I went here to see Vicky and absolutely LOVE the job that she did! I showed her an image, she made some suggestions and they turned out beautiful. She was also very nice and conversational! Totally would recommend going to Vicky if you are going here :)

He didn’t measure my nails and all are uneven to each other they broke within 3 hours and he didn’t have patience for me to pick what I wanted. Before I could decide a color or style he started doing my hands. It was aggressive and hurt my hands and nails and I’m unsatisifed with their work and it’s way over charged for poor quality.Edit: it’s not lying he got started on my hands before I even got to fully decide a design or color. But besides that you say to honor work yet when my own mother and sister came in you did their nails poorly and treated them badly because they didn’t like your work.

I was here first time and never again. Don’t need to explain a lot - see pics of their “nail service”. What a waste of $75. The three different people who are responsible for this horrible work were upset( angry ) when I asked them to redo one of my nail .

Call to make an appointment and very rude and she hang the phone up. My wife called and received the same costumer service. One Star ? Zero star would fit the service. So, hanging up on a customer appropriate and the Groupon isn’t a issue it’s hanging up on a customer who’s willing to pay.

Very clean. The owners are very kind and do an amazing job. They just got new pedicure stations as well, very pretty inside and comfortable. Highly recommend. We love to support them.

I didnt have an appointment and stopped in late in the afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in right away. It was very pleasant and clean, a little warm for me but overall very nice

I usually get my nails and lashes done here all the time, today I got my eyelashes done and my experience was very upsetting. I’m 8 months pregnant and the room she did them in was at least 85 degrees. I asked for air and she put a light fan on me but then without my permission took it off of me without saying anything.I was sweating and uncomfortable throughout the whole process. She was careless with the application to the point where my eyes were burning and watering during the procedure. She poked me multiple times and continued to press the eyelash extension tips into my waterline painfully, something that has never happened before. Over all I was very upset when I left there and I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back here for any other services.

Tried Amazing Nails and Lash salon today.My nail technician is friendly and nice, not too chatty, she is experienced and efficient but also very attentive to small details! No smudge or uneven edges! Layers are even with a little thickness. After removal of my old gel polish, she asked how I wanted my nails and double checked with me before continuing. Definitely will go back again!

I’ve been going to Amazing Nails for over a year consistently and won’t go anywhere else. We all know nail places are a dime a dozen but the owners set this one apart from all the others. Husband and wife owners are courteous and flexible when I call to get an appointment. They remember your name and what colors you typically like. Love spending my money here. 😎

Amazing staff--theyre all prompt, professional, efficient and friendly. They greet you, seat you, and bring you a cup of tea of your choice. They even gave out small gifts around the holidays.salon well-kept and very clean. Nothing makes you question the hygienic aspect of it at all.Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the finished product makes it very much worth it. Ive had the best manicures, pedicures and gel manicures here.I had a gel manicure right before going on a 10-day scuba diving trip, and it stayed perfect, even for an extra 5 days after I got back from my trip. Salt water + assembling/dis-assembling scuba diving gear do not make for gently-used hands, but that gel manicure stayed completely intact.My absolute favorite nail salon in the city! Cant recommend them enough.

My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures and this was by far the best experience the both of us has ever had. We felt extremely relaxed, the staff was wonderful and getting an appointment was easy. We walked in and they immediately took us to the back and started our pedicures. Offered us refreshments and even made sure we were both comfortable the whole time. The music was relaxing. Neither one of us had any complaints. I think the best part was the massages we both got. We will both come back time and time again.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure and decided to try this place. Its clean and pretty inside. Everyone was so friendly. They had plenty of color choices making my decision hard, but I chose a pretty rosy pink from the OPI fall 2017 collection. My toes look so pretty again! Im sure Ill go back again. This place might be my new favorite nail place!

I was happy with the service provided. The people were very friendly and that means a lot to me. I don’t want to be in an environment where I feel I’m an intruder... which some of these nail salons have a tendency to make you feel . I felt the staff had the right attitude. Their job is to provide a good service and to make my total experience favorable and it was. I would have given it 5 stars except that my water wasn’t hot enougjh and one staff member made a comment that she could tell I did my own manicures. That was not necessary,

They do such a detailed job, I never have problems with the finished manicure.Prices are good for the service and environment! The shop is so cute, very clean, and chairs comfortable.Room for improvement:- while they have a ton of colors, the actual variety could be improved. I have a deep love of OPI and would love if they carried more of their cult colors and dips.

Overall, very satisfied with the outcome of my pedicure. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. They spent about an hour on a basic pedicure. A lot of the time was spent on leg massage and foot scrubbing. I am very ticklish on my feet so if they had cut back at least half the time they spent scrubbing the bottoms of my feet, I would have not held it against them! Giving 5 stars neck see most people probably wouldnt mind a long massage. Im impatient and get bored easily.

As soon as I walked in the young woman at the desk greeted me. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was getting my nails done for my bday and I left so happy. Technician did amazing. The shape was perfect and look at my cuticles!!!! AMAZING! Will definitely be back to see ! They also had sooooo many gel colors to look through.

My new nail place!! Nothing fancy here, but they still do everything right! Theyre efficient and work quickly while still paying attention to detail. The workers are really nice too!Make sure to make an appt, they get really busy. And expect a wait for walk-ins. Easy parking in the front (the lot is small though).

I came here for a simple gel manicure and it was amazing. The employees are all super friendly and warm hearted I never felt more comfortable in a nail salon, and I could tell from the look of it all the other customers felt the same as me. My manicure was not rushed at all and she took the time to make sure every nail and cuticle was absolutely perfect. I rarely get my nails done but coming here makes me want to make it part of my regular routine. Ive had gel polish done at other places before and never has it looked as great as it does now. They also have a huge gel nail color selection! The staff is so respectful and kind and I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, I actually want to take friends and family here because it was such a nice experience. I tried this nail salon for the first time today after being referred by a friend. I am getting married on Friday and had a specific shade of blue that I wanted. I was upset at first because the color looked much greener once they applied it to my fingers. They redid it with another color, but it was still not what I had envisioned. They spent countless time and worked extra hard to make the color lighter and fit the picture I showed them. Ive never received such amazing customer service and accommodations before today. I will certainly be back!

Had a great experience! Was not rushed. Prices were reasonable. Employees were friendly and did a great job. They seem like they actually enjoy and care about their work, unlike some other places Ive been to. We went there because we found them on Groupon, but this was a win. There is a popular nail salon walking distance from my house, but Id rather make the 30-minute drive to this place instead.

I luckily found Amazing Nails and Lash. They never disappoint! I have been there over a dozen times, I always leave feeling relaxed and extremely happy with the way my nails look and feel! I take my mom and my daughter whenever they are in town because I know what a great pedi/mani they do. They take appointments and are always right on time, or sometimes I walk in during the week if in the area, which has worked so far. They update their colors, the spa is very clean and they pay attention to detail. This is an awesome place to get your nails done. The owner is absolutely wonderful and professional.

Worst service I’ve ever encountered. My fiancé bought a Groupon to this place, he didn’t know I’d been here once before and the skin refused to accept it stating that it was not allowed to be a gift even though it’s an option to be sent as a gift. They refused to take me even though their salon was completely empty. I even spoke to the owner and his wife. Feels like they didn’t want to help me because I’m plus size. I wish I could give negative stars.

I went here today for the 1st time and I was pleasantly surprised with the colors and the no-chip mani. Ive been to places which were double and worst quality. If you want a good no-chip shellac mani w/ out frills, this is the place. There is a 2-3 min hand/arm massage which is always points in my book - A+

This place has terrible customer service. I bought a Groupon and quickly got a refund because it was a rip off. Paying $39 for a basic pedicure is ridiculous I thought maybe I would get gel or whatever. Anyways, the employees were extremely rude and I will never recommend this place to anyone I know and I will never return to this nail salon. Im not really sure how they even get customers with how rude they were to my friend and I.

First time here. My sister got fake nails with dip powder. I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. When I got my feet done he did a good job but when it was time for my manicure it felt like he rushed. Probably cause there was only 2 people and many clients came in.They have water, wine and coffee if u want.Theres a groupon but if u mention it u can tell them and dont have to buy it on groupon. They will give u the same deal as Groupon.I recommend scheduling an appointment. U can walk in as well. They do call back to confirm ur appointment.I really liked how they were organized. Dip powder colors on one side and gel colors on the other side. The numbers on the test strips match the ones on the wall so u can choose ur own colors.
