails and they do amazing work. I recommend Annie.

Loved this nAil place! The people were very welcoming and the prices were the best part. They have a big display of different designs and styles they do for the nails etc. I was able to get a full set/ pedicure (with design) and my eyebrows waxed for about $50! The area where this nail place is located was the biggest problem since its tucked away and you cant really see it.. But I feel like I found a hidden Jem! I recommend this place!

Today was my first time going to this salon and had a horrible experience. My pedicure was fine but the guy who did my manicure was horrible!! He was very rude and very rough! It felt like he was cutting me the entire time he was doing my cuticles and ended up making me bleed! I am a very humble person so I did not say anything and let him proceed with my mani. When he was done, I waited in the waiting area for my sister to finish up with her mani. He then had a new customer. After a few minutes I can hear them arguing. As it turns out, he was very rough with her as well and she ended up leaving almost in tears! The manager she talked to was not very nice either. After explaining the situation, all she said was well Im sorry for your experience but you can go. I will never return to this salon.

Waited foreverrr while a tech just sat there on her phone. The tech that did my nails had just finished someone elses pedi & tried starting my nails without changing her gloves (gross). My nails came out uneven, not even straight. Worse set of nails Ive ever had. Dont let me forget, she kept cutting my cuticles (ouch). Do NOT go there, unless ur ready for disappointment.. $50 down the drain. Deff not worth it. 👎

I moved to az two years ago from NYC and it took me that long to find a nail place i liked. I found queen nails on here after reading reviews went and tried it out. I had a pedicure first then a full set of acrylics. The pedicure was amazing one of the best i have ever had the lady was wonderFul and made me comfortable and welcome. After i got my nails done this dude was fantastic! ! A million designs to choose from or bring your own. And the prices are unbeatable! !
