The pedicure me and my wife got was very relaxing and came out nice and clean. We were happy for our first time here that being said we will without a doubt be back here monthly.

I absolutely loved it. They look so good. I previously sprained my finger before coming and it was really swollen and bruised. I told the girl doing my nails, and she was very gentle with it. For sure will be back.

Got me in no wait with no appt. Super friendly, well priced, even gave me a lil 1st timer gift. Ill be back.

They always do a great job with my pedicure and nails. The only downside is that they get busy and keep taking on clients even though they have all techs busy so sometimes they make you wait extra.

This used to be a favorite of mine for pedis because its close to home and you can usually get seen right away if walk in. I dont know if theyve changed ownership or what but the quality is just not there anymore. I used to be able to get beautiful freehand art (like flowers etc) done on my pedis but this request seems kind of foreign to them now. I asked for just a glitter line on my pedi this visit and it looked like a preschooler did it. There was messiness left all around on the cuticles. No clean up was offered. Really disappointed.

So far Im loving this nail salon. Havent had any issues with lifting or broken nails 😁

Very reasonable prices. Discount given for paying cash, although credit/debit cards are accepted. Technicians are pleasant and accommodating. Huge selection of nail colors to choose from. Dont forget to fill out weekly lottery ticket. Ive won twice!

Jenny has been my nail tech from day one. I switched over to them almost a year now. I am very happy with my nails. They also do my daughters nails which now she does the dip. Her nails are stronger than ever. They know us by name and are always in good spirits even during these times. Thank you for making us feel welcomed.

I have gone here a few times now so I feel my review is fair now after giving this place several chances. Firstly, you make an appointment and 2/5 times you will still have to wait well over your scheduled time because they over book and/or take walk ins during or right before your appointment. The females working are not the friendliest the man is always nice and will talk the women not so much. The place is always clean I will give them that, it is important. The most important in my opinion is the quality of service and talent level, both are below average compared to their competitors just a few minutes down the road each way. They RUSH through your nails in and out is the goal and sometimes even when they have no one else after you they will still rush. They aren’t the most talented when it comes to design and technique. There’s 3 main nail techs the husband and wife and Nancy. Nancy is the most talented of them but still I go to a salon down the road where her talent still doesn’t compare. The wife is ok she can do some things but they’re pretty basic/older styles and she’s extremely sloppy leaving uneven crooked nails every time or getting a color that was only supposed to be on one nail sloppily mixed into the nail next to it etc where as Nancy can do the shaping and nails themselves just fine. The husband lastly is only very very minimal beginner nails. 2 out of the times I’ve gone in a customer was not happy and wanted a refund as I sat getting my nails done. I’m done giving this business chances unfortunately and throwing my money away. I feel like they don’t love or even like what they do and put little effort into it.

I called and they answered said hello and immediately hung up on me three times. Then a man answered and sounded rude as hell. MY NAILS CAME OUT WITH LINT UNDER THE POLISH AND I GOT A FRENCH TIP SO YOU CAN SEE IT. AND SHE GOT SUPER GLUE ALL OVER MY FINGERS BRUH WTFFF

I liked this place at one point but now i will never go back. They are disrespectful & sloppy. Communication is bad with scheduling but they will treat you like its all your fault.I was treated unfairly and Im actually hurt by them.Youre better off paying a higher price to someone who cares and actually likes what they do.

Nancy is the best with design and nails. She doesnt cut me at all. She is the only one that I let do my nails!!

Love this nail salon! I come here every two weeks to get a gel manicure and pedicure and have always had a great experience. I dont have a preferred nail technician, I just go to whoever is available and my nails always come out beautiful.

I would suggest making an appointment but very friendly salon and Pedis are so relaxing and very affordable

I went in for a pink and white ombré and the lady that did them was in such a rush. They came out looking horrible. I paid $50 for something that was not done well. I will Never come back.

I got a gel manicure that got stained in 1 day. I went back and they fixed it for free but it just got stained again the next day and my nails look awful. I have gotten the same thing done at other places without this problem so Im not sure what the deal is

They offer great customer service and overall a wonderful experience—5 stars. My gripe is the quality of nail polish. I got a regular mani and pedi yesterday and the nail polish has already chipped on all of my nails and I see it happening on my toes. I’m super disappointed; I dropped $52 and didn’t get 48 hours out of this. I’m going to go over it with some glitter polish and hope that helps. Once they upgrade the quality of their polish, they’d be a 5 star without a doubt.

Ive been here twice now, but i think it was my last.The first time I went to Queen Nails, even though i had an appointment I waited almost an hour-- it was right before Christmas, so even though it was annoying I understood they were busy. My nails turned out fine, even though my manicurist couldnt do the candy cane design-- another manicurist had to do it. Their location is convenient, so I wanted to try them again.Unfortunately, even though there was no wait and no other customers waiting behind us, the experience was worse. My nails were sloppily done, and the woman doing my nails was visibly and audibly aggravated when I pointed out one nail was crooked (I was getting a French manicure). She kept tsking and even said last time when I asked her to fix it, and she seemed to be complaining to her coworker.I treated my little sister to a gel manicure. Shed grown out her nails for the appontment, and without asking the person doing her nails clipped them down to the quick! They looked so bad, i said I didnt know you bite your nails and my sister said I dont! He clipped them so far down it hurt! I literally could see the nail plate, which looked raw after the manicure. My sisters nail job was also sloppily done, he didnt clean up any gel that dripped down, and he used the wrong color for the design, and he was struggling with the (simple) design so much another manicurist had to step in and do it.Initially, i thought the sloppy work and attitude was because they needed to close (no clock that I could see), especially since my manicurist jumped up to sweep as soon as I was done. However, there was one other customer getting her nails done by the manager, and she left only a couple minutes before us. But when I got home, i checked the time and it was 6:45, meaning we had at LEAST 18 or so minutes before they needed to close.Its really too bad, i really wanted to like them because if their location.

I loved my nails! Going back today!

Does not trim your nails or cuticles. Does not listen or verify what you want before continuing on. Not sure if anything was sterile and very old products were used.Could use an update inside, looks very run down.

I got a fungus infection had to go to a hospital during my vacation to make sure my fingers were okay 😤 when I called they refused to take my name down and hung up on me 2 times !!!! No refund or anything ! Worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail place I. My life !!!! Save your fingers ladies !!
