Overcharge for what you get and generally lazy/poor work. Maybe we’re just used to a different standard but will not return. Acrylics are thick and rounded, pedicure all different shapes looks terrible. Tried to ask for one toe to be different shape and would not do it. Would not recommend

Super cute set. He did such a great job and is super nice to talk with. Prices have gone up a bit since last time I got my nails done before the pandemic.

I really enjoyed the pedicure, which includes a nice massage chair. I also had my eyebrows waxed and that wasnt a great experience. The wax was put too low under the brow, resulting in burns above both eyelids.

I am so happy for finally finding a great place to get my nails done! I had really bad experience around the area either because it was too expensive or the service was just bad BUT FINALLY I FOUND MY HAPPY PLACE!!!Highly recommended!Nice people. Really efficient. Well priced.Great place!

Go for the spa pedicure to be sandal ready. Double exfoliation in combo with both a hot rock and oil leg massage hit the spot!

They are always friendly do great nails and will even let you walk in and they pleasantly take care of your needs in short try this place you wont be sorry.

This was my very first time getting my nails done. I dont know alot about nails. I asked for a manicure. When I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted, she got upset and then told me to go sit at a different chair cause someone else had to do my nails. This guy did my nails and told me what I wanted was called a full set (again I didnt know that) I felt pressured to get gel, he was quite and seemed upset, and it was just awkward overall...BUT I did like my nails, though I wont go back.

This is a nice nail salon with really a great bunch of ladies. They are not a Typical nail salon. A really enjoyable group that works here and the owner is adorable. They do their best to get you in if you come in without an appointment but I do recommend an appointment. They really do a nice job and the manicure and pedicure last a good solid 2 weeks

They were awesome me & my daughter were walk-ins & we were seen immediately.. Atmosphere was laid back & prices were great. I dont like my nails thick & they r perfect.. My daughter was so pleased the girl that did hers drew some art on her nails OMG she is amazing.. We have found our permanent nail salon..

They do a good job and are quick, but not always the friendliest. I keep going back because how fast and consistent they are though!

I have been looking for a nail salon for months, when I found Tiffanys I knew this was going to be the place for me. The pedicure treatment has been absolutely fabulous each time and the quiet calm atmosphere relaxing. My toes look great!

Awesome salon me and girlfriends love it here!! They are never rude or make you feel bad if you ask for something or request..I get acrylic on my toenails and every salon seems like its hassle but when I asked them they did it happily and perfect! And they have enough staff to keep up with the flow of people which is great because I hate long waits!

I just left Tiffany’s Spa Nails, which I won’t be visiting again.My wife has been going here regularly for the past few years, as one of two nail saloons that she visits. But after today, she won’t be going back to Tiffanys.Last Sunday December 17th at 2:30 PM, I purchased a $60 gift certificate as a Christmas present for my wife for a pedicure and manicure. Sometime this past week, I misplaced the gift certificate, and turned the house upside down in a futile attempt to find it. Having no luck, I drove to Tiffany’s today, to ask them to issue me a replacement certificate, as a favor for a regular customer. I showed the manager a photo of my wife, so she would recognize her, and help us out. She did recognize my wife as one of her shop’s regular customers, but refused to issue a duplicate certificate. I told her exactly when I came in, and how much the certificate was for, so she could cancel it and issue a duplicate, but she refused. She was so worried that someone else would use the certificate and get something for nothing. She was unconcerned about helping me and my wife, a long-time regular. I left telling the manager and the rest of the crew that by refusing to help us, they would be losing a long-time customer. No one seemed to care.I returned home and checked the one place I hadn’t previously, and low and behold, actually found the “lost” certificate. My wife called the shop and verified that they would issue a refund for the intact gift certificate. I took my wife with my for the return trip, and the manager and the other employees all recognized her. I told the manager that this all could have been avoided if she’d just cancelled the original certificate and issued me a duplicate. She was so concerned about someone POTENTIALLY (and unlikely) using the original certificate. She was more concerned with losing that money on the voided certificate, than with losing the money that my wife spends in her shop once or twice a month on a regular basis.Even with all of this, Tiffany’s could STILL have resolved the situation by offering us a $10 card to show they wanted to keep our business. They offered us nothing.We took the $60 refund, and I am picking up a gift certificate for my wife from the other salon. Neither one of us wants to do business with a company that refuses to use common sense in customer service with their regular customers.There are a lot of nail shops in the Valley, and with this kind of attitude that shows that Tiffany’s is not in business to serve their customers, but instead, just there for the money, my wife will be visiting her other nail salon exclusively from now on.Unfortunately for Tiffany’s, they are so myopic, that they are penny-wise, but pound-foolish. And one customer short of where they were yesterday.

I came in with a picture of what I wanted and the girl was amazing they look identical to the pic and the manager was super sweet!! I’m obsessed!

After I moved to this side of town I needed a new nail place. So I saw this place walked in and have been back ever since. They do a great job every time I like this place

This place was a absolute downer. I got my nails done just a manicure and she took her time, but they chipped when i was leaving and she said oh well, the person I took got gel fake nails and she was done before my manicure was done. they are not even a day old and they are flipping up at the cuticle as well as when she painted them she left paint all over the cuticle. so now have to spend another 40 else where and re due them, horrible job, i could have done better my self0 stars will never go back very rude staff and dont care about their clients one bit

After 4 Days they were lifting and chippingThey fixed 4 nails, told me it was my nails that doesn’t like the product (lol)The person who fixed the 4 nails had to drill down all the other nails cuz they were too thinkNow all my other nails are lifting (like the whole piece) it has been literally 8 DaysWon’t go back

I used to go to Tiffanys Nail Salon quite a bit until some of her staff changed and I started getting results that didnt make me happy at all so I stopped going if Tiffany or her husband does your nails you have a wonderful experience but if any of her other nail techs work on your nails I dont know what you expect but it wont be anything good at least it wasnt for me I cant recommend Tiffanys anymore because its just not the same as it was when I used to go there
